Pharma Execs Charged in $1.3 Billion Drug Scheme + More

Five pharmaceutical distributor executives and five pharma sales representatives have been charged by the Department of Justice for the unlawful distribution of about 70 million opioid pills and 30 million doses of other prescription drugs, worth more than $1.3 billion on the black market.

The charges were unsealed in the Southern District of Texas, Southern District of Florida, Eastern District of Missouri and Eastern District of North Carolina.

Three Houston-area pharmacy operators were also charged in the Southern District of Texas for their role in the schemes.

Nine of the 10 individuals charged have pleaded guilty, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.

Psychiatric Drug Cocktails – Risky Experiments on Human Minds

Despite zero understanding of how even one psychiatric drug “works” as “treatment” for alleged mental disorders, the rate of cocktail (polypharmacy) drugging among children is increasing. One doctor called for informed consent about the benefits and risks associated with the “contraindicated” drugging.

A recent study from Lawrence Kleinman, professor of pediatrics at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, reviewed Medicaid data for more than 141,000 patients (under 21) receiving any psychiatric medication and found that nearly 400 of those patients received at least one “potentially dangerous combination” of psychiatric drugs.

Dr. Kleinman warned that “good practice demands that patients and caregivers be informed of and assent to risks and benefits, including informing them that the intended pair of medications is typically contraindicated.” What Kleinman is warning is that there are serious risks to prescribing cocktails of psychiatric drugs and it is not recommended.

According to Kleinman’s research, polypharmacy (more than one drug prescribed together) is a common practice, with nearly 38 percent of patients in the study filling two or more medications with at least one month overlap, generating more than 11,000 distinct drug combinations.

Kleinman found that the most contraindicated combination involved the antipsychotic Ziprasidone, approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the “treatment” of schizophrenia and bipolar. And the research further revealed that “other risky combinations involved antidepressants such as Fluoxetine (Prozac) and Trazodone paired with various antipsychotic medications…”

This isn’t the first of its kind research as a report in February of this year showed that kids in the state of Maryland also are receiving cocktails of psychiatric drugs at ever increasing rates. Yes. It’s a veritable behavioral chemical lobotomy for America’s children at the whim of the prescribing doctor, despite the serious risks associated with such prescribing.

According to the Maryland research conducted by University of Maryland School of Pharmacy graduate student Yueh Yi Chiang, between 2015 and 2020, those children under the age of 17 were receiving “multiple psychiatric drugs during that time that rose from 4.2% in 2015 to 4.6% five years later.” And sadly, those kids who were disabled or in foster care “were significantly more likely than individuals with low income to receive three or more psychotropic classes overlapping for 90 days or more.”

Three or more psychiatric drugs at one time? How is this prescribing not criminal? Physicians are abundantly aware of the serious risks associated with cocktail drugging, especially in light of the fact that not one doctor has even a clue about how these drugs “work” in the brain as “treatment.”

The COVID “vaccine” is an intentional effort at world genocide

Congressman Gosar Introduces Legislation to Sue Big Pharma for Vaccine Injuries

H.R.9828 would amend the Public Health Service Act to end the liability shield for vaccine manufacturers, and for other purposes. LET’S GO!

Congressman Paul A. Gosar, D.D.S. (AZ-09), issued the following statement after introducing H.R. 9828, the End the Vaccine Carveout Act, a bill that would strip vaccine manufacturers of their unjust liability shields. This carveout has resulted in hundreds of billions of dollars in profits for Big Pharma while leaving tens of thousands of people without the ability to seek legal justice and compensation for injuries caused by vaccines. 

“Although federal bureaucrats and Big Pharma insist that vaccines are safe, there is an unfortunate lack of science regarding the safety of vaccines.  For example, a review of 12,000 scientific papers by the Institute of Medicine published in 2012 found that 98% of injuries studied were either caused by or may have been caused by a vaccine.  Another government study found that while vaccines caused injuries in 10 percent of cases, only one percent get reported, meaning those injured by vaccines are vastly undercounted.

Furthermore, according to the Center for Disease Control’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, nearly 20,000 Americans were reported as having been killed to date by a COVID-19 vaccine, equating to one death for every 14,000 people vaccinated, much higher than the one in a million deaths that is normally cited for dangerous vaccines.

Government bureaucrats and scientists responsible for approving vaccines are in bed with Big Pharma, often owning pharmaceutical stocks, serving as consultants and receiving lucrative contracts from pharmaceutical companies that pressure them to produce favorable results which is in direct violation of federal law.

