Des Moines school district sues firm behind hiring of illegal alien superintendent

Iowa’s largest public school district is suing the firm that helped it hire an illegal immigrant — Ian Roberts, who is now in Department of Justice custody — for negligence and breach of contract.

One-Fourth Consulting, which operates under its brand JG Consulting, was sued in the Iowa District Court for Polk County last week by the Des Moines Independent Community School District (DMICSD) for its role in hiring Roberts. 

Roberts was hired to be the superintendent of the district in May 2023 at a salary of $270,000.

Last month, Roberts was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). He was subsequently charged with possession of illegal weapons after a loaded handgun was found in his car following his arrest.

Trump Says He May Invoke The INSURRECTION ACT

President Trump declared Monday that he may invoke the Insurrection Act in order to restore law and order to American cities in the face of violent riots and attacks against law enforcement officers, including ICE.

During a press availability in the Oval Office, Trump addressed ongoing legal and political challenges to his administration’s deployments of National Guard troops to major U.S. cities, including Chicago and Portland, Oregon.

Trump was asked directly about invoking the Insurrection Act of 1807—a rarely used federal law that empowers the president to deploy U.S. military forces domestically to suppress insurrections, rebellions, or domestic violence when local authorities are unable or unwilling to maintain order.

The Act bypasses typical restrictions on military use for civilian policing and has been invoked only about 30 times in U.S. history, most recently during the 1992 Los Angeles riots.

Trump stated “Well, I’ll do it if it was necessary… We have an Insurrection Act for a reason. If I had to enact it, I’d do that if people were being killed and courts were holding us up, or governors or mayors were holding us up. I want to make sure people aren’t killed.”

Unaccountable: The FBI’s Strange Refusal To Fix Key Crime Stat

Three years ago, RealClearInvestigations reported that the FBI was undercounting the number of armed civilians who had thwarted active shooters by a factor of three.

Even though the FBI acknowledged the issue at the time, it never corrected the error involving the politically fraught issue. In the years since, the problem has only gotten worse. Since RCI’s 2022 article, the FBI has acknowledged just three additional incidents of armed good Samaritans stopping active shooters from 2022 to 2024, and none in the last two years. In contrast, the Crime Prevention Research Center (CPRC), which I head, has documented 78 such cases over that same period – a 26-fold difference.

The discrepancy highlights systemic problems in the nation’s record-keeping regarding the politically potent issue of crime and safety. The refusal of many local jurisdictions, including Chicago, Maricopa County, Arizona, and New Orleans, to provide accurate crime data to the FBI has long made comparisons with many cities unreliable. The ongoing Justice Department investigation into whether Washington D.C. police falsified crime rates to create a “false illusion of safety” may provide more evidence to distrust the numbers that local authorities submit. 

The FBI has the ability to set the record straight in at least some cases, providing a clearer view of remedies to crime. But its unwillingness to correct errors – or its efforts to fix them on the sly, as RCI reported last year – and improve its methodology raises more concerns. Its shortcomings regarding armed citizens thwarting active shooters illuminate many of these problems.

“It is understandable that the FBI or those they hire to compile cases might miss some,” said Carl Moody, a crime researcher at the College of William & Mary. “I don’t understand why the FBI never corrects overlooked or misidentified active shooting cases, even after researchers and the media point them out. I worry that we can’t trust the FBI with crime data.”

The FBI declined to comment.

Oregon Governor Tina Kotek Claims Federal Agents in Portland Are Antagonizing Protesters

Oregon’s Democrat Governor Tina Kotek is blaming federal agents for the ongoing unrest in Portland, saying that these agents are escalating the situation by antagonizing protesters.

It makes no sense, but Kotek has to say this. If she told the truth, she would come under attack from the crazy leftists who put her in office. She has to defend them even if it means denying reality.

The radical left has been tearing the city apart since 2016. Everyone has seen countless videos of it for years now. Kotek is telling the rest of America not to believe their own eyes and ears.

This is not a war zone. We don’t have a challenge here in terms of managing lawful demonstrations outside the ICE building.

And I believe that they are looking back at information from 2020 and assuming this is the same. Look, lawful demonstrations happen in the city of Portland outside of this facility. It is being managed. What I’m seeing and what we’re seeing and what the mayor is seeing on the ground is an escalation from the agents who are protecting the building, trying to antagonize those protesters who are there.

And I would like to de-escalate the situation. We don’t need a military intervention. And let’s remember the federal judge agreed with that argument, not once, but twice. The federal government has not made a compelling case, based on the evidence on the ground, that there is an actual problem as it relates to being an insurrection or a rebellion or whatever they think this is.

