Did Brad Raffensperger Just Telegraph the 2024 Steal in Georgia? He’s Going to Accept UOCAVA Votes for 3 EXTRA DAYS! Are Republicans Paying Attention

Today, we know that in 2020, Joe Biden received all of the military and overseas votes in Fulton County, Georgia.

All 900 ballots counted in Fulton County went for Joe Biden.

In December 2020, Rudy Giuliani and Attorney Jacki Pick told a Georgia Senate committee that 93% of the military ballots in Georgia went for Joe Biden.

Although this was shocking news, we saw similar results in other battleground states.

It was not until much later that we learned that these were not just military votes. The overseas ballots included military and US citizens living abroad. They are listed as UOCAVA voters.

Despite citizens flocking home to America’s shores in 2020 due to fears of COVID-19, non-military UOCAVA voters more than doubled to 573,000 from 2016 numbers of around 228,000. Meanwhile, military overseas voters dropped to 37% of total UOCAVA voters.

Elon Musk Blasts Dishonest MI SOS For Having More Registered Voters on Voter Rolls Than Eligible Voters: “Shame on you for blatantly lying to the public!”

There is no question that America’s elections are broken. However, one state arguably wins the prize for the most crooked elections in the nation, and that state is Michigan.

To date, Michigan’s Soros-funded SOS Jocelyn Benson has lost 10 election-related lawsuits, in which the plaintiffs sued her for intentionally weakening the state’s election security.

One of the many lawsuits against MI SOS Benson was filed by the RNC in March. The lawsuit accuses the Democrat SOS of having more active voters on the voter rolls than eligible voters in 53 counties in Michigan.

Shocking Actuarial Analysis Shows that Bloated Voter Rolls Hide Impossible Voter Turnouts of Over 100%

This actuarial analysis outlines misleading voter turnouts caused by bloated voter rolls.

It is well established that the Virginia Registration List (“VRL”) is materially overinflated. Recent estimates suggest that the list may include more than 1 million false registrations (excluding inactive registrations).

What may be underappreciated is that the high number of false registrations on the voter rolls materially distorts reported voter turnout statistics.

This mathematical demonstration shows how false registrations make turnout statistics unreliable, and facilitates an opportunity to hide election fraud. To illustrate this problem, Virginia’s Henrico County 2020 Presidential reported turnout statistics are used.

Facts:

US Census estimates based on actual surveys for the ratio of the number of registrants on the rolls to the citizen voting-age population nationwide for the last six general elections are presented below. Note that the highest ratio was recorded in 2020, at 72.7%. Virginia’s ratio was between 75% and 76%.

Federal Judge Sides with Biden-Harris DOJ, Blocks Attempt to Remove Ineligible Voters from Rolls Ahead of Election

A federal judge on Wednesday halted an Alabama effort to purge voter registration rolls of people who should not be able to vote in the state.

The Justice Department sued Alabama to stop Secretary of State Wes Allen from what he said were “strategic efforts” to “remove noncitizens registered to vote,” according to NBC.

Under the program, Allen sought to remove 3,251 voters and said they would be referred to the state attorney general’s office for possible prosecution.

U.S. District Court Judge Anna Manasco, who had been nominated by former President Donald Trump in 2020, said the program had to stop due to the timing.

“For decades, federal law has given states a hard deadline to complete systematic purges of ineligible persons from voter rolls: no later than ninety days before a federal election,” Manasco wrote. NBC referred to the rule as a “quiet period.”

“This year, Alabama Secretary of State Wes Allen (1) blew the deadline when he announced a purge program to begin eighty-four days before the 2024 General Election, (2) later admitted that his purge list included thousands of United States citizens (in addition to far fewer noncitizens, who are ineligible to vote), and (3) in any event, referred everyone on the purge list to the Alabama Attorney General for criminal investigation,” Manasco wrote.

Manasco ordered the state to contact those who were targeted by the program to let them know they are able to vote this year.

The order said that Allen is not barred from removing voters who would be ineligble for other reasons — such as criminal offenses or death.

If Allen learns an individual on the rolls is not an American citizen by means other than the program to remove them en masse, he can remove such a person, the order said.

The injunction to stop Allen from removing voters only lasts until the day after the Nov. 5 election.

“Because this litigation is still ongoing, I am limited in my ability to comment,” Allen said in a statement, according to The Washington Post.

“Earlier today, the federal court issued a preliminary injunction order. I will comply with the order of the federal court.

DOJ Suing Those States Removing Illegals

Several states, including AL and VA are being sued by the DOJ for removing illegal voters from their state rolls. Being sued for doing the right thing, that is. But this isn’t news.

The real news is about the states that have NOT earned a space in the hotlight of the desperate Left. Why isn’t every state, at least the “red” ones, actively purging their voter rolls of non-citizens who have NO RIGHT to vote and being sued by the DOJ? Florida? Texas? NC?

Tennessee, for one, is noticeably absent from that legal contest.

In June, 2024, Secretary of State Hargett’s office sent out 14,375 letters – yes, good old old postage-stamped letters – to people already on the rolls, whom TN had some cause to believe that were not there legally. Our SOS said the letters were sent after comparing driver’s license data with voter rolls. Recipients were asked to mail back documents proving that they were citizens. BUT…

As confirmed by the Nashville Tennessean, Tennessee election officials have clarified that more than 14,000 registered voters who were sent letters demanding proof of citizenship last month will not be removed from voter rolls if they don’t respond.

MUST READ UPDATE ON 2024 ELECTIONS: StopBogusBallots.com Finds 2,848,288 Likely Fraudulent Voter Registrations in 6 Swing States

A group of election integrity experts has been working behind the scenes to secure the 2024 elections.

