Major networks ABC, NBC refuse to air Trump’s prime-time address on election fraud

Major broadcast networks, including ABC and NBC, will not be airing President Donald Trump‘s highly anticipated speech addressing his administration’s most pressing issues and his stance on election fraud.

The White House has hinted at a variety of reasons for Thursday’s speech, but sources told Reuters on Wednesday that Trump may use the remarks to disclose whether China had interfered in the 2020 presidential election.

The president said ahead of the speech that he has ‘really, really big news’ to share with the nation.

ABC confirmed in a statement to multiple media outlets that the president’s remarks would be live-streamed on its corresponding streaming channels rather than on the prime-time cable network.

‘We will also cover the speech in our regular network newscasts and, as always, our Special Report team is fully prepared to break into network programming to deliver live updates and reporting should significant developments occur,’ the network said in a statement to the Hollywood Reporter.

NBC has also opted to air Trump’s remarks on its free streaming service, NBC News Now, a source familiar with the matter confirmed to Reuters.

Spokespeople for CBS News and Fox News have not announced whether they will air Trump’s speech on their prime-time channels.

CNN told the Hollywood Reporter that the network planned to cover the president’s speech ‘as a news event, and monitor it for news developments, providing analysis and commentary from CNN experts who cover elections, intelligence and the FBI.’

FBI Fires Husband and Wife Analysts Who Refused to Assist Georgia 2020 Election Investigation

The FBI has reportedly fired two intelligence analysts after they refused to participate in the bureau’s investigation into Georgia’s 2020 presidential election.

According to multiple reports, the Atlanta-based analysts, a husband and wife, told colleagues they did not believe the investigation was justified and declined to work on the case.

They were reportedly escorted from the FBI office after refusing the assignment.

The FBI did not confirm the firings but defended its decision.

“The FBI will always investigate credible allegations of matters related to federal elections,” an FBI spokesperson said.

“Every employee at this FBI is to uphold our mission and adhere to our standards, any deviation will not be tolerated.”

Earlier this month, the FBI assigned 260 investigative analysts to assist with its ongoing investigation into the fraud that took place in Fulton County, Georgia, during the 2020 presidential election.

More Than 200 FBI Agents Swarm Fulton County, Georgia, to Investigate 2020 Election Fraud

In what an FBI memo calls a “priority investigation,” 260 FBI agents are “surging” to Fulton County, Ga., to look into possible fraud regarding the 2020 election.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) served a subpoena in April for the names and personal contact information of everyone in Fulton County who worked on the 2020 election. The request was slapped down by a judge last week. That didn’t stop the the influx of FBI agents from descending on Georgia from offices around the nation to look into more than 700 pieces of evidence, including documents, ballots and tabulation machines, all of which were confiscated in a sweep last January.

The evidence has been stored in Georgia since it was collected.

The agents have a deadline of July 17 to report their findings.

Fulton County officials believe the new wave of agents is “one of the clearest signs yet of the scope and intensity of the investigation.”

The Operation Mockingbird media mudpuppies at the Associated Press (AP) are still sticking with the narrative that the 2020 election was on the up-and-up:

President Donald Trump and his allies have made false claims that widespread election fraud cost him the 2020 election. Georgia’s votes in the 2020 presidential race were counted three times, including once by hand, and each count affirmed Democrat Joe Biden’s win.

But what the AP refuses to mention is this: How many of those votes were fraudulent? How many were counted repeatedly? How many of the voters are no longer living in Georgia, and how many are no longer living?

complaint was submitted to the state of Georgia on July 8, 2022, suggesting the following:

  1. Irregularities in the Recount that lead to the addition of 16,382 votes to the “Batches Loaded Report” (BLR) of December 3, 2020, to the“certified result,” on December 4, which included 3,125 duplicate ballots and 17,852 votes of unknown provenance – that is, for which no physical ballot was in evidence.
  2. Additional tabulator results from unreported and unidentifiable tabulators that accounted for 20,713 votes in the November 3rd vote totals.

Arizona Supreme Court Delivers Crushing Blow to Maricopa Board of Supervisors

The Arizona Supreme Court on Tuesday delivered a crushing blow to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors when it ended a Court of Appeals stay and reinstated a superior court’s injunctions, with modifications, that returned election-administration responsibilities of the county’s elections back to the County Recorder, Justin Heap.

The Arizona Supreme Court vacated the Court of Appeals stay from June and reinstated with modifications the “superior court injunctions governing the allocation of election-administration responsibilities between the Maricopa County Recorder and the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.”

According to the Supreme Court’s News Release:

The dispute concerns which county office has the authority to perform election duties that Arizona statutes assign to “the county recorder or other officer in charge of elections.” Maricopa County Recorder Justin Heap argued that those duties belong to the Recorder or to an officer designated by the Recorder.

The Board of Supervisors argued that its budgetary and administrative authority permitted it to assign those functions to a Board-appointed elections director.

The Court concluded that the Recorder is likely to prevail on the statutory interpretation issue. Relying on Arizona precedent, the Court explained that a county board of supervisors may not use its funding authority to assume or reassign statutory responsibilities entrusted to an independently elected county officer.

The Court reaffirmed that the Board has a nondiscretionary duty to fund the Recorder’s necessary expenses and may not use budgetary control to displace duties assigned by law to the Recorder or to an officer acting under the Recorder’s authority.

The Court also addressed election timing concerns. It recognized that courts should exercise caution before altering election procedures close to an election, particularly while early voting for the 2026 Primary Election is underway. However, it concluded that those concerns do not replace Arizona’s stay analysis or determine which official has legal authority under Arizona law.

