Alleged would-be Trump assassin Ryan Routh wrote 2023 memoir about how Ukraine must win ‘unwinnable war’ and advocating for killing Trump

Ryan Wesley Routh, the man under investigation for a second assassination attempt on Donald Trump on Sunday, wrote a book with his fiancé about how Ukraine must win the “unwinnable war” against Russia in which he discussed Donald Trump being assassinated. The book was published last year.

The book is titled, “Ukraine’s Unwinnable War: The Fatal Flaw of Democracy, World Abandonment, and the Global Citizen-Taiwan, Afghanistan, North Korea, and the End of Humanity.” It was written by Routh and his fiancé Kathleen Schaffer.

While discussing the Russia-Ukraine war, Routh wrote, “I presume that I must be clear, that while on the current path Ukraine will not win, it is imperative for the world that they do win, and that’s why this book is so important, for us to recognize that losing is not an option and what we must do to win.”

Routh wrote of Trump in the book with disparaging terms and supported the assassination of the now-GOP nominee.

“I must take part of the blame for the retarded child that we elected for our next president that ended up being brainless, but I am man enough to say that I misjudged and made a terrible mistake and Iran I apologize,” he wrote.

Trump Assassination Attempt Suspect Ryan Routh Was Coordinating with Foreign Soldiers to Fight for Ukraine — Sought to Recruit ‘Revolutionaries’ to ‘Take This Whole System Down’

The man accused of attempting to assassinate former President Donald Trump, Ryan Wesley Routh, 58, has been connected to a bizarre web of pro-Ukraine activism and a history of erratic behavior.

Routh, who was apprehended in West Palm Beach with a scoped AK-47 before the Secret Service intervened, had previously expressed an obsessive fixation on Ukraine and even conducted interviews boasting of his commitment to die for their cause.

In a now-deleted X (formerly Twitter) post directed at Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Routh declared his intentions: “I am an American coming to fight with you in Ukraine; I am flying into Krakow and will take any transport to Kyiv to meet you and fight to the death. We must get every civilian in the world to come and join the fight; I will be the example. Attack Moscow now.”

Meta Scrubs Trump Would-Be Assassin Ryan Routh’s Facebook Page, X Suspends His Account – Both Pages Littered with Pro-Ukraine Propaganda

Meta scrubbed Trump would-be assassin Ryan Routh’s Facebook page and X suspended his account.

The Gateway Pundit has verified that both of Routh’s social media accounts have been taken down.

Shots were fired at Trump’s golf club in West Palm Beach on Sunday afternoon at 1:30 pm as the former president was playing a round of golf with real estate investor Steve Witkoff.

Ryan Wesley Routh pushed the muzzle of his rifle through the fence line at Trump’s golf course before Secret Service agents fired at him.

Law enforcement said the gunman was about 300 to 500 yards away from Trump. He was hiding in the shrubbery when he pointed his rifle with a scope through the fence.

Hours Before Second Assassination Attempt, Dem Rep. Jasmine Crockett Called Trump a Domestic Terror Threat

Hours before the second assassination attempt against Donald Trump in a matter of months, Texas Democrat Jasmine Crockett suggested that Donald Trump and the MAGA movement represent a domestic terror threat.

In an interview with MSNBC’s Inside with former Biden Press Secretary Jen Psaki, Crockett weighed in on the ongoing controversy surrounding Haitian migrants eating cats and other animals in Springfield, Ohio.

She explained:

Springfield is going through hell, but they are going through hell because the guy who says he wants to be the commander-in-chief is actually bringing that hell to their footsteps. He decided to amplify a lie on a national debate stage and that’s harming American citizens and that is a problem.

When I talk about MAGA, I talk about the fact that when we finally swore in, we swore to defend against those that are coming against us, whether they are domestic or international. Right now, I feel like MAGA, in general, is a threat to us domestically. We see time and time again.

The guy is supposed to protect us when it comes to people coming out against us. This is the same guy that couldn’t say on the debate stage he wanted to Ukraine to win. He doesn’t understand who our friends are and doesn’t understand who we are as a nation, which we are a country of immigrants.

The problem isn’t the people coming in, but this guy and his people here doing the bomb threats throughout our country and domestic terrorism is a real thing, and he is the guy that stokes it.

Trump-Hating Gunman’s Son Defends His Dad Despite Alleged Assassination Attempt: ‘He’s Not a Violent Person’

A Florida golf course became the backdrop for an alleged assassination attempt on Sunday in yet another shocking attack on former President Donald Trump.

The would-be assassin, identified as 58-year-old Ryan Routh, was reportedly armed with an AK-47 and just a few hundred yards away from the former president as he played at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach.

The would-be assassin’s son, Oran Routh, 35, wasted no time sharing his disdain for Trump, echoing the rhetoric of those on the far left who have repeatedly fanned the flames of violence.

“This was the first I heard about it. Was my father shot or injured?” he told the Daily Mail.

“My dad hates Trump like every reasonable person does.” He even went so far as to say, “I don’t like Trump either,” but in the next breath tried to downplay his father’s actions, claiming, “He’s not a violent person.”

Not violent? Reports suggest that the elder Routh was armed with a military-style weapon, prepared to pull the trigger and target a former U.S. president.

The potential attack was only stopped by the actions of a Secret Service agent, who noticed Routh as he boldly pushed the barrel of his AK-47 through a chain-link fence.

“He’s my dad and all he’s had is couple traffic tickets, as far as I know… That’s crazy. I know my dad and love my dad, but that’s nothing like him.”

Also, Ryan Wesley Routh, the suspected gunman behind the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida, was previously charged in 2002 with possessing a weapon of mass destruction and a long list of charges.

Despite the gravity of the situation, Oran Routh’s response to his father’s arrest is nothing short of disturbing.

