In Bizarre Interview, Biden Jokes He Would ‘Fake Illness And Resign’ Over Disagreement

Joe Biden may have just said the quiet part out loud.

During a Thursday CNN interview with Kamala Harris, Biden was asked about his relationship with his running mate, to which he gave a rambling reply capped off with the most awkward of ‘jokes’: that under certain circumstances he’d fake an illness and resign.

“It’s a matter of, the thing – we are simpatico on our philosophy of government. Sympatico on how we want to approach these issues that we’re facing. And when we disagree, it’ll be just like so far, it’s been just like when Barack and I did. It’s in private, she’ll say ‘I think you should do A, B, C or D,’ and I’ll say ‘I like A, I don’t like B and C, and s’go OK…’

“And like I told Barack, if there’s a fundamental disagreement we have based on a moral principle, I’ll develop some disease and say I have to resign.”

Biden then goes on to gush over Kamala’s credentials – saying “The great thing is she has a background in the Senate on intelligence, the intelligence community, she has a background in the Senate on a whole range of things that are gonna be pertinent to what we have to do.”

“It’s a matter of who takes what, when.”

Facebook To End Race-Blind Hate Speech Moderation

Facebook is ending race-blind hate speech moderation and will begin policing hate speech directed at black Americans, Muslims, multi-racial Americans, Jewish people and LGBTQ people more aggressively than hate speech directed at white Americans, according to the Washington Post.

The “WoW Project” is aimed at automatically detecting hate speech that is “the worst of the worst,” internal documents about the project that were obtained by the Washington Post said. The project will re-engineer Facebook’s automated moderation system to try and get better at detecting hateful language aimed at minority groups.

Yeah, the sweatshirt is 20% polyester and polyester is indeed a synthetic fiber derived from petroleum. Seems to me like this new deal is about a different kind of green.

You also just have to appreciate the shameless capitalism of this self-avowed socialist. It’s beautiful!

Listen, I don’t have any issue with someone capitalizing on their notoriety to make a buck. This is America. More power to you. But when you spend your days criticizing the evils of capitalism, it seems more than a little tone-deaf to open up your own online merch store to hawk t-shirts and hoodies.

San Francisco bans smoking tobacco inside your apartment, marijuana is totally fine though.

Officials in San Francisco have banned all tobacco smoking inside apartments, citing concerns about secondhand smoke. Don’t worry though the ban only includes tobacco products, smoking pot in your home is still allowed.

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, the Board of Supervisors voted 10-1 Tuesday to approve the ordinance making San Francisco the largest city in the country to ban tobacco smoking inside apartments.

Apparently, the reason marijuana smoking isn’t banned is that such a ban would not provide any space for people to actually legally smoke pot, as it’s still illegal under state law to smoke pot in public places.
