RFK Jr. Clashes with Democrat in House Hearing over Vaccines: ‘You’ve Accepted $2 Million from Pharma’

Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. clashed with Rep. Frank Pallone (D-NJ) during a fiery House Energy and Commerce Committee hearing Tuesday, claiming the Democrat was abandoning vaccine-injured Americans after accepting millions in donations from the pharmaceutical industry.

Kennedy was testifying on the Trump administration’s fiscal year 2026 budget request for the Department of Health and Human Services when Pallone launched into a blistering attack. “Secretary Kennedy, quite frankly, I think you’re trying to defend the indefensible. There’s no way that this budget or the actions you have taken thus far as secretary are going to make this country healthier,” he said. Pallone went on to accuse the Secretary of pushing anti-science views, promoting conspiracy theories, and endangering lives with his vaccine policies. “I just really think that people are going to die as a result of your actions and congressional Republicans’ actions,” he warned.

Pallone also raised concerns about the lack of communication between HHS and Congress. He pressed further, demanding to know why Kennedy had not opened public comments on vaccine-related decisions. “You say you want transparency, but there’s been no public process for any of this. Why?” he asked.

Kennedy replied, “We have a public process for regulating vaccines. It’s called the ACIP committee, and it’s a public meeting that we —”

Pallone cut in, “You fired the committee.”

Kennedy responded, “I fired people who had conflicts with the pharmaceutical industry. That committee has been a template for medical malpractice for years.”

As his time for questioning drew to a close, Pallone concluded, “The bottom line is here we have no transparency, we have no response. You feel no responsibility to Congress whatsoever, and you just continue this ideology that’s anti-science, anti-vaccine. That’s all I see. I see nothing else. And I don’t think I’m ever going to get a response.”

RFK Jr. Announces “Health Insurance Breakthrough” That Affects Nearly 260 Million Americans

In a press conference on Monday, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and CMS Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz announced a landmark agreement with the nation’s largest health insurers to tackle the number one healthcare problem plaguing hundreds of millions of Americans: prior authorization.

Prior authorization is the requirement for doctors and patients to get advance approval from insurance companies BEFORE certain treatments, tests, or procedures are covered. It was meant to control costs, but for 85% of Americans, it’s become a serious barrier to care.

“Doctors like myself are continually struggling with this issue,” Dr. Oz said, explaining how the bureaucratic process not only delays treatment but deeply frustrates both providers and patients.

In 2023 alone, Medicare Advantage (which covers about 32 million people) initially denied 3.2 million prior authorization requests. Dr. Oz made clear these are not just numbers: they represent “individuals who often, in the most vulnerable time in their lives, needed something done and it was denied.”

The burden also falls heavily on physicians. On average, doctors spend 12 hours per week on paperwork, handling about 40 prior authorization cases weekly. Dr. Oz said it contributes to burnout, slows down care, and “erodes public trust in the health care system.”

Secretary Kennedy: Let’s Make Vaccines Great Again! 6 COVID Vaccines Approved by FDA So Far in 2025

The Secretary of HHS, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., was back in the news this week after it was announced that he had fired all 17 members of a U.S. CDC panel of vaccine experts who approve give advice on FDA vaccines.

WASHINGTON, June 9 (Reuters) – Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has fired all 17 members of a U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention panel of vaccine experts and is in the process of replacing them, his department said on Monday, drawing protest from many vaccine scientists. (Source.)

This move was criticized by the pharmaceutical industry and the corporate media they sponsor, but was cheered by many in the Alternative Health media, such as Children’s Health Defense, although I think the enthusiasm that was being expressed by many was short-sighted, because this committee only advises the FDA, and does NOT set vaccine policy.

Kennedy stated that the members of this committee have a conflict of interest since they earn income from vaccines, as his reason for firing them all.

Kennedy said the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices is rife with conflicts and has never turned down a vaccine, even though the decision to approve vaccines rests with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The CDC panel provides guidance to the CDC on which groups of people would most benefit from an already-approved vaccine. (Source.)

Remember, you cannot believe anything anybody in this current administration says as so many of them have been caught lying to the American public, and instead you have to judge them by their actions.

RFK Jr. Purges CDC Vaccine Committee—And Suddenly, Every Pharma-Funded ‘Doctor’ on Twitter Has the Exact Same Script

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has taken decisive action against regulatory capture by dismissing all 17 members of the CDC’s vaccine advisory committee. This bold move represents a significant step toward restoring independence in vaccine policy decisions. His reasoning? Simple: You don’t “restore trust” by keeping the same Pharma-backed bureaucrats who’ve spent decades rubber-stamping every vaccine Big Pharma shoves at them. Who was on the ACIP committee? The geniuses who rubber-stamped injecting experimental mRNA cocktails into infants while dismissing parents’ concerns as “misinformation.”

As Mike Adams (the Health Ranger) put it: “If I were HHS Secretary, I would solve the entire vaccine problem in one day. ‘You’re all FIRED!’ I would auction off the furniture, sell the buildings, pink-slip everybody on day one and return health decisions to the American people (and the states) instead of a bunch of corrupt pharma whores who profit from maiming and killing children. Problem solved.”

