FRAUD FUGITIVE ON THE RUN: $11M Medicaid Scam Suspect Flees U.S. Before Trial After Posting Bond — Critics BLAST Tim Walz’s “Soft-on-Crime” System for Letting Him Keep Passport

In another jaw-dropping example of Minnesota’s collapsing justice system under far-left Governor Tim Walz, a major fraud kingpin in the state’s largest-ever Medicaid scam has skipped the country, just days before his high-profile trial was set to begin.

Abdirashid Said, the top defendant in a sprawling $11 million personal care assistant (PCA) fraud scheme, is now a fugitive after skipping a scheduled pretrial hearing in Hennepin County.

The trial, expected to last weeks and expose a massive web of fraud targeting taxpayer-funded Medicaid programs, has now been abruptly canceled.

According to reporting from KARE 11’s Lou Raguse, Said had been facing serious charges including racketeering, aiding and abetting theft by swindle, and perjury.

Prosecutors alleged he played a central role in a coordinated scheme involving PCA companies that billed Medicaid for services that were never performed, effectively siphoning millions from taxpayers.

Said had already been convicted of fraud in a previous scheme and was ordered by a judge NOT to work for any company receiving Medicaid funds, KARE 11 reported.

Yet he allegedly continued the grift, complete with perjury on the witness stand, where he claimed massive checks were just “loans and gifts” to pay off prior restitution.

New York Times Downplays Savage Hammer Murder of Mother to Attack Trump, Doesn’t Include That Killer Was an Illegal Alien from Haiti

The New York Times is under fire for its coverage of the savage hammer murder of a mother in Florida by a Haitian illegal alien, downplaying the heinous crime, shielding his immigration status, and complaining about President Donald Trump’s reaction instead.

The article, while blasting Trump for “disparaging comments about Haitian immigrants,” used softened language to describe the crime and did not mention the killer’s illegal status even once.

On April 3, 40-year-old Rolbert Joachin, a Haitian national who entered the United States illegally, brutally murdered 51-year-old Nilufar Yasmin outside a Chevron gas station in Fort Myers, Florida, where she worked as a clerk.

Surveillance video captured Joachin smashing the windshield of Yasmin’s car with a hammer before she confronted him. He then repeatedly struck her in the head with the weapon, bludgeoning her to death in broad daylight.

Authorities said the attack was calculated, and Joachin later told detectives he went to the gas station specifically to kill her.

REVEALED: Handwritten letter from Tyler Robinson to lover Lance ‘Luna’ Twiggs confesses to ‘taking out’ Charlie Kirk: court docs

In an unsealed affidavit for a search warrant in the case of Tyler Robinson, the man charged with the murder of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, it was revealed that he wrote a letter addressed to his trans lover and roommate, Lance Twiggs. That read: “If you are reading this … I am likely dead, or facing a lengthy prison sentence. I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I took it.”

Messages revealed in the affidavit for a search warrant show that Robinson sent messages to Twiggs after the assassination had occurred indicating that he was the one who committed the horrific act. Robinson made similiar declarations on Discord to other friends.

The unsealed search warrant affadavits detail Robinson’s communications after the murder both in text and on Discord chat Robinson was a part of, where an acquaintance of his exclaimed, “Tyler killed Charlie!!!!” The warrants also detail a letter that Robinson left for Twiggs, whom the prosecution has also called on to testify in the case. Twiggs was taking black market hormone therapy and Robinson called him “Luna,” per Fox 13

“Luna, if you are reading this per my text, then I am so sorry. I left the house this morning on a mission, and sent an auto text. I am likely dead or facing a lengthy prison sentence. I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk, and I took it,” Robinson stated in the letter, per the warrant.

“I don’t know if I will/have succeeded, but I had hoped to make it home to you. I wish we could have lived in a world where this did not feel necessary. I wish I could have stayed for you and lived our lives together. I lack the words to express how much I love you, and how very much you mean to me. Please try and find joy in this life. I love you, always, -Tyler,” the capital murder suspect added.

A portion of the warrant said that one of the items found in Robinson’s residence in St. George was a “burnt note found in the trash.”

NYC Mayor Mamdani Declares He Will Override Police Commissioner Whenever He Feels Like It

New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani publicly stated he would have the last word on all New York Police Department (NYPD) decisions — not Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch.

He made the comments during an interview with The New York Times at City Hall.

In a wide-ranging interview with The New York Times, the mayor said that he was willing to institute policy changes at the Police Department if he and the commissioner, Jessica Tisch, could not reach an agreement.

“Yes, ultimately I hold the final decision no matter which department or agency we’re speaking about,” Mr. Mamdani said, speaking from his offices at City Hall.

He was specifically responding to a question about whether to dismantle a unit known as the Strategic Response Group, which polices protests and other mass events and has been faulted for using heavy-handed tactics. Ms. Tisch, who was also police commissioner under former Mayor Eric Adams, has been dubious in the past about getting rid of the entity.

The mayor remains committed to disband the SRG, a promise he made on the campaign trail. In January, he told reporters, “We need to disband the SRG, and I’m currently in conversations with the police commissioner about the ways in which we can do so that are operational,” according to City & State NY.

The SRG issue is not the only point of contention between Mamdani and Tisch. Mamdani also supports abolishing the NYPD’s gang database, a system with more than 16,000 entries, Politico reported. The database has faced criticism for unfairly targeting racial minorities.

Mississippi Governor Set to Sign Bill Making Illegal Immigration a STATE CRIME

Mississippi has just become the latest red state to take immigration enforcement into its own hands.

Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves (R) is expected to sign Senate Bill 2114 (SB 2114), which has passed both chambers of the Mississippi Legislature and is currently heading to his desk.

Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves has adopted a hardline stance on illegal immigration.

He supports making illegal immigration a state crime, has backed the use of bounty hunters for deportations, and signed legislation aimed at tightening voter citizenship verification

Under SB 2114, an alien who enters or attempts to enter Mississippi directly from a foreign nation anywhere other than a lawful port of entry now faces state criminal charges, a misdemeanor with a minimum of six months in prison, escalating to felonies with up to two years or more when combined with other offenses.

If these illegal invaders are arrested for additional crimes, they’ll tack on even more serious penalties with no early release, no parole, and no games.

Mexican national pleads guilty in meth trafficking conspiracy linked to Oregon murder

A Mexican national has pleaded guilty in federal court for his role in a violent meth trafficking operation that spanned the Portland metro area in 2019. He fled to Canada, but was extradited and has been charged.

Fernando Adolip Cruz-Lerma, 25, was extradited from Canada and then entered his guilty plea for conspiracy charges related to narcotics distribution. Court filings reveal that Cruz-Lerma was part of a criminal network operating in spring 2019. According to prosecutors, the conspiracy involved both large-scale drug distribution and deadly violence to enforce debts.

“According to court documents, in April and May 2019, Cruz-Lerma conspired with others to engage in drug trafficking. In April, Cruz-Lerma transported a victim from the state of Washington to Clackamas County due to a drug debt that the victim owed to members of the drug trafficking conspiracy. The victim was killed by members of the drug trafficking conspiracy in furtherance of the conspiracy. Cruz-Lerma assisted with leaving the victim’s body along a rural road in Clackamas County after the victim had been killed,” a press release from the DOJ stated.

UK Government’s TWISTED Priorities Exposed…

In Two-tier Britain words trigger instant action, but violent offenders get indefinite leave to remain.

UK border policy under Keir Starmer’s Labour government has never looked more lopsided.

An Afghan migrant who carried out a ‘horrific’ bottle attack on a 14-year-old girl and her mother has been allowed to stay in the country despite his violent criminal record. At the same time, the Prime Minister moved swiftly to block Kanye West from headlining the Wireless festival.

The contrast exposes the reality of Britain’s immigration system: tough on controversial speech, soft on actual predators who crossed the Channel or arrived via asylum claims.

Starmer stated: “Kanye West should never have been invited to headline Wireless. This government stands firmly with the Jewish community, and we will not stop in our fight to confront and defeat the poison of antisemitism. We will always take the action necessary to protect the public and uphold our values.”

FBI Director Kash Patel Allowing FBI to Bury Seth Rich Case or Does He Even Know What’s Happening?

Attorney Ty Clevenger has been working on the Seth Rich case for a decade.   The Deep State actors running the government continue to stall and defy court orders, and Clevenger continues to demand justice.

It is believed that Seth Rich is a pivotal key to the Russia Collusion coup attempt of the first Trump Administration.

The Deep State DOJ and FBI have gone through extreme efforts to cover up any information they have on Seth Rich.  Rich is who many believe transferred DNC emails to WikiLeaks during the 2016 election.  He was a Bernie fan who worked in the DNC at that time.  He was reportedly upset with what the DNC was doing to Bernie.  On July 10, 2016, Rich was found shot in the back due to what law enforcement labeled a burglary, and yet his wallet, phone, and watch were left on his person.  This is at the time WikiLeaks began dropping damaging DNC emails that showed the inner workings of the Hillary campaign.

It is believed that Seth Rich forwarded emails from Podesta to WikiLeaks.

We all know without a doubt that it is a lie to claim that the Russians were involved in the transfer of these emails.  There is simply no evidence that Russia was involved, and there never has been evidence that Russia was involved.

Hillary wanted to deflect attention from her email scandal and the contents of her emails.  She also wanted to punish whoever sent those emails to WikiLeaks.  This is why many believe Seth Rich was murdered.

City of Boston Sends a Social Worker to Respond to an Emergency Call – He Ends Up Getting Attacked With a Sword

Ever since George Floyd, the left has been pushing to not only defund the police, but to replace them with social workers in some cases.

It’s an incredibly stupid idea. Even seasoned police never really know what they’re walking into when they get an emergency call.

In the liberal city of Boston, they recently sent a social worker on a call and he ended up getting attacked by a crazy man with a sword. Luckily, there were police on scene as well. The suspect was shot and ultimately died.

Mass Daily News reports:

After George Floyd they promised social workers would replace cops — one just got attacked with a sword in Boston

In the summer of 2020, after the death of George Floyd and the protests that followed, the far left decided cops were the problem. Their theory? Armed officers escalate mental health crises. Send social workers and clinicians instead, and people would stop getting hurt. On Saturday in Boston, one of those clinicians was attacked with a sword.

The clinician was knocked to the ground inside an apartment building on Hemenway Street, steps from Northeastern University’s campus. A police officer was stabbed in the arm. The man who attacked them, apparently in the grip of paranoid delusions, was shot by other officers and later died at a hospital. He had spent close to 45 minutes talking to the clinician through his locked door before he opened it…

They called in a worker from Boston’s BEST program, a co-responder model where master’s-level mental health professionals ride alongside officers to de-escalate crisis calls. This isn’t some half-baked experiment. The program has been running since 2011, nine years before George Floyd, and handled 4,230 encounters in 2023 alone with twelve clinicians working the streets seven days a week.

The clinician talked to the man through the door for the better part of an hour. Then he opened it and attacked, striking both the clinician and an officer with what Police Commissioner Michael Cox described as “some sort of sword.” Officers fired a Taser and their weapons. The man was rushed to a hospital and pronounced dead.

Who could have predicted such a thing? Besides everyone.
