Teen Who Died 5 Days After Pfizer Vaccine Among 10 Deaths FDA Cited In Leaked Memo

Last week, a leaked FDA memo acknowledged that at least ten children died “after and because of” the COVID-19 vaccine in the U.S.

None of those children had been identified — until now.

One of them is now understood to be Ernesto Ramirez Jr., a 16-year-old from Texas who collapsed and died five days after receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 shot.

“Junior,” as he is known, is among the cases at the center of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) internal investigation into pediatric deaths following COVID-19 vaccination.

For his father, Ernest Ramirez, the past four years have been consumed by grief, tireless campaigning and what he describes as a “living hell.”

Now, for the first time, he believes the FDA has acknowledged what he has always known — the vaccine took his child.

“That’s the poison that killed my son,” he told me.

A father fights for his son

Junior was healthy, athletic and inseparable from his dad. Ernest raised him alone.

“We were always together, we were never apart,” he said. “Like I’ve always said, he was my best friend … We were buddies.”

Five days after the Pfizer shot, Junior went to the park with a neighbor to play basketball.

“They started running and he just collapsed,” Ernest said.

Paramedics rushed him to the hospital, but attempts to revive him failed. Ernest still remembers the bluntness of the staff.

“Yeah, you can go home now, your son’s dead,” is how he recalls the doctor’s tone.

He could not return to the empty house.

At first, he had no idea the vaccine could have been involved. It wasn’t until cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough reviewed the records that Ernest heard the words that changed everything.

Vaccine Stocks Drop After FDA Memo Links COVID Shots To Child Deaths

Vaccine stocks slumped Monday after an explosive memo from FDA vaccine chief Vinay Prasad surfaced late Friday, signaling the agency is preparing to roll out tough restrictions on new vaccines for children. Prasad described a profound revelation” linking Covid shots to at least ten deaths in children.

By late morning, Vaccine makers dropped on the memo: Moderna -6%, BioNTech -4.3%, Novavax -4%, Vaxcyte -6.6%.

Wall Street analysts weighed in on the memo, and all agreed it introduces a new regulatory overhang for vaccine stocks.

Here’s what the research desks told clients:

William Blair, Myles R. Minter (rates the MRNA market perform)

  • “Our interpretation of the memo is that CBER will focus its efforts on the younger 12- to 24-year-old male population for newly approved Covid-19 vaccines where the myocarditis risk is highest”
  • If new regulatory restrictions were to be implemented in the higher myocarditis risk population, analysts see further headwinds toward Moderna’s declining Covid-19 franchise “alongside further negative sentiment that this memo and subsequent actions may generate”
  • Analyst says Pfizer, BioNTech, Novavax and Sanofi could also be impacted
  • “The memo also indicates several upcoming reforms to the CBER vaccine regulatory pathway, most notably the “demand” for pre- market randomized trials assessing clinical endpoints, not just immunogenicity, for most new vaccine products”

AEI and Johns Hopkins Attempt a Covid Redo

The experts have not been quick to assess, let alone apologize for, their performance during Covid. I took note, therefore, when two elite institutions that led the pandemic response co-hosted a retrospective event on Thursday, November 6.

Johns Hopkins University is home to a world-renowned medical center and the Bloomberg School of Public Health. The American Enterprise Institute is one of Washington, D.C.’s oldest and largest public policy think tanks. Both helped shape pandemic policy and perception from its earliest days.

The two organizations have been collaborating for the past year, and they framed their first event on November 6 around the book In Covid’s Wake: How Our Politics Failed Us, a critique of lockdowns written by two Princeton political scientists, Frances Lee and Stephen Macedo.

Given their vocal insistence on maximal Covid impositions, Hopkins and AEI deserve credit for finally highlighting an opposing view.

Let’s recall how central the two organizations were in the early days, and even before. In October of 2019, Hopkins had, with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and World Economic Forum, co-hosted Event 201, a tabletop pandemic planning exercise. Participants from the CIA, the Chinese CDC, and various public relations firms discussed how they would manage a future novel coronavirus outbreak, focusing especially on how to combat “misinformation” and shape public behavior. Just two months later, Covid hit.

