Netanyahu greenlights death penalty bill for Palestinian prisoners

The National Security Committee in Israel’s Knesset is moving forward with a bill to impose the death penalty on Palestinians convicted of deadly attacks and operations that killed Israelis.

According to the Israeli government’s top official on captives’ affairs, Gal Hirsch, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu supports the move.

Israel’s National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir, who has long called for the execution of Palestinian prisoners, thanked Netanyahu for supporting the bill in a post on social media.

“I thank the prime minister for his support for Otzma Yehudit’s bill for the death penalty for terrorists, but the court must not have any discretion – every terrorist who goes out to murder must know that the death penalty will be imposed on him. It’s time for justice!” Ben Gvir said.

Israeli media reports said the bill could have its first reading as soon as Wednesday.

“The extremist and terrorist Israeli government once again proves, through this decision, that it feeds off the blood and suffering of prisoners in its jails,” said the Palestinian Center for Prisoners’ Defense. “The repercussions of this fascist step will be even more bloody and will drag the entire region into a new cycle of uncertainty whose consequences no one can predict.”

Lawmakers in the Knesset National Security Committee already voted 4-1 in favor of the bill on 28 September.

The bill – which does not apply to Israelis who kill Palestinians – requires another three votes in a full Knesset session before it is passed into law.

At the time of the vote, Ben Gvir came under fire within Israel for pushing the execution bill at a time when Israeli captives were still held in Gaza.

The National Security Minister threatened on 20 October to stop voting with the ruling coalition if the death penalty bill did not pass its first reading within three weeks.

Prior to the formation of Netanyahu’s ruling coalition, Ben Gvir had been demanding the death penalty for Palestinians and, at one point, even made the demand as a condition for his joining the government.

Since assuming the role of national security minister, Ben Gvir has tightened the already repressive measures against Palestinians in the Israeli prison system.

Tulsi Gabbard Claims Trump Has Ended Regime Change Wars, Ignoring His Regime Change Wars In Iran and Venezuela.

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard recently claimed that under the current Trump administration, America’s regime change wars are over.

At a Bahrain security summit, Gabbard said, “For decades, our foreign policy has been trapped in a counterproductive and endless cycle of regime change or nation building, It was a one-size-fits-all approach, of toppling regimes, trying to impose our system of governance on others, intervene in conflicts that were barely understood and walk away with more enemies than allies.”

Along with this, she implied that “America’s former strategy of ‘regime change or nation building’ had ended under President Donald Trump”.

The idea that America’s regime change policy has ended under Trump would be news to Iran and Venezuela, where Trump has attempted/is attempting to carry out regime change.

Last June, Trump joined in on Israel’s bombing of military infrastructure in Iran.

While the bombing was sold as an attempt to stop Iran from getting Nuclear Weapons, Trump’s own annual threat assessment report from the intelligence community from March of this year found no evidence Iran was building or planning on building a nuclear weapon, writing, “We continue to assess Iran is not building a nuclear weapon and that Khamenei has not reauthorized the nuclear weapons program he suspended in 2003” .

In a later interview with The Daily Caller, Trump admitted he carried out the Iran bombing for Israel, saying, “nobody has done more for Israel than I have, including the recent attacks with Iran”.

In a speech to the Israeli Knesset last month, Trump bragged about his Iran bombing, along with a list of other pro-Israel policies and went on to brag that his pro-Israel donor Miriam Adelson was, “responsible for so much”, adding, “I actually asked her once, I said, ‘So, Miriam, I know you love Israel. What do you love more, the United States or Israel?’ She refused to answer. That means, that might mean, Israel”.

As for Israel’s intention behind the Iran bombing, the Israeli paper Times of Israel reported that leaked Israeli transcripts during the bombing, “make it clear that Israel was also looking to destabilize the regime and even to kill Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei”.

The paper reported that, “Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich said that Israel needed to ‘keep searching for the leader,’ referring to Khamenei, whom (Israeli defense minister Israel) Katz later said Jerusalem sought to kill”.

The paper reported that, “Netanyahu said entire Iranian neighborhoods and districts should be evacuated, and that Israel should work on destabilizing the Islamic regime”, quoting him saying, “if Khamenei reacts to an American strike, it could be the end of the regime”.

