NYT Forced To Issue Correction After Making Egregiously False Claim About Charlie Kirk

The New York Times issued a correction on Thursday after falsely accusing Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk of making an antisemitic claim on his podcast.

The Times falsely accused Kirk of stating on his podcast in 2023 that Jewish communities are “pushing the exact kind of hatred against whites” that they want people to stop using against them. However, Kirk cited a tweet making that claim and critiqued it, causing the Times’ correction to be made.

“An earlier version of this article described incorrectly an antisemitic statement that Charlie Kirk had made on an episode of his podcast. He was quoting a statement from a post on social media and went on to critique it. It was not his own statement,” the correction reads.

In actuality, Kirk clarified that not all Jews are pushing hatred onto white people. He stated that certain communities have pushed it by supporting left-wing causes such as Black Lives Matter.

“Now let me just say, this is not a very well-written tweet. It’s very confusing. I’ll go through what they’re basically saying here. Half of this tweet is true, half of it, I don’t like. You want the truth said to your face. There it is. Elon responds, and he says you have said the actual truth … But the first part is absolutely true. Let’s go to this. Jewish communities have been pushing the exact kind of hatred against whites that they claim to want people to stop using against them,” Kirk said.

“Now I don’t like generalizations. Not every Jewish person believes that. But it is true, the Anti-Defamation League was part and parcel with Black Lives Matter. It is true that some of the largest financiers of left-wing anti-white causes have been Jewish Americans,” Kirk said.

After his death, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu referred to Kirk as a “lionhearted friend of Israel” who “stood tall for Judeo-Christian civilization.”

The entirety of the article appeared critical of Kirk’s conservative views, such as his belief that teachers should not push gender ideology onto children. It also noted that Kirk criticized society’s fixation on race and George Floyd, who factually had a lengthy criminal history before his death on May 25, 2020.

Steven Crowder Obtains Leaked Utah County Sheriff’s Office Internal Docs About Suspected Charlie Kirk Assassin Tyler Robinson

Conservative podcaster Steven Crowder has obtained leaked internal documents from the Utah County Sheriff’s Office regarding suspected Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson.

The latest leak comes one day after Crowder announced that his company has been subpoenaed by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) over another leak about the case.

The document, a probable cause statement, details the arrest of 22-year-old Robinson, as well as the evidence against him, including engraved anti-fascist messages on bullet casings, a family member’s confession tip, and Discord messages about hiding the weapon.

According to the Probable Cause Statement signed by Detective Brian Davis, surveillance footage captured Robinson arriving on campus around 8:29 AM in a gray Dodge Challenger, dressed in a maroon t-shirt, light-colored shorts, a black hat with a white logo, and light shoes. He later changed into a long-sleeve black shirt featuring an American flag and eagle design, dark jeans, and white/gray Converse Chuck Taylor shoes with black soles, clothing that matched the sniper’s description.

Investigators tracked Robinson climbing onto the rooftop of the Losee Center building around 12:17 PM, positioning himself with a view of the courtyard where Kirk was speaking at his “Prove Me Wrong” event. At approximately 12:22 PM, a single gunshot rang out, striking the 31-year-old Kirk in the neck and causing fatal blood loss as he collapsed onstage. Robinson allegedly fled the rooftop, discarding a Mauser .30-06 bolt-action rifle wrapped in a dark towel in a grassy area east of the building. Shoe impressions from Converse sneakers were found on the rooftop edge, and a palm print was recovered, further linking him to the scene.

The documents reveal that Robinson had become “more political in recent years,” with a family member recounting a dinner conversation where he expressed hatred for Kirk, accusing the conservative activist of “spreading hate.” On the evening of September 11, that same family member contacted authorities through a friend, claiming Robinson had confessed or implicated himself in the shooting. Investigators also interviewed Robinson’s roommate, who showed them Discord messages from a contact named “Tyler” discussing retrieving a rifle from a bush, engraving bullets, wrapping the weapon in a towel, and changing outfits to evade detection.

Possible accomplice of Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson probed as footage emerges of suspicious character after shooting

The FBI is investigating whether assassin Tyler Robinson had an accomplice with him when he fired a single, fatal shot at conservative influencer Charlie Kirk.

Agents are looking into footage showing Robinson, 22, talking into a doorbell camera about the murder shortly after he scampered away from the Losee Center at Utah Valley University.

The footage was turned over to the bureau by university officials themselves from security camera footage.

The Sun reported that the footage shows a man walking by the house, speaking into a cellphone about the murder.

The FBI is not clear yet whether the man on the video is Robinson or not and the public statements given by officials have all said they believe he acted alone.

At least one family that lives near the UVU campus was interviewed as part of the investigation.

When contacted by The Daily Mail, the FBI declined comment.

Police have evacuated the area around Tyler Robinson’s family home after receiving ‘concerning information’ from the residence.

Discord contradicts FBI with mysterious statement about Charlie Kirk assassin suspect’s ‘plan’

Discord has denied Charlie Kirk’s suspected killer Tyler Robinson used its platform to formulate his plan to gun down the conservative figure – contradicting comments made by state and federal officials.