Would-be Assassin Targeting Trump May Have Had Inside Info on His Schedule, Ex-FBI Official Warns: ‘A Scary Possibility’

Ryan Wesley Routh, 58, the alleged would-be assassin arrested for targeting former President Donald Trump at his Florida golf club, may have had access to inside information about Trump’s whereabouts, a former FBI official has warned.

The Gateway Pundit reported earlier that former President Donald Trump’s Sunday golf outing at his Trump International Golf Club was a last-minute decision.

Chris Swecker, a retired FBI assistant director, told Newsweek that the law enforcement community is now focused on determining how Routh appeared to know Trump would be at the West Palm Beach golf course on Sunday.

“The biggest question to answer is: ‘How did the would-be assassin know to be at that location at that time?’” Swecker said.

He added that the possibility of inside knowledge is “a scary” and dangerous reality that cannot be ignored.

Swecker, who previously oversaw all FBI criminal investigations, outlined three possible explanations: Routh either got incredibly lucky with a guess, conducted surveillance on Trump, or was privy to inside information.

“The last answer is scary and has implications that another person was involved,” he said ominously.

The Oswald Vibe

“Donald Trump is looking increasingly likely to be the winner of the presidential race. I have long held that the globalists will wrap up an economic collapse or a world war and throw it in Trump’s lap.” — Brandon Smith

This time, the shooter lives to do some ‘splainin’. Do you wonder if he might get around to ‘splainin’ his role with the shady non-governmental orgs (NGOs) supported by the CIA who enabled his travels to Ukraine and his efforts there recruiting global mutts to fight for the Nazi-ish Azov Battalion? Perhaps he might rat-out actual government officials who assisted him in his colorful misadventures? As Ed Snowden remarked on “X”, wannabe Trump assassin Ryan Routh has “something of an Oswald vibe” — meaning, well-groomed by the intel boys, to be used as required.

Perhaps we’ll find out — if nothing fatal happens to befall Mr. Routh while in custody — how exactly he learned Mr. Trump would be on the links that afternoon? The candidate’s round of golf that day was supposedly a snap decision known only amongst his innermost circle. Or how did Mr. Routh figure out the most advantageous fairway to lay at for a clear shot? The FBI is on the case, you may be reassured to know.

Is Trump’s Would be Assassin Ryan Routh an Associate of MSNBC Terrorism Analyst Malcolm Nance With Ukrainian Ties Mentioned in NY Times Article?

New York Times report was discovered on Sunday mentioning Ryan Wesley Routh, 58, who was caught targeting Trump, armed with a scoped AK-47 rifle in West Palm Beach before shots were fired by the Secret Service.

The New York Times was actually in contact with and interviewed Routh for their article.

In an oddly coincidental Truth Social post, just hours before the attempted shooting, Trump said, “THE FAILING NEW YORK TIMES IS A TRUE THREAT TO DEMOCRACY!”

The article from the Times ties the would-be shooter to nutbag MSNBC terrorism analyst Malcolm Nance, who once called for ISIS to bomb the Trump Tower in Istanbul.

In 2022, when war broke out in Ukraine, Nance traveled to Ukraine and claimed he had joined the fighting against Russia.

The New York Times editorial, titled “Stolen Valor: The U.S. Volunteers in Ukraine Who Lie, Waste and Bicker,” references the International Legion created by Ukraine for allied foreign fighters to join the war effort, which both Routh and Nance were part of.

Routh is mentioned twice in the article. He alleges that he had planned to move recruits for the war effort into Ukraine illegally from Pakistan and Iran. New York Times excerpt:

With Legion growth stalling, Ryan Routh, a former construction worker from Greensboro, N.C., is seeking recruits from among Afghan soldiers who fled the Taliban. Mr. Routh, who spent several months in Ukraine last year, said he planned to move them, in some cases illegally, from Pakistan and Iran to Ukraine. He said dozens had expressed interest.

“We can probably purchase some passports through Pakistan, since it’s such a corrupt country,” he said in an interview from Washington.

It is not clear whether he has succeeded, but one former Afghan soldier said he had been contacted and was interested in fighting if it meant leaving Iran, where he was living illegally.

Trump Would-Be Assassin Ryan Wesley Routh Has Over 100 Criminal Charges, Was Arrested for Possessing a Weapon of Mass Destruction in 2002 — Yet Only Received Probation

Ryan Wesley Routh, the suspected gunman behind the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida, was previously charged in 2002 for possessing a weapon of mass destruction.

Roth is a construction worker and a registered Democrat.

This is according to North Carolina Department of Adult Correction records, which show that despite the severity of his crime, Routh received a mere slap on the wrist — probation.

According to the Department of Homeland Security, “A weapon of mass destruction is a nuclear, radiological, chemical, biological, or other device that is intended to harm a large number of people.”

Former FBI agent and justice contributor for NewsNation Jennifer Coffindaffer weighed in on the implications of such a charge.

“Essentially, it’s a weapon that can be used to cause a lot of damage to any sort of infrastructure or a large population,” she said.  “That can be radiological, that could be chemical, that could be nuclear, that could be explosive. We don’t know the exact details, but this is a very serious charge.”

From Carolina Roofer To Ukraine Activist: Would-Be Trump Assassin Ryan Routh Gave Many Interviews With MSM

Fox News confirmed earlier that the suspect in the second assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump has been identified as Ryan Wesley Routh.

Using public records, Routh appears to be from Greensboro, North Carolina (some reports say he now lives in Hawaii) and was or still is part owner of United Roofing and Construction Inc.

On Yelp, one negative review for “United Roofing” in late 2016 said:

“As a military member trying to buy a home before returning from a deployment, the proprietor, Ryan Routh, insulted me for trying to buy a house site unseen as many military members do returning from overseas.”
