Now We’ve Got Dem Sen. Ruben Gallego Trying to Threaten Military Members If They Investigate Mark Kelly

Senator Ruben Gallego (D-AZ) is irate over news that his colleague, Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ), is the subject of a Department of War investigation for taking part in a video urging military members to defy orders from their superiors.

So much so that he’s seemingly issuing threats to anyone who takes part in that investigation.

A Department of War statement issued Monday stated Kelly had been accused of “serious allegations of misconduct” and that further actions against him are under consideration—including a potential court-martial or other “administrative measures.”

Gallego, in an interview with CNN, warned service members that once President Trump leaves office, “there will be consequences” for participating in any military proceedings related to the investigation.

“Donald Trump is going to be gone in a couple of years,” he said. “And if you’re part of the military that is going after sitting senators, sitting members of Congress, and part of the weaponization of government, there will be consequences, without a doubt.”

Gallego went even further, suggesting military members would need to look over their shoulders once the Commander-in-Chief leaves office.

“I think there’s going to be a lot of officers that’ll be part of this potential tribunal, if they want to call it that, they’re going to be looking over their shoulders,” he said. “Because they know that Donald Trump will be gone and they will not have that protection.”

Judge throws out Comey and James cases as Trump’s beauty queen prosecutor is humiliated

Donald Trump‘s cases against his political foes James Comey and Letitia James have been thrown out.

Judge Cameron Currie accused the President’s hand-picked attorney, Lindsey Halligan, of ‘prosecutorial misconduct’ after she secured indictments against the former FBI director and the New York Attorney General.

She added that Halligan is ‘a former White House aide with no prior prosecutorial experience’ who was never eligible to serve.

A 120-day deadline on interim appointments expired during the previous prosecutor’s tenure, meaning Pam Bondi did not have the authority to appoint Halligan – this was up to the district’s federal judges.

‘I conclude that all actions flowing from Ms Halligan’s defective appointment, including securing and signing Mr Comey’s indictment, constitute unlawful exercises of executive power and must be set aside,’ wrote Currie, a Bill Clinton-appointed judge.

Both Comey and James asked that their cases be dismissed and that the prosecutor be disqualified because of the manner of her appointment.

The defendants in the two separate cases asked for the indictments to be dismissed with prejudice, which means the Justice Department would not be able to bring the same charges against them. But the judge dismissed with prejudice.

Comey was charged with making a false statement and obstruction of a congressional proceeding relating to his 2020 Senate testimony, where he denied authorizing FBI officials to leak information to the press.

James was indicted on charges including bank fraud and making false statements to a financial institution concerning information on mortgage applications that prosecutors alleged was falsified.

Halligan, a former beauty queen, was named to the job of interim US Attorney for Virginia in September.

Before her appointment, Erik Siebert, a different interim attorney, was forced out amid pressure from Trump to file charges against his political enemies.

Comey’s lawyers argued that after Siebert was forced out, the judges should have had exclusive say over who would fill the vacancy.

But it was ultimately Trump who moved forward and nominated Halligan as he publicly pressed Attorney General Pam Bondi to take action against Comey and James.

‘JUSTICE MUST BE SERVED, NOW!!!’ the President wrote on Truth Social at the time.

Comey was indicted days later on charges of making a false statement and obstructing Congress, and James was charged soon after that in a mortgage fraud investigation.

Pentagon Opens Investigation Into Sen. Mark Kelly Over Call for Troops to Disobey Unlawful Orders

The Department of War published a statement saying the agency received serious allegations of misconduct by Senator Mark Kelly and is opening an investigation into the claims against the former Navy captain.

The Department of War posted on X:

“The Department of War has received serious allegations of misconduct against Captain Mark Kelly, USN (Ret.). In accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 688, and other applicable regulations, a thorough review of these allegations has been initiated to determine further actions, which may include recall to active duty for court-martial proceedings or administrative measures. This matter will be handled in compliance with military law, ensuring due process and impartiality.”

The investigation follows a video released by several Congressional Democrats who urged US troops not to follow unlawful orders. The video incited a firestorm of inflammatory comments from Republicans and President Donald Trump.

