COP CORRUPTION: San Antonio police found to be protecting HUMAN SMUGGLING as side gigs for extra cash

Corrupt police officers in Texas are engaged in human smuggling operations for which they are being paid on the side and apparently off-duty – but while still wearing their official police uniforms, mind you – to run cover for the treasonous non-governmental organizations (NGOs) helping illegal migrants invade America.

TENET Media conducted an investigation into the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD), whose officers were seen guarding a migrant camp and working inside the tents on behalf of NGOs. Note: The officers you will see in the following video footage are being paid on the side to support human smuggling.

“NGOs are facilitating human smuggling of migrants into America,” TENET Media reports. “You actually have a San Antonio Police Department car watching as a lookout, basically guarding this area.”

“They’re taking side contracts in relation to these NGOs and are actually being paid a significant amount to guard this area – and they’re in their official San Antonio PD uniforms, to top it off, with their San Antonio PD cars as well.”

The Many Ways A Porous Border Means Crime Without Boundaries

The progressive push to describe border crossers as undocumented or unauthorized can also serve to downplay and obscure the massive issue of crime perpetrated and spawned by the influx of millions of migrants since Biden was elected – often in ways that leave the migrants themselves as victims.

While migrant advocates argue that illegal arrivals commit crimes at lower rates than Americans, the claim is unverifiable because the federal government and most states do not break down crimes by immigration status.

Criminologists also note that it ignores the vast web of statutory crimes concurrent with illegal immigration – drug smuggling, human trafficking, child labor violations, prostitution, the black market in employment, and so on.

What remains undeniable by the law of averages is that the massive surge in immigration since the Biden administration relaxed border policies – a surge that it puts at more than 4 million people, but other sources millions more – has been accompanied by much more crime, however unquantifiable.

Millions of migrants, though not all, run afoul of laws by their situation more than by overtly malign criminal intent. But their first step across the border is a lawbreaking one, and it is often followed by life on the law’s margins: living in the U.S. without insurance or proper work papers, providing illicit labor for unscrupulous or blasé employers, turning to black markets for counterfeit Social Security cards, and often becoming targets for robbers or extortionists. Their desire to come to America creates a vast pool of criminality involving them or those illegally profiting from them.

“On some criminal matters, like homicides, we’ve got a good sense of the scale there whether we solve them all or not,” said Alex Nowrasteh, a vice president at the Cato Institute who studies the economic impact of immigration. “But some of this other stuff is like all black markets in that it is opaque behavior. We don’t know how much crime there might be and in a sense I think it’s sort of unknowable.”

An outer layer of this criminal onion is the so-called “coyotes” who smuggle migrants to the southern border. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, which is sympathetic to the plight of refugees, paints a brutally stark picture of the  exploitive lawbreakers who lurk behind the caravans and trucks and trains heading north.

Some criminal groups view migrants as simply one of many commodities to be smuggled, alongside drugs and firearms,” it noted in a 2018 report. “Since the smuggling of migrants is a highly profitable illicit activity with a relatively low risk of detection, it is attractive to criminals.”

Experts Warn Mass Migration Threatens US Food Security

Mass migration exposes the United States’ food supply to diseases and parasites that could ultimately affect national security, animal health experts told The Epoch Times.

With unfettered illegal immigration—some 9 million encounters since 2021—the normal guardrails for inspection are ignored, raising the likelihood of unwanted diseases being brought across the border.

Dr. Michael Vickers has been a veterinarian for about 50 years and served on the Texas Animal Health Commission (TAHC),

The threat to the food supply is already apparent from the past cases of tuberculosis (TB) transmitted from illegal immigrants to dairy cows in Texas, he said.

Concerns are growing that it’s only a matter of time before U.S. agriculture experiences a fresh disaster on a grand scale, Dr. Vickers said.

“These people are just destroying our country. And our food supply is going to be a real critical issue,” he told The Epoch Times.

In recent years, thousands of Texas cattle have been slaughtered after being infected with drug-resistant TB through contact with illegal aliens who end up working in dairies, Dr. Vickers said.

