Oregon National Guard Chief Brig. General Vows to “Protect Protesters” Targeting ICE Facilities — Disobeying a Lawful Order from the Commander-in-Chief

Oregon National Guard Chief Brigadier General Alan R. Gronewold is facing mounting backlash after declaring his troops would be tasked with protecting protesters at federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facilities, a direct contradiction to the orders of President Donald Trump.

The week-old remarks, made before an Oregon Senate subcommittee, resurfaced on social media this week as a federal appeals court weighs whether Trump can deploy the Guard to Portland to quell ongoing anti-ICE protests.

During an appearance last week before the Oregon Senate’s Veterans and Emergency Preparedness Subcommittee, General Gronewold attempted to reassure state lawmakers about what the National Guard’s role would be if federalized under Title 10 orders.

“I don’t want to speculate on what level of training they will receive or what they will be authorized to perform as far as rules for the use of force. The Title X headquarters will provide that training to them.

It is my understanding, however, that protective crowd control will be one of the things they’re trained on, and I will provide my advice to the Title X commander. The Oregon National Guard men and women serve two purposes: one, to defend America, and two, to protect Oregonians.

So, by serving in this mission, they will be protecting any protesters at the ICE facility. That’s my desire.

Now, to answer your question — “full force” is not a doctrinal term that the Army uses, so I’m not sure exactly what that means, and I don’t want to speculate as to what level of force they will be allowed to use.”

Kash Patel Fires FBI Agents Involved in Tracking GOP Senators’ Phone Calls

FBI Director Kash Patel has fired agents involved in tracking phone calls of eight Republican senators and a congressman as part of former Special Counsel Jack Smith’s investigation of President Donald Trump.

Communication records belonging to GOP Sens. Lindsey Graham (SC), Marsha Blackburn (TN), Ron Johnson (WI), Josh Hawley (MO), Cynthia Lummis (WY), Bill Hagerty (TN), Dan Sullivan (AK), Tommy Tuberville (AL), and Rep. Mike Kelly (PA) were handed over to Smith’s “Arctic Frost” team after they subpoenaed major phone companies in 2023, Breitbart News reported.

That fact was unknown to the public until this week, with Patel saying he discovered the files hidden in a “lockbox” that was placed in a “vault” in a “cyber place where no one can see or search these files.”

“You put it in there when you want to hide it from the world, and that takes the authorization of the attorney general and the director of the FBI,” Patel said in a Tuesday interview on Fox News. “So not only did they weaponize this law enforcement, but when we got in there, and when I got in as the FBI director, from my experience as Russiagate, I knew where to look and what rooms to open and what doors to kick down, and that’s what we did.”

“We found this information to expose the politicization by Jack Smith and the prior Department of Justice,” he added, before revealing that he fired agents who facilitated the secret investigations into U.S. lawmakers:

I mean, just think about it, eight sitting United States senators. Phone records were gathered and subpoenaed through the grand jury process, and it was buried and wormholed. It was the hope that no one would find it. So we’re just scratching the surface here, but accountability is coming. You’re darn right. I fired those agents. You’re darn right. I blew up CR-15, the public corruption squad that led the weaponization at the Washington Field Office. We’re just warming up, but we are running our investigations to the ground. We are finding every single person involved. We will not leave a single room locked.

Hawley, one of the senators who had his phone calls tracked by the Biden administration’s DOJ, called Smith’s subpoena “an abuse of power beyond Watergate, beyond J. Edgar Hoover, one that directly strikes at the Constitution, the separation of powers, and the First Amendment.”

Biden Judge Blocks Trump’s National Guard Deployment in Chicago

A federal judge on Thursday issued a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) blocking President Trump’s National Guard deployment in Chicago.

US District Judge April Perry, a Biden appointee, said Trump’s troop deployment violates the Posse Comitatus Act as well as the 10th and 14th Amendments.

President Trump mobilized Texas National Guard Troops and sent them to Chicago to protect ICE agents from violent far-left Antifa terrorists.