Trump posted on Truth Social, following the publication of the video, that it was “seditious behavior, punishable by death.” He later walked back the remarks, saying he was “not threatening death.”

The statement from the Department of War included a warning to other retired soldiers not to speak out on the issue. The X post continued:

“The Department of War reminds all individuals that military retirees remain subject to the UCMJ for applicable offenses, and federal laws such as 18 U.S.C. § 2387 prohibit actions intended to interfere with the loyalty, morale, or good order and discipline of the armed forces. Any violations will be addressed through appropriate legal channels.

All servicemembers are reminded that they have a legal obligation under the UCMJ to obey lawful orders and that orders are presumed to be lawful. A servicemember’s personal philosophy does not justify or excuse the disobedience of an otherwise lawful order.”

Sen Kelly responded on his personal X account, saying he would not be intimidated by Trump. “I swore an oath to the Constitution in 1986. I’ve upheld it through 25 years of service and every day since I retired.” He added, “If Trump’s trying to intimidate me, it won’t work. I’ve given too much to our country to be silenced by bullies who care more about power than the Constitution.”

Democrat MELTDOWN of the Week: Rep. Hakeem Jeffries Blames Trump for EXTREME WEATHER in ABSURD New Attack

Rep. Hakeem Jeffries delivered one of the most exaggerated and unserious climate speeches of the year during a press event on the Senate side of the U.S. Capitol this week.

Speaking Wednesday afternoon alongside Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, Jeffries attempted to link President Donald Trump to everything from global weather patterns to home-insurance rates—an attack that revealed more about Democrat messaging than about any legitimate climate data.

Rep. Jeffries opened by accusing President Trump and congressional Republicans of being “unwilling” to address the cost-of-living challenges facing Americans.

But instead of acknowledging the reality—falling inflation, lower energy costs, rising wages, and a growing labor market under Trump—Jeffries pivoted into a sweeping claim that the administration is responsible for worsening “extreme weather events.”

The statement came without evidence, and it came during a week when the administration finalized new domestic energy permits and announced record-low gasoline prices in multiple states.

The most dramatic accusation came when Jeffries criticized the Trump administration for not attending the latest United Nations COP climate conference.

He claimed this ceded “leadership to China,” ignoring the fact that China remains the world’s top polluter, continues to open coal plants at record speed, and actively undermines global emissions standards.

President Trump has repeatedly stated that he will not send American officials to conferences where the United States is lectured while China receives exemptions.

Jeffries then attempted to draw a “direct connection” between climate change and home-insurance costs.

But he failed to mention that the insurance crisis in states like California and New York is driven overwhelmingly by Democrat policies—overregulation, failure to thin forests, refusal to prosecute arson, skyrocketing crime, and restrictive underwriting rules that have pushed insurers out of entire regions.

Under President Trump, states with market-friendly regulations—Texas, Florida, Tennessee, and Utah—have reported more stable insurance markets and faster reconstruction after storms.

Jeffries also insisted that Republicans “took a sledgehammer” to the clean-energy economy.

Obama schemes with rising trailblazer in stunning plot to retake the White House

Barack Obama
has descended into Washington DC for a secret meeting with Democrats to plot his party’s return to power after Donald Trump leaves office.

The 44th president huddled with nearly three dozen freshman House Democrats at an event hosted by former Speaker Nancy Pelosi at a home in Capitol Hill on Wednesday.

Obama admitted that he was ‘feeling worn out’ but urged party members not to ‘succumb to cynicism — cynicism is our enemy.’

The longtime Democratic leader was also spotted conniving in the shadows with one of the most progressive freshman Democratic lawmakers at the private event.

Delaware Rep. Sarah McBride, the first openly transgender congressional lawmaker, was seen talking privately with Obama.

McBride described the ex-president’s speech as ‘classic Barack Obama — updated for a 2025 political environment.’

McBride told Politico that Obama’s plan to guide Democrats out of their leaderless wilderness is not by relying on a singular political figure.

‘He recognizes that in this moment, it’s not going to be any single voice that saves us. It’s not going to be a former political leader or any single current political leader,’ the lawmaker said.

