Kamala Harris ‘dear friends’ with Democrat who wanted child porn possession declared a non-felony: report

Presidential candidate and Vice President Kamala Harris is allegedly close to a Democrat who has tried to make possession of child pornography a non-felony, the Daily Caller reported Thursday. That fellow Democrat is Mark Leno, a politician who served in the California State Senate until November 2016 and was known to Harris as a “dear friend.”

Leno wrote legislation that would have allowed pedophiles to possess up to 99 “items” of child porn without being charged with a felony, former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy said in 2006. A compact disc containing 1,000 pornographic images would have been deemed ONE item, the Caller noted, citing analysis from McCarthy.

When the legislation was proposed, McCarthy was sitting as the California Assembly Republican leader and said Bill 50 as it was first conceived would have provided pedophiles with some legal room to satiate their desire to view child porn without being arrested and charged with a felony. 

Leno’s legislation was not embraced even by his fellow Democrats. The Caller noted that Democratic political analyst Pat Caddell told the Los Angeles Daily News: “What the Democrats did on AB 50 was insane, insane—100 exemptions for child porn? They had to figure out this was not good? If this seeps into voters’ minds, my God.’”

The mainstream media also balked, with the Los Angeles Daily News insisting: “Early on, AB 50 was filled with loopholes that would make your skin crawl. For instance, Leno provided an ‘exemption’ from felony charges if a suspect was caught with less than 100 pieces of child pornography. In a creepy all-time low, Assembly Democrats voted for Leno’s plan to go soft on child porn.”

Leno and Harris have remained close for over two decades as social media posts and archived news stories attest. He may have shared an election night dinner in 2003 with Harris.

Will Politicians Toxify Freedom Forever?

The official theme song of the Kamala Harris presidential campaign is “Freedom” by Beyonce. But a more accurate theme would be the Rolling Stones classic, Under my Thumb. Vice President Harris is seeking the presidency as the greatest champion of freedom in modern times. But Kamala-style freedom will only unleash the government, not private citizens.

The original Bill of Rights created a row of bulwarks for citizens to prevent government oppression. In the era of the American Revolution, it was a common saying: “The Restraint of Government is the True Liberty and Freedom of the People.” But Harris and her running mate, Governor Tim Walz, are offering a “freedom,” seemingly inspired by Yugoslavian communist dictator Tito: “The more powerful the State, the more freedom.”

Harris begins by tacitly presuming that politicians must forcibly save humanity. Harris seeks to vastly expand government intervention to supposedly give people true freedom in daily life. Harris’s “freedom” presumes government is irrevocably benevolent—unless you are a bad person who deserves punishment or subjugation or overtaxing. But the definition of “bad” can be endlessly expanded to include anyone who howls about being fleeced, locked down, or muzzled.

Harris-Walz Freedom requires maximum government interference in daily life. Harris called for a merciless crackdown on misinformation, including punishing social media companies that fail to kowtow to Washington. Walz is emphatic that there is no freedom of speech for “misinformation”—a vague notion which can include any statement disapproved by officialdom. When did America’s most distrusted occupation—politicians—become entitled to define truth and to forcibly suppress and punish what they label “misinformation”?

Under the Harris-Walz standard, Americans will only have the freedom to say anything that the government approves. Walz endorsed a 1919 Supreme Court case that upheld imprisoning anyone who criticized military conscription during World War One. The Biden administration was condemned by federal judges for suppressing millions of comments and jokes by Americans about Covid mandates and shutdowns. But according to liberals, that wasn’t censorship because only reactionaries or deplorables complained about pandemic policies. Plus, Fauci is still a saint. 

Mindy Kaling, an actress and emcee for the third night of the Democratic National Convention, invoked “the freedom to work one job and afford your rent.” The Biden administration floated proposals for nationwide rent control and Harris is championing proposals to stop “price gouging.” To achieve true freedom, bureaucrats would commandeer veto power over any contract dealing with housing or food. And when federal price controls caused devastating shortages, that would simply prove that politicians need even more power over daily life. 
At the Democratic National Convention, a Harris campaign video pledged that she would deliver “freedom from extremism.” But that would provide a blank check to suppress any ideas of which politicians disapprove. Newsweek reported last year that the FBI created “a new category of extremists that it seeks to track and counter: Donald Trump’s army of MAGA followers.” To permit politicians to define extremism is to let them preemptively vilify their most dangerous critics. Two years ago, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre asserted, “When you are not with what majority of Americans are, then you know, that is extreme. That is an extreme way of thinking.” This is a definition of extremism that could put the federal crosshairs on most people who visit this website.

Court in Fulton County rules Georgia officials can’t delay, refuse to certify election results

Local election officials in Georgia cannot delay or refuse to officially certify election results, according to a judge in Georgia ruled on Monday.

