Nevada Secretary of State’s Office Launches Investigations into Potential 2024 Election Fraud Violations Including 180 Cases of “Double Voting”

The Nevada Secretary of State’s Office has announced the launch of investigations into potential election law violations during the 2024 election cycle.

The investigations, detailed in the Secretary of State’s third quarterly election security report, stem from reports filed by citizens, automated security measures, and interagency collaborations.

The office emphasized that each case is being thoroughly investigated to determine the validity of the allegations and assess any necessary legal actions.

“Election security is a top priority for my office, and we’ve taken significant steps to ensure that Nevada’s elections are some of the safest in the country. The Secretary of State’s Office invested in enhanced cybersecurity, technology and investigative teams to ensure that our elections are protected and any issues that may come up can be addressed immediately,” said Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar.

“The 2024 election cycle was more secure than ever, and voters should be confident in the electoral process and their vote.”

Stephen A. Smith Says He Regrets Voting For Kamala Harris: ‘I Don’t Like What I’m Seeing’

The ESPN sports commentator Stephen A. Smith has said he regrets voting for Kamala Harris.

In an interview with Fox News host Mark Levin, Smith said that he had grown disillusioned with the Democratic Party.

“I voted Democrat, and I got to tell you something right now: I don’t like the fact that I did. I don’t like what I’m seeing,” Smith said.

However, Smith said that while he has never voted for a Republican candidate before, he had now become “open-minded” to the idea.

He explained:

I’m down for it. I’m open-minded enough to make sure that they entertain that from a policy perspective. That’s what I want for the American people. That’s what I want for this nation.

What concerned me about Donald Trump, and the reason I voted against him and voted for Kamala Harris, was because I felt that he would be divisive. That he would create chaos because he demands such a level of loyalty and fealty to him. And that would take priority over governing our nation. That was my concern.

It can’t be just about fealty to him and loyalty to him. It has to be about getting the job done on behalf of what’s in the best interests of the American people as opposed to yourself, and not engaging in the kind of juvenile tendencies, tweeting all the time, and going after people who are really…irrelevant in the grand scheme of things.

You do things like that, and you show that you’re the adult in the room; I don’t think anybody could dismiss Donald Trump at this particular moment in time.

Kamala’s Deputy Campaign Manager Admits They Lost The Culture War

A senior staffer on Kamala Harris’ campaign has admitted that he “knew something was wrong” in the weeks running up to the election, again underscoring that things in the Democratic camp were far from ‘joyful’.

Rob Flaherty, who also headed up digital outreach for the campaign explained in an interview to Semafor that it became apparent that the Democrats were quickly “losing hold of culture.”

The report notes that when she was anointed as the nominee, “the campaign needed to introduce Harris quickly to people who aren’t obsessed with politics.”

In an effort to do this, Flaherty attempted to book her on sports shows and podcasts. But, in a telling trend, “the biggest personalities and shows politely turned them down,” the report notes.

“Sports and culture have sort of merged together, and as sports and culture became more publicly and sort of natively associated with this Trump-conservative set of values, it got more complicated for athletes to come out in favor of us,” Flaherty states.

Trump Sues Des Moines Register and Pollster J. Ann Selzer for ‘Brazen Election Interference’ After Fraudulent Iowa Poll Shows Kamala Harris Ahead

President-elect Donald Trump is taking legal action against the Des Moines Register and its pollster, J. Ann Selzer, accusing them of “brazen election interference” and fraud.

On Monday morning, President-elect Donald Trump announced his intention to sue the Des Moines Register and its pollster, J. Ann Selzer, after Selzer’s manipulated final poll, published just days before the 2024 election, falsely claimed Kamala Harris was leading Trump in Iowa—a prediction proven wildly inaccurate when Trump secured a decisive 13-point victory in the state.

By late evening, Trump followed through, filing the lawsuit in Polk County, Iowa, under the Iowa Consumer Fraud Act.

The lawsuit targets the Des Moines Register, Selzer & Company, and the newspaper’s corporate parent, Gannett, Fox News first reported.

Trump’s attorneys argue the poll was a deliberate and orchestrated attempt to deceive voters and sway the election in Harris’s favor.

“Contrary to reality and defying credulity, defendants’ Harris Poll was published three days before Election Day and purported to show Harris leading President Trump in Iowa by three points; President Trump ultimately won Iowa by over thirteen points,” the lawsuit states.

The suit highlights Selzer’s reputation as a so-called “gold standard” pollster—an image that the media has long used to lend credibility to her work. Yet, as Trump’s lawyers point out, Selzer’s track record is far from spotless.

“Selzer had prided herself on a mainstream reputation for accuracy despite several far less publicized egregious polling misses in favor of Democrats” and said she “would have the public believe it was merely a coincidence that one of the worst polling misses of her career came just days before the most consequential election in memory, was leaked and happened to go against the Republican candidate.”

