Pfizer did that because like all the other big pharma companies, their own pipelines had dried up. This was because they sold off all their supply chain assets in the 1980s. Imagine if Ford, Peugeot, BMW etc divested all their design and production capability to let third party companies do it for them. That’s exactly what happened in pharma.

It sparked a massive merger and acquisition extravaganza where the bigger fish ate the smaller fish. That didn’t solve the problem of the patent cliff, of course, but it gave them some breathing space from investor’s banging on CEOs doors.

Then, in 1998, a biologic drug known as a monoclonal antibody (mAb) was approved by US FDA. It was developed and marketed by a company named Genentech, and the drug was called Herceptin, a treatment for breast cancer. It was the first biologic blockbuster drug.

There Are No Licensed COVID Vaccines for Kids Under 12 — But CDC Wants Babies to Get 3 Pfizer Shots by Age 9 Months

Nine-month-old babies must receive multiple doses of an unlicensed mRNA COVID-19 vaccine to be considered “up to date” with their COVID-19 vaccination, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

The CDC’s updated guidance, issued Aug. 30, states that children — as young as 6 months old — should get either two doses of the 2024-2025 Moderna vaccine or three doses of the 2024-2025 Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

If getting the new Pfizer shot, the baby is supposed to receive the first dose at 6 months, the second dose three weeks later and the third dose at least eight weeks after the second dose — meaning, that by 9 months old, babies are supposed to have received three Pfizer shots.

If getting the latest Moderna shot, the CDC recommends babies get the first dose at age 6 months and the second dose a month later.

The latest Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 shots for children under 12 are unlicensed in the U.S. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted only emergency use authorization (EUA) for the vaccines.

Children’s Health Defense (CHD) CEO Mary Holland told The Defender, “The earlier COVID shots have been proven unsafe and ineffective. Now we’re asked to believe that newer versions are miraculously safe and effective?”

“This is an insult to people’s intelligence,” she said, “I pray that parents will have the good sense to say no to these dangerous and unnecessary shots for babies.”

As of July 28, 37,814 deaths following COVID-19 vaccination had been reported to VAERS, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, run by the FDA and CDC.

Of those, 187 reports were for children and teens under 18. Nearly 13,000 reports listed the age as “unknown.”

VAERS analyst and expert Albert Benavides recently told The Defender he believes VAERS is “throttling” and underreporting deaths of all ages following COVID-19 vaccination.

Meanwhile, the CDC continues to tell the public that COVID-19 vaccines are “safe and effective.”

They lied: Canadian government contract with Pfizer states that the long-term efficacy and safety of covid injections was unknown

The Pfizer covid-19 vaccine contract between the Canadian government obtained by The Canadian Independent shows the “long-term effects, efficacy, and adverse effects” of the vaccine were not known at the time the contract was signed and the population was mass vaccinated.

This is the original covid-19 vaccine contract between the Canadian government and Pfizer, dated 26 October 2020. It was obtained exclusively by The Canadian Independent through an access to information request.

Two months later, after the contract was signed, Canada began the process of mass vaccinating its citizens while politicians, public health officials, the CEO of Pfizer, and the mainstream media preached about the Pfizer covid-19 vaccine being “safe and effective.”

What the population was not aware of was what was in the contract. Section 5.5 of the contract, under “Purchaser Acknowledgement,” clearly states: “Purchaser further acknowledges that the long-term effects and efficacy of the Vaccine are not currently known and that there may be adverse effects of the Vaccine that are not currently known.”

PA Trump Rally Shooter Building Reportedly Owned by BlackRock, Managed by Executives from Pfizer

At the Trump Rally in Butler, Pennsylvania last Saturday, a sniper took aim at President Trump, wounding him, killing retired firefighter Corey Comperatore, and seriously wounding two others MAGA patriots.

The building that the sniper was on, part of a complex that also included other snipers working for federal authorities who have not yet been disclosed, is owned by a company called “American Glass Research.” The building is at 615 Whitestown Road in Butler, Pennsylvania.

The location is currently being guarded by the Pennsylvania State Police, and as of Tuesday they had FBI Agents still on the ground. Which is odd, considering that there wasn’t much evidence to be collected on-site according to the official narrative.

American Glass Research has now been identified as partially-owned by BlackRock investments, and whose Executives are formerly with Pfizer. The company bills itself as “a full service independent research and testing laboratory with expertise in testing, design analysis, analytical testing, consulting, training, inspection, product liability and auditing for the glass container industry.”

Pfizer is acquiring drug companies to profit from chronic diseases caused by their own COVID-19 “vaccines”

If you want to know the long-term side effects of the COVID-19 vaccines, pay close attention to Pfizer’s latest acquisitions. Since the rollout of their COVID-19 vaccine, Pfizer has acquired specific pharmaceutical companies that treat immune-inflammatory diseases, heart inflammation and various cancers. As their experimental use vaccine was being mandated on the population (including on the military) Pfizer was investing in drugs that target health conditions that were created and/or exacerbated by their experimental vaccines.

By acquiring Arena Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer was able to control the future of therapeutics for various immune-inflammatory diseases, including drugs that address heart inflammation (myocarditis and pericarditis). These health problems skyrocketed after 2021, when Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccines were unlawfully mandated on populations and haphazardly placed on the CDC’s childhood vaccine schedule. Today, Pfizer is profiting from health issues that they caused, keeping people in a state of illness and pharmaceutical dependence.