Appeals Court Extends Block on Texas Arrests of Illegal Immigrants

A divided appeals court has upheld a preliminary injunction against the State of Texas, continuing to stall the enforcement of Senate Bill 4 (S.B. 4), a state law targeting illegal immigration that allows the state to arrest and deport suspected illegal immigrants.

The United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit’s decision, in which one member of the three-judge panel dissented, follows conflicting rulings over the law that the Supreme Court briefly allowed to take effect last week.

The high court sent the case back to the 5th Circuit, which then halted enforcement while it considered the latest appeal.

The majority’s opinion said, in part, that “The United States has broad powers and rights granted by the Constitution and Congress regarding immigration matters.”

They further argue that neither the state of Texas nor their dissenting colleague has offered enough explanation as to why the United States should be barred from suing the state over the law.

“What logical basis is there for courts to say private parties and government agencies or actors may bring an action sounding in equity but not the United States,” the majority questioned in their opinion. “Neither Texas nor the dissenting opinion offers a rationale that would support such a distinction.”

NY Democrats Want To Sink Another $2.4 BILLION Into ‘Migrant Care’

New York Democratic Governor Kathy Hochul has proposed another $2.4 billion in spending on illegal immigrants in her latest budget proposal, in addition to the $1.9 billion the state spent on ‘migrant care’ in 2023.

Politico reports that Hochul and Mayor Eric Adams had previously agreed to allocate $1.1 billion for illegals that have made their way to New York City, but the costs have now doubled.

The report notes that “The money is expected to go toward National Guard deployment, short-term shelter services and relief centers at state-funded housing sites that include Creedmoor Psychiatric Center, Randall’s Island and Floyd Bennett Field.”

It continues, “The state will also continue to provide ‘humanitarian aid’ for New York City, which has seen an influx of more than 160,000 migrants in the last several years.”

The budget plan would also see up to five prisons closed.

The development comes as NYC hands out prepaid debit cards to illegals loaded with up to $1,400 per month in a pilot program that is costing city taxpayers $53 million.

Newsome and Bergquam Expose the Terror of Lawless Illegals at Chicago Migrant Facility – FOIA Reveals Battery, Assault, Burglary, Domestic Battery, Criminal Sexual Abuse, Child Abuse, Stabbings at ONE SINGLE FACILITY

The dystopian political landscape in Chicago is reaching a fever pitch with the immigration crisis. Chicago is no stranger to violence in recent years. However, as illegal immigration continues to plague the country, real-world evidence of a crisis is on display throughout the streets of Chicago. Terry Newsome of Behind Enemy Lines, and Ben Bergquam of Real America’s Voice, teamed up on March 21st to expose the truth about the human catastrophe in Chicago. While many immigrants are likely seeking a brighter future, the economy of violence and exploitation has spun out of control due to the rampant corruption of the Democrat party in blue cities across America. Americans and illegal immigrants alike have become victims of violent crime including murder. Cities like Chicago signal no end in sight to the human tragedy that lays at the foot of the American taxpayer.

In December 2023 Ben Bergquam of Real America’s Voice re-posted a video on X from Terry Newsome of Behind Enemy Lines podcast highlighting the illegal immigrant catastrophe in Chicago. The post went viral approaching half a million views. Newsome had reported on busloads of immigrants being redirected to Chicago suburbs as a political ploy to attempt to slow down the migratory influx. Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson sought to politicize migrant women and children by pointing the finger at Texas Governor Gregg Abbot as the villain of the Biden administration’s illegal invasion. Mayor Johnson had directed law enforcement to both ticket and impound buses bringing illegal immigrants into the city. The bus companies reacted by redirecting their routes to suburban train stations where the illegals were forced to prolong their journey waiting in the freezing temperatures of the Chicago winter.

Newsome recorded some of these interactions for his podcast and start-up news site, Behind Enemy Lines. In February of 2024 The Gateway Pundit reported on an interaction Newsome had in the Downers Grove, Illinois train station. Newsome encountered a number of Venezuelan immigrants appearing to flash gang signs and tattoos associated with the transnational criminal gang, Tren de Aragua. Predictably, many of these immigrants voiced their fealty to Biden.