Worse, many scientists and researchers in government agencies develop patents for vaccines that are approved by the very agencies they work for, creating a conflict of interest and raising serious questions about the impartiality of their decisions.

Under current law, it is nearly impossible to hold vaccine manufacturers liable for injuries caused by vaccines due to a 1986 law that unfairly created a special immunity carveout for Big Pharma, making it very difficult for vaccine-injured victims to win in a court of law. 

My legislation strips away current immunity provisions unfairly shielding Big Pharma from the harms caused by their products and allows those injured by vaccines to pursue a civil lawsuit in state or federal court.  Big Pharma doesn’t deserve a get-out-of-jail-free card for injuries caused by their harmful vaccines,” concluded Congressman Gosar.

The Greatest Coverup in History

Last night at dinner, my younger brother told me about an old Army Ranger buddy of his who did several tours in Afghanistan & Iraq, and all of the terrible things he did and saw for the U.S. government and its corporate cronies. Dawning awareness of the true horror of it caused him to go through a dark odyssey of alcohol and violence from which he may never have emerged had it not been for his exceptional mental toughness and discipline.

The U.S. Military-Industrial Complex (which now includes the Bio-Pharmaceutical Complex) does not count the cost of its adventures, but moves from one to the next without any accounting or disclosure to the American people whom claims it is protecting from the big bad world. Most of the citizenry has no idea what kind of terrible things the Complex does “to keep us safe”—that is, to advance the interests of the powerful people it works for.

Sadly, the American people and their captured representatives never demand a full accounting. Over time, reports invariably emerge that our government has lied to us about its adventures, but before disciplinary action is taken, the American people have grown weary of the mess and no longer want to hear about it. The final step in consigning the truth to oblivion occurs when the U.S. government embarks on its next adventure, thereby changing the subject.

For the last four years, Dr. McCullough and I have marveled at the extraordinary fiasco of EcoHealth Alliance and its NIH grant to conduct gain-of-function work on bat coronaviruses with its partners at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. While there is a mountain of evidence that SARS-CoV-2 was created with American biotechnology supplied to the WIV by key players at EcoHealth, somehow Congress and the Department of Justice haven’t been able to muster the will to do anything about it.

We were reminded of this bizarre story this morning when we saw an August 19, 2020 e-mail from NIH Director Francis Collins to Harold E. Varmus—a former NIH director and currently a key advisor of the Gates Foundation, the World Health Organization, the Department of Energy, and several other major institutions within the Bio-Pharmaceutical Complex.

Pfizer did that because like all the other big pharma companies, their own pipelines had dried up. This was because they sold off all their supply chain assets in the 1980s. Imagine if Ford, Peugeot, BMW etc divested all their design and production capability to let third party companies do it for them. That’s exactly what happened in pharma.

It sparked a massive merger and acquisition extravaganza where the bigger fish ate the smaller fish. That didn’t solve the problem of the patent cliff, of course, but it gave them some breathing space from investor’s banging on CEOs doors.

Then, in 1998, a biologic drug known as a monoclonal antibody (mAb) was approved by US FDA. It was developed and marketed by a company named Genentech, and the drug was called Herceptin, a treatment for breast cancer. It was the first biologic blockbuster drug.

Walgreens Agrees to Pay $107 Million to Settle Allegations of Falsely Billing Medicare, Medicaid

Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc., one of the nation’s largest retail pharmacy chains, has agreed to pay $106.8 million to settle allegations of submitting false claims to federal health care programs, including Medicare and Medicaid, the Department of Justice (DOJ) said in a press release.

The allegations involve claims for prescriptions that were processed but never dispensed, spanning a period from 2009 to 2020. This settlement resolution falls under the False Claims Act, a tool for addressing fraud involving taxpayer-funded health care programs.

The DOJ alleged that Walgreens billed federal health care programs for prescriptions that beneficiaries never picked up, allowing the company to receive millions of dollars in payments for medications that were never provided.

Walgreens, which is based in Deerfield, Illinois, did not admit liability in agreeing to settle.

“Due to a software error, we inadvertently billed some government health care programs for a relatively small number of prescriptions our patients submitted but never picked up,” the company said in an emailed statement to The Epoch Times.

“We corrected the error, reported the issue to the government, and voluntarily refunded all overpayments. We appreciate the government acknowledged our compliance efforts as part of resolving this matter.”