“The National Guard’s mission in Chicago is to protect federal lives and property that are facing constant criminal assault. The guard protecting DHS is activated under *federal control* and therefore, like any federal troops, can emanate from any state if such resources prove necessary to DHS (the way troops are pulled from any base). They are operating as a federal force protecting federal assets,” White House Advisor Stephen Miller said.

Texas Congressman Lance Gooden hilariously trolled failed Chicago Mayor Johnson for being both outraged over Texas busing illegals to his city AND outraged over Trump sending the National Guard to his city.

“You can’t have it both ways, Brandon,” Lance Gooden said.

Desperate: Dem Sen. Claims Trump STAGED Portland Antifa Riots To Justify Crackdown

A Democratic Senator openly claimed Tuesday that the Trump Administration faked violent clashes between Antifa thugs and ICE officers in order to justify a federal surge.

Senator Jeff Merkley says that Trump “staged a fake riot” in order to invoke the Insurrection Act.

Merkley claims that peaceful protesters were marched three blocks and then confronted with “a line across the road, accompanied by “professional videographers.”

The Senator alleges that pepper balls, flashbangs sounding like gunfire, and tear gas were used, creating the appearance of a riot.

To be clear, he is suggesting that the Antifa leftists themselves are ACTORS.

“Of course when you put teargas everybody moves,” Merkley said, adding “It looks as if there is some kind of riot going on.”

He charged that the exchange was “Totally fake,” asserting that “This was first time I know at least in my lifetime that federal government has faked A RIOT in order to try and justify if you will the insurrection act being invoked.”

Yeah, because Portland is really a peaceful utopia where leftist agitators never cause any trouble.

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson has proclaimed that he is “defending humanity” by resisting the Trump Administration’s efforts to restore law and order to the city with a federal law enforcement and National Guard surge.

Johnson made the remarks during an interview on MSNBC’s All In with Chris Hayes, stating “To be very clear about what’s at stake and in order for our country to be a place of promise, hope, and opportunity for people around the globe who have called the city of Chicago their home, it is why we are so committed to ensuring that we’re protecting our democracy and defending humanity.”

Johnson further blurted that “What this president has instigated in what he has escalated is absolutely an egregious attempt to have complete control over all of our cities.”

Katie Porter Has Bizarre Meltdown During California Governor Candidate Interview

Democrat former Rep. Katie Porter, running for California governor, had a bizarre meltdown during a pre-recorded interview with CBS Sacramento affiliate KOVR-TV reporter Julie Watts that was released Monday and went viral Tuesday.

Porter served three terms in Congress, from 2019 to 2025, leaving her House seat to run what turned out to be a losing Senate bid in the 2024 jungle primary. Porter, who became notable for her use of a whiteboard in House hearings, is currently the leading candidate for governor–polling around 20 percent support in a crowded field of Democrats, Republicans, third party and independents.

Watts interviewed eleven candidates running in next year’s jungle primary for governor to be held on June 2. The two top vote getters regardless of party advance to the general election on November 3, 2026.

The candidates were asked the same questions, with Porter melting down over being asked if she needs the votes of the forty percent of Californians who voted for President Donald Trump last year.

Fired Eastern District of Virginia Prosecutor Michael Ben’Ary Denies Alleged Texts Claiming He Dreams of Trump’s Death

The Justice Department last Wednesday fired the top national security prosecutor in the Eastern District of Virginia.

Michael Ben’Ary was fired after investigative reporter Julie Kelly publicly called him out as a top advisor to Lisa Monaco.

Lisa Monaco was an Obama-Biden partisan hack who targeted Trump and threatened to indict top Republicans for January 6.

Monaco was part of Obama’s secret team that met in the White House basement in 2016 to discuss how to set up Donald Trump in their Trump-Russia collusion sham.

Last week Michael Ben’Ary whined in a letter to colleagues after he was fired and encouraged them to continue to defy Trump appointees.

“I am even more disappointed to see what has happened to this office and the Department of Justice in just a few short months. The decisions to remove experienced career officials from US Attorneys Offices, the FBI, and other critical parts of DOJ undermines our country’s ability to counter terrorist organizations, malign nation-state actors, and countless others that seek to harm our nation and its citizens.”

