White House announces Trump admin to investigate ‘who is funding Antifa’

The Trump administration will be probing who is funding radical left-wing group Antifa, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said on Monday. Leavitt made the comments during a press conference after being asked about the organization set to be designated as a terror group.

Leavitt was asked about how the administration would hold Antifa accountable after being asked a question by Turning Point USA’s Frontlines White House reporter Monica Baldwin. Leavitt then listed a number of violent attacks linked to Antifa, including the shooting of a police officer in Texas, assaulting officers in Portland, and firebombing a pro-life facility.

“That’s why the President will be signing this order, and we will also be most importantly, looking at who is funding Antifa and who is funding these other violent left-wing groups that we’ve seen perpetuate so much crime and mayhem across our country,” Leavitt added.

Leavitt said that Trump will be signing an executive order later on Monday to designate Antifa as a domestic terrorist group and that the order will include a portion dedicated to finding out when the group is able to get funding.

The suspect in Charlie Kirk’s assassination, Tyler Robinson, allegedly inscribed Antifa-linked slogans onto the bullets that were used to shoot Kirk. One had the phrase, “Hey fascist! Catch!” and another had the lyrics of “Bella Ciao,” a song that is linked to the radical group.

In a post to Truth Social last week, Trump announced, “”I am pleased to inform our many U.S.A. Patriots that I am designating ANTIFA, A SICK, DANGEROUS, RADICAL LEFT DISASTER, AS A MAJOR TERRORIST ORGANIZATION.”

North Carolina looks to bar cashless bail for violent suspects after fatal light-rail stabbing

North Carolina legislators advanced a new bill seeking to rein in the state’s cashless bail policies on Monday, following last month’s deadly stabbing on the Charlotte light rail train in which an ex-convict is accused of killing a Ukrainian war refugee.

State Sen. Danny Britt, a Republican whose district includes Hoke, Robeson and Scotland counties, told the Senate Judiciary Committee that the bill essentially gets rid of written promises by violent defendants to appear at future court dates.

Instead, it requires judges only to allow those defendants out of jail on secured bonds, house arrest or some other kind of electronic monitoring, depending on their criminal history.

The bill also would task judges with justifying the release conditions they set — or risk suspension.

Lawmakers in Raleigh voted to move the bill to the Senate Committee on Rules and Operations.

The proposal, dubbed “Iryna’s Law,” is named for Iryna Zarutska, the 23-year-old refugee whose caught-on-camera stabbing death on a light rail train was so alarming that President Trump said her killer should be executed.

“Iryna should still be alive. She should be thriving and enjoying time with her family and friends,” Senate Leader Phil Berger, a Republican representing Guilford and Rockingham counties, said in a press release. “We cannot let North Carolina be held hostage by woke, weak-on-crime policies and court officials who prioritize criminals over justice for victims. We are also taking steps to revive the death penalty for those who commit the most heinous crimes.”

The Ukrainian woman’s slaying has also become a hot topic in the battleground state’s U.S. Senate race next year.

Republican candidate Michael Whatley said former Gov. Roy Cooper, a Democrat running for Senate, bears “direct responsibility” for the deadly attack on Zarutska because of a commission he created in June 2020 to address racial inequity in the criminal justice system.

The panel’s unveiling occurred weeks following the death of George Floyd at the hands of Minneapolis police.

But Mr. Cooper’s campaign said Mr. Whatley, a recent Republican National Committee chairman, was lying about the task force. The former governor’s campaign further said that Mr. Cooper signed a 2023 law that toughened pretrial release rules.

Letitia James Indictment: Here’s the Prosecution Memorandum for Federal and State Charges

A Prosecution Memorandum is an internal legal document prepared by prosecutors that summarizes the facts, law, and reasoning supporting (or recommending against) bringing criminal charges.

It is not filed in court, rather it’s an internal document the prosecutors use to guide decision-making. Below is a mock Prosecution Memorandum that could easily be used to consider charges against New York Attorney General Letitia James.