Sen. Liz Warren Loses It! Blames Trump for EVERY Health Bill in America Except Her Own

Sen. Elizabeth Warren used a Senate hearing this week to deliver yet another dramatic, inaccurate attack on President Donald Trump—this time claiming that Trump is responsible for rising health-care premiums across the country.

Speaking Wednesday on Capitol Hill, Warren accused the administration of “ripping away coverage,” “skyrocketing premiums,” and “creating a health-care crisis.”

But her argument collapsed under the weight of basic facts she failed to address.

Warren began by declaring that “health care in America is already too expensive,” a rare point of agreement.

But instead of acknowledging that premiums, deductibles, and co-pays rose for ten consecutive years under Democrat leadership, she blamed President Trump for conditions he inherited from the Affordable Care Act.

During the hearing, she claimed Trump worked with Republicans to pass what she called the “Big Beautiful Bill,” insisting it stripped coverage from “15 million people.”

This talking point has been repeatedly debunked: the bill only removes health coverage for illegal immigrants and sets a 40-hour work requirement for able-bodied adults.

In a revealing moment, Warren asked witness Mr. Levitis whether premiums would “double next year.”

Levitis confirmed that certain ACA benchmark plans could spike—but he also identified the real driver: the ACA’s collapsing risk pools and concentrated market exits, not Trump’s actions.

For a 60-year-old couple earning around $85,000, he cited approximate increases of $24,000, a cost surge that directly reflects the structural failures built into the ACA.

Rather than acknowledging this, Warren tried linking premium increases to tariffs and “input costs”—a stretch with no measurable connection to health-care pricing.

She then claimed the solution is to “permanently extend ACA tax credits,” a policy that would cost taxpayers roughly $23 billion next year alone. She omitted the obvious: these subsidies don’t lower costs.

They simply shift costs to taxpayers while insurers raise premiums in the background.

Warren repeated the long-debunked claim that Republicans have “tried 70 times” to dismantle the ACA, ignoring that most votes were symbolic amendments, budget procedures, or messaging resolutions.

Klobuchar Delivers Insane Word Salad When Asked What Specific “Illegal” Orders Trump Issued the Military

NBC’s Kristen Welker actually pressed Democrat Senator Amy Klobuchar about the seditious Democrat lawmakers and their viral video urging the military to refuse President Trump’s orders.

Last week, Trump lashed out at the six Democrat members of Congress who urged the military to refuse ‘illegal orders.’

Without offering any specifics, Senators Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) and Mark Kelly (D-AZ), along with Democrat Reps. Maggie Goodlander (NH), Jason Crow (CO), Chris Deluzio (PA), and Chrissy Houlahan (PA) repeatedly stated, “You can refuse illegal orders,” or “You must refuse illegal orders,” in a viral video.

President Trump called for the Democrat lawmakers featured in the viral video to be locked up.

“This is really bad, and Dangerous to our Country. Their words cannot be allowed to stand. SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR FROM TRAITORS!!! LOCK THEM UP??? President DJT” – Trump said on Truth Social on Thursday morning.

Later Thursday morning, President Trump said seditious behavior is punishable by death.

“SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!” Trump said in a follow-up post on Truth Social.

NBC’s Kristen Welker on Sunday asked Klobuchar what specific “illegal acts” the seditious Democrats were referring to in the viral video.

“I wonder, do you know what the specific, illegal acts are that your democratic colleagues were referring to there?” Kristen Welker asked Klobuchar.

Klobuchar could not answer Welker.

She delivered a word salad about the National Guard and a District Judge’s order.

“If their commander were to tell them, hey go out on the streets… and do this and that, that’s not following the order that is in law,” Klobuchar said.

Maxine Waters Doesn’t Like It When You Bring Up Her Love Letters to Fidel Castro

In the wake of New York City electing itself a real live communist for mayor earlier this month, Rep. María Elvira Salazar (R-Fla.) introduced a non-binding resolution to Congress this past week called “Denouncing the horrors of socialism.” That means it doesn’t create any sort of real law — it’s largely symbolic, with the intention of affirming “that the United States rejects socialism and opposes the implementation of socialist policies that threaten the freedoms and prosperity that define our nation.”

