ICE to Deploy Palantir’s ImmigrationOS AI to Track Migrants’ Movements

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is moving forward with ImmigrationOS, a new AI system built by Palantir Technologies to give officers near real-time visibility into immigrants’ movements and sharpen enforcement priorities nationwide. The agency awarded Palantir a $30 million contract in early 2025, with a working prototype due by September 25, 2025 and an initial operating period of at least two years, according to agency planning documents and contract disclosures. ICE frames the system as a way to speed removals of people already prioritized for enforcement, better track self-deportations, and coordinate federal data that now sits in disconnected silos.

What ImmigrationOS is meant to do

ImmigrationOS is designed to pull together a wide range of government-held records to sort, flag, and route cases to officers in the field. ICE officials say the tool will help them focus on individuals linked to transnational criminal organizationsviolent offenders, documented gang members, and those who have overstayed visas.

The system is also built to register when people leave the United States on their own, so field offices can avoid wasted detention and travel costs on cases that no longer require action. While the agency describes the platform as a needed modernization step, civil liberties groups warn that an AI-driven system with sweeping data inputs risks mistakes that could touch the lives of lawful residents and even U.S. citizens.

Latin Kings gang issues ‘shoot on sight’ order against immigration officers in Chicago: CBP

he Latin Kings gang has reportedly issued a “shoot on sight” order to its members targeting federal immigration enforcement officers in Chicago, Ill.

The move comes as Washington escalates its enforcement efforts in the Windy City as part of President Donald Trump’s efforts to crack down on crime in major cities and to implement mass deportations.

“Officer/agents are reminded to maintain heightened situational awareness and exercise extreme caution when conducting enforcement activities,” Customs and Border Protection (CBP) warned its personnel, according to NewsNation.

The Latin Kings are a decades-old criminal gang with its origins in 1950’s Chicago.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Department of Homeland Security, and CBP have faced increased violence against their personnel under the Trump administration as part of the crackdown.

Trump has aimed to deport as many as 21 million illegal aliens and the administration has thus far reported at least 2 million removed through a combination of self-deportations and involuntary repatriation.

Report: Tammy Duckworth Staffer Allegedly Posed As Lawyer to Help Free Illegal Immigrant From ICE Custody

A staffer for Senator Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) is in hot water after being accused of posing as an attorney to gain access to illegal immigrants at a St. Louis, Missouri, facility. The allegation came from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which sent a letter to Duckworth today.

Here’s more from Fox News:

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said a member of Sen. Tammy Duckworth’s office misrepresented himself as the attorney of a detained illegal immigrant to facilitate their release.

According to a letter sent Wednesday to Duckworth, D-Ill., U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Acting Director Todd Lyons said the staffer told federal agents he was the attorney of Jose Ismeal Ayuzo Sandoval — a 40-year-old illegal immigrant previously deported four times to Mexico and who had a DUI conviction.

The letter says the staffer entered an ICE facility in St. Louis, Illinois, on Oct. 29.

“At approximately 1:29 p.m., an individual identified as Edward York, who according to publicly available information, is employed as a Constituent Outreach Coordinator for your Senate office, entered the field office lobby, and in a discussion with a federal officer, claimed to be Mr. Ayuzo’s attorney. Mr. York demanded to speak with his ‘client,’” the letter states.

Mamdani: NYC Will Arrest ICE Agents. City in Danger of Trespassing Multiple Federal Laws.

In keeping with his Marxist campaign platform, New York City Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani will apparently have his cops arrest Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.

He didn’t use those words, but he did strongly imply it, as does his platform, which itself says he will put New York into rebellion and insurrection against the federal government.

Whether President Donald Trump will have Mamdani arrested if he interferes with ICE, as he promised in June, remains to be seen. But that might just happen. Mamdani’s campaign literature certainly seems to say he is willing to violate at least five federal statutes.

Mamdani’s Platform

Mamdani’s platform is clear on the immigration question: The city will harbor illegals and block ICE from arresting and deporting them. It vows to “end any cooperation” with the agency and “get ICE out of all city facilities.” That includes the city’s Rikers Island jail complex, which Mamdani plans to close anyway.