“While I am no longer your colleague, I ask that each of you continue to do the right thing, in the right way, for the right reasons. Follow the fact and the law. Stand up for what we all believe in – our Constitution and the rule of law. Our country depends on you,” he wrote.

Democrat Claims Trump Crime Crackdown Is “The Very Same Thing” As The Rise Of Third Reich

Democrat Illinois gov JB Pritzker has declared that America is currently witnessing what the early days of the Third Reich resembled.

“In the early days of the Nazi regime, they started slowly but surely taking away people’s rights,” Pritzker babbled during an interview.

“And what we’re seeing now is the very same thing,” he further declared.

Pritzker’s remarks come just one week after he said it was dangerous for the Trump Administration to label Democrats as “fascists”

INSANE: No Prison Time For Man Convicted of Pulling Knife on State Trooper Protecting Trump’s Motorcade During Visit to North Carolina

Another day, another corrupt judge.

A man convicted of felony assault with a deadly weapon after pulling a knife on a state trooper protecting Trump’s motorcade during his visit to North Carolina last year to survey Hurricane Helene damage will not serve prison time.

Last October, 55-year-old Leif Johnson was seen screaming at an elderly, wheelchair bound veteran during then-candidate Trump’s visit to western North Carolina. When a 12-year-old child tried to intervene, Johnson spat on the child.

Johnson then pulled out a 4-inch knife on a state trooper who tried to escort him away. Troopers had to wrestle him to the ground and disarm him.

Last Thursday, Leif Johnson was found guilty on multiple felony charges, including two counts of felony assault with a deadly weapon on a law enforcement officer.

However, he won’t serve any prison time. Johnson will serve 36 months supervised probation instead.

“Superior Court Judge Jacqueline D. Grant sentenced Johnson to two consecutive suspended sentences of 30 to 48 months imprisonment,” WLOS reported.

“Instead of serving time, however, Johnson will serve 36 months of supervised probation and a 15-day jail term at the discretion of his probation officer, the release confirmed. He also must complete an anger management course and is prohibited from contacting any of the victims,” WLOS reported.

What Democrats Will Support In Order To Oppose Donald Trump

The list is staggering, really. And one need not go back to January to compile a collection of the most anti-democratic behavior and positions possible, all to save muh democracy. I can fill out this column with stuff just since Friday. 

In June of this year, The United States Supreme Court issued a 6-3 decision in Mahmoud V. Taylor, in favor of parents objecting to sexually explicit LGBT material being used in school on religious exemption grounds. The case overturned the decision against both the rights of parents and the 1st Amendment’s freedom to practice religion by a district court judge nominated early in Joe Biden’s term. That judge’s name? Deborah Boardman. 

One might think that a leftist trial court judge getting spanked by the Supreme Court that hard would be the biggest black mark on her record. Wrong. On Friday, Judge Boardman ruled in the sentencing phase of the would-be assassin of Justice Brett Kavanaugh, Nicholas Roske. 

Roske, in case you don’t recall, left his home in Simi Valley, California after the Dobbs decision overturned Roe V. Wade and returned the abortion issue where it belonged – to each state’s citizenry to decide. This was too much for Roske, who flew across the country and eventually arrived outside Justice Kavanuagh’s Maryland home with a Glock-17 with ammunition, zip ties, a tactical knife, pepper spray, a hammer, a screwdriver, a nail punch, a crowbar, duct tape, a pistol light, and padded boots for stealth. This was not a spontaneous murder he was plotting. 

Roske was found guilty by a jury of his peers. Federal sentencing guidelines for a crime like this vary between 324-405 months. The Department of Justice asked for 30 years, or 360 months, right in the middle of the sentencing guidelines. Boardman came back with 8 years, or 96 months. Why? Because sometime recently, Nicholas decided he was now trans and wants to be called Sophie. Boardman essentially threw all legal jurisprudence out the window and came up with this for justification.