Voting in favor of it should have been a no-brainer. It was for Republicans, at least: 199 voted in favor of it, with zero voting against. For Democrats, on the other hand, only 86 managed to find it within themselves to denounce the very things the U.S. stands against, while 98 voted against and two voted present, and 47 didn’t vote at all. You can’t make this stuff up.

For some of the Republicans, the vote was personal. They lived the realities of it.

Salazar, for example, grew up in Florida, the daughter of Cuban exiles who fled Fidel Castro’s reign of terror. “This is a moral vote against an ideology that has destroyed millions and millions of families,” she said during her remarks. “Unfortunately, socialism and Marxism crushes the human soul. And it’s not just my community in Miami. It’s the rest of the hemisphere and the rest of the world.”

Rep. Young Kim (R-Calif.) also spoke from experience. “As a Korean-American who grew up in the aftermath of the Korean war, I have witnessed the horrors of socialism firsthand,” she said. “… Now more than ever, as socialist ideas gain traction here at home, and as our nation’s largest city and financial capital has elected, not just a socialist but a communist, as mayor, we must firmly demand our capitalist free market system which empowers Americans of all backgrounds to achieve freedom, opportunity, and prosperity.”

Apparently, for some of the “nays,” it was personal as well. But in a different way.

Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) was one of the most vocal against it, and Salazar wasn’t afraid to point out why.

If there is someone who has seen the horrors of socialism up close within the Democratic Party in the House, it is the honorable Congresswoman Maxine Waters. And I would love for you to support this resolution specifically, because Madam Waters, for decades, you traveled to Cuba dozens of times to visit Fidel Castro personally, whom you considered your friend.  Congresswoman Waters was in Havana and she saw the destruction of biblical proportions that Castro caused on that island who, at the time in 1960, had the highest per capita income in the Western Hemisphere.

At that time, Madam Waters knew that thousands and thousands of Cubans were escaping on a raft, exposing their lives and their children’s to be eaten by the sharks. She knew that Afro-Cubans were being beaten on the streets of Havana, discriminated against, uh, by Fidel Castro, Mr. Speaker. And for that reason, I am bringing up all these facts, because Madam Waters knew that the Cuban jails were full of political prisoners and the Cubans did not have the same privileges that we are having right now to speak freely. At that time, Madam Waters never raised her voice to denounce the horrors of socialism, Mr. Speaker.

DEM BOOMERANG: US Virgin Islands Rep. Stacey Plaskett’s Deep Connection to Her Donor Jeffrey Epstein Comes to Light

Plaskett appears to have been an Epstein operative.

The mania that took over the Democratic party over the ‘Jeffrey Epstein files’ was sure to backfire on them – and it’s happening, fast!

Apart from Bill Clinton, Larry Summers and so many others, the spotlight has been shining on embattled Rep. Stacey Plaskett from the US Virgin Islands.

Plaskett is being shown to have far deeper connections to Jeffrey Epstein – a major donor for her – than she let on.

The New York Post reported:

“On Wednesday, Plaskett downplayed Epstein as just another ‘constituent’, after files released by Epstein’s estate revealed he fed her questions during a congressional hearing in 2019, prompting the call for the House sanction.

But exhibits and depositions in a New York court case reveal the convicted pedophile and his associates shoveled at least $30,000 in campaign funds to Plaskett over three election cycles.”

On This Day in 1865: Democrats Pass Nation’s First ‘Black Codes’ to Impose Near Slavery on African Americans

The more things change – the more they stay the same.

On November 22, 1865, Mississippi Democrats passed black codes to impose near slavery on African Americans in the state.

Democrats didn’t want those blacks to see any success in life. Today Democrats do that by “representing” blacks in political office but doing nothing to improve their lives in the hood.

Grand Old Partisan reported:

According to these Democrat laws, African-Americans could not:

 • vote

 • serve on juries

 • testify against white people

 • own guns

 • travel without permission

 • assemble for political purposes

 • own farmland

 • be outdoors at night

 • change jobs without permission

Democrats decreed that all African-Americans had to:

•sign annual labor contracts with white masters

 • be deferential to all white people

 • be apprenticed (in practice, enslaved) to white masters until adulthood

 • work only in agriculture and a few other occupations

Fortunately, after winning a two-thirds majority in Congress, Republicans swept away these black codes.