“Election superintendents in Georgia have a mandatory fixed obligation to certify election results,” wrote Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney in the ruling. “Consequently, no election superintendent (or member of a board of elections and registration) may refuse to certify or abstain from certifying election results under any circumstance.”

McBurney wrote that the U.S. Constitution does not allow an election official to decline to certify the results.

“If election superintendents were, as Plaintiff urges, free to play investigator, prosecutor, jury, and judge and so – because of a unilateral determination of error or fraud – refuse to certify election results, Georgia voters would be silenced,” he wrote. “Our Constitution and our Election Code do not allow for that to happen.”

Julie Adams, a Republican member of the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections, brought the case forward. She argued that her role in certifying the election results is discretionary and not mandatory.

How Joe Biden’s fury at being ‘overthrown’ by Kamala Harris now threatens to derail his VP’s campaign

Lingering anger from Joe Biden‘s staffers at him dropping out of the race after a relentless campaign from Democrats to oust him has led to tension with Kamala Harris‘ campaign team, a bombshell report reveals.

Biden, 81, has appeared to undercut Harris at least four times in recent weeks during the critical final stages of the 2024 race that could be one of the closest in history.

He made a surprise White House briefing room appearance during one of her rallies and praised Ron DeSantis‘ response to the hurricanes that devastated his state, while she accused him of playing politics. 

Now a new report from Axios with quotes from 10 anonymous insiders says  resentment from bruised Biden aides has led to friction.

While Biden’s inner circle is throwing its weight behind Harris to beat Donald Trump in November, staffers are still wounded by how their boss was unceremoniously pushed off of the Democratic ticket.

Harris aides claim that the Biden team is deliberately not working with them as a result.

RNC Scores Major Victory in Lawsuit Exposing Detroit’s Blatant Discrimination — Only 52 Republicans Hired Compared to Over 2,300 Democrats as Poll Workers

In a major win for election integrity, the Republican National Committee (RNC), the Michigan GOP, and Wayne County Republican leaders have successfully challenged the City of Detroit’s blatant disregard for state election laws.

This victory marks a crucial step toward ensuring fairness and transparency in Michigan’s electoral process, which was threatened by the city’s deliberate failure to hire a sufficient number of Republican poll workers.

The lawsuit, brought in August by the RNC, Michigan GOP, and Wayne County Republicans, exposed Detroit’s refusal to comply with Michigan law, which mandates a balanced hiring of election inspectors from both major political parties.

Instead, the city overwhelmingly favored Democratic poll workers, hiring an astonishing seven times more Democrats than Republicans. Out of 675 Republican nominees, only 52 were hired, compared to over 2,300 Democrats.

During an appearance at a ‘Christian center’ service in North Carolina, Kamala Harris was supposed to speak about faith, but ended up confusing everyone with yet another verbal mish mash of nonsense.

She was talking about hurricanes and how such devastation can lead some to question their faith, when she said the following.

“In times of crisis, and we’re looking at the images of the aftermath of the hurricane, but, it is easy in these moments of crisis to sometimes question our faith. To sometimes lose our faith for a moment.”

Then came the kicker.

“What we see is so hard to see that we lose faith or a vision of those things we cannot see but must know.”

The Vice President Harris Implosion (Or, There Is No Joy In Mudville, After All)

I guess it was fun while it lasted. The “joy” and Utopia of the handpicked, elitist, and manufactured Democrat Party Executive ticket of Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are imploding daily. The campaign, along with its simpatico “media partners” are doing all they can not to display the sitting Vice President without carefully scripted and rehearsed events. The results of those same scripted and rehearsed events are not what the campaign handlers and consultants imagined. Has Kamala Harris really been the Vice President for the past four years and is completely denying the events that have damaged our country, economy and world form her Administration’s actions/policies? Is she so shallow and frivolous that her most noted “appearance” of the week was on the sex podcast “Call Her Daddy?” Is she so mentally incoherent to not explain how any one of her “economic policies” is economically viable? This is now the case, thereby turning the campaign of “joy” into a campaign of laughable fiction, if such a situation is the least bit funny.

It is now quite obvious that Vice President Harris has difficulty in expressing herself as she prates on with exceptional nervousness in what are often referred to as “word salads,” as she insultingly cackles through the incoherent gibberish she is spewing. But she has a hostile side. When she wants to seem serious, she can play a mean and condescending shrew as we saw in her performing arts debate against President Trump. At any time, Harris knows enough to play to what she thinks her audience wants her to be. Like a bad “Grade B” actress, she has used different accents, different facial expressions, different body language, different inflections, and different platforms that contradict one another, and different personal backgrounds recited to fit the moment turning her into a true political chameleon and machinator of the highest degree. At any time, her bombast can lead to a new Kamala Harris character, a character that was never the character of the sitting Vice President for the past four years.

