Activist Seattle judge releases 3 minors charged with bringing automatic weapons to parade

An activist judge has released three teens to home monitoring after they were arrested for bringing loaded guns, modified to be fully automatic, to a crowded Seattle parade. Parade-goers heard gunshots and began running.

Seattle Police arrested three armed male juveniles on July 21 at a parade in the Chinatown-International District after they were seen brandishing firearms near 7th Ave South and South Weller Street during the parade. A handgun was recovered from each of the teens and two of the guns were reported stolen.

Court records obtained by The Ari Hoffman Show on Talk Radio 570 KVI revealed that the family of a murdered 16-year-old killed in Auburn last month was marching in the parade in honor of their son when they saw the three suspects, who they believe are connected to the murder, feared for their safety and alerted police.

21 Facts That Joe Biden Doesn’t Want You To Know

It takes a lot of gumption to go on television and repeatedly lie to more than 300 million Americans.  I honestly don’t know how Joe Biden does it.  I suppose that after you have been lying for your entire career, lying comes as naturally as breathing does.  Sadly, there are still millions of Americans that are falling for his lies after all this time.  Biden would like for us all to believe that the economy is “booming”, that the southern border is under control, that our communities are safe, and that Ukraine is going to win their war against Russia.  Our entire society is literally crumbling all around us, and Biden and his minions have brought us to the brink of global war.  I am entirely convinced that he has been the worst president in U.S. history, and that is really saying something.

Ultimately, Joe Biden is just another slimy politician that is trying to save his job.

I get that.

But come on man, how can anyone actually believe the nonsense that he is shoveling?

There are a few numbers that Biden can cherry pick to try to make himself look good, but here are 21 facts that Joe Biden doesn’t want you to know…

‘Complete menace to society’: Purported ‘psychic’ behind elaborate $4 million conspiracy sentenced

Recalling the Gypsy curse in Stephen King’s novel “Thinner,” a self-professed psychic “raised by parents who quite literally taught her how to con people out of money under the guise of the Gypsy-Romani culture” learned her own fate this week in a $4 million conspiracy.

Gina Rita Russell, 35, was sentenced on Thursday to 10 years and five months in prison and ordered to pay more than $4.2 million in restitution, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced in a news release.

“Russell has proven herself to be a complete menace to society, a true danger to any person unfortunate enough to believe that she has actual psychic ability,” prosecutors said in their sentencing memo, arguing for a 151-month sentence or more than 12 ½ years behind bars. “Russell is a master manipulator who has shown no genuine remorse for her horrific criminal conduct, no respect for the rule of law, and no intention of behaving in a law-abiding manner.”

She was indicted in 2018 on a slew of charges, including conspiracy, extortion, fraud, money laundering, and tampering with a witness. Also indicted were Russell’s ex-common-law husband, his two brothers and the brothers’ parents, whom authorities called the “Russell-Evans-Kaslov family.” The others pleaded guilty and have been sentenced.

Prosecutors said they did it for expensive jewelry, cars, luxury vacations, and fine dining — a lifestyle they craved but did not earn.

“Russell and members of the Evans/Kaslov family have a penchant for the finer things in life but are averse to engaging in honest work, choosing to callously use people instead,” prosecutors said in their memo.

Court documents outline the $4 million caper and its origins, which date back to October 2009, when Russell met a woman in Manhattan and performed a psychic reading on her. Russell told the woman that bad things would happen to her or her family if money and items were not provided.

At one point, Russell had the woman beat herself to drive “the demons out which would make her feel better,” court documents said.

LA CITY COUNCIL CONSIDERS FUNDING FORMER IDF SOLDIERS TO PATROL ITS STREETS

THE LOS ANGELES City Council is considering whether to give public funds to private, armed security patrols to protect its religious communities, following a protest against the marketing of West Bank settlement properties at an LA synagogue last month that turned violent.

In the immediate wake of the incident, city council members introduced a motion to give $1 million to several Jewish security organizations that would expand their work around Jewish schools, religious institutions, and neighborhoods.

