Government Set to Return Nearly $63,000 to J6 Defendant John Sullivan For Earnings Off of His J6 Footage – Sullivan Organized Antifa Rally at the US Capitol That Day

Breanna Morello reported on Friday that the US government is set to return nearly $63,000 to infamous J6er John Sullivan, who also goes by Jayden X. Sullivan reportedly made the money from his filming of the protests and rioting that day.

As was reported earlier at The Gateway Pundit

Antifa-BLM organizer John Sullivan was sentenced in April 2024 to six years in prison for his actions on January 6, 2021, at the US Capitol.

Antifa-Insurgence leader John Earl Sullivan was arrested in Utah after the US Capitol riots.
As reported previously, Antifa protester John Sullivan was caught on video posing as a Trump supporter during the rioting at the US Capitol on January 6th.

Footage obtained by the Gateway Pundit from militant Black Lives Matter and Antifa activist John Sullivan’s Discord server shows the so-called “civil rights activist” reveling inside the U.S. Capitol on Jan 6 as he damaged federal property.

Sullivan has maintained in multiple interviews that he regularly attends protests only to record what’s going on, but did not actively partake in the insurgence in Washington.  This was a lie.  He is a leader of the Utah Antifa-BLM movement and was previously arrested in Utah.

‘Entitled to reimbursement’: Trump DOJ says Jan. 6 defendants deserve to get restitution refunds after having cases ‘invalidated’

Certain Jan. 6 defendants who’ve had their cases “invalidated” and vacated by President Donald Trump‘s Justice Department deserve to get restitution refunds, the DOJ says — insisting Tuesday in a federal court filing that there’s “no longer any basis justifying the government’s retaining funds.”

Stacy Hager, an alleged rioter who was arrested in Texas, had been charged and convicted of knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority; disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds; violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds; and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building, according to his original DOJ complaint.

Trump’s mass pardon of Jan. 6 rioters recognized Hager as one of more than 1,500 defendants who have been granted clemency since the president took office for a second time in January. The DOJ said Tuesday that what makes Hager’s situation unique — as well as others who had similar convictions like his “invalidated” — is that he was “not just pardoned” but instead told that the government was flat-out vacating his case while it was still on appeal.

“Here, Hager’s conviction was ‘invalidated’ when the D.C. Circuit vacated it, and thus ‘there is no longer any basis justifying the government’s retaining funds exacted only as a result of that conviction,’” wrote Assistant U.S. Attorney Adam Dreher in response to a motion filed by Hager on Feb. 28 for reimbursement of fines, fees and restitution.

“This Court subsequently dismissed the case as moot,” Dreher said. “The government thus agrees that, so long as the Clerk of Court confirms that Hager in fact made the special assessment and restitution payments he seeks to have returned, Hager is entitled to reimbursement of those payments.”

According to Hager’s original Jan. 6 complaint, federal investigators found that he was boasting about his participation in the 2021 Capitol attack on his Facebook page, even posting pictures and videos of himself trespassing, the DOJ said.

“Hager also posted words to the effect of, ‘it’s war, don’t go quietly,’” his complaint alleged.

“The publicly available information on the subject account showed, among other things, a photograph of Hager and an unidentified male on the lawn in front of the U.S. Capitol on January 6,” the document added. “Hager was wearing a ‘Trump’ baseball cap, a gray outer jacket, a dark navy or black colored coverall and appeared to be waving a Texas state flag, with the other male waving a United States flag.”

Well, Lookie Here: Congresswoman and Harvard Prof Are Caught Planning Massive Anti-Trump Riots?

We now know the names of the people leading the “resistance” against President Donald Trump and the attacks on Elon Musk. They occupy the highest levels of Congress and the pinnacle of the Ivy League. They’ve called for more attacks against Tesla and are leading “resistance” training to get more of it on the streets. Just like they did in 2017, leading to the Summer of Love.