Her accomplishments as part of the Biden-Harris Administration are recited to be endless. If one looks at these “accomplishments”, one will clearly see that they have been abysmal and profound failures in both our country and the world. Apparently the following events never occurred in the fantasy world of Kamala Harris; the horrors of the now open border that has help to nurture a massive illegal drug and human trafficking crisis, a massive inflation rate along with an ever growing National Debt, a new fiscal 2024 budget deficit of $1.83 trillion dollars with interest payments accounting for roughly 14 cents of every dollar spent by the Federal government, multiple international wars/conflicts/human sufferings, horrifically botched disaster recovery, and a failed green energy policy that has done much more harm than good. What world has she been living in for the past four years?

But Harris does have the advantage of synchronized sycophants. It’s sad that one thing that Democrats and Marxists do much better for their people than Republicans do for theirs is cover and provide a continual barrage of hostility and disinformation for Harris in much greater volume than Republicans have ever provided for President Trump. A tour of X-Twitter will be replete with the constant shameful and brainless hostilities of the likes of Bob Duff, Matt Lesser, Rosa DeLauro and the esteemed serial incompetent Sen. Chris Murphy. Most of these exercises in modern-day graffiti are often deranged. But they are present, while Republican push-back against the same is often soft and weak if not silent. It is all a blot on what government is in 2024, but with this amount of bile and vitriol present, we all can agree that there is no “joy” present in that camp anywhere at all for them to be spewing that amount of continued hostility.

Unhinged Dem Rep Says ‘MAGA Gang’ & ‘White Supremacists’ — Not Illegal Alien Gangs — Behind Exploding Crime in Blue Cities

Democrat Rep. Jasmine Crockett (Texas) admitted there is indeed exploding gang crime in cities across America, but that it’s due to the “MAGA gang” and “white supremacists,” not organized illegal alien gangs brought into the country by the Harris-Biden regime.

Crockett made the ridiculous comments Saturday while criticizing Trump’s recent rally in Aurora, Colorado, where he highlighted the rising chaos and violent crime in the community brought by Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua.

“He said that we’ve got these cities and these towns that have been overrun by gangs and the crime outta control. I absolutely agree with that,” Crockett said on MSNBC. “And guess what? It’s the MAGA gang. It’s the white supremacists that have decided to descend upon places such as Springfield, Ohio.”

“So, I agree with him. I just disagree with who the problems are,” she continued. “The problems are him and his minions. The problems aren’t the people that have come to make our economy stronger, the people that have actually been able to help to continue to make sure that we got out of the big hole that he put us in after COVID-19 with his ineptness.”

“Like yeah, I agree that there are problems in our communities. But usually it’s some white supremacists on the other side,” she added.

Trump blasted the rising migrant gang crime during a massive rally in Aurora on Friday and called Colorado Governor Jared Polis (D) “chickenshit” for trying to downplay the issue.

Top Democrats, Including Election Denier Jamie Raskin, Won’t Commit to Certifying a Trump Victory 

Top congressional Democrats told Axios on Thursday they would not commit to certifying the 2024 election if former President Donald Trump wins.

The failure to commit to certifying the election would prove many members to be hypocrites, including House Oversight Committee ranking member and former January 6 committee member Jamie Raskin (D-MD), who told Axios that he is unsure if he’ll certify a Trump win.

Raskin denied Trump won the 2016 election when he objected to Trump’s electors in 2017.

If Trump “won a free, fair and honest election, then we would obviously accept it,” Raskin said, assuming the election was free, fair and honest. “I definitely don’t assume that,” he added. “Democrats don’t engage in election fraud and election fabrication.”

A video surfaced in September of a panel discussion in February 2024 in which Raskin speculated that Congress would invalidate a Trump election victory, even though it could be at the risk of “civil war.”

“It is not clear whether Raskin was actually outlining a plan of action, or rather using a hypothetical to argue that the U.S. Supreme Court was placing what he considered an undue burden on Congress to keep Trump out of office,” Breitbart News’s Joel Pollak reported.

House Rules Committee Ranking Member Jim McGovern (D-MA) also told Axios that Democrats would only certify a Trump victory “assuming everything goes the way we expect it to … We have to see how it all happens.” McGovern also objected to Trump’s electors in 2017.

Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-IL), who objected to George W. Bush’s victory in 2005, said she did not “know what kind of shenanigans he [Trump] is planning … We would have to, in any election … make sure that all the rules have been followed.”

Vice President Kamala Harris has not yet answered if she would support certifying a Trump victory, although she has been highly critical of Republicans who objected to President Joe Biden’s victory in 2020.
