Amid Criticisms A Sex Crimes Registry Is ‘Overly Harsh,’ Colorado Rebrands The Term ‘Sex Offender’

The Sex Offender Management Board of the State of Colorado has voted to rebrand the term “sex offender,” replacing it with the euphemistic phrase, “adults who commit sexual offenses.”

The board’s decision passed following a 10-6 vote on Nov. 19 will not change the language used in criminal justice proceedings, the Colorado Sex Offender registry, or the name of the Colorado Sex Offender Management Board itself. It does, however, apply to the “Standards and Guidelines for the Assessment, Evaluation, Treatment and Behavioral Monitoring of Adult Sex Offenders.” Some on the board argued this new phrasing will aid rehabilitation efforts.

The SOMB reportedly considered a number of other terms to replace the phrase “sex offender,” including people who are “in treatment for engaging in sexually abusive behaviors” and those “who have committed sexual offenses.” Following this vote, the proposed change will be open for public comment for 20 days, and then the board will vote again on whether to alter the decision and make it final.

The rationale for the language shift is reducing stigma against those convicted of sex crimes, with the Denver Post claiming “many attorneys, people on the sex offender registry and even some victims have criticized Colorado’s management of this population as overly harsh and counterproductive to the goal of rehabilitation.”

This argument is also being used in Colorado to criticize the sex crimes registry that requires those convicted of sexual crimes to publicly report their residence and reside away from places children congregate such as schools and playgrounds. Earlier this year in relation to this public discussion, the Denver Post sympathetically portrayed the story of a man convicted of sexually assaulting a minor being removed from volunteer positions after he served his time because people found him on the registry.

The SOMB’s language decision has been met with backlash, with Sexual Assault Resource Prosecutor Jessica Dotter telling KOAA that such a change “minimizes victim experiences and trauma,” continuing to note that “If the self-image of sex offenders is prioritized over the devastating impact on victims’ lives, we are concerned that would negatively impact public trust.”

School Places Professor on Leave After Controversial Interview Defending ‘Minor-Attracted Persons’

Old Dominion University announced it had put a professor on leave following comments attempting to normalize the phrase “minor-attracted persons.”

“Old Dominion University has placed Dr. Allyn Walker on administrative leave, effective immediately, from their position as assistant professor of sociology and criminal justice,” Amber Kennedy, a spokesperson for the university, said in a statement on Tuesday evening.

“Reactions to Dr. Walker’s research and book have led to concerns for their safety and that of the campus,” Kennedy added. “Furthermore, the controversy over Dr. Walker’s research has disrupted the campus and community environment and is interfering with the institution’s mission of teaching and learning.”

The university president also released a statement condemning child sexual abuse.

“I want to state in the strongest terms possible that child sexual abuse is morally wrong and has no place in our society,” ODU President Brian O. Hemphill said. “This is a challenging time for our University, but I am confident that we will come together and move forward as a Monarch family.”

The leave announcement followed an earlier statement in which the university said it does not “promote crimes against children.”

“Following recent social media activity and direct outreach to the institution, it is important to share that Old Dominion, as a caring and inclusive community, does not endorse or promote crimes against children or any form of criminal activity,” the Virginia university said.

The statement comes after one of its associate professors of sociology and criminal justice, Allyn Walker, said in a Nov. 8 interview that people can be attracted to children without acting on it.

Former prep-school student gets off with probation for raping teen girls

A “privileged” upstate New York prep schooler who admitted to raping four teenage girls in his home got off without jail time — getting probation and sparking outrage.

Christopher Belter, 20, faced eight years in prison after pleading guilty in the 2018 assaults of girls as young as 15 when he went before Niagara County Judge Matthew Murphy Tuesday — but only got a slap on the wrist.

The sentence — eight years of probation — infuriated Belter’s victims.

“I am deeply, deeply disappointed,” Steve Cohen, an attorney for one of the victims, told WKBW-TV. “I expected a different outcome today. Justice was not done today.”

“He is privileged,” Cohen added. “He comes from money. He is white. He was sentenced as an adult, appropriately. For an adult to get away with these crimes is unjust.”

‘Shove It Down Her F**king Throat’: Biden Family Knew Hunter Allegedly Molested Close Minor Relative, Text Messages Show

National File has uncovered more texts in the conversations between the Biden family which were previously reported by pundit Candace Owens and Biz Pac Review referring to a “sexually inappropriate” relationship between Hunter Biden and his niece. National File has obtained over 800 pages of text messages sent or received by Hunter Biden from 2018 and 2019. In them Hunter repeatedly reveals that his former love interest Hallie, the widow of the late Beau Biden, claimed he behaved in a “sexually inappropriate” way around a minor family member.

Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, told sister Ashley Biden that former lover Hallie Biden described him as being “sexually inappropriate” with a minor female family member. The text messages were retrieved from the infamous laptop abandoned by Hunter Biden. National File has redacted the name of the person in question, as she is still a minor at this time.