Rep. Pramila Jayapal (☭-Wash.), who just left her perch as chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, and Harvard professor Erica Chenoweth are holding “resistance” training sessions to get leftists “street ready” for mass protests against President Donald Trump. The goal is to cause so much unrest that Trump would be forced to resign.

During a one-and-a-half-hour “resistance lab” training, Jayapal, a Seattle Marxist, and Chenoweth, who heads the Nonviolent Action Lab at Harvard’s Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation at the Harvard Kennedy School, taught students on a Zoom call how fight for “democracy” by taking to the streets in organized protests.

Though they paid lip service to nonviolence, activists on the call were told to decide what their “risk tolerance” is for these actions. That’s another way of saying “Are you willing to get violent, go to jail, or hurt someone else?” They said the attacks on Tesla were effective at moving people to the streets. Oddly, (or is it?) they didn’t disavow the attacks on Teslas or the people driving them.

J6 Political Prisoner Dan Wilson Forced to Self-Surrender By Activist TDS Judge

Almost two weeks after The Gateway Pundit published our story on January 6er Dan Wilson, he has had to self-surrender under the duress of DC District Judge Dabney Friedrich’s court order. Wilson was pardoned on January 20th by President Trump, and now his neck is under the boot of a radical activist judge. She is disobeying a direct order by THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and acting like a spoiled brat bully who hits her little sister because she wants to play with her toy, so her sister doesn’t have any fun either.

It is unbelievable that these unhinged individuals like Judge Friedrich are presiding over our federal courts. She has gone above and beyond her hatred for President Trump by doubling down on her bias towards a January 6th defendant, whose case she presided over. Dan WIlson should be a free man today. The government has recognized that the case against him falls under the scope of the Presidential Pardon.

Wilson has been fighting a case that is directly related to the January 6th-inspired FBI raid on his home. He was arrested after the FBI finished searching the residence, although he was not arrested for his attendance on January 6th.

Wait, what? Yes, the warrant was for J6, but he was arrested for another reason and NOT J6 (at the time). His arrest was for having guns at his home in Kentucky. Over 30 years ago, as a very young man, Wilson became a felon and served his time in prison. According to the law, he should not have had the guns in his home. Some may debate that constitutionally; he can have guns. However, in this case, for right now, it is a debate for another time because the law recognized by the people who lock you up is not debatable, but how they found these guns at his home is.

Trump Vows To Probe Ashli Babbitt Homicide, Consider Comp Fund For Pardoned J6ers

President Trump on Tuesday vowed that he would bring new scrutiny to the Department of Justice’s handling of the killing of Ashli Babbitt by a Capitol police officer during the Jan 6, 2021 riot, and to explore the possibility of a compensation fund for the 1,500 Capitol riot defendants he pardoned.

Trump’s promises came in a Roosevelt Room interview with Newsmax’s Greg Kelly. When Kelly asked Trump about the DOJ continuing to mount a defense against a $30 million wrongful death claim filed by Babbitt’s husband, Trump said he wasn’t aware of it but would look into the matter:

“Well, I’ll look into that. I mean, you’re just telling me that for the first time, I haven’t heard that. I’m a big fan of Ashli Babbitt. And Ashli Babbitt was a really good person who was a big MAGA fan, Trump fan. And she was innocently standing there; they even say trying to sort of hold back the crowd. And a man did something to her that was unthinkable when he shot her. And I think it’s a disgrace. I’m going to look into that. I did not know that.”

Babbitt was shot and killed by US Capitol Police (USCP) Lieutenant Michael Byrd as she attempted to climb through a broken window that was part of an interior doorway close to the House chamber. Though the unarmed, 5’2″, 115-pound Babbitt posed no imminent threat of inflicting death or serious injury as she awkwardly navigated the narrow space — with a furniture barricade still ahead of her —  Boyd opted against using any type of nonlethal force, and instead shot her from an ambush position, killing her with a bullet that perforated her trachea and lung.