To minimize disruption, the Court reinstated the superior court’s injunctions, as modified by the Recorder’s 12-point interim operational protocol.

Those temporary procedures are intended to preserve continuity during the ongoing Primary Election while the appeal proceeds. The Court also stated that either party may seek further interim modifications from the Court of Appeals.

Federal Judge Rejects DOJ Attempt to Subpoena 2020 Fulton County Election Workers

A federal judge on Tuesday rejected the Justice Department’s attempt to subpoena 2020 Fulton County election workers.

Earlier this year the FBI raided the Fulton County election office.

The Justice Department also issued subpoenas for information on all 2020 election workers from Fulton County.

The records include those who were performing the following functions and duties:

  • Individuals assigned to review Mail-In Ballots
  • Individuals assigned to the Voter Review Panel/Board
  • Individuals assigned to Mobile Voting Locations
  • Individuals assigned to transfer results to or from media or transport ballots, ballot stock, or media
  • Individuals employed or contracted by the Fulton Board of Registrations and Elections
  • Individuals who worked or volunteered for the Risk Limiting Audit
  • Individuals who worked or volunteered for the Recount
  • Individuals who served as precinct managers and assistant managers

On Tuesday, US District Judge William Ray, a Trump appointee, quashed the subpoenas.

Judge Ray said the grand jury subpoena was unreasonable.

Tyrant Gavin Newsom Panics: Threatens to Prosecute Anyone Helping President Trump Secure Fair Elections – Pushes New Felony Law to Criminalize Ballot Scrutiny Before Certification

In yet another desperate power grab, radical Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom is warning that anyone who dares help President Trump protect election integrity in California will be prosecuted.

He’s now moving forward with legislation to make it a FELONY to seize ballots before they’ve been certified by his hand-picked state and county officials.

This is the same Gavin Newsom who has spent years resisting basic election security while California’s system remains wide open to abuse.

In a video statement posted on social media, Newsom warned that anyone who assists President Donald Trump in what he described as interference with California’s elections would face prosecution under state law.

Newsom: Let me speak directly to anyone considering helping President Trump interfere with our election or our count: If you violate California’s laws, if you interfere with our voters, tamper with our ballots, or meddle in our election, you will be prosecuted. It doesn’t matter who gave the order.

That’s why I’m moving forward with new legislation that would make it a felony to seize ballots before the vote has been certified by state and county officials.

We will be the wall he cannot get past because we believe that, once an election is decided, the winner governs for everyone. That’s the architecture of American liberty.

Donald Trump—he doesn’t believe in that architecture.

Speaking at the Aspen Ideas Festival, Thiel suggested that Anthropic, which he described as a “woke liberal company,” was “winning the AI race” and could use its advanced AI models to “rig the elections in 2028.”

Thiel, who co-founded both PayPal and Palantir, argued he company would be able to “completely outwit” any efforts by Elon Musk to counter it through X because of the power of its technology.

Anthropic has declined to comment, referring reporters to a previous blog post on election integrity and political bias.

FBI Dramatically Expands Fulton County 2020 Election Investigation, Deploys Hundreds of Analysts to Review Records

The FBI has assigned 260 investigative analysts to assist with its ongoing investigation into the fraud that took place in Fulton County, Georgia, during the 2020 presidential election.

According to an internal FBI memorandum obtained by The New York Times, the analysts have been tasked with completing approximately 708 records checks by July 17th.

The memo describes the operation as a priority for FBI Director Kash Patel. The specific records under review have not been disclosed.

The expanded effort follows the FBI’s raid on a Fulton County election warehouse.

Back in January, federal agents seized more than 600 boxes of election materials, including original 2020 ballots, as part of a Justice Department investigation.

No criminal charges have been filed and federal authorities have released few details about the scope of the investigation.

The FBI and Fulton County officials have so far declined to comment on the latest developments.

O’Keefe Media Group Catches California Election Fraud Again: Election Petition Worker Offers Cash for Fake Signature

The O’Keefe Media Group on Tuesday released undercover video of California election petition workers offering cash for a fake signature.

“Alright, so the name you’re gonna write is gonna be Timothy Adams,” the election worker said.

“I’m gonna give you a name, write it down, I’ll give you two bucks,” they said.

Earlier this year, James O’Keefe and his team of journalists went undercover on Skid Row in Los Angeles, posing as homeless people.

‘Petitioners’ told the undercover journalists that they are paid between $7-$10 per signature. Some of them earn up to $1,000 per day.

“California NGOs Encourage Fake Addresses To Homeless People To Sign Petitions & Register Voters, A State & Federal Felony. Footage Shows 28 Instances Of Cash Changing Hands For Ballot Signatures & Voter Registration Forms,” they said.

“Many of the petitioners had no understanding of the petitions’ purpose they were advertising. Circulators also instructed individuals to use fake addresses. “Oh, you can just fake an address.”” OMG reported.

“Weingart Center, which received hundreds of millions in public funding, is on tape directing people to where the fraudulent petitioners are located, and directing homeless individuals to petitioners & coaching plausible deniability,” OMG said.

O’Keefe Media Group reporters encountered “28 instances of petitioners offering cash, cigarettes, and marijuana for signatures on petitions.”

“See they say ignorance is no excuse for the law. But a lot of times, I have to say ‘I didn’t know, I had no idea,’” a Weingart Center employee told the undercover journalist.