The reason: Cooperation “is not about making New York safer, but about tearing families apart and throwing our communities into disarray,” his website says:

The Mamdani administration will end this collaboration immediately and ensure all City-owned or City-leased facilities remain protected from Trump’s deportation efforts. The administration will also ensure that no City resources are used for immigration enforcement. … Overall, sanctuary laws make us safer, including by allowing undocumented people to talk to the police.

Mamdani promised to spend $165 million for illegals to get lawyers, and to “protect all personal data from other jurisdictions.” That means the city will not tell the government when it has arrested an illegal alien.

During his campaign, he vowed to “kick the ‘fascist ICE’ out of New York City.” The Big Apple, he said, will be “Trump Proof.”

WaPo’s Latest ICE Lie Is So Bad the Official DHS X Account Asks ‘How Do You People Sleep at Night,’ Then Tears the School Teacher Story Apart Point by Point

The media’s portrayal of Immigration and Customs Enforcement is only going to make their job more dangerous than it already is.

The Department of Homeland Security caught the Washington Post telling an absolutely egregious lie about ICE agents who were hunting down an illegal alien. They replied to the Post’s story via social media platform X to correct the record for all to see.

On Wednesday, the outlet posted a link to a story about a teacher arrested by ICE at a daycare in Chicago, Rayito de Sol, which is both a daycare and immersion school. The Post tried to paint the occasion as evil ICE officers striking fear into the hearts of young children and parents as they barged in, apprehending a woman who apparently had a work permit but was taken into custody anyway.

How could these agents do such a thing?

How could they just haul away someone a parent of a child at the school called, “a wonderful person, a mother, an excellent community member.”

Well, according to DHS, they did not.

‘It’s a Small World After All’ As ICE Crackdown of Illegal Immigrant Truckers Gets Even More Eye-Opening

As is usually the case regarding a horrific event, it takes something tragic before a microscope is trained on the real issue. Joe Biden and Democrats have plenty of blood on their hands from years of massive waves of illegal immigrants pouring over a wide-open southern border. There have been plenty of high-profile cases like Laken Riley and Jocelyn Nungaray. But it took the deaths of three unknown people on a Florida highway to bring attention to the huge problem of illegal immigrants who speak and read little to no English driving 18-wheelers across the country, and the story keeps getting worse.

Since the Florida crash, the Department of Transportation and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) have become involved. Since late October, ICE, along with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, has targeted a portion of Interstate 40. The operation has nabbed 70 illegal immigrants, 34 of whom were operating semi-trucks in violation of Oklahoma state law. It is no surprise where the illegal immigrants are obtaining their commercial driver’s licenses (CDLs). ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Executive Associate Director Marcos Charles had this to say:

“For the second time in just the past month, the state of Oklahoma and ICE have banded together to bolster public safety along Oklahoma’s highways, identifying and apprehending illegal aliens who are in the country illegally and have been recklessly issued a commercial driver’s license by states like California, Illinois, and New Jersey. Many of the illegal aliens arrested behind the wheel of an 80,000-pound tractor trailer can’t even read basic English, endangering everyone they encounter on the roads.”

Also, as is usual, the details just get more disturbing. The sting operation called “Operation Guardian” discovered, as stated above, that 26 of the illegal immigrant truckers had CDL licenses from the usual suspect states of California, Illinois, and New York. But the best part, eight of the drivers were operating 18-wheelers with no CDL license at all. That’s right, no CDL license. The illegal immigrant truckers picked up by Operation Guardian reads like a who’s who of the United Nations from countries such as China, Guatemala, India, Uzbekistan, as well as other nations. Many also have extensive rap sheets that include convictions for violent crimes.

New York City Council Member Wants Almost $200 Million to Defend Illegal Immigrants From ICE

A member of the city council in New York recently outlined a plan to allocate almost $200 million in taxpayer funds to be used to legally defend illegal immigrants from ICE and the Trump administration.