Barack Obama Was Using USAID to Pretend to Send ‘Aid’ Overseas But Was Laundering It to Train “Rent-a-Riots” Instead

Mike Benz, the founder of the Foundation for Freedom Online, recently joined Joe Rogan on his very popular podcast The Joe Rogan Experience with over 19 million subscribers.

** The entire podcast is here.

The podcast was filmed several weeks ago but a clip from this discussion is making the rounds this week on social media.

During their conversation, Mike Benz shared how Barack Obama was using money to USAID to pretend to send “aid” overseas. In actuality, Obama was laundering the taxpayer dollars and using it to train “rent-a-mobs” instead!

This is a huge development but maybe not so surprising considering how Democrats believe they can do anything they please. with other people’s money.

From the video, via Wall Street Apes:

Mike Benz on Joe Rogan: “This was a scandal during the Obama USAID era. We were running a number of rogue USAID operations in Cuba at the time. — I’m simply showing the American people where your tax dollars are going and how these things are structured in order to systematically fool you and to fool Congress and to fool the White House:

— USAID pumped $1.2 billion in, and we sponsored these activist groups and these civil society organizations to learn how to use Facebook, learn how to use Twitter, lose, learn how to use hashtags, learn how to coordinate street protests so that everyone knows where to go, what street to show up on, what kind of slogans to know, to use in order to create the pro-democracy predicate for it.”

He talks about how Obama funded a Twitter clone that would be used to push propaganda in Cuba to inspire these protests and overthrow the government (Mike Benz explains how Barack Obama overthrew many governments)

“So what they did is they took the exact same thing as Twitter, same user interface, same like, and retweet button Zunzuneo is, is the Cuban slang word for hummingbird. So just, it means it’s it’s bird, it was the Twitter bird, the whole thing. But the whole trick about it was you have to make it look like it’s coming from the Cubans if you’re going to do this operation. They started running this in 2010 which right during the Arab Spring.

They were using USAID funds that were designated to Pakistan.

Well, Well, Well: We May Be Getting Closer to the Truth About the J6 Pipe Bomber

By all rights, Kamala Harris’s storyline for Jan. 6, 2021, should have been that she narrowly escaped being assassinated by a bomb timed to detonate at the Democratic National Committee headquarters when the newly elected vice president was inside. But she never mentioned it. In fact, the pipe bomber case and the FBI’s handling of it turned into vapor right after they tracked down the bomber’s cell phone. None of this makes sense.

Maybe things will make sense soon.

FBI Chief Kash Patel has been sending the documents that the Senate and House Judiciary Committees have been seeking for years. Julie Kelly reports that some of the documents turned over involve the January 6 pipe bomber.

The mysteries of Jan. 6, 2021, are legion. Law enforcement, the feds, and an untold number of their assets were in the crowd inside and out. Munitions were blasted at people protesting outside the Capitol Building, not because they were rioting — they weren’t — but to rile them up.

Intelligence specialists I’ve spoken with say the riot of January 6 was obviously an intentional operation. The Metropolitan Police Department of D.C. was seen on video encouraging protesters to get inside of the Capitol Building (and it’s charging Judicial Watch $1.5 million to get its hands on any more of the videos).

But the pipe bomber story is one of the biggest mysteries of January 6. The FBI originally released grainy video of an individual sitting on a bench in the dark and supposedly planting the pipe bomb the night before outside the DNC. The individual’s eyes have been blurred to subvert facial recognition software.

That person was seen talking on a cell phone. Yet the FBI swore that the same cell phone technology used to track down hundreds, if not thousands, of people in Washington, D.C. around January 6 was now corrupted for this specific bomber on the night of January 5. That’s as interesting as the Secret Service text messages going missing at that time.

Several Statements in Ray Epps First In-Person FBI Recording From March 2021 Calls Into Question Key Issues From Epps’ Testimony

The Gateway Pundit had obtained, exclusively, a recording of the first-known interview of James “Ray” Epps after the protest at the US Capitol on January 6th, 2021.

