The Murder of Ismail Haniyeh

Some reflections, written urgently in response to the urgency of the moment, on the assassination early Tuesday of Ismail Haniyeh. The 62–year-old chairman of Hamas’ Politburo, murdered during an official visit to Iran, was the organization’s chief negotiator in talks intended to produce a ceasefire in Gaza and the release of Israeli hostages held by Hamas and Palestinian prisoners held in Israel’s jails.

These talks may now be definitively dead. This is news but not news: It has been apparent for some time that the Netanyahu regime — and the U.S., by obvious extension — has never been serious about an accord to bring the Israel Occupation Force’s genocide in Gaza to an end. This is now beyond all question, the Biden regime’s mealy-mouthed drivel to the contrary notwithstanding.

Important as this conclusion is, one must view Haniyeh’s murder in its larger context. From this perspective we can come to some useful understandings. A few scales may now fall from the eyes of the determinedly illusioned.

Terrorist Israel has not acknowledged responsibility for this vastly consequential act, but it has often remained silent in its long history of assassinations of this kind, notably when these operations breach another nation’s sovereignty. This is not important. Anyone who thinks the Israelis did not kill Haniyeh at this, a moment of heightened political and diplomatic significance, is either compulsively naïve or compulsively blind to the bottomlessly pernicious character of the Zionist regime.

Haniyeh had traveled to Tehran to attend the inauguration of Masoud Pezeshkian, a reformist recently elected Iran’s president, and was bivouacked at a residence for army veterans in North Tehran, the fashionable quarter of the capital. IRNA, the Islamic Republic’s state-run news agency, reported that a precision-guided missile killed Haniyeh and his bodyguard at the residence at 2 a.m. Tuesday.

In a story published later in the dayMilitary Watch, the independent online magazine, said if the attack was confirmed to be an air strike, it was likely an F–35 fighter jet, an aircraft capable of evading Iran’s air-defense systems, that carried it out. The F–35 is a stealth fighter the U.S. has so far sold to 16 countries, including Israel, which, in 2018, became the first country to deploy the jet in combat.

The Israelis may have relied on U.S. intelligence and targeting assistance to execute an operation of this extraordinary exactitude, although this is not now confirmed. It nonetheless requires equal naïvete to assume the Biden regime, from the White House to the intelligence agencies and the Pentagon, had no foreknowledge of the Israelis’ assassination plot.

Iran will attack Israel – media

Iran and its allies are expected to launch a large-scale attack on Israel within the next few days following the assassination of Hamas political chief Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran, US officials have reportedly told the media.

According to CNN, US President Joe Biden’s administration is preparing for Iranian retaliation against Israel that could also potentially target American forces. Similar reports have also been shared by Axios, citing three US officials who believe that Iran’s response is imminent and could also involve the Lebanese Hezbollah group.

Haniyeh, one of the top figures of the Gaza-based militant group and the head of its political bureau, was murdered on Wednesday while staying in the Iranian capital. Hamas says the official was taken out by a missile strike on his residence in Tehran. The New York Times, however, has claimed that the murder was carried out using an explosive device planted inside Haniyeh’s guesthouse.

Both Hamas and Iran have blamed Israel for the attack and have promised revenge on the Jewish state. Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has said it is Tehran’s “duty” to avenge the murder of Haniyeh, and promised “harsh punishment” for Israel following the assassination.

Iran has also stated that the US bears partial responsibility for the brazen attack, given that it has been a “supporter and accomplice” of Israel.

West Jerusalem has neither confirmed nor denied its responsibility for the assassination, while the US has insisted that it was not aware and had no part in the murder plot.

With Hamas Leader Assassinated, Israel’s War Against Iran about to Go Kinetic

Just as tensions are growing for the WWIII front to open up in Europe, hostilities are likewise now surging in the Middle East with the latest developments in the past few days. And though Ukraine and collective West lie every time their puppet leaders open their mouths, psychopathic deception by Netanyahu pours out daily with even more outrageous, over-the-top lies. Since Bibi the Butcher’s nonstop false claims last Wednesday that captured 70 standing ovations from the enthralled, AIPAC owned Congress, and the death toll of Palestinians pushes near 40,000 after nearly 10 months of genocide in Gaza, the latest Netanyahu lie accuses Hezbollah of the rocket attack on Saturday that killed 12 Druze Arab kids playing soccer in the occupied Golan Heights town. Bibi had to offset the mounting wrath of the entire world closing in against his pariah rogue Jewish State, with UN’s high court pushing warrants for his arrest, the Butcher’s next misdirection escape valve is to pull off another false flag lie accusing Hezbollah of a child massacre on Israeli claimed soil.

