Rand Paul Dismantles Ex-CDC Chief in Brutal Senate Showdown

Ex-CDC Director Dr. Susan Monarez testified today before the Senate HELP Committee in a desperate attempt to smear RFK Jr.’s name and build pressure for him to resign.

But things didn’t go according to plan. Senator Rand Paul wasn’t about to let that happen. After Monarez got a few softball questions from Bernie Sanders and others, Paul stepped in with the tough ones.

He started with the basics—asking if the COVID vaccines actually stop transmission.

PAUL: “Does the COVID vaccine prevent transmission?”

MONAREZ: “The COVID vaccine can reduce viral load in individuals who are—”

PAUL: “Does it prevent transmission?”

MONAREZ: “When you have reduced viral load… you will have reduced transmission.”

PAUL: “But in other words, it DOESN’T prevent transmission. You can still transmit the virus if you’ve had the vaccine.”

The author of the motion criticized the Commission’s refusal to disclose text messages between von der Leyen and the chief executive of vaccine maker Pfizer during the COVID-19 crisis.

But while the lack of transparency and suspicion of corruption are bad enough, there’s an even darker side to this story: as we all know, the mRNA shots were untested and unsafe.

Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine plasmid contains a human α-globin DNA fragment regulating blood and cardiovascular biology, and because plasmids are integration-competent DNA molecules, this fragment is capable of inserting into the human genome—precisely as blood and cardiovascular injuries like myocarditis and pericarditis emerge as the dominant serious adverse events following Moderna vaccination.

In plain terms, Moderna’s shot carries a piece of human blood gene code that can lodge itself into patient DNA, raising the possibility that the very blueprint of the vaccine is fueling the same heart and blood injuries now seen at the top of its safety reports.

While most public discussion blames the spike protein or lipid nanoparticles for Moderna’s adverse events, the evidence here points to something no one is talking about—the plasmid blueprint itself may be driving the blood and heart injuries dominating the safety signal.

A September 2025 peer-reviewed paper in Molecular Therapy: Nucleic Acids confirms that Moderna’s mRNA-1273 (Spikevax) vaccine plasmid carries a 3’ untranslated region (UTR) from the human α-globin (HBA1) gene.

  • α-globin encodes part of hemoglobin, central to red blood cell stability and oxygen transport.
  • Its regulation is directly tied to blood and cardiovascular function—mutations cause α-thalassemia, anemia, and cardiac stress.
  • By design, Moderna’s blueprint hard-codes this human blood gene regulator into the plasmid template.

The CDC Needed A Thorough Housecleaning

For 715 consecutive days — every single day — I put on full protective gear in the ICU at Houston’s United Memorial Medical Center, fighting Covid-19 on the frontlines.

I never took a day off, because when lives hang in the balance, doctors don’t get the luxury of excuses. We act. We fight. We serve.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention was created to serve with that same urgency — to protect Americans from infectious disease through science, transparency, and rapid response.

But what the public got instead during the pandemic was an agency more obsessed with narratives and control than with saving lives.

During the pandemic, the CDC didn’t just make mistakes — it fundamentally betrayed its mission. It manipulated data, censored debate, and colluded with Big Tech to silence dissenting physicians. That isn’t science — that’s politics and narrative-control masquerading as public health, and it comes at a dear cost to this nation.

That’s why HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. must enact a forceful and immediate, top-to-bottom house cleaning.

Consider just a few of the documented failures.

  • The CDC released Covid-19 test kits with internally known fundamental defects, contributing to catastrophic delays in detecting the virus.
  • It shifted guidance back and forth on whether to require masks — not based on any evidence but under political pressure. This helped destroy public trust.
  • Then there’s the data manipulation — at least 25 documented statistical errors, 80 percent of them exaggerating the severity of the pandemic.
  • The agency suppressed transparency, refusing to release full vaccine injury data because the public “might misinterpret it.”
  • It colluded in censorship, training Facebook, X, and Google employees to erase posts from experienced physicians who challenged CDC orthodoxy.
  • It surveilled US citizens, buying massive location-tracking databases to monitor lockdown compliance.
  • It also buried risk data, scrubbing evidence of myocarditis risk from the vaccine and overcounting child deaths from the virus. This fueled destructive school closures and unnecessary child masking.

These are not minor missteps. They represent institutional malpractice — an agency actively choosing political control over scientific honesty.

It has cost countless lives.

Even as frontline doctors treated wave after wave of patients, the CDC insulated itself behind bureaucratic walls, doubling down on arrogance and ideology.

Instead of humbly correcting course, the agency turned inward, obsessed with power and control.

The result? Americans no longer know if they can trust the very institution designed to protect them.

NMSU Alumnus and Former Professor Files Legal Action Over Unlawful Vaccine Mandate

Today, David K. Clements, a former Assistant Professor of consumer protection and business law, announced the filing of a lawsuit against New Mexico State University (NMSU) and its Board of Regents, alleging breach of contract and violation of the New Mexico Unfair Practices Act.