If you watch the video below, it is crystal clear that this woman and the people like her believe that their power supersedes the power of the federal government and federal immigration laws.

It’s almost like these people think that New York City is a country within the country and that it belongs to them.

From Stu Smith on Twitter/X:

NYC Council Member Tiffany Cabán, a Democratic Socialists of America member and one of Zohran Mamdani’s closest allies, says the possible deployment of the National Guard to New York City is reason to triple the city’s immigration defense budget.

“What we witnessed in Los Angeles, Chicago, and elsewhere this year is nothing less than a full scale assault on democracy.”

“Federal troops sent onto city streets to serve Donald Trump’s fascist agenda and terrorize our immigrant siblings.”

“They’re looking for any pretext, any opportunity to invade our streets under the banner of ‘security.’”

Officials from the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs (MOIA) then cited Vera Institute of Justice data showing it would cost $188.5 million to “provide services to every immigrant New Yorker,” broken down as $145 million for free legal counsel and $43.5 million for other immigration services.

In June, the city doubled this budget to about $120 million, and now MOIA wants multi-year contracts and even more money—with Cabán urging that these networks operate “with the broadest, lowest barrier access to dollars as soon as possible.”

Minneapolis Mayoral Candidate Plans to Alert Illegal Aliens Ahead of ICE Raids

Minneapolis mayoral candidate Omar Fateh discussed a plan during a podcast interview involving coordination between city leadership and community-based organizations to ensure elected officials and neighborhood groups are informed before potential immigration enforcement activity.

Fateh, a Minnesota state senator and self-described democratic socialist now running for mayor of Minneapolis, said during a podcast interview:

We need to strengthen our separation ordinance. We need to have better communication between the mayor and the chief, and also the city council members, so that whenever we know something is coming down the pike, the city council is alerted immediately because they’re the connection point to the community, and they can articulate that and disseminate that information to folks.

We really have to work really hard to better work with some of those boots-on-the-ground organizations that I just spoke about right now that are already providing the “Know Your Rights” training, legal counseling, multilingual services. They’re the ones that are finding out a lot of times what’s happening on the ground.

Because the city cannot do it alone, and we need to lock arms not just cross-jurisdictionally but with these organizations as well, because things are scary, and it’s going to get scarier as well.

According to a mayor’s update from Jacob Frey, the separation ordinance is described as: “City employees — including police officers and firefighters — are prohibited from participating in civil immigration enforcement.”

Fateh is running on a platform that includes limiting police power, increasing non-police emergency response services, opposing cooperation between the Minneapolis Police Department and ICE, expanding funding for immigrant rights initiatives, and implementing carbon fees approved by the City Council. He previously supported legislation to provide taxpayer-funded college tuition to households earning under $80,000 per year, regardless of immigration status. He accused Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) of “white supremacy” for opposing taxpayer-funded tuition for illegal aliens, and labeled the U.S. policing system “systemically white supremacist.”

Breitbart News has also reported that Fateh opened his campaign office as a support hub during the 2020 George Floyd riots, returned thousands in campaign donations tied to the Feeding Our Future fraud scheme after donors were identified in FBI warrants, pushed Amazon on mandatory prayer breaks for Muslim workers, supported banning tear gas and rubber bullets, cast an “uncommitted” vote in Minnesota’s 2024 Super Tuesday primary over the Biden administration’s Israel policy, and advocated raising the Minneapolis minimum wage to $20 per hour by 2028.

Federal Judge Extends Order Preventing Trump From Deploying National Guard to Portland

A federal judge on Nov. 2 extended an order preventing President Donald Trump from deploying any National Guard troops to deal with violence directed against federal immigration facilities in Portland, Oregon.

Trump had said in a Sept. 27 post on Truth Social that he was sending troops “to protect War ravaged Portland, and any of our ICE Facilities under siege from attack by Antifa, and other domestic terrorists.”

