California allows 47 biological men to transfer to women’s prison—approve no requests of biological women to move to the men’s estate

Since California’s Transgender Respect, Agency and Dignity Act came into effect in 2021, permitting transgender inmates to be housed in facilities in line with their gender identity, 47 biological males have been permitted to transfer to women’s prisons while none of the 12 requests by biological females to transfer to a men’s facility have been granted so far.

Democratic California Senator Scott Wiener’s SB 132 was enacted in January 2021, granting biological male criminals the right to request transfer to women’s prisons based upon a self-declared female gender identity, as well as the right for these males to request to be searched by female prison staff.

The law applies to both male and female inmates alike, but the flow of transfers has so far only gone in one direction. On the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) website, it states that as of Feb. 26, 2023, 349 people housed in male institutions have requested to be housed in a female institution. 47 were approved for transfer, 21 were denied, and 35 changed their minds. The remaining requests are being reviewed.

However, 12 individuals housed in a female institution have requested to be housed in a male institution. None have yet to be approved, but all the requests are under review.

In 2022, the CDCR commissioned The Moss Group, a Washington-based criminal justice consulting firm, to provide long-term policy recommendations to “ensure successful continued implementation of SB 132.”

Prosecutor suspended by Soros-backed DA George Gascon for ‘misgendering’ trans child molester

Los Angeles prosecutor Shea Sanna was suspended by far-left District Attorney George Gascon for deadnaming and misgendering 26-year-old Hannah Tubbs, a biological male who identifies as transgender. Sanna prosecuted Tubbs for grabbing a 10-year-old by the throat in 2014 at a Denny’s and sexually assaulting the girl in a bathroom stall.

According to Fox News “Sanna has argued in the past that jailhouse phone calls show Tubbs was attempting to use gender identity to game the justice system – an argument that sources say made others in Gascon’s office uncomfortable and led to the suspension.”

Tubbs began identifying as transgender and using a different name after Tubbs was connected to the child molestation case via DNA evidence.

In January 2022, Tubbs was sentenced to two years in a Juvenile Detention center after pleading guilty to molesting the 10-year-old. Despite being an adult, Gascon sought to have Tubbs sent to Juvenile Detention because Tubbs was under 18 when Tubbs assaulted the 10-year-old.

“Tubbs has a lengthy criminal history in California and Idaho,” reports Fox and Tubbs has been recently accused of “beating a man to death in the woods with a rock in Kern County” in 2019.

Tubbs is being held on $1 million bond after being charged with murder and robbery in connection to Michael Clark’s death and has pleaded not guilty.

The 10-year-old, now an adult, told Fox, “I’ve also heard that my attacker goes by she/them pronouns now. I see it also unfair to try him as a woman as well, seeing how he clearly didn’t act like one on January 1st of 2014.”

Courthouse audio recordings between Tubbs and Tubbs’ father showed the offender saying, “So now they’re going to put me with other trannies that have seen their cases like mine or with one tranny like me that has a case like mine. So when you come to court, make sure you address me as her.”

Transgender Rachel Levine to be featured in high-profile children’s book series on women

Transgender Rachel Levine, the assistant secretary for health for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, will be featured in an upcoming installment of a children’s book series about women called, “She Persisted: Rachel Levine” by author Lisa Bunker.

Levine is also the head of the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps and is a biological male. In the book, Levine is referred to using female pronouns.

The Biden official transitioned to female in 2011 but was previously married to Martha Peaslee-Levine. They share a son and daughter, according to the National Women’s History Museum. The couple divorced in 2013.

“And Rachel was born transgender or trans for short. That means that she was born with a boy body, but on the inside, in her mind, and in her heart, she was a girl,” the book asserts. “The first time that Rachel knew for sure that she was a trans girl was when she was five years old.”

Science needs to stop using terms like male, female, mother and father, researchers say

Alternatives to terms like “male” and “female” and “mother” and “father” should be sought in science because they assume that sex is binary and heterosexuality is the norm, a group of researchers from the US and Canada suggests.

Male and female should instead be referred to as “sperm-producing” and “egg-producing,” the Ecology and Evolutionary Biology (EEB) Language Project said, according to the Times of London.

Meanwhile, father and mother should be labeled “parent,” “egg donor” and “sperm donor” in the scientific field.

The group has called on the scientific field to use words that are more “inclusive and precise,” according to a press release from the University of British Columbia, which has three researchers in the initiative.