The Gateway Pundit’s Alicia Powe has previously reported on some of the discoveries from this recording in a three-part series on The Gateway Pundit (part 1part 2 and part 3).

The interview was conducted at the office of John Blischak, Epps’ attorney, on March 3, 2021 by Agents Alexander Simms and Rob Kalinowski (sp?).  It was a voluntary interview that followed his January 8th phone call to the FBI regarding his placement on the “Most Wanted” list at #16.

“We Need More People”

The first major discrepancy in Epps’ testimony is something The Gateway Pundit published exclusively after receiving a statement from Ryan Samsel’s co-defendant, James Grant once he was clear of the Department of Justice’s wrath.

Epps, during his interview with the FBI, said that he told Samsel, “That’s not why we’re here…don’t be doing that.”  Grant, and Samsel (following the J6 pardons), confirmed that Epps said “We need more people.”  In fact, it is evident on the YouTube video from that day.

Ironically, according to the New York Times, Ryan Samsel told the FBI in January 2021 that when Epps whispered in his ear shortly before pushing the barricades, “his entire words were ‘Relax, the cops are just doing their job.‘”

The New York Times wrote that they obtained a recording of this interview, however, they did not publish the recording and when asked to review it, they did not respond.

Samsel did acknowledge that he had an informal interview with the FBI on January 30th, 2021, in which they provided him with coffee and a fresh can of Copenhagen Mint, his chew of choice.

During that interview, according to Samsel, the FBI was trying to convince him to confess that Epps was the “voice of reason.”  When Samsel asked what charges he was facing, the agents responded that it was up to him, but he could possibly face conspiracy to murder an officer.

He then immediately requested an attorney, at which time things began to turn.  The Copenhagen-gifting FBI agents became more typical of what we are accustomed to regarding treatment of J6ers.

You Won’t Believe How Many FBI Employees Were Investigating Trump Supporters

FBI officials have caved to demands from the Justice Department, providing a list of agents involved in the J6 Capitol riot investigations — and it’s an insanely high number.

Acting Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove instructed FBI leadership to meet a deadline of noon Tuesday to submit the names of these agents and analysts. This follows his earlier directive to fire eight senior FBI officials.

CNN reports that “More than 5,000 names were submitted” to the Justice Department in response to Bove’s demand.

Five thousand? Are you kidding me?

To put it into proper context, there are only roughly 13,000 agents and 38,000 total FBI employees. This means that roughly 13% of the entire FBI was tasked with investigating protestors.

If that seems excessive to you, you’re not the only one.

CNN, of course, is outraged that the mask is off the anti-Trump Gestapo.

“Full-On Corruption”: A Horrific Account Of Government Harassment Against Jan. 6 ‘Survivor’

The following is an account from Michael Shane Daughtery, a former SWAT officer who was aggressively pursued by the Biden DOJ for peacefully participating in the Jan 6, 2021 protest.

Daughtery’s story was conveyed by journalist Sarah Fields via X, who writes “Just when you think his story cannot get crazier, it does. His story is one of full-on corruption.

Click into the post to read via X (and consider subscribing to Fields’ feed), or continue reading below.

My name is Michael Shane Daughtry and this is my January 6th Story.

I was a Police Officer with SWAT and Sniper Certifications, 20+ years Police experience and over a thousand hours of training. I’m also a Master Gunsmith with a Federal Firearms License and a Gunsmithing Business with over 10 years experience.

On January 6th 2021, I traveled to Washington DC with my wife Tammie to watch the Trump Rally. As the rally was completing, the President of the United States told the crowd to go to the West Lawn and “peacefully” protest, which we did. As we arrived at the West Lawn, the police officers removed the barricades and waved us onto the West Lawn. I had video of this but the FBI later raided my home and confiscated this Video. I never went into the Capital Building or damaged any property but I did later observe people causing damage to the Capital Building so I took a few pictures of these people and then returned to my motel room, we returned home the next morning.
