Court: Doctors Threatened For Questioning The Covid Regime Can Sue Tyrannical Credentialing Boards

In a landmark case, an appellate court judge has ruled that physicians threatened by credentialing boards for speaking out against Covid policies and abortion have sufficient standing in court.

A year after the case was dismissed by a district court, the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) Educational Foundation filed an appeal for the right to sue the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American Board of Family Medicine, and the secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security for “coordinated” attempts to “censor and chill the speech of physicians,” especially those “who spoke critically of positions taken by Dr. Anthony Fauci, lockdowns, mask mandates, Covid vaccination, and abortion.”

A district court judge had ruled AAPS lacked standing and denied AAPS’s attempt to amend the claim. But in a decision filed June 3, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit reversed the dismissal, and the case has now been remanded to a lower court for discovery and potentially a full trial.

98% of PE reports involve COVID shots

Pulmonary embolism (PE) occurs when a blood clot moves into the lungs and it is dangerous. Using reports in the VAERS database dating back to 1990, about 15,000 reports of PE have accrued over the past 34 years.

But when filtering them down to just those reports which involved COVID shots, you find that almost 98% of all PE reports involved COVID shots.

This majority is even more striking when one realizes that COVID shots make up just below 10% of all shots given in 34 years. Due to 98% of all PE reports involving COVID shots, you would have thought that government regulators would have warned the public about it. You would think that they would have a duty (legal obligation) to do so.

Biodefence: When A Military Coup Took Over Public Health

Lockdown-until-vaccine is not a public health response, it is a response to a bioterror attack, benefiting the biodefense-industrial-complex.

In previous articles, I analyzed government documents showing that the Covid pandemic response in the U.S. was not designed or led by the public health agencies. Rather, it was a biodefense response, led by the National Security Council and FEMA/Department of Homeland Security.

In addition to military/intelligence agencies, the biodefense cartel that ran the Covid response encompassed global pharmaceutical companies enmeshed in public-private partnerships with governments to create and disseminate “countermeasures,” and global NGOs – most notably, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Wellcome Trust – who invest in and benefit from all the activities related to pandemic preparedness, first and foremost: vaccines.

The same thing happened in many countries:

  • Between January and mid-March 2020, the public health agencies were handling the coronavirus outbreak as they would any other. They monitored for local outbreaks where people were getting sick with symptoms, told people not to panic, and gave scientifically and epidemiologically sound advice: no masks necessary; wash your hands and stay home if you’re sick.
  • In mid-March there was a complete reversal on everything: suddenly both the political and the public health officials were saying millions would die if we did not shut everything down and wait for vaccines.

In this article I will discuss how this pattern was repeated in the British Covid pandemic response: the national public health agency was replaced at the helm of the response by military/intelligence entities, and the response switched from public health to lockdown-until vaccine – specifically, as a top UK minister testified – the mRNA vaccine.

Biden regime pressured Amazon to censor at least 43 books that discuss vaccine injuries and Big Pharma fraud

The House Judiciary Committee and its Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government has uncovered a book banning operation at Amazon that involves coercive, unconstitutional directives from Joe Biden’s rogue government. According to the Congressional report, Amazon was ordered by the federal government to change its algorithms to reduce visibility for books that are critical of pharmaceutical executives or vaccines.

The federal government compiled a “Do Not Promote” list that targeted at least 43 book titles, effectively limiting their reach and availability to the public. Representative Jim Jordan, Chair of the Judiciary Committee, highlighted these findings on social media, citing internal Amazon communications that link the censorship to requests from the Biden regime.

The Democrats, not the Republicans, are banning books and censoring important information

On numerous occasions, Joe Biden and his propaganda machine claimed that Republicans are fascists who are trying to ban books and take away our rights. We are constantly reminded that “MAGA Republicans are a threat to democracy!”

However, in 2021 and 2022, the Biden regime conscripted the Department of Homeland Security to target moms and dads who speak up at school board meetings about pornography in school libraries and the bodily restrictions that were forced on kids in the name of “safety.” Parents who stood up for common sense, who tried to get forced masking, pornography and perverse gender ideologies out of the schools were deemed “domestic terrorists” by Biden’s DHS.