Aluminium in Vaccines Is Harmful

It has been surprisingly difficult to get an answer to a simple and highly relevant question: Is aluminium in vaccines harmful? After having studied the best evidence we have, the randomised trials, in great detail, I conclude that the answer is yes. 

Like lead, aluminium is a highly neurotoxic metal. We will therefore expect vaccines containing aluminium adjuvants to cause neurological harms if the aluminium enters the nervous system in neurotoxic amounts. 

The aluminium in the adjuvant is important for eliciting a strong immune response in non-live vaccines and their efficacy is related to their toxicity at the injection site.1-3 Immune-reactive cells engulf particles of aluminium adjuvant and distribute their load throughout the body, including to the brain, where they are killed, releasing their contents into the surrounding brain tissue where they can produce an inflammatory response.

The precise mechanism of action is not so important, but the data we have on the harms are, and they have been systematically distorted. 

False Information from the European Medicines Agency (EMA)

In October 2016, my research group complained to the European Ombudsman about the EMA’s mishandling of their investigation into the suspected serious neurological harms of the HPV vaccines.4 In his reply to the Ombudsman, EMA’s Executive Director Guido Rasi stated that the aluminium adjuvants are safe; that their use has been established for several decades; and that the substances are defined in the European Pharmacopoeia.5,6 

Rasi gave the impression that the aluminium adjuvants in the HPV vaccines are similar to those used since 1926. However, the adjuvant in Gardasil, Merck’s vaccine, is amorphous aluminium hydroxyphosphate sulfate, ‎AlHO9PS-3 (AAHS), which has other properties than aluminium hydroxide, the substance Rasi mentioned. Moreover, its properties are not defined in the pharmacopoeia. AAHS has a confidential formula; its properties are variable from batch to batch and even within batches. The harms caused by the adjuvant are therefore likely to vary. When we investigated whether the safety of AAHS has ever been tested in comparison with an inert substance in humans, we were unable to find any evidence of this. 

Rasi mentioned that the assessment of the evidence for the safety of the adjuvants had been performed over many years by the EMA and other health authorities, such as the European Food Safety Authority, the FDA, and the WHO.

UK Preparing False-Flag Attack in Europe to Blame Russia for ‘Terrorist Plot’ – Russian Intel

London is enraged that the UK’s long-standing efforts to achieve a “strategic defeat” of Russia are failing and is preparing a new provocation, Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) said on Monday..

“The Press Bureau of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation reports that, according to information received by the SVR, London is furious that long-standing British efforts to achieve the ‘strategic defeat’ of Russia and turn it into a pariah state are failing. [UK Prime Minister Keir] Starmer’s cabinet and its intelligence agencies are preparing to respond to Russia’s successes in the Ukrainian theater of military operations with yet another vile provocation,” the SVR said in a statement.

London’s plan suggests that a group of Russians fighting on the side of the Ukrainian armed forces is to carry out an attack on a Ukrainian navy ship or a foreign civilian vessel in a European port, the SVR also said, adding that members of the group have already arrived in the UK for training.

“After the terrorists are ‘discovered,’ it is planned to be announced that they were acting on ‘Moscow’s orders.’ London is counting on the fact that the Russophobic European political elite will happily swallow the fake news about ‘malicious Kremlin agents’ to justify the need to further increase military aid to Ukraine and the militarization of ‘united Europe’ to combat ‘Russian aggression,'” the statement read.

The UK plans to supply the group with Chinese-made underwater equipment and present it as a “proof” of Beijing’s support for special military operation, the SVR added.

President Trump said yesterday he has made a decision to allow Tomahawk cruise missiles to be given to Ukraine. He says he wants to ‘see how they will be used’. The Tomahawk is an infamous long-range cruise missile with tremendous, accurate destructive power.

Ukrainian President Zelenskiy recently boasted that he ‘got what he wanted’ from President Trump in a recent discussion. The implication was Trump approved Tomahawk missiles for Ukraine.

Giving this to Zelenskiy will bring on Armageddon.

Today, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov responded to Trump’s words.

Russian President Vladimir Putin made it very clear how Moscow would respond to the potential supplies of US-made Tomahawk cruise missiles to Kiev at a Valdai Club session, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said at a briefing, reported Russian state news agency TASS.

“As for Moscow’s position, President Putin spelled it out quite unequivocally at the recent meeting of the Valdai Discussion Club. Everything was explicit there,” he noted.

