Soros-Linked Groups Sue to Stop Trump’s Migrant Child Trafficking Crackdown

Two left-wing non-governmental organizations (NGOs), both with financial ties to Alex and George Soros’s network, are suing to stop President Donald Trump’s reforms of the Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) program, which are intended to end trafficking of such migrant children within the United States.

In February, Trump’s Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued reforms to the UAC program, which resettles migrant children in American communities with adult sponsors after they arrive at the U.S.-Mexico border without parents or guardians.

Part of those reforms is banning UACs from being turned over to illegal aliens in the United States.

HHS whistleblower Tara Lee Rodas has called the UAC program a “white glove delivery service” where migrant children go from Department of Homeland Security (DHS) custody to HHS custody before being turned over to adult sponsors that are not their parents or relatives, in most cases.

“…we have delivered these unaccompanied children to criminals, traffickers, and members of transnational criminal organizations who are using the UAC program as a white glove delivery service of children,” Rodas said, calling out former President Joe Biden’s administration for loosening the rules around the UAC program.

This week, the National Center for Youth Law and Democracy Forward — both with financial ties to the Soros network — filed a class action lawsuit to stop Trump’s HHS from verifying the legal status of an adult sponsor before a UAC is handed over to their care.

The groups are asking a district court to find the reforms unlawful and issue a preliminary injunction stopping the administration from implementing the reforms.

Democracy Forward, which is behind a separate lawsuit trying to stop Trump from deporting illegal alien gang members, lists left-wing organizations like the Center for American Progress, National Immigration Law Center, Color of Change, UnidosUS, Common Justice, and the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, among many others, as clients and partners.

The Alex Soros-chaired Open Society Foundations has funded several of Democracy Forward’s clients and partners. For example, in 2023, the Open Society Foundations awarded Color of Change a $3 million grant after giving the group nearly $1.5 million in funding in 2018 and 2019.

Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty has sparked a firestorm of criticism after implementing a new policy requiring prosecutors to consider the race of defendants when offering plea deals.

This measure, set to take effect on Monday, has been labeled by experts and citizens alike as potentially unconstitutional and a clear example of out-of-control liberal activism.

Moriarty instructed prosecutors to evaluate the defendants’ «racial identity» and age as part of a «holistic» analysis when proposing resolutions.

The policy aims to “address racial disparities” in the judicial system, but it has raised concerns even among prosecutors themselves, who fear this directive may violate laws that prohibit the use of race in sentencing decisions.

University of Minnesota constitutional law professor Jill Hasday and former prosecutor Imran Ali, interviewed by Kare11 News , have questioned the legality of the measure.

Ali pointed out that current sentencing rules explicitly forbid taking race into account in these processes, which could lead to discrimination lawsuits.

George Soros’ son reveals ominous plan to be his father’s ‘loyal parasite’ in taking down Trump

Alexander Soros, the son of the 94-year-old Democratic megadonor with the same last name, has laid out his plan to defeat Trumpism.

Back in 2023, George Soros shocked the world by handing control of his $25 billion empire to Alexander, who goes by Alex. That’s because he is the second youngest of the family and wasn’t previously thought to be a natural successor to his dad.

Alex was also made the chair of Open Society Foundations, the nonprofit through which Soros has donated billions to Democrats and other progressive causes throughout the years.

At that time, the elder Soros said he passed up his other children, including Jonathan, a Harvard-educated investment manager, because he and Alex ‘think alike,’ according to The Wall Street Journal.

Alex, in turn, described himself as his father’s ‘loyal parasite’ in a recent interview with New York Magazine, adding that for years now, he has been by his father’s side learning from the best about how to influence politics.

Insiders with deep ties to OSF told the magazine that they thought Jonathan was ‘the one’ who would, and should take over. One even compared Alex to Roman Roy, the infamous failson in the hit TV show ‘Succession.’ 

And now, with the second Trump era in full swing, Alex is coming off a failed election season spent hobnobbing with Democratic elites more determined than ever to use his father’s fortune to severely limit the president’s power.

His vague plan appears to be spending big in the upcoming midterm elections to elect Democrats and erase GOP majorities in the House and Senate.

After all, the guy is a composite of every detested stereotypes about migrants — illegal border crosser, ignored his final deportation order, identified in police reports as an MS-13 gang member accepted by two judges, crazy high-speed driver endangering others, suspected human trafficker, (with a mysterious dropping of those charges by the Biden DoJ), multiple incident wife-beater whose wife told cops in a handwritten report that he kicked, punched, bruised, ripped the shirt and shorts off of, and sent her fleeing from their house; the wife taking an Uber to get away from him, writing that she was terrified to be around him. She also said she had documentary evidence of his brutality…

How do they pick such poster boys — boost them up as noble worker-saints just minding their own business only to be persecuted by President Trump, then rally the media to repeat the ridiculous narrative, until of course, it falls apart with the police records? After all, there were quite a few they could have chosen from to make their next hero — the Venezuelan gay “hairdresser,” the soccer player who was said to have been beaten up by the Maduro regime, several others. How did they pick Abrego-Garcia for congressional delegations to San Salvador, extensive media coverage, and all that?