PROSECUTION MEMORANDUM

Re: United States v. Letitia James
Prepared for: Eastern District of Virginia, U.S. Attorney’s Office, Southern District of New York and Special Prosecutor’s Office

Date: September 21, 2025

I. Introduction

This memorandum addresses potential federal, Commonwealth of Virginia, and New York State charges against Letitia James, Attorney General of New York, arising out of an alleged 43-year pattern of mortgage-related fraud and false filings. The investigative reporting of Joel Gilbert (The Gateway Pundit), as well as Sam Antar (White Collar Fraud), provides documentary evidence and witness analysis suggesting that James repeatedly misrepresented the legal status of her properties, particularly a five-unit apartment building at 296 Lafayette Avenue in Brooklyn, as well as a residential home in Norfolk, Virginia in order to obtain loans and preferential loan terms she was not entitled to. James also is harboring a wanted fugitive in the Virginia home.

If corroborated, these acts constitute violations of both federal statutes (bank fraud, false statements to financial institutions, wire fraud, RICO) and New York State statutes (residential mortgage fraud, offering false instruments for filing, scheme to defraud, enterprise corruption).

She was shot dead two days after her 21st birthday… now murder of Miss Teen beauty queen linked to others

Just two days before she was killed, former Miss Teen San Diego winner Mimi Barraza had been celebrating her 21st birthday.

Barraza was talking with a group of friends outside one of their homes in the early morning of September 4, 1993, when a white Chevy Astro-Van pulled up and an occupant began shooting, San Diego police said.

Barraza, who was mother to a two-year-old daughter, was struck in the head and killed.

Police said the van sped away from 1600 South 39th Street and was found ‘several hours later that morning’ on the intersection of 19th and G Street in San Diego.

The vehicle had been reported stolen one day earlier. Police found casings from ‘several different caliber weapons’ in the van, as well as at the crime scene.

Now 32 years later police believe the beauty queen’s killing could have been part of a crime spree in which a dozen people were shot.

Police told Daily Mail that around the same time as Barraza’s killing there were several other shootings using the same type of assault rifle.

In one case, a 16-year-old boy was shot dead and nine people were wounded in National City that is about 10 minutes from San Diego.

The perpetrators used ‘the same type of assault rifle’ as in Barraza’s murder.

Police say the suspects in all of the cases were believed to be Hispanic males affiliated with a street gang from Logan Heights.

Benita Perez, Barraza’s mother, told NBC 7 San Diego: ‘Know something, see something, say something. Help us. Help us parents. Help the loved ones that need the justice for our family, for someone that you love.’

She also spoke fondly about her daughter saying: ‘Beautiful smile, beautiful personality. Everything that she did, she did with love.’

Perez took to Instagram earlier this month to mark her daughter’s birthday and shared an emotional tribute.

She posted: ‘Happy Heavenly Birthday to my Beautiful daughter Mimi. May all the Angels sing and dance to celebrate your day. Today we love and miss you so very much. Love, Mamita and family.’

San Diego police said that anyone with information about Barraza’s murder or the other cold cases should call their Cold Case Unit at 619-531-2293 or Crime Stoppers at 888-580-8477, which is offering up to $1,000 reward to anyone with tips leading to an arrest.

Another Leftist Shooter Attacks Country Club Wedding In New Hampshire

America is suffering from leftist fatigue. Three left wing shooters in the span of a week, from the murder of Charlie Kirk to an attack on an ABC affiliate station in Sacramento to the most recent event – A shooting at a country club wedding in Nashua, New Hampshire.

This is, of course, not counting the transgender killer who murdered 2 children and wounded 18 others at a catholic school in Minneapolis the week before the Charlie Kirk assassination.  In every case there has been clear intent of politically motivated violence.  Democrats and woke activists continue to deny they have any culpability, but after a decade of demonizing everyone who disagrees with them as “fascists and Nazis”, isn’t this the end result they always wanted?

The suspect, identified as 23-year-old Hunter Nadeau, was arrested and charged with one count of second-degree murder.  Witnesses heard the man scream “The children are safe, free Palestine!” as he started shooting, killing one person and wounding two others before he was hit in the head with a chair by a female party member and ran away with his head bleeding.