Then, in the spring of 2020, AEI fellow and former commissioner of the Food and Drug Administration Scott Gottlieb co-authored with Johns Hopkins infectious disease specialists a major lockdown blueprint. Gottlieb was a key Republican demanding lockdowns. Meanwhile, millions of people were hitting refresh on Johns Hopkins’ Internet dashboard map, which counted Covid “cases” and helped drive panic across the globe.

There are still giant holes in AEI and Hopkins’ understanding – especially on the Covid vaccines – and I’ll address those in the second half of this article. But first, the good stuff.

FDA to tighten vaccine rules after memo ties COVID-19 shot to child deaths

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is set to implement stricter vaccine approval guidelines after a memo claimed at least 10 children died “after and because of” receiving a COVID-19 shot.

The guidelines, obtained by The New York Times, could also impact vaccinations for other illnesses and viruses, including the FDA’s standards for annual flu shots and if Americans should receive multiple vaccines at a time. The memo also states that shots for pregnant women could be limited, and manufacturers will be required to conduct larger studies before seeking approval for vaccines.

Vinay Prasad, a top vaccine regulator at FDA, said pneumonia vaccine manufacturers must show that their treatments reduce the infection instead of merely developing antibodies to fight it. The new restrictions would also require drug manufacturers to run larger studies that would slow the process of developing vaccines, according to The Washington Post, which also reviewed the memo.

Shocking FDA Memo Admits COVID Vaccines Linked to Child Deaths

In a bombshell revelation that vindicates long-standing concerns from vaccine skeptics, a top FDA official has admitted that COVID-19 shots are tied to the deaths of at least 10 children.

The admission comes from an internal memo obtained by The New York Times, highlighting the dangers of myocarditis, a serious heart inflammation, caused by the vaccines.

“This is a profound revelation,” Dr. Prasad wrote the memo to staff members, per The Times. “For the first time, the U.S. F.D.A. will acknowledge that Covid-19 vaccines have killed American children.”

Vinay Prasad, the FDA’s Chief Medical and Scientific Officer and a vocal critic of overreaching COVID mandates, authored the memo.

Prasad described the findings as “a profound revelation” and called for sweeping changes to vaccine approval processes. This includes mandatory randomized controlled studies for every subgroup, ensuring no more rushed authorizations like those seen during the pandemic.

Prasad, an oncologist by training, has long questioned the blanket promotion of vaccines and masks, and his role in the FDA under the current administration marks a shift toward greater scrutiny.

The memo doesn’t detail the ages, underlying health conditions, or specific vaccine brands involved in these tragic cases. However, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s vaccine advisory committee is set to discuss the review in an upcoming meeting, which could lead to further revelations.

FDA Commissioner Marty Makary backed up the memo’s claims during an appearance on Fox News, stating plainly: “There were, it appears, 10 deaths of children from the COVID shots.”

Makary emphasized that the data stems from the Biden administration era, adding that while the vaccines may have benefited high-risk elderly individuals, pushing annual shots on young people “is not based on science.”

This development aligns with actions from Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a longtime advocate for vaccine safety who has already restricted COVID vaccines to those 65 and older or with qualifying health conditions.

This reverses the all-out push under previous administrations, including mandates that forced millions, including children, into getting the shots despite emerging risks.

The Covid Inquiry Has Failed to Ask the Most Basic Question: Why Were People Dying?

The explosion of mainstream media headlines following the release of the Hallett Inquiry module two report has concentrated on the conclusion that 23,000 deaths occurred as a result of governmental delays in enforcing lockdowns. While I admire the precision (not 22,000, not 24,000) the 23,000 figure is, as the inquiry states, an estimate based on modelling.

Whose modelling? If that of Neil Ferguson, who had previously been alarmist to the point of hysteria over a foot and mouth outbreak, then the model is fit for the dustbin. Garbage in, garbage out. But Baroness Hallett may not be so wrong – indeed the 23,000 may be an underestimate, but not for the reasons she has wrongly adduced.