RFK pretty much just did that.

NBC spun the news this way: “Manufactured chaos: Kennedy guts CDC’s vaccine panel of independent experts.” Let’s pause to appreciate NBC’s hilarious definition of “independent experts.” Apparently, “independent” now means “financially entangled with Big Pharma but still somehow magically unbiased.” But sure, NBC, tell us more about how Kennedy’s the one causing “manufactured chaos.” The only thing being gutted here is Pharma’s ability to treat the CDC like their own private focus group.

But here’s where it gets hilariously suspicious…

Within hours of RFK’s announcement, a swarm of blue-check “doctors” flooded social media with near-identical meltdowns:

  • “This is dangerous!”
  • “RFK is anti-science!”
  • “He’s gutting public health!”

Gee, I wonder if those keyboard warrior doctors are on Big Pharma’s payroll. How many zeroes did it take to turn them into corporate attack dogs? Hilarious how they ‘forgot’ to mention that many of their fired buddies on the ACIP committee were practically swimming in Merck, Pfizer, and Moderna cash. And what a coincidence—their outraged tweets all landed in the same four-hour window. Almost like… a coordinated Pharma meltdown. Weird, right?

Let’s be clear: This was never about science. This was about a captured system rubber-stamping vaccines with less scrutiny than a TikTok dance trend, all while committee members lined their pockets with Pharma speaking fees, sat on corporate boards, and voted on products from their own financial partners. Now that RFK Jr. has derailed their gravy train, we’re witnessing something glorious: the vaccine-industrial complex having its mask-off meltdown moment—complete with coordinated media hysterics and the kind of tantrum usually reserved for toddlers who lost their juice box.

The truth is simple: When “trusted institutions” suddenly start screaming in unison, it’s not consensus—it’s collusion.

No, the backlash isn’t organic—it’s a scripted meltdown.

RFK Jr. Names New Members To Vax Board, Including Critics Of COVID Measures

Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has named eight people to serve on the Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices (ACIP), a highly influential vaccine panel he gutted earlier in the week.

The new members include Dr. Robert Malone, who worked on early research for mRNA vaccine technology and is a vocal critic of the mRNA COVID vaccines, as well as other medical experts who took dissenting positions from the medical establishment during the COVID pandemic.

Kennedy announced on X Wednesday evening that the eight new members are “highly credentialed scientists, leading public-health experts, and some of America’s most accomplished physicians.”

“All of these individuals are committed to evidence-based medicine, gold-standard science, and common sense,” he said. “They have each committed to demanding definitive safety and efficacy data before making any new vaccine recommendations.”

In addition to Malone, who’s the most well-known, the other members include Dr. Joseph R. Hibbeln, Martin Kulldorff, Retsef Levi, Dr. Cody Meissner, Dr. Michael A. Ross, Dr. James Pagano, and Vicky Pebsworth.

Vaccine Advisory Committee Dismissed By HHS Had Close Ties To Big Pharma, Donated To Democrats

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) just dismissed every voting member from the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), a group made up entirely of Biden appointees, many of whom have seemingly major conflicts of interest because of ties to large pharmaceutical corporations and histories of donating to Democrats.

ACIP, an arm of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), has a history of rubber-stamping everything it comes across, with some members even voting in favor of major changes like recommending that children ages 5 to 11 receive a coronavirus “vaccine” booster shot without any data to support that intervention.

Other members have taken consulting fees and related payments from Big Pharma, donated to far-left Democrats, and appear to look uncritically at any item regarding vaccines.

“Today we are prioritizing the restoration of public trust above any specific pro- or anti-vaccine agenda,” Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said in a press release. “The public must know that unbiased science — evaluated through a transparent process and insulated from conflicts of interest — guides the recommendations of our health agencies.”

“A clean sweep is necessary to reestablish public confidence in vaccine science,” he continued. “ACIP’s new members will prioritize public health and evidence-based medicine. The Committee will no longer function as a rubber stamp for industry profit-taking agendas. The entire world once looked to American health regulators for guidance, inspiration, scientific impartiality, and unimpeachable integrity. Public trust has eroded. Only through radical transparency and gold standard science, will we earn it back.”

HHS plans to rebuild the advisory committee from scratch.

‘Clean Sweep’: RFK Jr. Boots Entire CDC ‘Rubber-Stamp’ Vax Panel

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has fired every member of the CDC’s vaccine advisory panel in a sweeping move he says is meant to restore public trust, but critics are calling it reckless and radical.

In an op-ed published in the Wall Street Journal, Kennedy said the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) had been plagued by conflicts of interest, rubber-stamp behavior, and opaque decision-making for decades – and that only a “clean sweep” could fix it.

The committee has been plagued with persistent conflicts of interest and has become little more than a rubber stamp for any vaccine. It has never recommended against a vaccine—even those later withdrawn for safety reasons. It has failed to scrutinize vaccine products given to babies and pregnant women. To make matters worse, the groups that inform ACIP meet behind closed doors, violating the legal and ethical principle of transparency crucial to maintaining public trust. -RFK Jr.