“The Harris Poll was no ‘miss’ but rather an attempt to influence the outcome of the 2024 Presidential Election,” the lawsuit states, adding that “defendants and their cohorts in the Democrat Party hoped that the Harris Poll would create a false narrative of inevitability for Harris in the final week of the 2024 Presidential Election.”

“Instead, the November 5 election was a monumental victory for President Trump in both the Electoral College and the Popular Vote, an overwhelming mandate for his America First principles, and the consignment of the radical socialist agenda to the dustbin of history.”

According to the lawsuit, the Democrat Party and its media allies were desperate for an artificial boost ahead of the 2024 election, given Kamala Harris’s undeniable weaknesses as a candidate.

ActBlue Bombshell: Dem money platform tells Congress it didn’t block foreign gift cards until fall

ActBlue, the massive online fund-raising platform for liberal causes, has informed Congress it did not automatically block donations made with foreign-bought gift cards until recently, a potentially significant revelation in an ongoing investigation into whether China, Russia, Iran or Venezuela routed illicit money to Democrat candidates.

House Administratrion Chairman Bryan Steil, R-Wis., whose panel oversees election integrity, told Just the News on Tuesday that ActBlue turned over documents under subpoena showing a major change in September to its donor verification policies designed to protect against illicit money flowing into political campaigns.

ActBlue disclosed that it updated its policies on Sept. 9 to “automatically reject donations that use foreign prepaid/gift cards, domestic gift cards, are from high-risk/sanctioned countries, and have the highest level of risk as determined,” by its solution provider, Sift.

The change occurred just three days after  Steil introduced the Secure Handling of Internet Electronic Donations (SHIELD) Act on Sept. 6 to ensure foreign money stayed out of online political fundraising. Before the change, Steil said, donations made with foreign gift cards were not automatically rejected by ActBlue before the change.

“While this is a positive step forward, there is still more work to be done to ensure our campaign finance system is fully protected from fraud and unlawful foreign interference,”  Steil told Just the News. “The documents provided to the Committee also confirm that ActBlue still accepted these concerning payment methods in July, a period when Democrats raised a record number of campaign money before implementing these safeguards.

Steil disclosed earlier this fall that his committee is investigating whether four foreign powers — China, Russia, Venezuela and Iran — used ActBlue to route illicit foreign money into Democrat coffers.

His committee referred thousands of suspicious donations to state attorneys general in five state, prompting an investigation that has now expanded to 19 states.

In addition, a Wisconsin Republican strategist  filed a lawsuit in October alleging his email identity was misused to make Democrat and liberal donations he did not authorize or pay for. The judge in the case recently approved a subpoena compelling ActBlue to disclose certain evidence in the case.

Journo Mark Halperin Calls Coverup of Biden’s Mental Decline ‘One of the Biggest Scandals in American History’

Journalist Mark Halperin said the Democrat Party and media’s coverup of Joe Biden’s mental decline over the years was “one of the biggest scandals” in US history.

Halperin told Fox News host Jesse Watters on Friday that the Democrats and legacy media knew of Biden’s declining mental acuity for years but dared not talk about for fear of helping Donald Trump get elected.

“But I will say that the donors and the Democratic officials who are now so outraged about the conduct, as you said, the press knew all this, so did they,” Halperin said. “They stood silent when Joe Biden’s operatives crushed Bobby Kennedy and Dean Phillips and rigged the rules. They stood silent as he stayed in the race and decided he was going to run for another term. They stood silent when Kamala Harris was given the nomination without a shot being fired.”

Race-Obsessed Rep. Jasmine Crockett Is Furious Texas Elected White Congressmen Using ‘Black and Brown and Asian Bodies’

When it comes to incorrigible racists, one can only pray that someday they discover the error of their ways.

Until then, since nearly all American racists have always voted Democrat, Republicans should encourage their wayward opponents to keep talking.

In a clip posted to the social media platform X, Democratic Rep. Jasmine Crockett of Texas, one of the most unrepentant racists to sit in Congress since the century-long era of segregation, bitterly complained about two new white Republican congressmen winning elections on the backs of “black and brown and Asian bodies.”

According to The Hill, Crockett’s comments came Thursday during a House Oversight Committee hearing on the Census Bureau.

During an exchange with bureau director Robert Santos, Crockett complained that Texas’s 2020 census-related demographics did not produce proper racial outcomes.

“We know that specifically, Texas added four million people,” Crockett said of the state’s 2020 census results. “Of those four million people, do you want to take a guess at how many were Anglos?”

She emphasized the word “guess” in a way that interrogators generally do when the answer to their question displeases them.

Meanwhile, Santos incorrectly guessed that “Anglos” — apparently Crockett’s blanket term for light-skinned people everywhere — made up more than half of Texas’s four million new people.