There’s a Simple Reason You Won’t Hear Much About This Gruesome Murder of Two Women in Washington

White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller highlighted yet another example of an atrocity that will be swept under the rug by the mainstream media because it was committed by an illegal immigrant in a sanctuary state.

Marvin Ortiz-Montecinos, an illegal immigrant from Guatemala, is accused of killing his girlfriend Victoria Aparicio Cruz, and their roommate, Yaneth Gomez-Hernandez in Burien, Washington, earlier this month.

The 29-year-old suspect, who has a wife and children in Guatemala, stabbed the two women dozens of times in the gruesome attack.

Marvin Ortiz-Montecinos was charged Friday, Sept. 12, with two counts of first-degree murder with deadly weapon enhancements in connection with the deaths of Victoria Aparicio Cruz and Yaneth Gomez-Hernandez.

According to charging documents obtained by PEOPLE, Ortiz-Montecinos is accused of using a filet knife to stab his girlfriend Cruz, “slicing through her neck, slicing her hands in multiple places as she tried to defend herself, and stabbing her multiple times in the back even after she was clearly unresponsive and deceased.”

Prosecutors allege that an hour before the attack, Ortiz-Montecinos “complained about Victoria breaking up with him,” per the documents.

Gomez-Hernandez, who was roommates with the couple, was found naked with a towel covering part of her leg, per the documents. “It appears victim Yaneth Gomez-Hernandez, the defendant’s roommate, was violently and cruelly murdered simply for trying to intervene,” according to the documents.

Gomez-Hernandez suffered 43 stab wounds.

The documents states that “both women received neck wounds so large and deep it appears clear that the defendant was attempting to slice and saw at his victims, and not simply stab them.” (People)

Man Arrested with Knife, Gun, and Inactive Police Credentials at State Farm Stadium in Arizona, Ahead of Charlie Kirk Memorial Service

Authorities detained a man at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, on Friday evening after he attempted to enter the venue while armed with a tactical knife, at least one firearm, and inactive law enforcement credentials.

The stadium is scheduled to host the memorial service for assassinated conservative icon Charlie Kirk on Sunday morning.

The massive memorial service is expected to draw over 100,000 attendees, including President Donald Trump, Vice President JD Vance, and other members of the cabinet.

The suspect, whose identity has not been released at this time, reportedly claimed affiliation with law enforcement and exhibited suspicious behavior that prompted action from security personnel.

“The individual is not a member of authorized law enforcement working the event and is currently in custody,” the Secret Service said in a statement to the Washington Post. “The U.S. Secret Service and local law enforcement are investigating the circumstances as to why he was at the location.”

The Washington Post reports:

The apparent unauthorized entry raised security concerns around the memorial, which is at capacity and is expected to include President Donald Trump, Vice President JD Vance and many other administration officials and top aides.

The man had at least one gun and one knife when he was stopped, according to a law enforcement official familiar with the matter, speaking on the condition of anonymity because the investigation is ongoing. He also presented “inactive law enforcement credentials” and told Secret Service agents he was at the site to provide private security, the official said.

A spokesperson for the Glendale Police Department referred questions to the Secret Service.

The man is in custody, but has not been arrested or charged as of early Saturday morning.

Mother ‘furious’ after Rep. Crockett calls daughter murdered by illegal migrant a ‘random dead person’

The mother of murdered Maryland woman Kayla Hamilton is calling out Rep. Jasmine Crockett, who referred to her daughter as a “random dead person” during a debate on a bill named in Hamilton’s honor.

“You just don’t call a victim of a crime, just a random dead person. No victim should be referred to as a random, dead person,” said Tammy Nobles on “Fox & Friends First.”

“What she said was really nasty, and it came across as racist.”

Crockett, D-Texas, made the comments earlier this month during a House Judiciary Committee debate on the Kayla Hamilton Act.

Hamilton was 20 years old when she was sexually assaulted and strangled in 2022 by a teenager from El Salvador who was in the country illegally and later identified as an MS-13 member.