The action stems from his wrongful termination on October 15, 2021, for refusing to comply with NMSU’s COVID-19 experimental vaccine and mask mandate, which he contends violated federal law by lacking informed consent and refusal rights.

“It is difficult to announce this lawsuit in the wake of the Charlie Kirk assassination. He fought for free speech on campuses just like NMSU. Before his life was tragically taken, lives and reputations were destroyed on campuses across America for exercising our First Amendment right to combat forced injections, masking, and invasive testing. For those who held the line against forced injection, many had to endure a six-inch nasal swab shoved up their nose, scraping the back of their throats every week, or else face the loss of their job. It was dehumanizing. I will fight these monsters with everything I have,” Clements stated.

Clements, who taught at NMSU until his dismissal, argues that the mandate disrupted educational services to both students and faculty—services generating $2.6 billion in economic output—and exploited his position as a tenure-track professor to pressure students to get an injection with virtually no scientific data advising them of their risks. “The university effectively took bribe money tied to the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF), the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, among others. They chose to rake in millions of dollars rather than look out for the health and safety of faculty and students. The statute of limitations for breach of contract is six years. I hope this lawsuit will alert former colleagues and students that were harmed by the jab or denied accommodations, that a university’s greed should not outweigh their rights to receive an education free of coercion. There is still time on the clock for thousands of lawsuits to be filed,” Clements stated.

NMSU is no stranger to controversy. Over the past five years, it has been sued for allegations of hazing, sexual assault, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. These include an $8 million settlement in June 2023 with former basketball players Deuce Benjamin, Shak Odunewu, and William Benjamin for hazing and sexual assault claims; a $495,000 settlement in March 2024 with former provost Carol Parker for discrimination and retaliation; a $60,000 settlement in February 2024 with former Title IX coordinator Laura Castille for retaliation; a $1 million settlement in July 2025 with a female student alleging mishandling of a sexual assault case; and an undisclosed settlement in August 2025 with former basketball coach Greg Heiar for wrongful termination. These resolutions, totaling over $9.5 million in disclosed amounts, reflect a troubling track record.

Clements’ objection to the mandate’s illegality has been vindicated by recent developments, including the CDC’s 2025 withdrawal of vaccine recommendations for children and pregnant women and Moderna’s requirement for placebo-controlled trials. “As an alumnus and educator, I sought to protect my students and colleagues from potential harm, only to face retaliation,” Clements stated.

The lawsuit seeks reinstatement to a tenured position, compensatory and treble (triple) damages under the UPA for what Clements describes as a willful and unconscionable trade practice. He has requested preservation of all related records to ensure transparency.

New Look at Old Data Shows COVID Vaccine Dangers Hiding in Plain Sight

Soon after the rollout of COVID-19 vaccines in 2020, top scientific journals published studies declaring the vaccines to be safe and effective — even amid mounting evidence of serious health concerns that eventually led vaccine manufacturers to add warning labels and pull products off the market.

In a new preprint study, scientists from Children’s Health Defense (CHD) and the Brownstone Institute reanalyzed data from those studies. Their analysis found clear health risks linked to the Pfizer and AstraZeneca shots, suggesting the studies “appear biased by design.”

CHD Senior Research Scientist Karl Jablonowski, an author of the preprint, criticized the highly credentialed researchers involved in one of the earlier studies.

“The bedrock, the foundation, the cornerstones, and the pinnacle of the scientific establishment” published an analysis of 46 million adults in England only “to proclaim ‘cardiovascular safety’ where, in fact, there is a veritable cardiovascular catastrophe,” he said.

For their preprint, Jablonowski and his co-researchers performed a safety analysis of the Pfizer and AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccines using information from several large datasets from the U.K. — the same datasets used as the basis for numerous earlier studies, published in major journals, that concluded the vaccines were safe.

The new analysis confirmed that a significant risk for myocarditis and pericarditis associated with the Pfizer vaccines was evident in those earlier studies. Yet the studies’ results explicitly promoted the “cardiovascular safety” of the shots. The Moderna vaccines were also linked to heart risks.

CHD and Brownstone researchers also found that the risks for cardiovascular disease and death from the AstraZeneca vaccine were significantly higher than those of the Pfizer vaccine.

The AstraZeneca vaccine was a non-mRNA vaccine. It was never authorized or approved in the U.S., but was widely distributed in the U.K. during the early phase of the vaccine rollout. Like other vaccines, the AstraZeneca shot was advertised as safe and effective.

In 2024, AstraZeneca admitted in court documents that its shot could cause deadly blood clotting known as thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome — also referred to as vaccine-induced thrombotic thrombocytopenia. The Johnson & Johnson shot was also linked to the condition.

Months later, AstraZeneca withdrew its vaccine from the market, though it denied the move was linked to the drug’s serious health risks.

