MAJOR FAFO: DOJ Announces Federal Charges Against 10 Anti-ICE Protestors Who Ambushed Law Enforcement During Raid on California Pot Farm

The Justice Department on Wednesday announced federal charges against 10 anti-ICE protestors who ambushed law enforcement officers during a raid on a California pot farm over the summer.

Federal agents descended on two marijuana farms in Ventura County owned Glass House Farms located in Camarillo and Carpinteria in Southern California over the summer.

According to reports, anti-ICE protestors were tipped off to the raid after federal agents obtained a search warrant on the marijuana farm.

Amid the chaos, a protestor was caught on video shooting at federal agents. No one was struck by the gunfire.

The anti-ICE rioter who fired shots at federal agents is still at large.

Per the DOJ:

Law enforcement has arrested a total of 10 defendants federally charged in three criminal complaints with engaging in violence and civil disorder against law enforcement officers and property during immigration enforcement actions in Southern California earlier this year, the Justice Department announced today.

Ten defendants are in federal custody. One defendant is in state custody and is expected to be handed over to federal authorities. One defendant is a fugitive. All 12 defendants are charged with federal crimes alleging they committed violence against law enforcement authorities and property.

Insult to Injury: Far-Left Illinois Congressional Candidate Who Got Wrecked by ICE Agent During Rowdy Protest Is Indicted by the Department of Justice

A far-left Illinois Democrat candidate has now received a double-dose of FAFO after trying to foolishly stop ICE agents from deporting illegal aliens.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Katherine Abughazaleh, who is running for Congress in Illinois’s 9th Congressional District, joined other anti-ICE protesters in Broadview last month to block a processing facility used by the agency.

Things quickly got out of control when an ICE agent lost a tear gas canister, which a protester picked up and threw in the direction of NewsNation reporter Ali Bradley.

Chaos continued to unfold when Abughazaleh decided to mess around with ICE. But one brave ICE agent stepped in and promptly took care of Abughazaleh.

As the video below shows, he forcibly dragged her away and proceeded to body slam her onto the ground. She ends up landing hard on her rear.

When Greenwich Patriots first started, a bunch of haters registered us for email updates from a host of Marxist and communist groups in Connecticut.

But rather than unsubscribing, we started paying attention.

Last week, we learned that the 4Cs SEIU 1973, a higher education union in Connecticut, submitted an Op Ed to People’s World, a newspaper described as a “megaphone for the Communist Party,” touting the passage of a resolution calling on the State of Connecticut to adopt an “arms embargo on Israel and divestment of Israeli genocide, apartheid, and illegal occupation of Palestine.”

This week, we learned all about what the Communist Party says is next after “No Kings 2.0” aka the on-going color revolution sponsored by a “who’s who in left-wing activism,” including “Tides, Soros, Rockefeller, Ford, Buffett, and Arabella,” and designed to create social destabilization.

One of the guests on “Good Morning Revolution” was New Haven’s very own Joelle Fishman, the Chair of the Connecticut Communist Party, the head of Communist Party USA PAC, a Commissioner on the City of New Haven Peace Commission (though she is identified as a “democrat” on the City’s website), and an executive board member for the Alliance of Retired Americans in Connecticut.

DUBLIN RISES: Irish Citizens Explode in Wrath After Algerian Migrant Rapes 10-Year-Old Girl – Police Attack Protesters

Irish citizens have had enough, and the police protect the illegals. 

It’s a sad, but repetitive story: in the midst of the invasion of Europe by military-aged males posing as ‘asylum seekers’, a ten-year-old girl in Dublin, Ireland, was raped by an Algerian man who is housed, fed, and clothed by the Irish taxpayer’s money.

While in many EU countries the population has been drawn to apathy, in Ireland a fury has spread like fire among the citizenry, and for two nights the protests have centered around the migrant hotel.

The Guarda (Irish police), always ready to protect the invaders, charged on the protesting citizens, and in turn, officers were attacked with bricks, glass bottles and fireworks as the protest turned violent.

The Telegraph reported:

“Thousands gathered at the Citywest Hotel in Saggart after reports that a 10-year-old girl had been sexually assaulted by an asylum seeker.

Witnesses saw a police van set on fire as protesters waved Irish flags and chanted: ‘Get them out’.