“You take a situation, and then you exploit what has happened to not only that person, but you exploit those families, and you make it a game,” said Crockett during the hearing

“Stop just throwing a random dead person’s name on something for your own political expediency.”

Jim Jordan SHREDS DC Council Chair for COOKING the Crime Books — EXPOSES Him for Fudging Stats with Fake Category “Taking Property Without Right” Instead of Calling It “Stealing”

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) blasted Washington, D.C. Council Chair Phil Mendelson for manipulating crime statistics by creating a fake category instead of simply calling it what every American knows it is: stealing.

Jordan hammered Mendelson over a shady new crime category, “Taking Property Without Right,” that’s skyrocketed 500% in recent years, all while violent crime ravages the streets of Democrat-run Washington, D.C.

What’s this Orwellian euphemism? Simple: it’s stealing, plain and simple. But in true deep-state fashion, DC’s liberal overlords invented it to whitewash their epic failure on public safety.

Jim Jordan:
What’s taking property without right?

Phil Mendelson:
That would be theft.

Jim Jordan:
Why not call it theft? Why come up with this designation? In fact, that’s what he says. He’s asked the question. He said the solution for Mr. Zabavsky was to come up with this TPWR—Taking Property Without Right. What is that? Taking Property Without Right is what again?

Phil Mendelson:
If you’re speaking to the particular charges, I can’t speak to that. As I’ve said several times, I can’t speak to that particular case. I think the issue is whether there is—

Jim Jordan:
I’m asking a simple question. You have a classification for crime called Taking Property Without Right. What does that mean?

Phil Mendelson:
It means just what it said, if that’s what the crime is.

Jim Jordan:
Why not call it—what would a normal person call Taking Property Without Right?

Phil Mendelson:
Are we talking about what the criminal code and the specific crimes are?

Jim Jordan:
I’m just talking about that statement that you have that’s grown 500% in the last several years—that specific category of crime. I’m just wondering, what does that exactly mean?

Phil Mendelson:
If we look at collateral data such as ShotSpotter, we know that gunshots are down 29% from ’23 to ’24.

Jim Jordan:
Taking Property Without Right was the question. What does that mean?

Phil Mendelson:
I’ve already answered you, sir.

Jim Jordan:
And what did you say again?

Phil Mendelson:
I said that if you’re speaking to a particular offense in our criminal code, I cannot speak to that particular offense.

Jim Jordan:
Why not just call it stealing? That’s what we would all—someone comes in, someone comes and takes something that belongs to me, or someone comes and takes something that belongs to you—we call it stealing. Why create this new category that grows 500%, that I think allows you to cook the books, as the head of the FOP in your city said so?

Phil Mendelson:
As you know, as the Chair of Judiciary Committee, there are for many offenses a range of possible charges from misdemeanor to felony and different shades of felony. I am not familiar with that particular offense.

From Dictator to example: while the left criticized Bukele for militarizing El Salvador, achieving 1,000 days without homicides, Belgium now copies his strategy to curb crime

He was called a dictator. They accused him of using the military to repress and violating human rights. Progressive voices in Europe and the Americas were outraged when Nayib Bukele flooded the streets with soldiers to confront the gangs that had brought El Salvador to its knees.

But the truth is different: thanks to that bold decision, El Salvador achieved what seemed impossible. A full 1,000 days without homicides. Neighborhoods once dominated by terror are now filled with families. Thousands of gang members are behind bars. Life has returned to a country once held hostage by crime.

Bukele always made it clear: the safety of his people takes precedence over the opinions of foreign bureaucrats. He never asked for permission to save lives. He ignored the editorials of progressive media and the speeches of the European left. His focus was on the people of his country.

Now, the hypocrisy stands exposed. In Brussels, the capital of Belgium, the same government that criticized Bukele is considering deploying the military to the streets to stop a wave of organized crime shootings. When Europe does it, it’s called a strategy.

When a Hispanic American country does it, it’s labeled a dictatorship.
