How A Fabricated Story From A Corrupt Billionaire Launched The New Cold War With Russia.

With the coming close to the Ukraine proxy war, now is a better time than ever to look at what sparked the post-cold war hostilities between America and Russia.

Some could point to multiple events including the Maidan coup, the downing of the MH17 flight, the Russian intervention into the Syrian war, Russiagate, or the Ukraine proxy war.

But one event precedes all of these things.

That is the passing of the Magnitsky Act sanctions in 2012.

The bill, which put sanctions on Russian officials supposedly for “the detention, abuse, or death of Sergei Magnitsky, for the conspiracy to defraud the Russian Federation of taxes on corporate profits through fraudulent transactions and lawsuits against Hermitage, and for other gross violations of human rights”.

The bill was passed in the House and Senate and was eventually signed into law by then-President Barack Obama.

This story came from Bill Browder, an American billionaire who set up shop in Russia after the collapse of the Soviet Union to try to make money off of Russia’s new IMF-imposed economy.

According to Browder’s account, he was the head of Hermitage Capital Management, which he called “the largest investment firm in Russia.” Browder alleged that in 2007 his office was raided by two Russian policemen named Artyom Kuznetsov and Pavel Karpov who seized documents that were “used to fraudulently re-register the ownership of our investment holding companies as well as to create $1 billion of fake tax liabilities”.

He alleged that “the corrupt officials used their new “ownership” of our companies and the fake liabilities to fraudulently reclaim $230 million of taxes we paid in the previous year”.

He claimed that he then “hired Sergei Magnitsky, then a 35-year-old tax lawyer, to investigate”.

According to Browder’s story “he helped us file criminal complaints against the police officers involved in the raids with a different branch of Russian law enforcement and was so brave that he even testified against them.” And in retaliation “was arrested by two of the same Interior Ministry officers against whom he had testified”.

CBS News Makes It Sound Like Abandoned Astronauts Were On Vacation

Reporting on Elon Musk’s SpaceX mission to rescue the two astronauts stranded on the ISS, CBS News made it sound like they have been on an extended holiday.

This X post linking to a story notes that NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams have had a “9 month stay in space.”

Then within the story itself, CBS states “NASA’s next International Space Station crew blasted off Friday, finally clearing the way for Starliner astronauts Barry ‘Butch’ Wilmore and Sunita Williams to be ferried home next week by two other outgoing station crew members, finally closing out an extended space odyssey.”

The pair were not inter-railing around Europe, they were left in space by the Biden administration on purpose after the Boeing Starliner capsule they travelled in was deemed unsafe for return.

They were supposed to be in space eight days, and could have been brought back months ago by Musk, but the Biden administration refused his offer of help, presumably because he had endorsed Trump.

Climate Group Controlled By Bill Gates Hit By Layoffs

Breakthrough Energy, the umbrella organization for Bill Gates’ climate change programs, slashed its grantmaking budget last month and has begun laying off US and European workers. This comes as the Trump administration shifts its focus away from inflation-driving (also de-growth) and unreliable green technology, instead boosting proven fossil fuel power and investments. It also coincides with Elon Musk’s DOGE dismantling USAID.

Decarbonization news website Heatmap reported one month ago that Breakthrough Energy began reducing its grantmaking budget and “alerted many nonprofit grantees earlier that it would not be renewing its support for them.”  

“This pullback will not affect Breakthrough’s $3.5 billion climate-focused venture capital arm, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, which funds an extensive portfolio of climate tech companies,” Heatmap said, adding, “Breakthrough’s fellowship program, which provides early-stage climate tech leaders with funding and assistance, will also remain intact, a spokesperson confirmed.”

Musk: Democrats “Don’t Want Waste And Fraud To Be Turned Off”

During a Fox Business interview, DOGE head Elon Musk explained that there is so much pushback on the efficiency project’s activity from the left because Democrats desperately don’t want their incentives to illegal immigrants to be turned off.

Musk stated, “So the waste report in entitlement spending, which is most of the federal spending is entitlements. So that’s like the big one to eliminate. That’s the sort of half trillion, maybe 600, 700 billion a year.”

“That is also a mechanism by which the Democrats attract and retain illegal immigrants by essentially paying them to come here and then turning them into voters,” Musk added.

“So this is why the Democrats are so upset about the situation,” he continued, adding “Because they’re losing. You know, if we turn off this gigantic money magnet for illegal immigrants, then they will leave and they will lose voters.”

“Where you’ll see the biggest outcry is from the Democrats who are, they don’t want the waste and fraud to be turned off because it is a gigantic magnet to attract illegal immigrants and have them stay in the country,” Elon further noted.

“I mean, you see some of the crazy stuff like where money from FEMA, FEMA is an agency that’s meant to take care of Americans in distress. And a bunch of their money was being sent to pay for luxury hotels in New York for illegal immigrants,” he added, referring to The Roosevelt Hotel in NYC, among many others.

Elon Musk Dishes About the Darker Side of a Tech Billionaire With Epstein Ties

If you haven’t caught up to why Elon Musk, tech billionaire and the man behind the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), accused a fellow tech founder of all kinds of nefarious business and personal practices, come a little closer and we’ll explain. 

Recently on an appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast, Musk alleged that Reed Hoffman, creator of LinkedIn, was behind bankrolling pre-election lawsuits against Donald Trump, bankrolled astro-turfed protests against Tesla through his big donations to ActBlue, and was involved with  Jeffrey Epstein. 

This is how that part of the interview went. 

During the interview, Rogan and Musk commiserated over the lawfare run against Trump before the election. 