The crowd attempted to breach a police cordon outside the hotel, with some carrying garden forks and other tools.”

Democrats Dominate the Strawman King in Their Mind

Democrats had their party Saturday and…it doesn’t matter. Nothing came of it because nothing was supposed to come from it, the event was simply to make sure the left’s radical muscles don’t atrophy and the Brownshirts don’t turn on them. They need to keep their fringe simmering, events like that help them not boil over as quickly. Most importantly, they need to keep them from thinking, and there’s nothing like a good day of chanting a body odor to keep original thought at bay. 

I managed to avoid all coverage of it, and all news, until Sunday morning. “This Week” loved it like George Stephanopoulos loved Jeffrey Epstein (there’s something about those Clinton people and perverts, isn’t there?), but “Meet the Press” barely touched on it, instead opting for news. Granted, it was poorly done and biased, but it was at least relevant to an audience who wasn’t showerly challenged. 

Personally, I thought of the whole thing as how Democrats are now: the racist, segregationist trash they are – calling for an end to Martin Luther King they way they were. Well, there weren’t any exceptions, not even for MLK, so they must hate him, right? 

Actually, they do – they have rejected pretty much everything related to judging a person by the content of their character and not the color of their skin, haven’t they? That, to me, is more of a rejection of anything “King” related than what they claimed to be upset Donald Trump has done. 

Did you notice how the media cropped the pictures and video? It was either aerial shots or closely cropped pictures with very little activity in the background visible. MSNBC interviewed a lot of their own employees, aka “contributors,” on the streets marching around. This allowed them to give the impression they were covering the event, rather than covering for it.

CIVIL WAR? Trump Administration to Establish “National Guard Response Force” to be Mobilized for Mass Civil Unrest by April 2026

A new memo has been unearthed, showing that the Trump Administration is preparing to mobilize National Guard troops across the nation by April 2026 to stop potential uprisings amid the nationwide No Kings protests and violent anti-ICE protests in cities like Chicago, Illinois, and Portland, Oregon. 

This comes after the Trump administration won a lawsuit over the President’s deployment of National Guard troops in Portland to quell riots against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents. Trump has activated hundreds of California and Texas National Guard troops in Portland and Chicago, but was recently blocked by a Trump-appointed District Court Judge.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, on Monday, the Ninth Circuit allowed President Trump to deploy Oregon National Guard troops to Portland and said he “lawfully exercised his statutory authority under 10 U.S.C. § 12406(3), which authorizes the federalization of the National Guard when “the President is unable with the regular forces to execute the laws of the United States.””

In a separate case, Trump has asked the US Supreme Court to intervene and allow National Guard troops to be deployed in Chicago.

The new memo, obtained exclusively by investigative reporter Anthony Cabassa, outlines the planned implementation of a “National Guard Response Force” (NGRF), which will be used for crowd control and civil disturbance operations in all states, territories, and the District of Columbia.

Units of up to 500 troops will be trained to fully deploy within 24 hours in the case of a violent uprising or riot.

Troops will also be trained and equipped to use non-lethal weapons, including TASER/Oleoresin and Capsicum Spray, according to the memo.

The memo reads in part, “states will train, equip and make NGRFs operational NLT 1 April 2026. NGRFs are required in all 53 States and Territories. The District of Columbia has a unique solution set directed by the Secretary of War. NGRFs will train in civil disturbance operations and prepared to deploy approximately 25% of the force in 8 hours, 50% of the force in 12 hours, and the full response requirement in 24 hours.”

This provides insight into what the Trump Administration expects by spring, given the ongoing uprisings and left-wing insurrection in states across the nation.

Cabassa reports on Substack that a source told him the move is “not normal,” and they “have never seen an order like this before.”

“Hoping this is only to be safe and a precaution, and none of this will be used in a real scenario,” the source said, according to Cabassa.

“It also feels like leadership has intelligence or indications that something more significant could happen between January and May [of 2026]. Otherwise, they wouldn’t be pulling specialized … forces into a role [they] were never meant to fill.”