One Trump administration official told the Grayzone that “CIA Director John Ratcliffe and US CENTCOM Commander Gen. Michael Kurilla have become vehicles for Israel’s Mossad and military as they seek to manipulate the US into attacking Iran.” adding “During the Trump administration’s meetings with Israeli intelligence officials … Israelis have demonstrated a single-minded focus on regime change, clamoring for authorization to assassinate Iran’s leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei”.

The University of Toronto’s Citizen Lab uncovered that during the bombing, Israeli intelligence ran a propaganda campaign in Persian on social media, “promoting regime change in Iran.”

Multi-millionaire pop star Billie Eilish demands billionaires donate their wealth

Pop mega-star Billie Eilish recently called on billionaires to “give your money” while accepting a music award at the Wall Street Journal‘s 2025 Innovator Awards in New York City, despite reportedly having a net worth of over $50 million.

During her acceptance speech on Wednesday, Eilish stated, “We’re in a time right now where the world is really, really bad and really dark and people need empathy and help more than, kind of, ever, especially in our country.”

Among the crowd was Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, as well as “Star Wars” filmmaker George Lucas.

Zuckerberg is the fifth richest person in the world, holding a network of $226 billion, according to Forbes. The Facebook co-founder reportedly snubbed the singer by not joining in the applause during her acceptance speech, according to a source that spoke to People Magazine on Thursday.

“I’d say if you have money, it would be great to use it for good things, maybe give it to some people that need it,” she continued.

“Love you all, but there’s a few people in here who have a lot more money than me,” she proclaimed to the room of affluent public figures. “And if you’re a billionaire, why are you a billionaire? And no hate, but give your money away, shorties.”

Arab League chief exposes secret US deal shielding Israel’s nukes

Arab League Secretary-General Ahmed Aboul Gheit has revealed what he described as a “secret agreement” between the United States and “Israel,” under which Washington pledged to remain silent about “Israel’s” nuclear arsenal in exchange for its permanent secrecy.

In a televised interview with Egypt’s Sada El-Balad channel, Aboul Gheit explained that “the agreement stipulates that Israel pledges never to speak, no matter how many centuries pass, about its nuclear arsenal, while America, in turn, promises to remain silent.”

The Arab League chief accused Washington of deceiving Arab nations, recalling meetings in Cairo and Washington where US officials urged Egypt to ratify the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) in return for US pressure on “Israel” to follow suit. “Egypt refused,” he said, noting that such pressure “never materialized.”

US protects Israeli nuclear weapons

Aboul Gheit attributed the global silence surrounding “Israel’s” undeclared nuclear weapons to US protection, describing “Israel” as being “shielded by the dominant military-political pole that has ruled the world since the Soviet Union’s collapse in 1990.”

The former Egyptian foreign minister further explained that Cairo has deliberately refrained from ratifying conventions on chemical or biological weapons, emphasizing that it “saw no need for a nuclear deterrent” because “its drawbacks far outweigh any potential benefit.”

He added that Egyptian diplomacy has consistently advocated for a Middle East free of weapons of mass destruction, asserting that international inspections of “Israel’s” nuclear facilities could become “inevitable”.

Aboul Gheit concluded by warning that such developments could trigger a regional existential crisis, compelling Washington to reconsider its long-standing protection of “Israel,” noting that “Israel couldn’t even use its nuclear weapons during the 1973 war.”

Michelle Obama Says America Did Not Show Her Family ‘Grace’ Because They Were Black

In the world of Former First Lady Michelle Obama, it is she and her husband who are America’s real victims.

According to Obama, she and Barack were held to higher standards because they are black.

She made the remarks during an upcoming interview with Good Morning America that will air on Sunday morning.

“You said we were all too aware that as a first black couple, we couldn’t afford any missteps,” asked the host.

”And you also say as a black woman, I was under a particularly white, hot glare. Did you feel that?’

”For sure,” Obama responded. “You can’t afford to get anything wrong because you didn’t get the—at least until the country came to know us.”

“We didn’t get the grace that I think some other families have gotten.”

Her comments come despite the fact that her husband won the 2008 presidential election by a landslide and was re-elected in 2012 by a comfortable margin.

The couple have gone on to bathe in the fame and glory of their time in the White House.

This has included cutting deals with Netflix, starting their own podcasts and cashing in huge speaking fees for anyone who wants to hear them.

