NCAA Pretends to Force Women to Simply Accept Men in Female Sports. This Is the Last Straw.

The recent hearing of the Senate Judiciary Committee exposed the NCAA’s stance on the participation of transgender athletes in female sports, sparking controversy and public criticism of its president, Charlie Baker.

Among the main criticisms is Baker’s suggestion that female athletes who feel uncomfortable sharing locker rooms with biological men should find other facilities, effectively shifting the responsibility for their safety onto the athletes themselves.

Senator Josh Hawley: “No federal court has ordered the NCAA to include biological men in women’s sports, right?”

NCAA President: “That’s more or less what they decided.”

Hawley: “Don’t say ‘more or less.’ We’re talking about the law.”

Supreme Court Stunner: Secret Gender Transitions at Schools Allowed to Continue

Lower court said parental rights were not affected when teachers in stealth encouraged children to be transgender.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday let stand a ruling that subjugates parental rights to school politics.

The ruling that had come out of the 7th U.S. District Court of Appeals in a Wisconsin fight claimed that parental rights were not affected when schools secretly encouraged children to be transgender, so the parents had no standing to bring the case.

Justices Samuel Alito, Brett Kavanaugh and Clarence Thomas would have granted the petition, according to the court announcement, as it’s an issue that is coming up more and more.

Alito explained, “This case presents a question of great and growing national importance: whether a public school district violates parents’ ‘fundamental constitutional right to make decisions concerning the rearing of’ their children…when, without parental knowledge or consent, it encourages a student to transition to a new gender or assists in that process.”

Thomas joined in the statement that added, “We are told that more than 1,000 districts have adopted such policies.”

It is the transgender ideology, which puts its faith in the science-defying concept that boys can become girls and girls can become boys, that has been promoted literally around the globe by the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris regime in Washington. Actually, being male or female is embedded in the human body down to the DNA level and does not change.

The situations involving schools, activist employees, teachers and administrators repeatedly getting caught encouraging children to pursue the transgender ideology and keeping those actions secret from parents.

Pandemic Brought Significant Increase in Number of Self-Poisonings among Young Girls

There was a 37% increase in the number of deliberate self-poisonings by young girls, with a strong correlation with the pandemic’s social restrictions, according to a new Australian study.

Self-poisoning is the most common form of hospitalized self-harm among children and adolescents and increased in the decade before the pandemic.

The study, which was published in the Australian and New Zealand Journal of Psychiatry, compared the period between March 2020 and December 2023 with the period 2018-2019 and

found rates of deliberate self-poisoning were 84% higher among those aged 5–14 years, and 36% higher among those aged 15–19 years. There were only very small changes among males and older Australians.

Within the cohort of 5 to 14 year olds, self-poisonings rose particularly among girls aged 11 to 14.

The researchers say the rise in self-poisoning by adolescent females appeared to be driven by lockdowns rather than COVID-19 infections.

This marked increase occurred between March 2020 and December 2021 and coincided with widespread lockdowns. After the relaxing of restrictions in early 2022, there was a sudden drop and then slow decline; however, rates still remain well above pre-pandemic rates.

Another recent study provided further evidence of a disproportionate negative effect of the lockdowns and social restrictions on young girls’ health.

The study shows that the stress of the pandemic social-restrictions caused the brains of adolescents, and particularly young girls, to age at an accelerated rate, putting them at higher risk of various neuropsychiatric and behavioural disorders.

Using advanced imaging techniques, like MRI, the scientists measured key indices of brain health including gray-matter volume, cortical thickness and white-matter integrity, which are used to estimate an individual’s brain age.

Cortical thinning, for example, takes place normally over the course of adolescence, as parts of the outer layer are “pruned” to help the brain function more efficiently. It’s well established, however, that if an individual is subject to chronic stress in any form—whether that’s social stress, sleep deprivation or an illness—thinning can take place at an accelerated rate. When an individual’s brain age exceeds their actual age, there’s a greater risk of everything from cognitive decline to anxiety and mood disorders, especially among children and teenagers.

Researchers found a significant increase in cortical thinning during the pandemic for adolescents, indicating severe stress.

Overton Window Shifting? Two Democrat Congressmen Come Out Against Men Playing Women’s Sports

The Overton Window appears to have shifted as two Democrat congressmen have now spoken out against “transgender” biological men playing in women’s sports.

Future Forward, a super PAC supporting Harris, found that a pro-Trump ad featuring the comments by “Breakfast Club” host Charlamagne tha God shifted the race 2.7 percentage points in Trump’s favor.