Wisconsin Democrats Busted for Sharing ‘No Kings’ Protest Pic Wishing Death on President Trump

Over the weekend, Leftists held their “No Kings” protests across the country. The turnout must not have been great, because several people, including Senator Elizabeth Warren, shared a 2017 video of a massive crowd and pretended turn out was high.

In reality, the protests were small and populated by White Leftist boomers. But there were some ugly signs and speakers, including the woman who mocked Charlie Kirk’s assassination, the Leftist in Chicago who called on the crowd to shoot and “take out” ICE agents, and cringe-worthy chants from George Conway.

The Wisconsin Democrats were also busted for sharing a post that included a pic of a protester wishing death on President Trump, a la the French Revolution.

Tell us you know nothing about the French Revolution without telling us you know nothing about the French Revolution.

The WisDems knew it was bad, however, because they deleted the post.

Josh Schoemann, the Republican Washington County Executive who is running for governor, asked the Democrats about it.

School Scrambling After Teacher Goes Viral for Mocking Charlie Kirk’s Death at ‘No Kings’ Protest

The weekend’s “No Kings” protest is turning into a royal pain for one Chicago elementary school.

Nathan Hale Elementary has gone social media dark after one of its teachers was identified as the woman who made a mockery of the assassination of conservative organizer Charlie Kirk, according to the U.K.’s Daily Mail.

But social media critics have been swarming.

According to the Daily Mail, a British-based news outlet with a significant U.S. presence, a teacher at Nathan Hale, Lucy Martinez, was participating in a “No Kings” demonstration  — organized internationally by progressives railing against the Trump administration — when a truck flying a flag in honor of Kirk drove past.

Martinez pointed a finger gun at her neck, mouthing the words “bang, bang.”

Kirk was fatally shot in the neck during an appearance at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, in September.

The video has gone viral, with the Libs of TikTok account on the social media platform X alone generating more than 3.4 million views by early Monday afternoon.

Nathan Hale Elementary has apparently shuttered its website, and its account is no longer available on X.A phone call to the school got a recording stating that the voicemail in-box was full and asking callers to try again later.

The incident drew attention from some well-known conservative figures.

DHS Refers Chicago “NO KINGS” Rioter to DOJ After Calls for Cold-Blooded Murder of ICE Agents: “We Will Hunt You Down, We Will Find You”

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has officially referred a suspect during the “No Kings” protest for prosecution by the Department of Justice (DOJ) after that individual was captured on video threatening agents of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) with cold-blooded murder.

The individual incited violence while surrounded by other protesters chanting anti-law-enforcement and anti-border-agents slogans, as captured by Christopher Sweat, Co-Founder & CEO of Graystak Media.

“You gotta grab a gun. We gotta turn around the guns on this fascist system. These ICE agents gotta get shot and wiped out. This same machinery that’s on full display right there has to get wiped out,” the unhinged man screaming during the “No Kings” protest Saturday.

The individual alleged to have made the threatening comments has been identified by online users as Moises Bernal Puentes, an Adult Education Manager at Chicago’s Wilbur Wright College, American Greatness reported.

However, The Gateway Pundit has not independently verified this claim.

On Monday, Rep. Mary Miller (R-Ill.) urged the Department of Justice to launch an investigation into Puentes’ alleged “criminal threat.”

“Sickening. A staff member at Wilbur Wright College is calling for ICE agents to get “shot” and “wiped out.” This is a criminal threat that should be investigated,” she wrote, tagging the DOJ.

‘Make Assassinations Great Again’: Leftist Demonstrators Call For Murder Of Trump

The “No Kings” protesters are not satisfied with the concept of persuading people to adopt their political views; instead, they want to kill their opposition and then celebrate the death the way they lauded Charlie Kirk’s murder. It sounds like a harsh accusation until you read the signs protesters made and carried during Saturday’s “No Kings” events.

Many were straight calls for murder, and others were so vile that they call into question the sanity of anyone comfortable carrying such words — like the woman with the sloppy cardboard sign scrawled with a marker: “Which one heals faster? (A) Trump’s ear (B) Erika’s heart,” referring to Charlie Kirk’s widow.

There was also this menacing woman, acting out the moment a bullet hit Charlie Kirk’s neck. By Monday morning it was widely reported that she is a public school teacher at Chicago’s Nathan Hale Elementary School, which abruptly shut down its website and X account.