“Much of Western science is rooted in colonialism, white supremacy and patriarchy, and these power structures continue to permeate our scientific culture,” some project members wrote in the Trends in Ecology and Evolution journal.

UBC assistant professor Dr. Kaitlyn Gaynor said the undertaking began from a Twitter conversation among a few people about terminology that is potentially harmful.

“We reached out to different networks in ecology and evolution that were focused on increasing inclusion and equity in the field to rally support for one very specific action —revising terminology that might be harmful to certain people, particularly those from groups historically and currently excluded from science,” she said, according to the press release.

Group Founded By Gavin Newsom’s Wife Teaches Kids About Gender Roles With Images From Pornhub

The organization founded by Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s wife Jennifer created a film for middle school students that shows sexually explicit images from Pornhub in order to teach students about gender roles and stereotypes in society.

Jennifer Siebel Newsom is the founder of The Representation Project, a group which claims it is focused on fighting sexism and has distributed its curriculums and films to 11,2000 classrooms, 5,000 schools and 2.6 million students. The organization created a film for public schools and kids ages 15 and up that depict sexually explicit images of nude women from websites such as Pornhub, MassiveCams and BDSM.XXX in order to discuss the harms of such images on young boys.

The film “The Mask You Live In” is designed to help raise a “healthier generation of boys and young men” by discussing how society has constructed harmful gender stereotypes, the organization website states. The film features scenes from pornographic videos including “two dirty brunettes dominated in the stables” and “girl next door manipulated and sexually dominated by kinky couple” to demonstrate how pornographic material is distributed to boys and can negatively affect relationships and “sexual aggression.”

Other images in the film shown to students display tags on pornography websites like “orgasm,” “domination” and “face fuck,” according to Open the Books. The K-5 curriculum paired with “The Mask You Live In” says that beginning in elementary school, kids begin to “objectify and degrade women.”

In addition, middle school students are taught about gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation and biological sex using the “gender bread person,” according to “The Mask You Live In” curriculum. The “gender bread person” explains that gender isn’t binary and that while biological sex comes from genitalia, gender identity comes from the head.

Internews President to WEF: “Gendered disinformation” is “terrifying,” online platforms need to keep people safe

It’s entirely unsurprising that Brian Stelter, once of CNN, has gotten the gig of moderating a panel at this year’s World Economic Forum (WEF) Davos conference.

And it’s no shocker that stuff like the apparently extremely dangerous problem of “gendered disinformation” was what he got to discuss.

Stelter – a self-styled technology and “misinformation” expert, whose sometimes astonishing takes in support of censorship were given air on the cable channel during the worst days of the pandemic-and-elections-induced free speech crises of the past years – hosted a Davos event called, “Clear and Present Danger of Disinformation.”

Panelists included EU Commissioner Vera Jourova, New York Times publisher A.G. Sulzberger, US Democrat Congressman Seth Moulton, and Jeanne Bourgault, CEO of Internews.

And Stelter wanted to know how the discussion related to “everything else” that was happening in the world elites’ stomping ground of Davos.

In response, Sulzberger voiced a dramatic warning: whatever he defines as disinformation is “the most existential problem” in the world, the publisher said – it is “attacking trust” and causing societies to “fracture.”

Now, those who might think “Internews” is a news organization would be mistaken; it is a nonprofit with as many as 30 offices around the world, where it supports “independent media” in 100 countries.

Nearly 50% of participants in ‘Monkeypox in women’ study were biological men

A study on monkeypox in women was published in The Lancet recently in which almost half of the cohort being studied were males who identify as women.

In the study published in the world-class medical journal on November 17, researchers analyzed data for a total of 136 individuals with the monkeypox virus infection across 15 countries. There were 62 “trans women,” 69 “cis” women, and 5 non-binary individuals who were grouped with the “cis” women to form a category of “people assigned female at birth.”

The study notes that since May 2022, global outbreaks of human monkeypox infection have been reported in over 78,000 people, predominantly in men who have sex with men. The proportion of women has been very low, and very few studies have distinguished between cis and trans women.

Around 90% of the cases reported sex with men, and 27% were living with HIV, with 50% of the males who identify as women also being HIV+ compared to just 8% of the actual women.

The study concluded that the “clinical features of monkeypox in women and non-binary individuals were similar to those described in men,” and that anatomically, “anogenital lesions were reflective of sexual practices: vulvovaginal lesions predominated in cis women and non-binary individuals and anorectal features predominated in trans women.”

Maya Forstater took to Twitter to point out that it was hardly surprising that the findings showed women having similar clinical features as males when almost half the “women” studied were male.