Despite what the pandemic industry claims, covid was always going to sharply decline as the virus ran out of susceptible people to infect

Although the pandemic industry claims otherwise, one hundred years of discovery and evidence show that “zero covid” is impossible to achieve. Yet this is the idea that many governments and their collaborators pushed during the covid era.

It is ignorance of the history of discovery and study of respiratory viruses over the last 100 years that ensures that distorted and unrealistic messages such as “zero covid” are easily spread.

What Dr. John Snow discovered more than 100 years ago is still relevant today.  He said in the 1850s that when an agent has run out of susceptibles, its circulation sharply declines in a matter of days or weeks. 

Dr. John Snow was a British surgeon and general practitioner who is considered one of the founders of epidemiology, the study of the spread of diseases. In 1854, he investigated a cholera outbreak in London’s Soho neighbourhood, which was a major turning point in the understanding of the disease.

Snow began by mapping the cases of cholera, noting that they were concentrated around a particular water pump on Broad Street (now Broadwick Street). He also interviewed local residents and collected data on the cases.

Snow’s investigation led him to conclude that the outbreak was caused by contaminated water from the Broad Street pump. He discovered that the pump was located near a cesspit, which was a common source of sewage and waste. Snow’s data showed that people who drank water from the pump were more likely to contract cholera than those who did not.

New study may have identified an “off switch” for spike proteins produced in the body caused by mRNA injections

Covid-19 mRNA “vaccines” have shown wider distribution in the body than initially claimed, raising concerns about unintended effects and the need for an “off switch” to stop ongoing spike protein production. A recent study identifies a treatment that may act as an “off switch.”

A preprint study led by Dr. Peter McCullough suggests using siRNA and RIBOTACs to target and degrade residual mRNA from covid-19 vaccines, potentially mitigating long-term health risks associated with persistent spike protein production.

The study proposes using siRNA and RIBOTACs as potential methods to bind to and degrade vaccine mRNA in cells, offering a targeted approach to prevent adverse events from mRNA-based therapies.

“Long vax” symptoms, similar to long covid, have been reported following vaccination, including fatigue, brain fog, numbness and cardiovascular issues, highlighting the need for effective treatments for those affected.

Another study led by McCullough found a significant increase in cerebral thromboembolism risk associated with covid-19 vaccines compared to other vaccines, leading to calls for a moratorium on their use.

Our world is being led by the obtuse

The primary casualty of our New Abnormal is the truth, but even with society’s new brainwashing perhaps it’s still okay to go ahead and say what must be said: Our world is now being led by people dumber than a door knob.  (Here I apologize to door knobs, which don’t harm anyone and actually are a very good invention).

The reason more people should start calling dumb asses what they really are is that the stupidest among us are everywhere and hold virtually every important leadership position. And the people and organizations that are “leading” us are now killing and harming vast swaths of the world population.

Forrest Gump’s wise mother told her son how to identify stupid people: “Stupid is as Stupid does,” she said.

We know people are stupid because they say, do and believe stupid things.

As it turns out, Covid was history’s greatest IQ/litmus test.

Forget SAT scores or those credentials the Scarecrow never had. Forget fancy job titles at prestigious organizations. If you believed – and still believe – all the ridiculous Covid hokum, you were and always will be certifiably stupid.

Biden’s FDA rushed COVID-19 vaccine approval for children despite experts’ appeals for more time to study negative effects

The Biden administration pressured medical professionals to rush approval of the COVID-19 vaccine for children before there was sufficient testing to ascertain its safety, experts have testified, and when top FDA vaccine experts asked for more time to study the side effects of the jabs in young adults and children, they were fired.

This is according to testimony before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Administrative State, Regulatory Reform, and Antitrust this week looking into the politicization of the FDA during the pandemic.

The subcommittee also released an interim staff report about the topic, “Politics, Private Interests, and the Biden Administration’s Deviation from Agency Regulations in the COVID-19 Pandemic,” which explained how the Biden administration pressured the FDA to work outside of its regulatory authority to cut corners and change procedures to push through authorization of the Pfizer jab and booster shots, which effectively enabled them to issue vaccine mandates even as concerns persisted about vaccine injury.

