DHS Coordinated with Chinese Drone Company to Create the First Totally Surveilled City in America

Inside San Diego’s metropolitan area, the second largest city, home to some 275,000 residents, has made the history books. Chula Vista hasn’t cured cancer or discovered perpetual energy; instead, their mark on history will be a dark one as they become the first city in America to be completely monitored by spy drones.

“On a per capita basis, they’re probably the most or one of the most surveilled cities in the country,” said Brian Hofer, executive director of the Oakland-based privacy advocacy group Secure Justice. “Pretty much the minute you walk outside your front door and move about your daily life, you’re going to be tagged and tracked by some law enforcement agency, even though you’ve likely never been suspected of any wrongdoing.”

Chula Vista’s drone program didn’t come to fruition overnight. Instead, the Department of Homeland Security and other government agencies coordinated with with Chinese drone manufacturers and unscrupulous actors in Big Tech and have implemented the program over the course of several years.

US Local Governments Helped Chinese Firms With $1.7 Billion in Subsidies: Watchdog

U.S. state and local governments have provided about $1.7 billion in subsidies to Chinese companies since 2010, a trend that must be reversed, said Robert Atkinson, president of Washington-based think tank Information Technology and Innovation Foundation.

“The official U.S. policy is to try to slow down China because they’re playing unfairly, if you will. So here we are trying to slow down China but at the same time, state and local governments are providing subsidies to speed up China,” Atkinson said in a recent interview with NTD.

China is known for engaging in a number of unfair trade practices, such as dumping cheap products in foreign markets, providing excessive government subsidies to Chinese companies helping them to gain market share, and stealing intellectual property (IP) and technologies. The Commission on the Theft of American Intellectual Property estimated in 2017 that the U.S. economy suffers an annual loss of between $225 to $600 billion from China’s IP theft each year.

The subsidy amount is tabulated by Washington-based watchdog Good Jobs First, a nonprofit that promotes corporate and government accountability. It found that China-based companies received over $1.8 billion in subsidies from U.S. government bodies from 1991 to 2020. The majority of the aid, about $1.7 billion, started flowing out of the United States in 2010.

Hunter Biden did business with missing mom Heidi Planck’s ‘fraudster boss’ – who was director of the financial firm that pitched multi-million-dollar deal to the president’s son Chinese partners in 2015, emails reveal

Missing California mother Heidi Planck’s boss was in business with Hunter Biden in China.

Planck, an accountant for accused fraudster financier Jason Sugarman, disappeared in Los Angeles on October 17.

The vanishing led police to question Sugarman, who is under investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for an alleged $43million fraud.

A SWAT team has raided Planck’s house and police have combed through a landfill for her remains, but her mystery disappearance remains unsolved.

Planck’s ex-husband believes the financier knows more about her disappearance than he has told detectives.

DailyMail.com can now reveal emails from Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop which show Sugarman worked on a multi-million-dollar deal with the president’s son and his Chinese business partners in 2015.

Mystery surrounds Chinese jet crash a month after all 132 people were killed as report reveals NO faults in the plane, NO suspicions about the crew and NO sign of bad weather

One month after a China Eastern passenger jet crashed mid-flight, killing all 132 people on board, investigators say they have not determined a cause.

A report issued Wednesday by the Civil Aviation Administration of China said no abnormalities had been found in the plane, its crew or external elements such as bad weather.

The report said investigators are still attempting to extract data from the heavily damaged black box flight data and voice recorders that might offer insight into the plane’s condition and the crew’s actions in the final minutes of the flight.

The US National Transportation Safety Board is helping download information from the flight data recorder and the cockpit voice recorder.

Both black boxes are being analyzed by US experts at a government lab in Washington, DC.

The China Eastern Boeing 737-800 went into a sudden nosedive, appeared to briefly recover, and then slammed into the ground in a mountainous area on March 21.

The crew made no report of problems before losing contact with air traffic control.

The crash left a 65-foot-deep crater in a mountainside, shattered the plane and set off a fire in the surrounding forest.

More than 49,000 pieces of plane debris were found. It took two days to find the cockpit voice recorder and six days for the flight data recorder, which was buried 5 feet underground.

Fauci’s Texas Lab Signed a ‘Confidential’ Deal With Wuhan Colleagues Enabling ‘Destroying Secret Files, Materials.’

The Galveston National Laboratory – a project of Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases – entered into a memorandum of understanding with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, granting the Chinese lab the right to make its American counterpart “destroy and/or return the secret files, materials and equipment without any backups.”

The National Pulse has previously unearthed the Texas-based lab’s multi-year collaborative relationship with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, including hosting exchange programs and training researchers at the lab’s Biosafety Level 4 (BSL) facility. Directors from the Wuhan lab and the Galveston National Laboratory, which describes itself as “constructed under grants awarded by [Fauci’s] National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID),” have admitted to working with the “world’s most dangerous pathogens” in 2018.