SARS-CoV-2 was a novel virus. We now know, but not at the time, that it was accidentally released in China, but the exact mechanisms leading to that need not bother us. What mattered was that it appeared to be both very infectious and potentially fatal. However the fatality numbers are missing something (ignoring whether the figures were of deaths from Covid or deaths with Covid but from something else). Why was it fatal, leading to the acute syndrome of respiratory and other organ failure we now know as COVID-19?

I have read the lengthy report published on November 20th. It is a remarkable catalogue of governmental goings-on, but there is a glaring omission: there is nothing about medicine. There is science, epidemiology, statistics, models, but the fundamental question should have been: what is happening when people get suddenly sick, and how do we treat them if they do? If an infection does not kill people it is usually unimportant: we don’t go berserk over the common cold. If it does we need to know why and fix it. This is not an investigation for epidemiologists, scientists, statisticians, public health doctors, politicians and others who have no experience of managing acute medical emergencies. It is for clinicians – front-line doctors who see an illness, do investigations and arrange treatment.

Where were they? And why has this report completely failed to ask the question – where were the clinical experts?

FDA Chief: Fauci ‘100% Involved” In “Massive” COVID-19 Origins Cover-Up

Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Dr. Marty Makary accused former top health official Dr. Anthony Fauci of orchestrating a “massive cover-up” of the origins of Covid-19. In an interview with “Pod Force One” podcast, Makary said that Fauci, who served as director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease during the pandemic, worked to suppress the Wuhan lab-leak theory.

“One thing that’s extremely obvious that very few people realize, and certainly hardly anyone in the medical establishment where I come from realized, is that [Fauci] was involved in a massive cover-up of the origins of COVID, a massive cover-up,” Makary, who previously served as a professor at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, told host Miranda Devine.

“Whether or not he was involved in the experiments or funding the experiments that led to the origins of COVID, he was clearly 100% involved in the cover-up,” the FDA head added.

‘Stunning’: Only 1 In 7 Germans With Positive PCR Test Had COVID Infection

Only about 1 in 7 positive PCR tests in Germany during the COVID-19 pandemic indicated an actual coronavirus infection that triggered an antibody response, according to a new peer-reviewed study.

Brian Hooker, Ph.D., chief scientific officer for Children’s Health Defense (CHD), called the study’s findings of an 86% false positive rate “stunning.”

The study also found that by late December 2020, when COVID-19 vaccines rolled out, about 25% of Germans had already acquired a natural infection. By the end of 2021, the figure rose to 92%, indicating near-universal immunity in the population.

PCR tests led to ‘significant overcounting’ of COVID infections

The study by three German researchers, published last month in Frontiers in Epidemiology, used two mathematical models to analyze how well PCR test results aligned with the results of blood tests for SARS-CoV-2 antibodies.

The findings were based on data obtained from accredited labs in Germany that handled about 90% of PCR tests in the country from March 2020 to early 2023, and also performed antibody (IgG) blood tests until May 2021.

The researchers — Michael Günther, Ph.D.Robert Rockenfeller, Ph.D., and Harald Walach, Ph.D. — said their models aligned data from PCR tests that detect “small bits of viral genetic material in the nose or throat,” and antibody tests that show if a person’s immune system “responded to an actual infection weeks or months earlier.”

They told The Defender:

“When we compared the number of PCR positives with later antibody results, only about 1 out of 7 PCR-positive people showed the kind of immune response that indicates a true infection. Under conservative assumptions, it could be closer to 1 out of 10.”

Their analysis also showed that by the end of 2021, “nearly everyone” in Germany had been “infected, vaccinated, or both.”

1 in 10 Adults Seriously Injured by a COVID Vaccine, New Survey Says

One in every 10 U.S adults who received the COVID-19 vaccine experienced “major” side effects, and over a third (36%) suffered “minor” side effects, according to a national survey conducted this month.