Pfizer acquires drug company that treats various cancers, capitalizing on the turbo cancer epidemic

By 2023, Pfizer spent $43 billion of their vaccine profits to acquire Seagen Pharmaceuticals, a little-known drug company that specializes in cancer treatments. Now, Pfizer is profiting from the surge in turbo cancers that are affecting vaccinated people of all age groups. Turbo cancer is a new phenomenon where oncologists describe a new wave of aggressive cancers that that kill people in weeks or days, as opposed to months or years. There’s no doubt that something is causing immunodeficiency. The very thing that populations were told to take to protect those with immunodeficiency has created an entire new class of people with immunodeficiency and turbo cancers. Meanwhile, their destructive biological weapons remain on the market, ensuring that these health issues continue to be profitable ventures for years to come.

RSV Vaccine Now Killing Babies — VAERS Reports

At least two infants died after they were mistakingly given Pfizer’s respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccine along with Nirsevimab, a monoclonal antibody injection approved for infants that’s meant to prevent RSV.

A 29-day-old premature girl died after receiving an RSV shot meant for the elderly, according to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).

“According to the mother, the patient departed the clinic at 1 pm after the vaccine was administered. Subsequently, the patient took a nap and at approximately 8 pm, the father observed that the patient was not breathing. The parents attempted CPR but it was unsuccessful,” the VAERS report said. “Shortly thereafter, the parents called both ambulance and police assistance. Upon the paramedics” arrival, the patient had already deceased; The causes of death are unknown, An autopsy is presently in the process of being investigated. The mother has not yet reported the exact cause of death, information was given via a telephone call.”

A 27-day-old boy also received the RSV shot, which resulted in a similar fate.

The date and cause of death for the patient were unknown. It was not reported if an autopsy was performed. Pfizer purchased companies that produce drugs to treat the same conditions caused by covid vaccines

In 2017 a former vice president of Pfizer blew the whistle and said that pharmaceutical companies intentionally design vaccines to keep the public in a state of illness to profit from the treatments of vaccine-induced illnesses. 

Pfizer’s acquisitions of other pharmaceutical companies since the rollout of its covid vaccine seem to indicate this is indeed the case.

In 2021, Pfizer’s acquisition of Arena Pharmaceuticals raised eyebrows. The purchase price seemed disproportionate to the market size of the drug they acquired – a drug that is a potential therapy for all kinds of immuno-inflammatory diseases, including inflammation of the heart.  As we know, myocarditis began to skyrocket after the rollout of Pfizer’s mRNA vaccines.

In 2023, Pfizer purchased Seagen Pharmaceuticals, known for its cancer drugs.  Was this because of the connection between the mRNA injections and “turbo cancers”?

In 2022, Pfizer purchased Global Blood Therapeutics for its drug to treat sickle cell disease, again for an amount that seemed disproportionate to the profit the company could make off the drug considering how many people have the disease.  Does Pfizer know something we don’t? Will we see a blood cell disease epidemic as well?

4 More U.S. States Sue Pfizer Over False COVID Vaccine Claims

Four additional states will follow Kansas’s lead by filing large-scale lawsuits against pharmaceutical giant Pfizer. These states allege that the company misled the public regarding the safety and efficacy of its COVID-19 vaccine.

Last week, Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach announced that he is suing pharmaceutical giant Pfizer for misleading Kansas residents about the safety and efficacy of its COVID-19 vaccine.

During a press conference in Topeka, alongside Deputy Attorney General Fran Oleen and Assistant Attorneys General Kaley Schrader and Melanie Jack, Kobach detailed the allegations lodged against Pfizer.

“Kansas is filing a civil suit against the Pfizer Corporation under the Kansas Consumer Protection Act, seeking enhanced civil monetary penalties, damages, and injunctive relief for misleading and deceptive statements made in marketing its COVID-19 vaccine. Pfizer also violated previous consent judgments with the state of Kansas, in which Pfizer promised never to use deceptive information to market their products,” said Kobach.

The complaint, lodged today in Thomas County District Court, accuses Pfizer of misleading Kansans about the vaccines’ risks, including potential harm to pregnant women and the risk of myocarditis. The suit further alleges that Pfizer falsely claimed its vaccine was effective against COVID variants, despite evidence to the contrary.

Pfizer CEO says ‘anti-science disinfo’ could cause another HOLOCAUST, compares Pfizer and elite establishment to the Jews

The Holocaust happened because powerful elites spread disinformation framing a small minority as vectors for disease to justify extreme segregation policies, leading eventually to the Final Solution.1

Somehow, Pfizer CEO Dr Albert Bourla thinks Pfizer are the Jews in this analogy.

In a talk on 31 January 2023 for Duke University’s Fuqua Business School, Bourla said that disinformation is “the worst thing that I have seen during this pandemic,” before going on to liken independent scientists questioning “the science” to Goebbels spreading disinformation about the Jews. He warned that if this “anti-science” disinformation continues to spread on social media, we may have another Holocaust.

I’m talking about disinformation. Willingly, knowingly spreading malicious information that usually tries to appeal to the most basic instincts of people that could be fear, xenophobia, which could be any of those things, and clearly anti-science, and is focussing now on the science.”