U.S. District Judge Karin Immergut issued the new order two days after concluding a three-day trial on the issue of troop deployment on Oct. 31.

In the new order, Immergut extended her prior order blocking the federal government from deploying members of the Oregon, California, and Texas National Guard in Portland.

The plaintiffs—the states of Oregon and California and the city of Portland—are entitled to a preliminary injunction halting troop movements based on “their claims that Defendants’ federalization and deployment of the National Guard violates 10 U.S.C. [Section 12406] and the Tenth Amendment,” the judge said.

Under Title 10, Section 12406 of the U.S. Code, a president may take over, or federalize, National Guard troops on an emergency basis in certain circumstances.

The court specifically blocked Secretary of War Pete Hegseth from implementing a series of memorandums federalizing and deploying members of the Oregon, Texas, and California National Guard, as well as “any memoranda deploying members of any other State’s National Guard to Oregon based on the same predicate conditions that were relied upon to authorize the above orders.”

The president’s use of Section 12406 “was likely not made ‘in the face of the emergency and directly related to the quelling of the disorder or the prevention of its continuance,’” the judge said, citing a Supreme Court precedent.

“Critically, the credible evidence at trial established that following a few days in June, which involved the high watermark of violence and unlawful activity outside the Immigration and Customs Enforcement building in Portland, Oregon, the protests outside the ICE facility between June 15 and September 27, 2025, were generally uneventful with occasional interference to federal personnel and property,” she said.

When there were occasional cases of lawbreaking, federal and local law enforcement were able to arrest and prosecute suspects, she said.

The court found no credible evidence that in the two months leading up to federalization that “protests grew out of control or involved more than isolated and sporadic instances of violent conduct.”

The violence that did take place in that time period was mostly between protesters and counter-protesters, the judge added.

Immergut said she will release a final opinion on the merits of the case by 5 p.m. on Nov. 7.

The case is also pending on appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Florida Man Arrested for Demanding Violence and Posting Death Threats Against ICE Agents on Liberal Social Media App BlueSky

Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) agents in Fort Myers, Florida, have arrested a deranged individual who spewed repeated death threats against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers on social media.

Joseph Giancola, posting under the pseudonym “Cain Delon” on Bluesky, unleashed a barrage of violent rhetoric, including calls to “Shoot the ICE Nazis down like the rabid dogs they are,” “Just get a gun and shoot the ICE Nazis down,” and “Shoot those ice thugs dead.”

Giancola’s catfishing profile featured a fake image of a blonde, blue-eyed young man.

“They come near me, and I shoot to kill. Be warned,” Giancola wrote in another post.

These threats, made over several months, likened ICE officials to Nazis and urged others to arm themselves and kill.

According to a press release from DHS, “ICE officers are now facing a more than 1,000% increase in assaults and an 8,000% increase in death threats against them.”

“For months, the Department of Homeland Security has warned politicians and the media to tone down their rhetoric about ICE law enforcement,” the press release continued.

“Comparing ICE day-in and day-out to the Nazi Gestapo, the Secret Police, and slave patrols has consequences. The men and women of ICE are fathers and mothers, sons, and daughters. They get up every morning to try and make our communities safer. Like everyone else, America’s ICE and CBP agents are hardworking men and women who have families and are real people. The violence and dehumanization of these men and women who are simply enforcing the law must stop.”

Assistant DHS Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said Giancola will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

“This cowardly individual made repeated disgusting death threats against ICE law enforcement officers. He is now in federal custody and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” said McLaughlin.

McLaughlin continued, “Our ICE law enforcement officers are now facing an 8,000% increase in death threats against them while they risk their lives every single day to remove the worst of the worst including murderers, rapists, pedophiles, terrorists, and gang members. From bounties placed on their heads for their murders, threats to their families, stalking, and doxxing online, our officers are experiencing an unprecedented level of violence and threats against them and their families. Threaten violence or death to our law enforcement? You’ll end up behind bars like this guy.”

Giancola is now in federal custody as HSI continues its crackdown on those endangering federal law enforcement.