The social and gaming platform said in a statement that its servers were in no way involved in Robinson’s alleged plot, nor in any correspondence regarding the hiding of evidence after the fact.

‘In the course of our investigation, we identified a Discord account associated with the suspect, but have found no evidence that the suspect planned this incident or promoted violence on Discord,’ a spokesperson told the outlet.

‘The messages referenced in recent reporting about planning details do not appear to be Discord messages,’ the statement continued.

‘These were communications between the suspect’s roommate and a friend after the shooting, where the roommate was recounting the contents of a note the suspect had left elsewhere.’

Robinson, 22, was turned in by his own father and arrested on Thursday night over the shooting of Kirk, 31, at his ‘American Comeback Tour’ event at Utah Valley University.

Kirk was shot in the neck moments after making comments about mass shootings, with horrifying footage showing him recoil from the impact. He was pronounced dead at hospital.

Robinson’s roommate told police the suspect had discussed the murder weapon and his movements after the killing on an online chatroom, Utah Governor Spencer Cox said Friday.

Charlie Kirk refused Netanyahu funding offer, was ‘frightened’ by pro-Israel forces before death, friend reveals

Charlie Kirk rejected an offer earlier this year from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to arrange a massive new infusion of Zionist money into his Turning Point USA (TPUSA) organization, America’s largest conservative youth association, according to a longtime friend of the slain commentator speaking on the condition of anonymity. The source told The Grayzone that the late pro-Trump influencer believed Netanyahu was trying to cow him into silence as he began to publicly question Israel’s overwhelming influence in Washington and demanded more space to criticize it.

In the weeks leading up to his September 10 assassination, Kirk had come to loathe the Israeli leader, regarding him as a “bully,” the source said. Kirk was disgusted by what he witnessed inside the Trump administration, where Netanyahu sought to personally dictate the president’s personnel decisions, and weaponized Israeli assets like billionaire donor Miriam Adelson to keep the White House firmly under its thumb.

According to Kirk’s friend, who also enjoyed access to President Donald Trump and his inner circle, Kirk strongly warned Trump last June against bombing Iran on Israel’s behalf. “Charlie was the only person who did that,” they said, recalling how Trump “barked at him” in response and angrily shut down the conversation. The source believes the incident confirmed in Kirk’s mind that the president of the United States had fallen under the control of a malign foreign power, and was leading his own country into a series of disastrous conflicts.

By the following month, Kirk had become the target of a sustained private campaign of intimidation and free-floating fury by wealthy and powerful allies of Netanyahu – figures he publicly referred to as Jewish “leaders” and “stakeholders.”

“He was afraid of them,” the source emphasized.

Red-flag speech Charlie Kirk’s ‘assassin’ gave at family dinner

Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin Tyler Robinson made chilling remarks about the conservative commentator during a family dinner in the lead-up to his murder.

Robinson, 22, brought up Kirk’s visit to Utah Valley University on September 10 and spoke of his dislike for the 31-year-old MAGA influencer, family members told investigators.

‘They talked about why they didn’t like him and the viewpoints that he had,’ Utah Governor Spencer Cox revealed in a press conference Friday morning.

The family members also told police Robinson had described Kirk as ‘full of hate and spreading hate’.

Robinson’s comments raised a red flag among his family – so much so that they told police about the conversation following his arrest for Kirk’s murder.

It was Robinson’s father who ultimately turned his son into law enforcement.

Sources told the Daily Mail that Robinson confessed to his father, Matt Robinson, who owns and operates a construction company.

Matt had recognized his son in photos shared by the FBI and confronted him about the shooting.

When Robinson confessed, his dad urged him to turn himself in.

The 22-year-old reportedly told his dad that he would rather kill himself than turn himself in, but was persuaded to speak with a local youth minister, who also works with the U.S. Marshals Service.

Cox said Friday that a family member of Robinson’s ‘reached out to a family friend who contacted the Washington County Sheriff’s Office with information that Robinson had confessed to them or implied that he had committed the incident’.

He was taken into custody Thursday night.

New York Post Publishes Photo of Rifle Allegedly Used in Kirk Assassination

On Thursday, the New York Post posted a photo allegedly showing the rifle that law enforcement believes was used to assassinate Charlie Kirk.

Earlier Thursday morning, FBI Special Agent Robert Bohls indicated that they found a rifle in “a wooded area,” and they believed it was the gun used in the assassination.

He described it as a “high-power, bolt-action rifle.”

The New York Post published a photo, which they claim is the rifle recovered, describing it as a “30-06-caliber Mauser bolt-action rifle.”

A 30.06 bolt action is a popular big game hunting rifle and typically has an internal, fixed magazine, holding four or five rounds. The bolt must be manually lifted, pulled back, then pushed forward into battery, between shots, as each round must be manually loaded into the chamber.

Breitbart News noted that Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D) reacted to the assassination by pushing for more gun control.