Hallie Biden is the widow of Beau Biden, who Hunter was involved with romantically after his brother’s death. Hunter referenced Hallie’s allegation to multiple people via text messages, including his close family members.

In fact, the texts reveal that most members of Hunter Biden’s family seemed to know about these allegations. Among these family members are Hunter’s parents Joe Biden and Jill Biden, his sister Ashley Biden, and Jim Biden, the brother of Joe Biden. In some cases, family members decided to take Hunter’s “side” of the apparent family argument over the allegations, choosing to believe him over Hallie Biden.

‘Trooper of the Year’ Gets 17.5 Years for Producing Child Porn, Distributing It to His Own Network

In 2018, Louisiana State Police Trooper of 18 years, Jason Boyet received one of the department’s highest honors—Trooper of the Year. Fast forward two years, and this hero cop was thrown in a jail cell after being arrested on charges of production and distribution of child pornography. His crimes were apparently so depraved and sickening that his blue privilege ran out and he was sentenced this month to 17.5 years in prison.

This Trooper of the Year was alleged to have been running his own child porn network. Not only was he allegedly distributing the horrifying images and videos, he was producing them! Earlier this year, he pleaded guilty to horrifying crimes against children as young as three years old.

Even more disturbing is the fact that Boyet is reportedly married and has three children. According to details in the DOJ report, some of the children in the images could have been his own kids.

According to the FBI, an undercover agent accessed a chat room which was known to appeal to “purveyors of digital files depicting the sexual victimization of children.” Boyet frequented the chat room where he would distribute the images of children being sexually assaulted. Indicating that they may have been his own children, Boyet claimed to have custody and control of at least one of the victims in the photos.

When Boyet was arrested, FBI determined that many of the photos being distributed of young children were taken with this monster’s own iPhone between December 19, 2019, and February 11, 2020.

When a search warrant was originally executed, the FBI accessed an online storage account where Boyet received at least 151 images and 195 videos depicting child sexual abuse as young as 1 year old.

As part of his sentence, Boyet must also serve 5 years of supervised release and register as a sex offender. A restitution hearing is scheduled for February 2, 2022.

In a Facebook post from 2018, LSP Troop L issued the following praise about their star trooper of they year.

Senior Trooper Jason Boyet was recognized as the Louisiana State Police Troop L Trooper of the Year at the annual Slidell Elks Law and Order Night. When considering candidates, S/T Boyet’s supervisors highlighted his job performance, initiative, professionalism, and most of all leadership.

We wonder if they still feel this way about this alleged child predator.

Peppering the Louisiana State Police Facebook page are dozens of images of mugshots from people accused of petty theft, drug possession and other small crimes. Absent from their page, however, is Boyet’s mug shot and any mention that their Trooper of the Year was accused and arrested for allegedly producing and distributing child pornography. Seems legit.

QAnon Influencer Who Calls Democrats Pedophiles Is an Actual Child Abuser

QAnon promoter David Trent has spent the last four years telling his tens of thousands of followers that the Democrats are pedophiles working as part of a global child sex trafficking ring run by the world’s elite.

What he didn’t tell them was that he was the real pedophile: In 1999, he was found guilty of coercing an 8-year-old boy into sexual acts three years earlier, and spent almost five years in prison.

Trent’s followers remained oblivious, because he was convicted under his real name, David Todeschini.

The link between Todeschini, 70, and his alias was first uncovered by an investigation by extremist tracking website Right Wing Watch, a project of People for the American Way, a liberal advocacy group based in Washington, D.C.

Todeschini confirmed that he used the alias David Trent in a phone interview with VICE News on Thursday morning.

Todeschini said that he was planning on suing Right Wing Watch for publishing the investigation, but when asked what was inaccurate about the account, he failed to respond.

Todescini instead made outrageous claims about his conviction, claiming it was a “deep state” plot to take him down. He compared himself to disgraced former national security adviser Michael Flynn, now a prominent figure in the QAnon universe, claiming that like the former general he too admitted to a crime he didn’t commit.

“I am an enemy of the deep state. And I did what General Flynn did,” Todescini said. “He pled guilty to a crime that he didn’t commit.”

Todescini was convicted in 1999 and is listed on New York’s sex offender registry where he is designated as a “sexually violent offender” meaning he is at “high risk of repeat offense and a threat to public safety exists.”

Mexico-based US Embassy staffer who drugged, sexually assaulted and filmed attacks on at least 24 women was CIA spook, FBI admits

A former U.S. Embassy employee who sexually assaulted at least 24 women over 14 years while filming the attacks was in the Central Intelligence Agency, the Federal Bureau of Investigations revealed Monday as it urged any other victims to come forward.