At this time, major studies were published — including a highly cited 2024 study in Nature Communications — that promoted the safety of the AstraZeneca vaccine and other COVID-19 shots.

COVID-19 Is No Longer A Top 10 Cause Of Death, CDC Report Says

COVID-19 is no longer a top 10 cause of death in the United States, according to a report released on Wednesday by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The overall death rate dropped to 722 per 100,000 in 2024 from 750.5 per 100,000 people in 2023, the CDC said.

“Suicide replaced COVID-19 as the 10th leading underlying cause of death,” the agency said in its report.

According to data released by the CDC, the COVID-19 death rate appeared to peak in early 2021. Other significant peaks in COVID-19 deaths were observed in mid-2021 and in early 2022, as well as in April 2020 and August 2020.

In the report released this week, the CDC said that heart disease, cancer, and unintentional injury were the leading causes of death. COVID-19 had been ranked as the third-leading cause of death in the United States in 2020, when the pandemic first emerged, federal data show.

After heart disease, cancer, and unintentional injury, the other causes of death listed in the agency’s report were stroke, chronic lower respiratory diseases, Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, kidney disease, chronic liver disease and cirrhosis, and suicide.

“The death rate decreased from 2023 to 2024 for all demographic groups except infants,” the CDC also wrote in the report, adding that “death rates also decreased for all race and ethnicity groups.”

A report released in May by the CDC shows that the national infant mortality rate dropped to about 5.5 infant deaths per 1,000 live births in 2024—from about 5.6 per 1,000 live births, where it had been the previous two years. Federal health data show that Mississippi has the highest infant mortality rate in the country.

In late August, Mississippi’s health department said it declared a public health emergency because of rising infant mortality rates in the state. Data released by the state show that the mortality rate increased to 9.7 per 1,000 live births last year, it said in a statement at the time.

Meanwhile, the U.S. suicide rate has steadily risen, increasing by 37 percent between 2000 and 2018, according to the CDC’s data. That rate dropped slightly between 2018 and 2020 before it returned to a peak rate of around 14.2 suicides per 100,000 people in 2022, the last available data.

Trump FDA to Present Data Linking COVID Jabs to Child Deaths at Upcoming CDC Meeting

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will present data linking COVID-19 vaccines to the deaths of dozens of children.

According to several media reports, the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) will meet Thursday and Friday to review and recommend several vaccines, including this fall’s updated Covid shots.

The FDA is basing its claim on data from the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), a public database run jointly by the FDA and CDC.

The reports come after FDA Commissioner Marty Makary told CNN last week that the agency is investigating reports of healthy children dying after receiving Covid vaccines.

“We’ve been looking into the VAERS database of self-reports that there have been children that have died from the Covid vaccine,” Makary said.

“We’re going to release a report in the coming few weeks and we’re going to let people know. We’re doing an intense investigation.”

“He denied it under oath. These documents are now public, and Fauci will finally testify before Chairman Rand Paul,” he said.

Fauci instructed his colleague at the NIH to “delete” his email addressing the soaring death rate in New York City.

Call me “full of sh*t,” spin the numbers, and order your staff to “delete this after you read it.”

“The coverup began while the virus was barely on America’s radar. Just one day after the Feb. 1, 2020 Proximal Origins call, Fauci, Francis Collins, and Jeremy Farrar plotted how to “get ahead of the science and the narrative” under WHO,” Rand Paul said.

“Please delete this after you read it,” Fauci wrote.

Anthony Fauci’s explosive secret emails exposing COVID ‘lies’ are uncovered: ‘delete this email after you read’

Emails unearthed by the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee appear to contradict testimony previously given by Dr. Anthony Fauci on Capitol Hill.

Kentucky Republican Rand Paul sent a letter Tuesday to the former COVID-19 response director with new demands for him to appear before the committee and tell the truth about efforts to conceal information from Congress about deleting official records.

During a testimony given to the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic in June of 2024, Fauci was asked if he ever deleted official records, worked to obstruct Freedom of Information (FOIA) requests, or deleted communications relating ‘to the Wuhan lab or the origins of the virus’, all of which he denied.

Yet, Paul provides two examples of instances when Fauci instructed fellow government employees to conceal information relating to their work.

In the letter, the Kentucky Republican notes that in an ’email dated February 2, 2020,’ Fauci ‘directed then-NIH Director Dr. Francis Collins to “Please delete this e-mail after you read it.”’ 

‘In another email dated July 20, 2020, to an NIH employee [Fauci] stated, “I do not want to engage any more with this nonsense. And so, please delete this e-mail after you read it.”‘

Paul is now calling on Fauci to respond in the next two weeks to the committee’s inquiries about past statements he has made under oath.

The Homeland Security Committee leaders are also seeking to have Fauci appear in front of Congress again before the end of the year, and have sent him dates in October, November, and December to appear before the committee.