The news comes amidst controversy over Antony Fauci’s role in funding bat coronavirus research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology – a relationship that newfound documents appear to show extends beyond American partners like Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance. The lab is also believed to be the source of COVID-19 according to many public health and intelligence experts.

In addition to private emails from Fauci obtained by The National Pulse, new internal documents obtained by the government watchdog group U.S. Right to Know (USRTK) confirm the existence of the program and provide more insight into the agreement between the two labs.

Mobster Whitey Bulger’s nephew played pivotal role in Hunter Biden’s Chinese business dealings, emails show

The nephew of infamous mobster James “Whitey” Bulger played a pivotal role in Chinese business ventures with Hunter Biden, according to emails.

Jim Bulger – the nephew of the organized crime boss – was the chairman and co-founder of Boston-based Thornton Group LLC. Bulger’s advisory firm worked with the Rosemont Seneca investment firm on Chinese business dealings. The firm was founded by Biden, Christopher Heinz, and Devon Archer.

Besides being Whitey Bulger’s nephew, Jim Bulger is the son of William “Billy” Bulger – who served as president of the Massachusetts State Senate for eight years. Billy Bulger was a political ally of John Kerry when he served in the Senate. Kerry’s stepson is Devon Archer.

Shock Videos: Thousands of Locked Down Shanghai Residents Scream From Their Apartment Buildings

Haunting video out of Shanghai shows thousands of frustrated residents screaming from apartment buildings after being locked down again following another alleged COVID-19 outbreak.

Videos circulating social media show an eerie cityscape at night filled with the anguished screams of residents forcibly quarantined in their apartment buildings for over a week.

“What the?? This video taken yesterday in Shanghai, China, by the father of a close friend of mine. She verified its authenticity: People screaming out of their windows after a week of total lockdown, no leaving your apartment for any reason,” radio host Patrick Madrid tweeted Friday.

“The translation she gave me: ‘It’s Shanghai, everyone is screaming, started with a couple now everyone is screaming, after a week of lockdown, something is going to happen, no one knows when this is going to end.’ He says they can’t even step outside their apartments.”

Another dystopian video shows a drone hovering around the buildings with a prerecorded message discouraging residents from crying for help: “Please comply with COVID restrictions. Control your soul’s desire for freedom. Do not open the window or sing.”

Chinese surgeons removed the hearts and lungs of death row inmates while they were still ALIVE, study claims

China enlisted surgeons to execute prisoners by cutting out their hearts, new Australian research has revealed.

The Australian National University study, which examined thousands of medical papers from the communist nation, uncovered shocking secrets about China’s clandestine organ harvesting trade.

The research, published in the American Journal of Transplantation, found the certified causes of death did not align with the medical procedures listed in 56 hospitals across the country.

Instead, prisoners’ hearts were harvested from their chests before they were brain dead to be given to transplant recipients.

Concerned human rights advocates said the new mounting evidence ‘tells a terrible tale of murder and mutilation in China’ and the stories coming out of the Chinese Communist Party are ‘almost too dreadful to believe’.

China Reportedly Orders Mass Killing Of Pets Belonging To COVID-19 Patients

One city in China ordered the mass killing of household pets Wednesday, according to state-run media.

The Anci district in Langfang city reportedly told residents Wednesday that all pets belonging to individuals infected with COVID-19 were to be executed, according to the state-run China News Service, as translated by Business Insider. The order was then reportedly repealed by 5 p.m. local time Wednesday, but it remains unclear how many pets were killed before that happened.

Authorities initially ordered the “complete culling of indoor animals” belonging to coronavirus patients, before an official with the Langfang Center for Disease Control and Prevention said the order was reversed, according to Business Insider.

It is possible for animals to become infected with COVID-19, but the risk of transmission from them to humans is low.

The Target is China

The Pentagon has produced its latest National Defense Strategy (NDS), a report made every four years to provide the public and the government with a broad overview of the U.S. war machine’s planning, posturing, developments and areas of focus.

You might assume with all the aggressive brinkmanship between Moscow and the U.S. power alliance this year that Russia would feature as Enemy No. 1 in the 2022 NDS, but you would be assuming incorrectly. The U.S. “Defense” Department reserves that slot for the same nation that’s occupied it for many years now: China.

Antiwar’s Dave DeCamp writes the following:

The full NDS is still classified, but the Pentagon released a fact sheet on the document that says it “will act urgently to sustain and strengthen deterrence, with the People’s Republic of China (PRC) as our most consequential strategic competitor and the pacing challenge for the Department.”

The fact sheet outlines four priorities for the Pentagon:

-Defending the homeland, paced to the growing multi-domain threat posed by the PRC

-Deterring strategic attacks against the United States, Allies, and partners

-Deterring aggression, while being prepared to prevail in conflict when necessary, prioritizing the PRC challenge in the Indo-Pacific, then the Russia challenge in Europe

-Building a resilient Joint Force and defense ecosystem”

“The Pentagon says that while China is the focus, Russia poses ‘acute threats’ because of its invasion of Ukraine,” DeCamp writes, showing the empire’s view of Moscow as a second-tier enemy.