Brian Jeffrey Raymond, 45, of La Mesa, California, faces life in prison after admitting in July to federal sexual abuse and transportation of obscene material charges after being caught while stationed at the US Embassy in Mexico City, according to the Department of Justice.

He was stationed there between 2018 and his abrupt departure in May 2020. Raymond’s attacks began in 2006, and investigators have yet to say where the other abuse took place.

The FBI stated that Raymond worked for ‘many years’ in the CIA, but did not indicate when he worked there, for how long and at what capacity. However, a source familiar with the case told The Daily Beast that the CIA took administrative action after Raymond’s arrest, and that he resigned from his position soon after.

An investigation of Raymond’s electronic devices showed that, between an unspecified month in 2006 and May 2020, he took hundreds of photos and videos of at least 24 unconscious and nude or partially nude women. In a number of the photos, Raymond is seen touching the victims’ breasts, genitalia and buttocks.

Nuns used crucifixes to rape girls during decades of abuse carried out by clergy in France’s Catholic Church that saw attacks on 330,000 children covered up ‘by a veil of silence’, damning report finds

Nuns used crucifixes to rape girls during decades of abuse carried out by clergy in France’s Catholic Church that saw attacks on 330,000 children covered up ‘by a veil of silence’, a damning report has found.

The 2,500-page landmark report was released Tuesday after more than two years of investigations by an independent commission, in France’s first major reckoning with the devastating phenomenon.

A victim named ‘Marie’ testified that she was abused as an 11-year-old and that when she complained about the abuse to her parents they refused to believe a nun could do such a thing. The abuse continued for another year.

‘I was truly [a gift] for this nun… because she knew full well that she did not risk anything,’ Marie said.

Eighty per cent of victims were young boys between the ages of 10 and 13, however many girls also suffered abuse, not only by priests but also by nuns.

Nuns used crucifixes to rape little girls or forced boys to have sex with them, according to the report.

Pope Francis today expressed to the victims his ‘great sorrow, for their wounds’, adding that he was grateful for the courage they had shown in denouncing what they had been through.

Investigation Finds WHO Employees Raped or Sexually Abused Dozens of Women During Congo Ebola Crisis; Higher-ups “Were Aware” of the Rampant Abuse “But Did Not Act”

According to a shocking new report that was released on Tuesday, Eighty-three ‘humanitarian’ aid workers, including several that were employed by the World Health Organization (WHO), committed horrific sex abuse and exploitation while they were stationed in the Democratic Republic of Congo during the country’s 2018-2020 Ebola outbreak.

The report was compiled by an independent commission that looked into the allegations after the Thompson Reuters Foundation and The New Humanitarian uncovered over 50 accusations of sexual abuse by aid workers that had been submitted last year.

After investigating for months, the commission uncovered that AT LEAST 21 of the 83 offenders were employed by the WHO and had routinely demanded sex in exchange for, or to keep their jobs.

BILLIONAIRE LEON BLACK ALLEGEDLY RAPED A WOMAN IN EPSTEIN’S NEW YORK MANSION, NEW LEGAL DOCUMENTS CLAIM

This time last year, Leon Black, the then CEO and cofounder of private-equity giant Apollo Global Management, was one of the most powerful men on Wall Street and a pillar of New York society. The then 69-year-old billionaire was board chairman of the Museum of Modern Art, a trustee of Mount Sinai Hospital, and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Today, in new court documents, a former model is accusing Black of violently raping her at Jeffrey Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse in 2002.

The woman, identified in the documents as “Jane Doe,” says Epstein arranged for her to give a $300 massage to Black when she was a financially struggling single mother living in New Jersey. But instead, she alleges, Black brutally assaulted her shortly after they entered the massage room on the third floor of Epstein’s mansion. A number of weeks later, she claims, Black paid her $5,000 cash to “help with her credit card debt.” The suit says Doe didn’t report the rape at the time because a friend warned her no one would believe her.

“This claim is complete fiction and has no basis in fact or law,” a Black spokesperson said in a statement. “It is telling that it is asserted anonymously and concerns events that allegedly occurred some 20 years ago. We expect that the courts will see this bogus claim for what it is.”

The harrowing new allegation is included in documents filed today in New York Supreme Court by a former Russian model named Guzel Ganieva. In June, Ganieva sued Black for defamation after Black publicly denied Ganieva’s claims that Black “sexually harassed and abused” her. Ganieva’s lawsuit included allegations that linked Black to Epstein’s sex trafficking ring for the first time. It claimed that Black flew Ganieva to Palm Beach to have sex with Epstein in October 2008, when Epstein was serving time in a Florida jail for soliciting sex from a minor. The suit further alleged that Black made frequent comments about Epstein’s sexual depravity, including that Epstein flew “very young girls” aboard his private plane and that Epstein made money because “he takes care of the little girls” and was “doing a great job with it.”