Magen Am, a nonprofit that runs armed patrol services and firearm training programs for the Jewish community, was named as the recipient of $350,000 in the motion. The group is largely made up of former Israeli soldiers, along with U.S. military veterans, according to the group’s website and social media posts, and was founded by a former MMA fighter with ties to the National Rifle Association. The majority of the former Israel Defense Forces soldiers in the group are “lone soldiers,” according to several reports, the term for individuals with no direct ties to the state of Israel who immigrated there to serve in the nation’s military.

The city council has since introduced a new motion, which would give $2 million to various faith groups that want to hire additional security and does not mention Magen Am or any recipients by name. But LA activists are still concerned that city funds will go to an armed group with hard-line political stances.

Three Time Deported Illegal Alien Charged in Arson Fire, Killed Mother and Two Children Sleeping In Home

An illegal immigrant, previously deported three times, has been charged with murdering a mom and her two sons after setting their mobile home ablaze with the family sleeping inside.

A third son, whose name has not been released, fortunately escaped the violent criminal alien.

Jose Carmen Cardona will reportedly be arraigned on Monday on murder, attempted murder, and child endangerment charges.

It is currently unclear where the man illegally entered the country from, but per Fox, “A source with knowledge of the investigation tells Fox News Digital the suspect has been deported three times and returned to the U.S. anyway.”

Biden’s illegal immigrants are responsible for a growing number of murders and violent crimes against American women and children.

Notably, as The Gateway Pundit reported, Laken Riley, a talented young nursing student at the University of Georgia, was brutally murdered by Jose Antonio Ibarra, a criminal illegal alien, while going on a campus jog.

The Gateway Pundit also reported earlier this month that an illegal alien from El Salvador was charged with brutally raping and murdering Rachel Morin, a mother-of-five, on a Maryland hiking trail last year.

U.K. Manhunt Underway For Colombian Migrant Suspected of Slicing Up Victims, Dumping Them in Suitcases

A manhunt is underway in the United Kingdom for a Colombian man accused of slicing up his victim’s body parts and putting them in suitcases.

Police found remains in a flat in London, linking them to body parts discovered two days earlier near the Clifton Suspension Bridge in the southwestern city of Bristol, the BBC reports.

A 34-year-old man had already been arrested in connection with the incident, but was later released without charge.

Authorities have now identified 24-year-old Yostin Andres Mosquera, a Colombian national, as their main suspect. His immigration status in the country remains unclear.

Neither of the two victims have been named, although they are understood to have been known to Mosquera.

“This is a fast moving enquiry with detectives in London and Bristol actively pursuing a number of lines of enquiry,” said Met Police deputy assistant commissioner Andy Valentine.

New leftist British PM plans to use emergency powers to RELEASE 40,000 PRISONERS

Newly elected leftist U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer is planning to use his office’s emergency powers to release approximately 40,000 so-called “non-violent offenders” in a bid to address overcrowding in England and Wales prisons.

The current prison system of England and Wales has a capacity of up to 88,815 inmates. However, the prison population in the United Kingdom has surged dramatically from approximately 41,000 in the early 1990s to over 87,000 last month due to tougher sentencing laws and court backlogs over the past few decades. (Related: Leftist Keir Starmer becomes new British prime minister, pledges to put “country first, party second.”)

Newly installed Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice Shabana Mahmood has been informed that only about 700 spaces remain in the male prison estate. If the day comes without intervention, these spaces are projected to reach full capacity by Aug. 1. Additionally, the British think tank the Institute for Government noted a 13 percent increase in the prison population over the past three years, with projections suggesting it could reach 99,300 by the end of next year.

As a temporary measure, a policy introduced last October permits the early release of some less serious offenders by up to 18 days, which was extended to 70 days in May. But then, the current situation needs more immediate action.

In an interview with BBC political editor Chris Mason a few weeks before the election, Starmer admitted that he could not “magic up a new prison on Friday morning” if elected prime minister.

As Migrant and Crime Crisis Rage New York Set to Ban Mini Shampoo and Soap Bottles in Large Hotels

New York state is set to ban small toiletry bottles in hotels, sparking debate about government involvement in business operations, according to a new report from Fox Business.

This new rule, aimed at reducing waste, is raising eyebrows in the hospitality industry and beyond.

Starting in 2025, hotels with over 50 rooms can’t offer toiletry bottles smaller than 12 ounces.

By 2026, all New York hotels must comply.

The law comes with teeth: fines start at $250 and can climb to $500 for repeat offenders.