Yet despite their countless successes, Michelle cannot seem to stop whining.

Last month, complained about how expensive it was to live in the White House and inadvertently admitted that she got into Princeton through affirmative action.

“All my scores said I did not belong in Princeton… and people saw my skin color and they said ‘you are aiming too high’” Michelle Obama said.

Zohran Mamdani Brandished Handgun in Music Video—Then Called To Ban Them

As the rapper formerly known as Young Cardamom, Zohran Mamdani donned fatigues and brandished a handgun in a music video for a song glorifying militant violence. As a politician, the socialist has called for a ban on “all guns” to remedy the “scourge of gun violence.”

The video for the 2016 song “Wabula Naawe” is “set in the Luwero Triangle in 1981 during the days leading up to the Ugandan Bush War,” our Jon Levine reports. It “opens with a spray of gunfire” before depicting “armed militants shooting firearms from the back of a truck—to the words ‘let’s get together and settle this thing once and forever.’ It later portrays a man being shot in the head at point-blank range as Mamdani raps lyrics like, ‘I’ll finish you like food on a plate,’ ‘You are about to run like a chicken,’ and, ‘You’ll pray for death.’”

“Mamdani has taken a more critical stance on firearms since entering politics,” writes Levine. As a state assemblyman, he called to “ban all guns” and voted for a bill placing restrictions on firearms marketing. He has since pledged to spearhead a “nationwide ban on assault rifles.”

Don Lemon Attacks “MAGA Ladies” Over Looks, Uses ‘Trans’ as an Insult Against Megyn Kelly

Don Lemon is under fire for attacking conservative media personality Megyn Kelly by using ‘trans’ as an insult.

During a recent episode of his “Clip Farmers” podcast, he and his co-hosts, in a segment that looks like a frat-house reject reunion, discussed the appearance of “MAGA ladies” and began attacking conservative women for their looks rather than their character and substance.

Lemon’s co-host John Cotter asked, “Is Megyn Kelly ‘chopped’?”

Lemon replied, “I don’t know what that means.  I’ve heard it, but I don’t know what that means.  What does ‘chopped’ mean?”

Cotter answered, “She’s gonna get mad at me, dude, I don’t know if I want this heat.”

Lemon asked again, “What does ‘chopped’ mean?”

Cotter responded, “‘Chopped’ means not hot.”

Lemon answered with a cruel smirk, “Yeah. She’s chopped,” after which the three men cackled over insulting women for their looks.

Lemon continued, “I don’t know, the whole ‘MAGA’ look….”

Co-host Chris Miglioranzi gleefully joined the attack on conservative women, adding, “It’s all the MAGA ladies!”

“It’s too much,” Lemon added.

Cotter continued, “Kinda looks like a Barbie doll covered in WD40.”

And then Lemon dropped a very un-PC, and arguably transphobic, insult, “I think she looks trans.”

After an awkward moment that left his two co-hosts in stunned silence, Cotter said quickly, “Let’s end on that note.”

Lemon, instead, doubled down, adding, “I think she looks clockable.”

‘Clockable,’ when referring to a trans person, means that someone can “clock” (recognize or identify) their biological sex rather than the gender they present.

Obama Scolded Voters for Not Supporting the Black Woman in 2024, Now He’s Telling Voters to Ignore the Black Woman Candidate in Virginia and Support the White One

Anyone who follows politics will recall that during the 2024 election, former President Obama campaigned for Kamala Harris and scolded voters, particularly black men, for not showing enough support for Kamala Harris.

Now a year later, Obama is campaigning for the white woman candidate, Abigail Spanberger, in the Virginia governor race. Winsome Earle-Sears, the Republican in the race, is a black woman and does not have the support of Obama.

Isn’t it funny how that works? It’s almost as if what really matters to Obama is party ID, and not the race of the candidate – unless it’s politically useful.

People have noticed this.

The Daily Mail reports:

Democrats spiral in Virginia as Obama is slammed for ‘campaigning against black woman’

Virginia Democratic gubernatorial candidate Abigail Spanberger was considered a runaway favorite for the state’s top office, but recent scandals and a lack of a clear identity for her party are keeping alive the chances of her Republican rival.

In the latest sign of peril, Barack Obama has been parachuted in and will speak alongside Spanberger next Saturday as polls show Republican candidate Winsome Earle-Sears gaining ground.