On Monday July 29th, veteran war correspondent of 35 years Elijah Magnier told Sputnik:

First, [Israel has] refused any Western investigation by Israeli allies. So they don’t want anyone to investigate the type of rockets and/or the debris. And the technical details of the explosions are very telling. The Falaq rocket that Hezbollah fires is a 50-kilogram explosive. Now, a warhead with such a quantity of explosive doesn’t leave the damage that was left by the explosion that happened in Golan Heights, [it would be] much bigger.

On Monday when the grieving families and townspeople of Majdal Shams were burying the last boy, Netanyahu, his officials and IDF show up trying to take advantage of media propaganda mileage by blaming Hezbollah. But the Druze families weren’t having it, demanding they immediately leave. These Druze know their tragedy was another coldblooded false flag murder, perpetrated by Israel for political gain at the expense of their own children’s lives, and weren’t tolerating Netanyahu blaming their fellow Arabs living not far away in Lebanon. These local villagers are painfully aware that the Jewish State did this horrendous crime, and had the audacity to show up playing compassionate victim before the cameras, using the loss of the Druze youth as their despicable excuse for falsely seeking revenge, with wicked intent to expand the wider regional war, to coerce its genocidal partner-in-crime the US into World War III against Iran and its proxy allies. Bibi the Butcher and his masters are growing desperate.

Secret Service Takes Full Responsibility for Assassination Attempt on Trump

Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe said on Friday the agency takes full responsibility for the tragic events at former President Donald Trump’s rally last month, pledging changes such as flying drones.

“This was a mission failure,” said Rowe at a press conference in Washington.

Rowe replaced Kimberly Cheatle as director of the Secret Service amid intense scrutiny after she resigned in the wake of the attempted assassination of Trump, which saw one rallygoer killed and two more injured in Butler, Pennsylvania, last month.

Trump, the Republican presidential nominee, was struck at the tip of his ear by a bullet fired by 20-year-old gunman Thomas Crooks while he spoke at a campaign rally. Crooks, who fired several bullets, was killed by a Secret Service counter-sniper.

But agents should have had eyes on the roofs and other vantage points, Rowe said. And despite offers by local enforcement to fly drones, the Secret Service didn’t put one up.

That will change, Rowe said.

It Was a Set-Up: Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe Caught in Another Lie, Was Personally Responsible for Cuts in Security Division Responsible for Threat Assessments

It was a set-up.

Jesse Watters on FOX News caught Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe in another lie regarding the security detail for President Donald Trump.

Nearly three weeks ago President Trump was shot in the ear and nearly assassinated at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Since that time the Secret Service and FBI have refused to be straight with the American people on what was really going on that day.

We still don’t know why the Secret Service and FBI allowed a young would-be assassin to fire off eight shots at President Trump before he was taken out. What is especially troubling is that the security at the rally identified Crooks 90 minutes before the shooting started and acting strange and Crooks was also spotted running along the roof of the building minutes before he started firing at the president and his supporters killing one and injuring three.

Acting Director Rowe said all assets were approved for the Trump rally. But a whistleblower has stepped forward and revealed that it was Rowe himself who cut assets from President Trump’s detail.

Senator Josh Hawley posted on Rowe’s role in cuts to the USSS earlier today.

Senator Marshall Officially Launches Investigation Against Google for Alleged Election Interference — Accused of Rigging Search Results to Prioritize Left-Wing Propaganda

Kansas Senator Roger Marshall (R-KS) has announced an investigation into Google, accusing the woke tech giant of manipulating search results to suppress information regarding the recent assassination attempt on President Trump.

Over the weekend, users across various platforms reported that searches for terms related to the July 13 assassination attempt on Trump yielded no relevant autocomplete suggestions.

Instead, the algorithm appeared to prioritize historical incidents involving other political figures, such as Presidents Harry Truman and Ronald Reagan, along with unrelated events like the shooting of musician Bob Marley.

“This raises serious questions about Google’s intentions,” Senator Marshall tweeted. “Why is Google suppressing the search about the Trump assassination attempt? These are all screenshots from this morning. Has there been a dramatic increase in Truman biographers in the last two weeks?”

When Presidents Kill

Sometime before he withdrew from the presidential race, President Joe Biden secretly reaffirmed his own self-willed and self-created authority to kill persons in other countries, so long as the CIA and its military counterparts have “near certainty” that the target of the homicide is a member of a terrorist organization. That standard was concocted by the George W. Bush administration in 2002.

There is no “near certainty” standard in the law, as the phrase is oxymoronic and defies a rational definition – like “nearly pregnant.”

Just as one is either pregnant or not, one is either certain or not. There is no “near” there.