Undocumented workers, long in the U.S., demand same work permits granted to new arrivals

Dozens of undocumented workers rallied Saturday afternoon at Chicago’s Federal Plaza, where they called on city and federal leaders to provide them with the same work permits that have been granted to many newly arrived migrants and asylum workers.

“Work permits now,” they chanted.

Generations of undocumented workers showed up to the demonstration. Many were individuals who have lived and worked in the city for decades without the proper authorization — having paid taxes, raised children and otherwise assimilated in communities across the city and United States.

“We not only pay taxes, but we contribute so much to this country’s economy,” said Eduardo Rivero Burjos, a student at a local university.

He told WBBM that many people, including his mother, who worked as a lawyer in her home country of Honduras, have been putting their skills to waste. In his mother’s case, Rivero Burjos said she’s been working as a cashier at Dunkin’ Donuts for the past 18 years.

Even worse, he said many undocumented individuals are forced to work for cash under the table, which has left them vulnerable to unfair wages, among other challenges.

Michigan Offering Citizens $500 Per Month To House Illegal Immigrants

The state of Michigan is offering $500 per month to residents who agree to house illegal immigrants in their homes.

The so called ‘Newcomer Rental Subsidy‘ would provide the payment for up to a year for any homeowner willing to take part, equating to a total of $6000.

The state those says those eligible for the program include refugees, asylees, special immigration visa holders, victims of human trafficking, Cuban and Haitian entrants, Afghan nationals, and Ukrainian humanitarian parolees.

The program also states that illegals who have been processed as part of the ‘Family Reunification Parole Process’ from El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Colombia, individuals with a pending asylum application, and other immigrant individuals on a case-by-case basis are also eligible.

Basically anyone who crosses the border then.

Wisconsin Investigators Allege Illegal Aliens Are Flooding the Voter Rolls in Swing States

Leftist election fraud happens every 2 year cycle – it just happens a little differently each time.

In 2024, the unique new fraud scheme – demonstrated in the data – at scale, in multiple states – now – is registering illegal aliens, flown in via the Biden Express, delivered to newly formed homeless addresses – then sending the migrants on their way – and collecting their ballots – and voting them.

This is not a maybe.  It was discovered by the Wisconsin team – using INNOVATION.

This is happening at super scale – think hundreds of thousands already – it is completely invisible to all current relational technology. It is equally invisible to the RINO bunch telling you to vote early, ballot harvest and do not question elections.

The only difference is in 2024, the Wisconsin team found it early – and has a successful, tried and proven strategy to fight it.

Here’s the scam.

Religious NGO’s (non-governmental orgs) like Catholic, Lutheran and other types of do-gooders collaborate with the Biden administration to take those migrants – the ones who arrive by plane – into the heartland – and register them.

The details are fascinating.

Another Judge Says Illegal Immigrants Have Second Amendment Rights

In a decision earlier this month in U.S. v. Carbajal-Flores from the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman concluded that you can’t always and under every circumstance prohibit people in the country illegally from legally possessing weapons.

The factual background of the prosecution of Heriberto Carbajal-Flores, as explained in Judge Coleman’s decision: “On June 1, 2020, Carbajal-Flores possessed a handgun in the Little Village neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. Carbajal-Flores contends that he received and used the handgun for self-protection and protection of property. Because of Carbajal-Flores’ citizenship status, he was charged with violating of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(5), which prohibits any noncitizen who is not legally authorized to be in the United States from ‘possess[ing] in or affecting commerce, any firearm or ammunition; or to receive any firearm or ammunition which has been shipped or transported in interstate or foreign commerce.'”

Judge Coleman granted a motion to dismiss the charges against Carbajal-Flores, by declaring that such a blanket prohibition against weapons possession for a category of people can’t withstand scrutiny under current Second Amendment doctrine.

Carbajal-Flores has been on pre-trial release and “has consistently adhered to and fulfilled all the stipulated conditions of his release,” the decision explains. “Pretrial Services has conducted numerous employment visits at various sites, and Carbajal-Flores consistently provides the necessary documentation to verify his income when requested. A criminal record check conducted through the National Crime Information Center reflects no new arrests or outstanding warrants.”