Room goes SILENT when CEO says parents ‘don’t have the right’ to know about child’s sex change

On “The Rubin Report,” BlazeTV host Dave Rubin shared a video clip from a recent House of Representatives hearing in which CEO and executive director of Inside Out Youth Services, Jessie Pocock, skirted around the question of whether parents have the right to know if their child is seeking “gender-affirming care” before finally admitting that “parents don’t have the right” — at least not in her home state of Colorado.

Asked by Texas Rep. Michael Cloud (R) if she believes parents have a right to be involved in “these sorts of discussions,” Pocock first answered that “anyone can be a trusted adult” to a child facing the “difficult problem” of gender identity. Pressed again, she said there are “about 100 parents who participate in our programs to support their young people … at Inside Out.”

“But do parents have a right to know, is my question,” Cloud stated.

“Do parents have a right to know what?” Pocock asked irritably. But when Cloud again repeated the question, she began to talk about children in abusive homes.

Entire Gender Industry Is Based on a Failed Study That Disproved Scientist’s Theory

With schools teaching sex and gender ideology beginning in kindergarten, the Biden administration encouraging early medical treatments for gender dysphoria, and social media influencers discussing the topic, a record number of adolescent girls believe they are transgender and are transitioning to live as males.

Concerned adults are sounding the alarm on the lack of scientific studies to support transgender medical treatments that permanently alter a young person’s physiology and leave their mental health issues unresolved.

Child and adolescent psychiatrist Miriam Grossman, who has been a mental health professional for 40 years, said the gender industry is built on the lies of one troubled psychologist.

“The person who came up with the theory was Dr. John Money, and he came up with this idea that a person’s biology—their body, their chromosomes—is completely separate from their feeling of whether they are male or female,” Grossman said during a Sept. 23 interview for EpochTV’s “American Thought Leaders” program.

Why Are Virginia Students Studying Sexuality, Body Size, And Privilege In Spanish Class?

Earlier this month, spies and sleuths walked through the doors of the Central Intelligence Agency’s top-secret headquarters here in the D.C. suburbs for a day of work fighting foreign threats to the United States. Around the corner, on Georgetown Pike, teens shuffled through the doors of classroom No. 1208 at Langley High School for 90 minutes of Spanish II.

“Hola!” the teacher said to them, as they started class.

What the teens got instead of a normal tutorial in Spanish was a surprise lesson on “Identidad,” or “Identity,” with students handed a two-page worksheet created by the University of Michigan’s Program on Intergroup Relations. It included a list of “Social Identity Groups,” not teaching the students about Spanish-language communities, but probing personal, intrusive, and even shaming questions right off a Buzzword Bingo card in identity politics, and asking them to pen their self-identities into a “Social Identity Wheel.”

For these teens as young as 14, they faced the task — in the early morning class of Spanish II on Thursday, Oct. 13 — of identifying their “Social Identity Groups,” including their “Sexual Orientation,” with this wide array of confusing choices: “Lesbian,” “Gay,” “Bisexual,” “Heterosexual,” “Pan-Attractional,” “Attractionality” and, in case those didn’t cover it, “Questioning.”

For their “sex,” these young students had “intersex” among their choices, along with female and male.

For gender, they had “Woman, Man, Transgender, Post-Gender.”

Despite body image being such an issue, especially among teen girls, the students were offered a “social identity group” of “Body Size/ Type,” with “Fat,” “Person of Size,” and “Thin” as examples. One irked Langley mother said, “Really? With all of the body-shaming that girls already feel?”

In the Langley High School community, many parents settled in the nation’s capital to affect U.S. and global policy in high-level posts from the White House, Congress, Defense Department, and even the CIA. These parents work at law firms, media companies, and government contractors, but, like youth everywhere, their children experience the same, complicated lives of teens, with depression, anxiety, and growing pains.

In the oversimplification of societal dynamics that activists have increasingly imposed on children, the Spanish II students also had the task of identifying their “Social Class,” with choices including “Poor,” “Working Class,” “Lower-Middle Class,” “Upper-Middle Class,” “Owning Class,” and “Ruling Class,” another judgment on the young people.

To cap off this exercise, their teacher, Teresa Quigley, instructed them to ponder if they were in a “marginalized group” that is “disenfranchised and exploited” or a “privileged group” with “unearned privileged” status in society. Students looked at each other, confused about what they were doing.

“What does any of this have to do with learning Spanish?” a local mother asked.