The ad featured the tagline, “Kamala is for they/them. Trump is for you.”

New York Rep. Tom Suozzi and Massachusetts Rep. Seth Moulton appeared to, at least in part, blame Democrats supporting transgender athletes for Kamala Harris’ election night loss.

“The Democrats have to stop pandering to the far left,” Rep. Suozzi told The New York Times. “I don’t want to discriminate against anybody, but I don’t think biological boys should be playing in girls’ sports.”

Counsellor wins £70,000 after ‘trans heresy hunt’ at rape charity

A trauma specialist has been awarded almost £70,000 and won a public apology from the rape crisis charity who forced her out of her job in a row over women-only spaces.

The payment to Roz Adams was twice the anticipated figure and came after a tribunal found she was the victim of a “heresy hunt” at Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC), where her “sex realist” beliefs were at odds with those of Mridul Wadhwa, the trans activist who was the centre’s chief executive.

Adams suffered harassment after she stood up for a female victim who wanted assurances she would receive counselling from a woman, with Wadhwa identified as the “invisible hand” behind the counsellor’s persecution.

For 16 months under Wadhwa, who identifies as a trans woman but has no gender recognition certificate, the ERCC had no women-only spaces. Referrals to the centre have been paused while its safeguarding procedures are revamped.

In his remedy ruling, Ian McFatridge, the judge, ordered the centre to publish a statement and to refer survivors of sexual assault to Beira’s Place, the women’s refuge established by the author JK Rowling as an alternative source of support for female victims of sexual violence.

The ERCC has been ordered to apologise publicly to Adams for alleging that she was transphobic and acknowledge that there was no evidence to support the allegation and that its disciplinary action against her was wrong.

The centre is also required to acknowledge Adams “was motivated by a wish to act in the best interests of service users when she questioned how to respond to the service user” and that nothing the counsellor did constituted bullying or harassment.

Alberta premier introduces bill BANNING the participation of transgender athletes in women’s sports

In a press release issued on Oct. 31, Alberta’s ruling United Conservative Party (UCP) introduced Bill 29, titled the “Fairness and Safety in Sports Act.” The proposed legislation intends to limit women’s divisions to “biological females” while proposing co-ed divisions for transgender athletes to participate in sports.

“The proposed Fairness and Safety in Sport Act establishes a balanced approach to protect the integrity of female athletic competitions by ensuring women and girls have the opportunity to compete in biological female-only divisions, while also ensuring transgender athletes are able to meaningfully participate in the sports of their choice,” the press release stated.

Once passed, Bill 29 would apply broadly across Alberta and affect the sports organizations and sporting competitions of school boards, universities and local governments. This legislation seeks to safeguard “fairness and safety” in sports, while promising new regulatory guidance on eligibility for female-only divisions. Regulations under the act will also specify criteria to limit participation to athletes born female, while supporting the formation of additional co-ed divisions. (Related: UN REPORT: Biological female athletes have lost nearly 900 medals to transgender athletes.)

“Through our Fairness and Safety in Sport Act, we are ensuring that athletes can rely on that fairness and safety. At the same time, we are committed to working with our partners to ensure that transgender Albertans will also have meaningful opportunities to participate in the sport of their choice,” Smith added.

The UCP government consulted with sports organizations, educational institutions and experts during the drafting process. Although the legislation is still in development, further details and the exact language of the bill are expected in the coming weeks. Additionally, the proposed act would provide legal liability protections for organizations enforcing the new regulations.

Voters Didn’t Reject Women, They Rejected Kamala Harris

Kamala Harris is the loser of the 2024 presidential election. Donald Trump has 277 electoral votes, according to the Associated Press, with several states still left to be decided, but also leaning in Trump’s direction. Even in reliably Democratic strongholds, Harris underperformed.

For instance, Harris won New York, but by a mere 11-point margin as of press time; in 2020, Biden’s margin there was 23 points. Harris and Trump were neck and neck in Hidalgo County, Texas—a heavily Latino county that both Biden and Hillary Clinton handily won. NBC News exit polls suggested Harris experienced significant losses with Latino voters, who went 65 percent for Biden then but were breaking only 53 percent for Harris.

Already, some people are chalking Harris’ loss up to sexism, misogynyand racism.

Surely some voters were motivated by these things, as some people always are. But one needn’t imagine a mass hate wave to explain Trump’s victory.