Russian President Vladimir Putin pointed out at the plenary session of the Valdai International Discussion Club on October 2 that it was impossible to use Tomahawk missiles without the direct involvement of US troops, “which would mean an entirely new, qualitatively different phase of escalation, including between Russia and the United States.” Putin stressed on October 5 that Washington’s potential decision to send Tomahawk missiles to Kiev would undermine positive trends in Russia-US relations.

The Shell Game Behind the Shutdown

The government shutdown drama unfolding in Washington is political theater covering up something far worse.  While legislators argue over budget details, they’re ignoring an uncomfortable truth: Congress has already surrendered its most important power — the power to control spending — and the bill has arrived.

That bill totals $170 billion over the next decade.

This isn’t money Congress approved.  It’s money the Executive Branch simply decided to spend, creating mandatory costs through administrative decisions that lawmakers are now forced to fund.  How?  By strategically expanding “parole” authority under immigration law to reclassify millions of people, instantly making them eligible for federal benefits Congress never authorized.

The Parole Loophole

The whole system turns on a single phrase: “lawfully present.”  Under the Immigration and Nationality Act, the Department of Homeland Security can “parole” non-citizens into the country temporarily.  The magic number is one year — parole someone for a year or more, and federal law labels them “lawfully present,” opening the door to federal benefits.

By the end of 2024, the administration had implemented 605 immigration-related executive actions, according to the Migration Policy Institute.  Critics say this was deliberate: Administratively expand who qualifies for benefits without asking Congress.  Millions who entered illegally were transformed, through bureaucratic paperwork, into people with legal claims on taxpayer-funded programs.

Let’s hope that Democrats keep Hakeem Jeffries as their House leader for years to come.

The guy is as impressive as a brick.

Monday on CNBC, host Joe Kemen hit the Democrat leader with a flurry of facts on President Trump 47’s many achievements.

Hakeem sat there silently and stared blankly into space.

Joe Kemen: Mr. Speaker, I don’t know about deflation and costs coming down. All I can tell you is that the inflation rate itself was 2.7% in the most recent read, year over year, versus, it got to a high of 9% under Biden. Stocks are at record highs. Unemployment is 4.2%. That’s full employment. The GDP was 3%. The border is actually secure. We’ve got trade deals with EU, Japan, many more in the works, and trillions of dollars of foreign investment coming here. Iran’s nuclear ambitions have been set back indefinitely. And, I just wrote down a few things.

I just have to ask you, where is the calamity that you’re talking about? It almost seems like for Democrats, socialism is the answer to these problems, or I don’t know, an end of democracy or something. We just don’t get it.

Democrats have no answer to President Trump. That’s why they are siding with criminal illegal aliens and cheering the assassination of prominent Republicans.

Maybe it’s finally time the slaver party was disbanded in America?

Chicago a war zone over ICE raids, and Illinois’s governor doesn’t think there’s a problem

Chicago is awash in insurrection. ICE agents carrying out their duties are now surrounded by violent, Mexican-flag wielding protestors hurling rocks and bottles. They’ve been boxed in by cars, and chased by doxxers, one of whom was shot in a melee yesterday and may have actually been involved in the car attack. A few days earlier, one was knocked down and dragged by a car driven by a violent illegal running from the long arm of the law.

According to CBS News:

Federal agents shot a woman in the Brighton Park neighborhood on Chicago’s Southwest Side Saturday morning after they became boxed in by vehicles, according to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

…

The patrolling agents were rammed by vehicles and “boxed in by 10 cars,” according to a statement from the Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.

DHS said the agents were unable to move their vehicles and got out of the car. According to DHS officials, one of the drivers of a car boxing them in had a gun, which the agency said was a semi-automatic weapon. DHS said the agents opened fire, striking the driver, who they said is a woman. She was taken to a hospital for treatment. A spokesperson for Sinai Health System said the woman was later released from the hospital.

The woman was in FBI custody as of Saturday night, DHS said.

DHS claimed the woman was named in a U.S. Customs and Border Protection intelligence bulletin last week for doxxing agents and posting threats against ICE online. They have not released any further information on those claims.

A later statement said as ICE agents were responding to the shooting, someone followed them and rammed their vehicle “in an attempt to run them off the road.” This person was arrested and was in the custody of U.S. Homeland Security Investigations Sunday morning, the DHS statement said.

Obviously, President Trump had little choice but to call in the National Guard.

Yet instead of being embarrassed at the feds having to come in and clean up his state’s mess because he couldn’t, the response from Illinois’s governor, J.B. Pritzger, little more than ‘nothing to see here, move along.’