During the hearing, Chairman Thomas Massie (R-Kentucky) read testimony from the former director of the FDA’s vaccine office, Dr. Marion Gruber. She told the FDA’s top vaccine regulator, Dr. Peter Marks, that the vaccine needed to undergo more testing in younger people, especially males aged 12 to 17. However, Dr. Marks reportedly brushed off her concerns.

Massie recounted: “Right when they were getting the warnings that myocarditis and pericarditis are real and serious side effects to the vaccine, the top scientists at FDA had already agreed to compress the schedule as much as possible, right when they got the message that there were serious side effects.”

Covid Vaccine Injuries Go Mainstream in Australia

Propaganda narratives shift slowly over time to absorb aspects of undeniable reality, whilst minimising damage to the interests of those benefiting from the big lie.

First, the Covid vaccines were safe and effective, and we were set to experience a pandemic of the unvaccinated. Get vaccinated to protect your community!

Next, the shots were safe and effective, but with rare side-effects, mostly mild. Still, the benefits outweighed the risks. Get vaccinated to protect your healthcare system!

In the latest narrative update, experts say all the shots except AstraZeneca’s are safe and effective, and they admit that vaccine injuries can be life-ruining, though still very rare. But Covid is worse. Get vaccinated to protect against Long Covid!

In an ‘After Covid’ Spotlight special on commercial media channel 7NEWS over the weekend, a panel of experts reflected on Australia’s Covid response. Tellingly, vaccine safety (or rather, lack thereof) occupied 17 out of a total 53 minutes, more than a quarter of the airtime.

Pandemic Preparedness: Arsonists Run the Fire Department

Imagine if you will, an exceptionally ambitious city Fire Department, located in a city with very few naturally occurring fires.

These ambitious firemen don’t have nearly enough work, prestige, or pay for their liking. Uninterested in simply polishing their trucks, lifting weights, and cooking chili, these firemen want more. A lot more.

They construct a plan. They will start a research program, funded by taxpayers, whereby they will develop an arsenal of the biggest, scariest, most flammable products on earth. They will justify this program under the pretense that these destructive creations are absolutely necessary for the development of bigger and better fire extinguishers. Incidentally, they will also develop, market, and sell these fire extinguishers themselves.

These proprietary fire extinguishers will net the ambitious firemen an incredible fortune – if they can just get every man, woman, and child in the city to buy one.

The Fire Department, working with the corporations that would manufacture their miracle extinguishers, actively publicizes the supposedly tremendous, ever-increasing risk of fires that they claim threaten the population. According to the ambitious firemen, risk factors for worsened fires are everywhere and are ever-increasing – global warming, population growth, take your pick – and the next “big one” is just around the corner. 

Credulous, fearful citizens and heavily lobbied politicians fall for their story, pumping ever more tax dollars into the Fire Department’s research and development program.

The Fire Department develops and grows its stockpile of manufactured fire super-hazards, until one day…

OOPS! 

Somehow, one of the flammable products is released, and a raging conflagration ensues. No one knows exactly how it started – in fact, the chief firemen gather together and publicly deny that any of their products could be responsible. 

But by terrifying the public and confusing the politicians, the firemen coerce the population to shelter in place and follow their strict instructions, lest they perish in the holocaust. After all, the firemen are the experts. 

They heavily promote their special fire extinguishers as the only solution, even managing to get water outlawed for firefighting purposes! (Water wouldn’t work on this kind of fire, they insist. Only the Fire Department’s special extinguishers will suffice.)

Using a huge injection of taxpayer funds, the Fire Department gets their fire extinguishers built in record time, and they hard-sell them to everyone they possibly can. In the meantime, large swaths of the city burn to the ground. And due to the fire extinguishers’ poor design and hasty construction, these devices turn out to be every bit as deadly as the fire, if not worse, for their damaging effects linger long after the fire has burned itself out.

But the firemen and their corporate cronies have secured their fortunes.

The bewildered, traumatized population can’t figure out what happened, any more than the feckless politicians. The Fire Department emerges as the most powerful entity in the city. They resume their “research,” fortified by their growing wealth and power. 

After all, the next big conflagration is just around the corner.

Sound implausible? Think again. Because in the realm of “pandemic preparedness,” the arsonists are running the Fire Department.