In the weeks leading up to the election, candidate Harris struggled to define herself as polls repeatedly showed little daylight between her and Trump. Often, it seemed that Trump’s flaws were Harris’ main selling point. She was not Trump. But, who was she? Even Harris herself seemed scared to say.

Throughout her brief campaign, Harris strenuously avoided laying out detailed plans or positions, outside of protecting abortion access. She had an especially hard time articulating how her administration would be different from the not-terribly-popular Joe Biden presidency or how she would turn things like inflation around.

This struggle to differentiate herself from Biden makes sense in light of her career history. She’s probably best understood as an ambitious vessel for whatever drives Democratic voters in a given era. She represents the Democratic Party establishment through and through.

If Harris has any personal political priorities or animating ideology at her core, they’ve been buried so deep by this point as to basically be undetectable—entirely subsumed by skilled pandering to the progressive zeitgeist. That’s why Harris has a reputation as a flip-flopper. That’s why she spent much of her short 2024 campaign walking back positions she took during the quite-different political days of 2019 and 2020. And it’s why she tried hard not to stake out strong positions on most issues this time around.

Yes, Harris had reproductive rights on her side. But while that’s been a huge issue this election, it’s only one issue—and not even one where Trump, who says he doesn’t want a nationwide abortion ban, totally disagrees.

‘Transgender’ Biological Man Sues Hooters for Refusing to Hire Him After He Was Banned from Restaurant

A “transgender” biological man who identifies as a woman has filed a lawsuit against Hooters for refusing to hire him — after he was already banned from the restaurant for sexually harassing waitresses.

The allegations in the lawsuit have caused leftist protesters to target the restaurant in Colonie, New York, twice.

“I’m suing Hooters for sex-based discrimination, on the basis of accommodation and on the basis of employment,” said Brandy Livingston, according to a report from News 10. “They would use male pronouns. They would refer to me as ‘he.’”

Livingston claims that the staff was also upset about his use of the women’s restroom.

“I overheard one of the servers after I left the restroom talking to one of the managers and said that, ‘Why are you allowing him in the women’s restroom?’ And the manager said, ‘Oh, I don’t like it any more than you do’,” he told News 10.

Despite repeated clashes with the staff, Livingston applied to work at the Hooters location three times.

“I said, do you want to see my experience or anything? Because I had previous jobs I had written down. And he said, “Oh, we don’t care about experience. We hire on the basis of personality. And there’s an image that needs to be met,” Livingston said.

Study finds that when Latinos hear ‘Latinx,’ they switch their votes to Trump

It’s not exactly a secret that Latinos can’t stand the word ‘Latinx,’ let alone getting called that by politically correct leftists.

Lefties have tried to make them swallow it, and some have tried to sweeten it, with ‘Latine,’ which sounds like a toilet, but to no avail.

A couple of researchers at Harvard and Georgetown decided to study this matter, and got an eye-popping result.

According to Amanda Sahar d’Urso and Marcel F. Roman:

Using several datasets, we find: Latinos are less likely to support politicians who use “Latinx” (Studies 1, 7); Latinos who oppose “Latinx” are less likely to support politicians who used or are associated with “Latinx” (Studies 2-5); Latinos in areas where “Latinx” is more salient are more likely to switch their vote toward Trump between 2016-2020 (Study 6). Consistent with our theory, these statistical patterns are driven by Republican, conservative, and anti-LGBTQ+ Latinos. Our findings have implications for politicians using identity-based appeals.

Well.

Being lefties themselves, they recommend comradely re-education of Latinos to force them to accept all this gender-inclusive language they’re having foisted upon them.

Whistleblower Reveals Trans-Identified Male Had Been Admitted To Women’s Rehab Unit In Massachusetts And Sexually Harassed Female Patients

A whistleblower has come forward to reveal that a trans-identified male was allowed on an all-female addictions rehabilitation unit at Massachusetts’ Behavioral Health Network (BHN), leading to the sexual and physical harassment of female patients.

John*, a veteran of the Marine Corps, is a rehabilitative specialist who worked at BHN for just over one year beginning in June of 2023, and worked with patients on multiple units within the BHN care center. One, known as New View, was an all-female unit intended for women under Massachusetts’ Section 35 – a mandatory rehabilitation order.

“You can [admit] yourself, but usually a spouse or family member goes to the courthouse and tries to section you. You have to be ‘a danger to yourself or others’ and a judge makes the final decision,” John explains, adding that even he didn’t feel comfortable being assigned to the unit due to concerns for the dignity of the women there.