The Enforcement Directorate raided eight Soros-backed offices linked to the Open Society Foundations (OSF), an organization backed by US billionaire George Soros, along with some linked entities in Bengaluru.

This action stems from allegations of violations under the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), highlighting the government’s commitment to curbing foreign interference in domestic affairs.

Investigations revealed that between 2020-21 and 2023-24, approximately ₹25 crore (2.9 million) was funneled from Soros’ organizations to various Indian NGOs through complex financial arrangements.

Elon Musk Reveals The Big-Name Democratic Donors Funding Attacks on Tesla Stores

Elon Musk has revealed the big-name Democrat donors behind the protests at Tesla stores.

Posting on the X platform that he owns, Musk said that he believes five groups are behind the protests, many of which have resorted to violence.

However, these groups are all funded by ActBlue, the troubled Democratic Party fundraising organization backed by liberal billionaire donors including George Soros and LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman.

Musk explained:

An investigation has found 5 ActBlue-funded groups responsible for Tesla “protests”: Troublemakers, Disruption Project, Rise & Resist, Indivisible Project and Democratic Socialists of America.

ActBlue funders include George Soros, Reid Hoffman, Herbert Sandler, Patricia Bauman, and Leah Hunt-Hendrix.

ActBlue is currently under investigation for allowing foreign and illegal donations in criminal violation of campaign finance regulations.

This week, 7 ActBlue senior officials resigned, including the associate general counsel.

The Tesla CEO asked followers to share any additional information with him in the post’s replies.

Elon Musk Explains the ‘Non-Profit’ Grift That George Soros Has Been Running on the U.S. Government and Taxpayers 

During an episode of the Joe Rogan podcast this weekend, Elon Musk explained how left wing billionaire George Soros has perfected the art of fleecing American taxpayers by using non-profit organizations (NGOs) to advance his progressive agenda.

Musk suggests that once one of these organizations is established, they can then lobby the U.S. government for millions in grants and other forms of aid and that there is little to no accountability.

This is one of the reasons why the left is freaking out about DOGE and the exposure of these grifts. DOGE represents an existential threat to the left’s ability to fund their political machine.

ELON MUSK: It’s a gigantic scam—one of the biggest, maybe the biggest scam ever.

JOE ROGAN: And how many NGOs are there?

ELON MUSK: I think the total number of NGOs is probably in the millions, but in terms of large NGOs—tens of thousands.

It’s actually kind of a hack to the system where someone can get an NGO stood up for a fairly small amount of money. George Soros was really good at this. He’s like a system hacker. He figured out how to hack the system. He’s a genius at arbitrage. I mean, these days, he’s pretty old, but he was a genius at arbitrage.

He figured out that you could leverage a small amount of money to create a nonprofit, then lobby politicians to send a ton of money to that nonprofit. So you can take what might be a $10 million donation to create a nonprofit and leverage that into a billion-dollar NGO.

And “nonprofit” is a weird word. It’s just a non-governmental organization. The government continues to fund it every year, and it’ll have a nice-sounding name like The Institute for Peace or something like that. But really, it’s a graft machine.

JOE ROGAN: And what are the requirements for that money? What do they have to do?

ELON MUSK: Really, no requirements at all.

Biden Soros-Linked EPA Official Tossed $5 Billion to Former Employer in Last-Minute Biden Heist – Lee Zeldin Responds

The Biden EPA’s “gold bar” scandal is growing by the day.

A Soros-linked Joe Biden EPA official awarded $5 billion to his former employer, according to the Washington Free Beacon.

Jahi Wise, a Soros-linked senior EPA official, was tasked with overseeing Joe Biden’s $27 billion climate slush fund program.

Wise was the director of the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF). The GGRF awarded grants totaling $20 billion to 8 entities. Wise awarded his former employer, Washington-based Coalition for Green Capital, $5 billion.

The Washington Free Beacon reported:

The senior Biden administration official tasked with directing former President Joe Biden’s $27 billion climate grant program oversaw a $5 billion grant from the program to his former employer, the Washington Free Beacon has learned.

Jahi Wise joined the Environmental Protection Agency in December 2022 as the founding director of the newly created Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, or GGRF, according to his LinkedIn profile. In April 2024, while Wise served in that role, the EPA announced that it would award GGRF grants totaling $20 billion to just eight nonprofits, including the Coalition for Green Capital, a Washington, D.C.-based group that received $5 billion as part of the announcement and where Wise previously worked as the director of policy. There is no indication that Wise recused himself from that process.

Wise departed the Coalition for Green Capital in January 2021 to join the White House Climate Policy Office as a special assistant to the president, a position he held until he joined the EPA less than two years later.

EPA chief Lee Zeldin called this a conflict of interest in a statement to the Free Beacon.

“The story of the Biden EPA’s gold bars never stops,” EPA Chief Lee Zeldin told the Washington Free Beacon in a statement. “The waste and abuse was so deeply interwoven in the last administration that not only did the leaders who oversaw this not bat an eye at billions of your taxpayer dollars going towards partisan pet projects, but serious conflicts of interest were ignored. That should have raised red flags.”