Rogan It’s terrifying that they could do to a guy so brazenly to a guy who was the president for four years.

Musk: That lawsuit was funded by Reid Hoffman, a Dem donor, and also an Epstein client. The plot thickens. 

Rogan: It’s so blatant. It’s so obvious. The SpaceX lawsuit, the Trump stuff, it’s so obvious. 

Musk: Known Epstein clients who are obviously extremely powerful—they’re powerful politically and very wealthy—are Bill Gates, Bill Clinton, and Reed Hoffman. And some others, too. But those three—so, why was Reed Hoffman so intent on destroying Trump? 

Rogan: Do you think it’s because they’re worried about the list coming out?

Musk: Yeah. One of the reasons, yeah. 

Rogan: It’s so frustrating to be a situation where the list isn’t coming out…

Musk: Maybe it’ll come out tomorrow.

Rogan: Well, then why did they release bullsh*t today? 

Musk: I don’t know.

Rogan: Well, what’s the point of handing these people a happy folder to wave around in front of the camera when nothing in it is new? It doesn’t make any sense. It’s not encouraging. 

Musk: Like I said, the tough thing they’ve got is they’ve been made captain of a ship with a hostile crew. So, it’s not like you’ve got magical powers. You’re made captain of a hostile crew, but you still have a hostile crew. They’ve got to bring in people who are helpful rather than obstructionist. 

One case against Trump was obviously a patchwork, some would say fraudulently constructed, judge-shopped effort. Indeed, in the E. Jean Carroll case, the New York state legislative Democrats passed a bespoke, temporary law they called the New York Adult Survivors Act, which momentarily lifted the statute of limitations on sexual assault cases (though decades old), long enough for Hoffman’s bought and paid for defamation Carroll v Trump to be slid into the court process (P. Diddy victims used this opening as well).

Elon Musk says X was knocked offline by ‘massive cyberattack’ that originated in ‘Ukraine area’

Billionaire entrepreneur and DOGE chief Elon Musk claimed Monday that X went dark as the result of a “massive cyberattack” that originated in the “Ukraine area.”

“We’re not sure exactly what happened,” Musk told Fox Business Network host Larry Kudlow about the apparent operation targeting his social media platform.

“But there was a massive cyberattack to try to bring down the X system, with IP addresses originating in the Ukraine area,” the world’s richest man added.

Musk, 53, did not immediately provide additional evidence of who may have been responsible.

Cybercriminals have been known to create false IP addresses to impersonate computer systems from different parts of the world, a practice known as “spoofing.”

Elon Musk Hit the Mother Lode of the Deep State. Now He Believes He’s an Assassination Target.

Elon Musk and his DOGE team have now mined so deeply into the inner workings of government overspending and fraud that they may have hit the Mother Lode of public corruption. And he and his friends believe someone will try to kill him.

What are they afraid of? Things appear to be worse than the oddly large “donations” made by pensioners in Washington state and other places, and worse than the dodgy credit-like cards issued to acolytes.  Musk believes that the giant Democrat money machine paid for the “protests” —and worse? –  at his Tesla showrooms and charging stations throughout the country. And the DOGE team believes it has discovered a through-line between ActBlue and illegality. 

ActBlue and other NGOs have gamed the system, and the Federal Election Commission has let them. He’s getting close to organized election fraud.

Elon Musk Reveals The Big-Name Democratic Donors Funding Attacks on Tesla Stores

Elon Musk has revealed the big-name Democrat donors behind the protests at Tesla stores.

Posting on the X platform that he owns, Musk said that he believes five groups are behind the protests, many of which have resorted to violence.

However, these groups are all funded by ActBlue, the troubled Democratic Party fundraising organization backed by liberal billionaire donors including George Soros and LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman.

Musk explained:

An investigation has found 5 ActBlue-funded groups responsible for Tesla “protests”: Troublemakers, Disruption Project, Rise & Resist, Indivisible Project and Democratic Socialists of America.

ActBlue funders include George Soros, Reid Hoffman, Herbert Sandler, Patricia Bauman, and Leah Hunt-Hendrix.

ActBlue is currently under investigation for allowing foreign and illegal donations in criminal violation of campaign finance regulations.

This week, 7 ActBlue senior officials resigned, including the associate general counsel.

The Tesla CEO asked followers to share any additional information with him in the post’s replies.

REVEALED: Secret Resistance Agreement Between Blue States, Left-Wing Groups and NYC Law Firms to Conduct Coordinated Lawfare Against DOGE and Elon Musk

A secret resistance agreement between 14 states to conduct coordinated lawfare against DOGE and Elon Musk was obtained by the Oversight Project.

DOGE says it has saved approximately $105 billion in a “combination of asset sales, contract/lease cancellations and renegotiations, fraud and improper payment deletion, grant cancellations, interest savings,” and other workforce reductions.

The Democrats are angry that DOGE is saving American taxpayers money, so they devised a scheme to stop Elon Musk and his team.

There are currently nearly a dozen lawsuits challenging DOGE over its authority, data access, and privacy laws.

The agreement obtained by the Oversight Project was signed less than a month after DOGE was created.

“The Parties have agreed that they have a common interest in developing legal strategies to challenge the creation and actions of the Department of Government Efficiency (“DOGE”) and a common interest in existing or future investigative, regulatory, administrative, and judicial actions or inactions, including but not limited to any administrative or judicial proceedings related to or arising from those legal strategies (“Matters of Common Interest”),” the document stated.

The agreement revealed plans between New Mexico, California, Michigan, Massachusetts and other blue states to develop legal strategies to wage war on DOGE and “the actions by Elon Musk.”