Many see this as government overreach.

The hospitality industry is already moving away from mini bottles on its own.

The Fall of Oakland

Around 4:30 a.m. on July 5, dozens of people broke through the front door of a 76 gas station mini-mart near Oakland’s international airport. For about 40 minutes, the mob casually looted tens of thousands of dollars of merchandise and stole $22,000 in cash from the ATM. The sole employee working the window ran away, called the police, and was told to file an online report. It reportedly took cops nine hours to finally arrive on the scene.

Earlier, on Juneteenth, 14 people were shot and injured in a gunfight by Lake Merritt, Oakland’s equivalent of Central Park. One of the victims was walking toward a Korean restaurant when a man strode up and shot him in the hand and in each thigh for no apparent reason. As the victim lay bleeding on the sidewalk, another stranger stole his phone.

Over a six-day period in late June and early July, thirteen elderly Asians were robbed and attacked on the street outside their senior living facility just north of Lake Merritt. The president of the building’s resident council believes the real number was more than double that when accounting for victims who did not file a police report. Then, last week, a viral video showed a man who was recently released from prison brutally beating and robbing two Asian women, one of them elderly.

Oakland has a long history of crime, but residents say there’s something sinister about this current wave. The past several months alone have been so chaotic that community organizer Seneca Scott, who has lived here for 12 years and is also a Free Press contributor, declared on X on July 7 that “Oakland has fallen.”

I’ve lived in Oakland for about six years. From my house, I can hear the sounds of screeching tires from “sideshows”—a city tradition where drivers take over intersections and perform donuts in front of cheering crowds—multiple times a day. (Sideshows, which are often preludes to crimes, preceded both the 76 robbery and the Juneteenth shootings.) Burned-out husks of stolen and abandoned cars appear like roadkill by curbsides. It’s hard to tell whether staccato claps in the distance are illegal fireworks or gunshots. All of this has gotten worse in the years I’ve been here.

“There’s this sense of lawlessness,” LeRonne Armstrong, the city’s former police chief who was fired last year by the mayor and is now running for city council, told me. “This sense of, we can do whatever, there really aren’t any consequences—almost like a video game, like Grand Theft Auto or something.”

Even the nonviolent crimes reflect that video game–like absurdity. In January, about two blocks away from the 76 station, thieves hooked an outdoor Bank of America ATM to a van, tore it from the wall, and dragged it down the street. It was the second ATM in the area to be stolen just that morning.

About three blocks away is a shuttered In-N-Out Burger. In March, the restaurant became the first the company has ever closed after customers and staff were subjected to a relentless barrage of car break-ins, thefts, and robberies. Across town, in the tony neighborhood of Rockridge, a liquor store was burglarized four times by thieves ramming cars through its glass front doors, a method that has become increasingly common in the Bay Area.

“Oakland has never been like this,” Pastor Raymond Lankford of the Voices of Hope Community Church said last fall. “People breaking into houses brazenly, beating people, beating seniors,” he told me more recently. “Society has kind of lost its grip in some ways.”

Sacramento City Attorney Threatens Target with Criminal Charges if They Continue to Call Police For Theft Incidents

Meanwhile in the Democrat hellhole of California…

The Sacramento City Attorney’s office threatened Target with public nuisance criminal charges and fines if they continued to call the police for theft incidents, The Sacramento Bee reported.

The Sac Bee reported that the City Attorney threatened the Target retail store at 2505 Riverside Blvd. in Land Park this year.

Democrat state lawmakers shockingly added an amendment to a retail theft bill that bars prosecutors from making these types of threats to businesses.

Fox News reported:

The City of Sacramento, California’s legal department threatened to fine a popular retail store for public nuisance over numerous calls to police after thieves stole from its Land Park location multiple times, according to a report.

The Sacramento Bee reported that a person with knowledge of the warning, who wanted to remain anonymous out of fear they could be retaliated against, said Sacramento officials warned they would issue an administrative fine to the Target at 2505 Riverside Blvd. in Land Park, during the past year.

A police spokesperson confirmed the location to the publication after being asked about the alleged warning.

After learning about the city’s warning and comparable actions across the state, state lawmakers added an amendment to a retail theft bill, outlawing these types of threats toward businesses from authorities.