Yet, the creation of this standard underscores the lamentable absence of the rule of law in government today. The Biden administration and its three immediate predecessors have all deployed drones to kill persons who were not engaged in acts of violence at the time of their killing, irrespective of the near certainty of their membership in any organizations.

“Terrorist” cannot be a standard for extrajudicial murder because it is subjective. To King George III, George Washington and Thomas Jefferson were terrorists. To the poor folks in Libya and Syria, to the popularly elected governments toppled by CIA-inspired violence in Iran in 1953 and in Ukraine in 2014, to the innocents tortured by the CIA at black sites around the world, the CIA is a terrorist organization.

The presidential use of drones to kill persons overseas began in 2002 with Bush-ordered targeted killings. It continued under President Barack Obama – who even killed Americans overseas. The rules for killing were made up by each president. They were relaxed under President Donald Trump, who gave CIA senior personnel and military commanders the authority to kill without his express approval for each killing. Trump’s folks infamously murdered an Iranian general and his companions on their way to lunch with Iraqi generals to negotiate peace between the two countries.

The Biden administration quietly took back the Trump grants of authority so that today only the president can authorize targeted killing. Yet, there is no moral, constitutional or legal authority for these killings. But presidents of both political parties do it anyway.

The Beijing Declaration: Quest for Middle East Peace After the Haniyeh Assassination

In just two years, China has facilitated a breakthrough deal between Saudi Arabia and Iran; and Fatah and Hamas. Over time, that could pave the way to peace in the Middle East, after decades of unwarranted violence – including the assassination of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh.

On July 23, 14 Palestinian factions including rivals Hamas and Fatah agreed to end their divisions and form an interim national unity government, thanks to Beijing’s intermediation (Figure 1).

After a breakthrough deal between Saudi Arabia and Iran, it is China’s second major contribution to peace in the Middle East. In the past, Egypt and other Arab countries have tried but failed to reconcile the two leading factions.

The Beijing meeting took place in tandem with efforts by international mediators to achieve a ceasefire deal in Israel’s Gaza War, in which nearly 40,000 Palestinians have been killed and some 2 million people displaced, with the International Criminal Court considering charging Israeli leaders for genocide. And United States cannot avoid complicity in this catastrophe, due to continued massive American military aid and financing, which has made it possible.

Thanks to the Beijing Declaration, Palestinians are now in a position to heal and unify their ranks, if the national unity government prevails. That is seen as a threat by the Netanyahu war cabinet, which is perhaps one reason why the political leader of Hamas Ismail Haniyeh was assassinated just days after the Beijing agreement.

Trump: Best Evidence of a Second Shooter, a Deep State Sniper?

Two weeks have passed and so much has already been written about the Trump assassination attempt which took place in Butler, Pennsylvania on Saturday July 13, 2024.

The first shots were heard early in the evening at approximately 6:11 pm.

Accounts from different parties have emerged regarding the event.

At this point, the prevailing narrative is that there was a sole shooter, namely Thomas Matthew Crooks.

The abundance of information and speculation surrounding the historic event inevitably adds to the fog of war – if we can borrow that calque.

Fog of war is usually a phrase that is used to describe military operations, but it also serves in the context of information warfare. The following website describes the use of the phrase quite well [with emphasis added]:

“Military operations depend heavily on communications and intelligence to be successful. When one or both of these elements becomes compromised, the result is often called the fog of war. This phrase encompasses all of the confusions and miscalculations that can occur during an actual combat situation. There is also a political version, in which public opinion can be swayed by misinformation or ambiguous reporting of the facts.”

This “political version” which has an objective to sway public opinion by [infusing] misinformation to create “ambiguous reporting of the facts” certainly applies to our examination of the matter at hand.

In addition, one of many purposes of this fog serves to add confusion and to obfuscate.

Moreover, copious amounts of noise is continuously added to the mix which additionally serves to becloud the truth.

Therefore, in this post I have chosen to focus on one key aspect of the assassination attempt, namely that there appears to exist credible evidence which indicates that there was a second shooter.

Lead Secret Service Agent Called Off Security from Building Roof Before Sniper Shot President Trump – And She Is Still Deciding Security and Advance Teams at Rallies

Jesse Watters on Wednesday night revealed that the top Secret Service official who blew the security at the Trump Butler rally is still calling the shots and approving advance teams at Trump rallies. The female agent is still calling the shots at the Trump rallies despite failing in her one job – to keep the President safe and secure in public.

It appears that there is no accountability in the US government today. You can even fail a security detail and get the former president shot in the head and keep your job.

And we still do not know her name or the names of the other officials who set up the situation that allowed President Trump and others to be shot, despite knowing the situation was not secure.