But Crockett countered that the vast majority of new Texans actually qualified as non-white: 95 percent of them, she said.

By the congresswoman’s racist logic, that should mean more dark-skinned colleagues for her. But it did not, so that must prove something sinister.

“So they took those black and brown and Asian bodies, and guess what? Do you think that we got a new black, brown or Asian seat? Somehow, the way that they do their Republican math in the state of Texas, that amounted to two new white seats,” she said.

Imagine a mind so repellent that it generates phrases such as “white seats.”

California moves to fund state justice department, prep litigation for incoming Trump admin: report

California is bracing for potential legal battles against President-elect Donald Trump’s incoming administration, with Governor Gavin Newsom vowing last week that the state will not be caught “flat-footed” despite claiming he hopes that “there’s not one lawsuit with the Trump administration.”

The legislature has a special session planned for appropriating funds to the California Justice Department and other agencies before Trump takes office, Politico reported.

During Trump’s first term, California’s Department of Justice (DOJ) significantly ramped up its legal efforts, with then-Attorney General Xavier Becerra filing over 100 lawsuits challenging federal policies on issues such as healthcare, immigration, and the environment. The department’s annual litigation budget of $2.5 million more than tripled during that time.

Now, Attorney General Rob Bonta and the California DOJ are preparing for another round of legal confrontations. The outlet detailed how the state plans to navigate potential changes under Trump’s second term.

“California’s DOJ requires significant research to build a case. For example, if Trump and his administration were to make changes to the Medicaid program, that would affect who would be covered in California,” the report explained. “To challenge such changes, the state’s justice department would need to work with various state agencies to develop evidence, establish harm (and identify who would be affected) and find experts to testify to those facts in federal court.”

Bonta’s office is arguing that such litigation often recovers more money than it costs. For instance, blocking a citizenship question from the 2020 census led to $850,000 being returned to the federal government. Similarly, immigration-related cases during Trump’s first term resulted in California recouping nearly $30 million in 2017 and 2018.

The California DOJ, which employs 5,176 people—including 1,390 lawyers—faces potential capacity challenges. Each case typically requires multiple attorneys, and officials warn that a surge in lawsuits could stretch resources thin.

New Report Says Liberal Women Are Sterilizing Themselves in Response to Trump’s Election

Liberal women are sterilizing themselves in response to President-elect Donald Trump’s win earlier this month, according to a new report from Newsweek.

The outlet spoke to five women who are so concerned about losing access to abortions that they are having their fallopian tubes removed over the election results.

“If I am to be denied any rights in the next four (or more) years, I will not give them up without a fight,” 28-year-old Texas resident Lydia Echols told Newsweek.

A 39-year-old from Washington, who asked to remain anonymous, told the outlet that she has already undergone a bilateral salpingectomy, removing her fallopian tubes, over Trump.

“I am not happy that I felt forced into a surgery I did not want to alter my body, I feel like the election tied my hands and forced me to be sterilized—that is horrible,” the unhinged liberal told Newsweek.

“I paid way too much attention to the vitriol Trump repeatedly spit during his previous term,” she continued, “and am keenly aware of the people he keeps around him and in his ear, who all seem to see women as incubators and possessions to subjugate.”

The woman said she scheduled the surgery in October and planned to cancel the appointment if Kamala Harris had won. Her husband already had a vasectomy in 2021.

“With Trump’s victory, we quickly learned that my choice to cancel the surgery had been taken from me,” she said. “We both believed that I had no choice but to proceed to ensure that I can protect my health should I be assaulted during a Trump presidency, should my husband’s vasectomy fail and/or should my hormonal birth control become inaccessible.”

“This isn’t a wanted procedure, but one of necessity due to the politics and subjugation coming our way.”

Georgia resident Morgan Wood, 24, told Newsweek that she has a consultation to be sterilized on December 5.

Kamala Harris’s bizarre message for her supporters incurs derision and befuddlement

Kamala Harris’s catastrophic billion-dollar campaign for president came to a crashing end on November 8th, 2024.

Most humans are likely to have heaved a sigh of relief that it was an end, or at least a pause, to cringe-inducing utterances of the nation’s foremost word salad chef.

Alas, those hopes were blown to smithereens yesterday when a new video with Kamala Harris was released that contained a message for her supporters following her emphatic defeat.

Usually, such messages are loaded with “inspiring” cliches.

You would think it would be ‘never stop believing in yourself’, ‘united we stand’, ‘never give up’, etc. or the favorite following a routing — ‘it’s always darkest before the dawn’.

But that wasn’t the case.

The only virtue that can be conferred upon the following video is its duration: it ran for just 28 seconds.

But the good news ends there: the content of Kamala’s utterances makes these 28 seconds seem like 28 hours.