StopBogusBallots.com is using sophisticated software to identify illegal voters that they believe the left will use to steal the election.

The chart below should give you an idea of how corrupted our voter files are in the key battleground states.

StopBogusBallots.com believes the voter rolls are more corrupted than in 2020 and that the appearance of many of these “voters” in the last few months is a sign that the Democrats have an orchestrated effortin action to steal the 2024 election.

The GOP should have been doing a lot more to force these states to follow the law, but they didn’t.  The Trump campaign has done very little to counter this and the State Republican Parties seemed to be asleep at the wheel.

StopBogusBallots.com tried to sound the alarm with the GOP and the Trump campaign but it fell on deaf ears.  So they are on our own to try to stop this corruption.

The website is www.StopBogusBallots.com  and the group is collecting donations from patriots from all over the country.

RNC Sues Fulton County Elections Director for Refusing to Hire Republican Poll Workers — Only 15 Republicans Hired Out of More than 800 Election Staff

The Republican National Committee (RNC), along with the Georgia Republican Party and the Fulton County Republican Party, has filed a lawsuit against Nadine Williams, the Director of Fulton County Department of Registration & Elections.

The lawsuit alleges that Williams intentionally excluded qualified Republican poll workers from the hiring process for the upcoming November 2024 election, hiring only 15 Republicans out of 804 total election staff.

The lawsuit, filed in Fulton County Superior Court, seeks an emergency writ of mandamus, demanding Williams immediately appoint the Republican poll workers that were submitted for consideration.

Under Georgia law, political parties are entitled to submit lists of qualified individuals to serve as poll workers, and election officials are required to ensure balanced representation from both parties at polling places.

However, according to the lawsuit, the RNC and its affiliates claim that Williams has outright ignored their lists, violating the state law meant to ensure fair elections.

Out of 62 qualified Republicans submitted to work on election day, only 6 were hired. Similarly, of the 45 Republicans who applied for early voting positions, a mere 9 were selected.

Newsom Quietly Bans Voter ID Rules in California

In a controversial move that has intensified the debate over election integrity, California Governor Gavin Newsom has somewhat quietly signed legislation prohibiting local governments from implementing voter identification requirements at polling places.

The new law directly challenges efforts by some municipalities to enhance election security measures, ZeroHedge reported.

The legislation, spearheaded by Democratic Senator Dave Min of Orange County, specifically targets a voter-approved measure in Huntington Beach that mandated photo identification at polling locations.

This legislative action marks the latest development in an ongoing conflict between state Democratic leadership and conservative local governments over election administration.

Election Data Expert Warns of “Vote Laundering” — Explains How MI SOS Jocelyn Benson Is Allegedly ‘Framing Innocent Voters Who Could be Charged with a Felony’

STUNNING analysis of voter history records by Michigan data expert Tim Vetter reveals explosive findings about Michigan’s corrupt voter rolls, and they’re aimed squarely at the person who’s been entrusted to ensure their accuracy.

If Mr. Vetter, who analyzes data for a living, is correct, he argues that Michigan SOS Jocelyn Benson could have potentially put many innocent Michigan voters in hot water with the law.

Tim Vetter, a Michigan resident, is a lead data analyst with United Sovereign Americans (USA), a nonpartisan organization comprised of thousands of grassroots citizen volunteers from across the United States working to ensure legally valid elections that are fair, accurate, and trustworthy.

United Sovereign Americans aren’t simply complaining on social media about their findings. When their team discovers election fraud, they sue the offenders.

On August 28, 2024, Tim Vetter joined United Sovereign Americans, MI Fair Elections, Check My Vote founder Phani Mantravadi, Phil O’Halloran and Braden Giacobazzi, former candidate for MI Governor Donna Brandenburg and current US Congress candidate Nick Somberg (R), who’s running in Michigan’s 11th District against the far-left US Rep. Haley Stevens (D) to file a lawsuit against MI SOS Jocelyn Benson, the MI Dept. of Elections, MI AG Dana Nessel and US AG Merrick Garland.

Nevada Election Chief Blocks Inspection of Suspect Voter Names in Swing State

Nevada’s top election official told local election directors not to investigate the names of thousands of people who left the state but remain on its voter rolls.

The watchdog group Citizens Outreach Foundation recently sued four jurisdictions in Nevada to force a review of the voter registration lists.

The plaintiff, responding to an August memo from the office of Nevada Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar, a Democrat, asks that the court order the local offices to process or review challenges to some voters’ names.

In what Citizens Outreach Foundation President Chuck Muth calls a “David vs. Goliath” battle, the Left’s well-financed big guns have intervened to fight any efforts to maintain the accuracy of voter lists. Those big guns include Democratic superlawyer Marc Elias and the American Civil Liberties Union.

The foundation flagged the suspect names using data from voter registration files and the U.S. Postal Service’s change-of-address list.

“Several counties had started to process the challenges, until the secretary of state memo,” Muth told The Daily Signal. “After that, they said that in light of the secretary’s memo, we are not going to process.”

Litigation was the last resort, Muth said, asserting that election clerks “got caught between a rock and a hard place.”

The Citizen Outreach Foundation is suing the state’s largest jurisdiction, Clark County, which includes Las Vegas. The suit also targets Washoe County, Carson City, and Storey County.

The foundation established what it calls the Pigpen Project, aimed at cleaning Nevada’s voter registration rolls. It’s critical that election offices process challenges in order to flag mail-in ballots from ineligible voters, Muth said.

The organization initially flagged just under 4,000 names for election clerks in late July. After findings in late August and early September, the total number of suspect names on Nevada’s voter rolls is about 33,000 statewide, Muth said.