The former president’s decision to enter the fray has been criticized as hypocritical after he bluntly rebuked black men for not supporting Kamala Harris during the most recent general election campaign.

‘I watched Obama sit there and chastise black men saying, y’all don’t want to support this woman, but at the same time turn around, go to Virginia and campaign against a real natural black woman,’ said one local on TikTok.

The NAACP, which also cares more about Democrats than it does about black people, recently hosted an event and invited Abigail Spanberger, not Winsome Sears. Isn’t that odd?

Gavin Newsom’s Trump Attack Backfires In Humiliating Fashion

California Governor Gavin Newsom attempted to score political points this weekend with a jab at President Donald Trump — and ended up getting roasted across social media in spectacular fashion.

On Saturday, Newsom posted on X that “Donald Trump is literally dancing in Asia while 40 million people lose access to food,” calling it “disgusting.” His post linked to an article from The Hill about the looming expiration of federal food aid under the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) amid the ongoing government shutdown.

But within minutes, users began firing back — not at Trump, but at Newsom. Many accused the California Democrat of hypocrisy, mocking him for his past controversies and reminding him of his own international missteps.

At the heart of the issue is the Department of Agriculture’s decision not to release contingency funds for SNAP benefits if the shutdown continues past October 31. According to The Hill, the USDA argues that the emergency reserve — between $5 and $6 billion — was never intended for politically manufactured shutdowns, but for unforeseen crises such as natural disasters.

Critics say the policy change puts tens of millions of low-income Americans at risk of losing grocery assistance next month. Democrats insist the USDA’s move is illegal and claim the administration is using hunger as leverage to pressure Senate Democrats into backing a Republican spending bill. USDA Secretary Brooke Rollins defended the decision, saying the law restricts the use of contingency funds to genuine emergencies.

“You’re talking about millions of vulnerable families that are not going to have access to these programs because of this shutdown,” Rollins said, adding that Senate Democrats have the power to resolve the standoff by approving the GOP plan.

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) echoed that message, saying, “We have lots of SNAP recipients in our state, as we do in many others. You’re talking about — I think it’s 42 or 43 million Americans rely upon that vital service — and it’s unconscionable that they would be held at bay and held as leverage on this.”

Rather than focusing on the legislative battle, Newsom took aim at Trump personally — and it didn’t go well. The governor’s post quickly filled with replies reminding him of his own “disgusting” moment in 2020, when he dined maskless at the exclusive French Laundry restaurant while millions of Californians were under lockdown.

One viral reply from Kevin Dalton simply read: “This you, Gavo? Gavin Newsom literally dined at French Laundry after he locked 40 million Californians in their homes. Disgusting.”

WSJ: Trump Offered to Build White House Ballroom for Obama in 2010

President Donald Trump offered to build a White House ballroom for President Barack Obama in 2010 — but the Obama administration never took up his offer, the Wall Street Journal reported Monday.

The Journal reported:

For at least 15 years, Trump had tried and failed to build a grand ballroom at the White House that could host extravagant dinners for world leaders, lawmakers and celebrities. In early 2010, President Barack Obama’s top strategist David Axelrod got a call from Trump, then a real-estate developer and reality television star. They were connected via MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski, who had closer ties with Trump at the time.

“He said, ‘You have these state dinners in sh—y little tents,” Axelrod recalled in an interview. “He said, ‘I build ballrooms. I build the most beautiful ballrooms in the world. You can come to Florida and see for yourself.’ ”

Trump offered to build a modular ballroom at the White House that could be deconstructed. “I was thinking, we’re in the middle of a recession, I’m not sure about this,” Axelrod said. Axelrod suggested that Trump get in touch with Obama’s social secretary about the ballroom. They didn’t connect.

The Journal noted that Trump had approached the ballroom the way he had approached other building projects in the past — discovering how to control the regulatory process, or finding loopholes, to allow construction.

The ballroom is being built with funding from private donors, with costs reaching an estimated $350 million.

The Washington Post editorial page defended Trump’s ballroom project, noting that even Obama and Biden administration alimni had admitted the need for an indoor space — as opposed to the current arrangement, which forces esteemed guests to walk across the grass and to use portable toilets outdoors at large gatherings.