The 17-member ACIP panel – made up of independent scientists, doctors, and public health professionals – was scheduled to meet later this month to review recommendations, including those involving COVID-19 vaccinations for children. That meeting will still go ahead, but without the current panelists, some of whom Kennedy said were ‘last-minute Biden appointees’ whose terms would have otherwise extended until 2028.

Without removing the current members, the current Trump administration would not have been able to appoint a majority of new members until 2028,” Kennedy wrote.

Kennedy’s defenders say this is exactly the kind of bold move needed to break the credibility crisis surrounding vaccine science and government health agencies. The new appointees, he pledged, “won’t directly work for the vaccine industry” and will “refuse to serve as a rubber stamp,” instead fostering “a culture of critical inquiry”.

But critics say the move reeks of ideology and raises fears that Kennedy will stack the committee with vaccine skeptics or unqualified appointees, further eroding trust.

“Firing experts that have spent their entire lives protecting kids from deadly disease is not reform — it’s reckless, radical, and rooted in conspiracy, not science,” said Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) in a scathing statement.

Medical journal ‘cartel’ that demonized lab-leak, hydroxychloroquine shown the door by Kennedy

The legitimacy of prestigious medical and scientific journals is under siege as the Trump administration threatens to take federal research elsewhere and scrutiny falls on their alleged coziness with regulators, interest groups and drugmakers, with perhaps the most serious consequences in the integrity of COVID-19 origin research.

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. called out the New England Journal of Medicine, Journal of the American Medical Association and The Lancet as “corrupt,” on The Ultimate Human podcast Tuesday.

The National Institutes of Health will “probably” stop publishing its scientists’ research there, and each institute will set up its own journal “unless these journals change dramatically,” he said.

One obvious target for publishing is the new Journal of the Academy of Public Health, established in part by NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya and Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Marty Makary shortly before they were tapped for the new administration.

HHS also plans to devote “probably 20% of NIH’s budget to replication” to address the longstanding irreproducibility crisis, he said. “Every study has to be replicated.”

Asked which medical journals weren’t on Kennedy’s blacklist, an HHS spokesperson told Just the News its “top priority is to ensure scientific research remains rigorous, transparent, and accessible to the American people. The secretary urges leading medical journals to increase transparency and reduce editorial bias.”

It’s just one of many big changes in the federal public health agencies, with Kennedy and his Argentine counterpart announcing they are creating an “alternative international health system” to the World Health Organization in the wake of WHO’s first-ever pandemic treaty.

HHS also pared back COVID vaccine recommendations and cut Moderna’s $700 million bird flu vaccine contract.

Kennedy alleged the pharmaceutical industry and “medical cartel” have captured and transformed NIH, FDA, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid into “essentially sock puppets for the industry and profit centers” that “commoditized the American public and turned us all into patients.”

CNN’s Kaitlan Collins Bristles When RFK Jr. Tells Her the Truth About the Mainstream Media

CNN’s Kaitlan Collins was not pleased during a Thursday interview she had with Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., when he accused the media of being complicit in spreading false information during the COVID pandemic.

“You know, one of the big mistakes that you and many of your media colleagues made during COVID is to try to convince the American people that they should trust the experts,” Kennedy said.

“What we should do is trust the science,” he argued.

Collins countered, “The message was to trust the science, and what studies were finding.”

“No, it was trust the experts,” Kennedy retorted.

True. Who can forget how dismissive people like Dr. Anthony Fauci were of subjects like natural immunity, the lab leak theory, questioning the efficacy of the vaccines to stop the spread of COVID, and raising concerns about the potential health impacts of the vaccine, such as myocarditis?

The mainstream media narrative on all these subjects was to trust Fauci and the other Biden administration health officials, and they were wrong.

Kennedy contended that Americans should also be skeptical about any medical advice and do their own research.

“I would say be skeptical of authority. My father told me that when I was a young kid. People in authority lie. And we’ve seen a lot of that in our country,” RFK Jr. said.

“People in the media lie,” he continued. “And people need to make their own judgments and be skeptical, and maintain their capacity for critical thinking, and that was shut down during COVID, and the media was complicit in that.”

“Disagree on that last part,” Collins shot back and ended the interview.

DHS released its MAHA report Thursday, aimed at making children healthy again.

RFK Urges Other Countries to Join the U.S. in Leaving the WHO: «We Don’t Have to Suffer the Limitations of a Dying WHO»

In an unprecedented act of political courage, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., current U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services, has openly challenged the World Health Organization (WHO), describing it as “dying” and accusing it of being riddled with corruption and influenced by political interests—particularly those of China.

In a recorded message delivered during the World Health Assembly in Geneva, Kennedy called on other countries to follow the United States’ lead and withdraw from the organization. According to Kennedy, the WHO mishandled the COVID-19 pandemic by concealing information about human transmission of the virus and promoting false theories about its origin.

He also criticized the new pandemic treaty adopted by the WHO, calling it a perpetuation of systemic dysfunction. In response, the Trump administration has begun forming a new global health alliance with countries such as Argentina, Italy, and Israel.