Based on a U.S. adult population of 258 million in 2020, the results mean that about 17 million adults who got the COVID-19 vaccine experienced major health effects, and roughly 63 million had minor side effects, said Rasmussen Reports, which conducted the survey.

The survey, which included 1,292 adults and had a margin sampling error of +/- 3 percentage points with a 95% confidence level, also revealed that 46% of both vaccinated and unvaccinated adults think it’s likely that COVID-19 vaccines have caused a significant number of unexplained deaths.

The numbers come as no surprise to Christopher Dreisbach, legal affairs director of React19, whose mission is to support the COVID-19 vaccine-injured. He told The Defender:

“Any surprise regarding the frequency and severity of these adverse reactions is simply the result of years of government and platform-level censorship that kept the injured’s experiences out of public view.”

Dreisbach was diagnosed with a debilitating and painful neurological disorder after getting Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine.

Kristi Dobbs, who was also seriously injured when she took her first and only Pfizer COVID-19 shot on Jan. 18, 2021, said the U.S. government has yet to ensure that this kind of massive vaccine injury won’t happen again in the future.

With the exceptions of U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), who have been outspoken on COVID-19 vaccine injuries, most government officials are “hoping we will just be silenced and forgotten about,” Dobbs said.

She said she and others have been “shouting from the rooftops” since February 2021, when a group of them warned the National Institutes of Health that the shots were causing massive harm.

Since then, Dobbs has personally contacted the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Stanford University and the Mayo Clinic.

“My cries have fallen on deaf ears for years,” she said. “The vaccine-injured are still hurting, dying and being discarded as trash.”

Nikki Holland, REACT19’s community outreach officer, who was injured by a COVID-19 vaccine, said, “This is happening to real people in every community, not rare statistics. If we refuse to honestly recognize and investigate these injuries, we undermine the very principles that keep medicine evolving and patients safe.”

War Dept. Battles Internal Resistance To Reinstate 86 Soldiers Ejected By Covid Shot Mandate

It’s been ten months since President Donald Trump ordered the full reinstatement of any willing military employees ejected for declining Covid-19 shots, but as of Nov. 15 just 86 such personnel have been reinstated. The reinstatements so far account for less than one-tenth of 1 percent of the military personnel who likely left over the Biden administration mandate, depleting the military of some of its highest-character members and causing a historic personnel crisis.

President Trump’s defense team is “picking up steam” to address the reinstatements more quickly and fruitfully and approval times are down to two to three weeks after the application package is completed, Undersecretary of War for Personnel and Readiness Anthony Tata told The Federalist in a Tuesday afternoon phone call from his office. Confirmed in July, Tata said he immediately sought out veterans experiencing impediments to reinstatement. In September and October meetings and memorandums, “I tasked in no uncertain terms to the services that they will treat each of the members with the dignity that they deserve,” Tata said.

“There’s a lot of moving pieces, there’s a lot of good people working very hard on this,” Tata said. “We all understand the president’s executive order and the secretary’s directive, and we are moving out at full speed to welcome every single person that wants to come back from this disaffected community.”

When one service member posted online that a military processing station had turned her away from seeking the reinstatement the Trump administration has promised, Tata said after talking with her he called up the station commander and said, “What part of this don’t you understand?”

More formally, he noted the department is investigating Biden-era Covid policies and their implementation across the branches, and that investigation will make recommendations about whether and which personnel violated law and military policy in carrying out Covid orders. The investigation team includes service members reinstated after the Biden administration drummed them out of the military for their conscientious objections to Covid mandates.

Former Air Force judge advocate general Kacy Dixon, herself reinstated after declining a Covid shot while pregnant, is Tata’s liaison to that investigation and to Covid-separated soldiers seeking reparations the administration has promised for their injuries, including honorable discharges, lost benefits, and back pay, even if they don’t re-enlist. Tata noted that back pay for reinstated soldiers is often between $100,000-$150,000 per person and it includes the proper pay for promotions soldiers would have earned if they hadn’t been punished for exercising their constitutional conscience rights.
