HHS So Confident an Influenza Pandemic Will Be Declared It’s Developing ‘Day One’ Vaccines, SAM.gov RFI Reveals

In a June Request for Information (RFI) titled “Protection Before Day One Vaccine: Advancing Broadly Protective Seasonal Influenza Vaccines with Pandemic Coverage,” the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is asking the biotechnology industry to develop influenza vaccines before the next pandemic begins, reflecting a level of planning that treats another influenza pandemic as a matter of when, not if.

HHS is therefore confident that there will be a future determination by authorities that an influenza pandemic has begun.

The proposal follows a series of federal future influenza pandemic-orchestrating initiatives, including Congress seeking $3.3 billion for a future influenza pandemic, HHS funding experiments determining how to make H5 influenza more pathogenic, HHS funding the creation of never-before-seen chimeric H6Nx bird flu viruses said to carry immune-evasion traits, and DARPA/NIH-funded scientists reprogramming dormant influenza parts with new replication and competition-suppressing functions.

It also comes after U.S. taxpayers funded the research behind Moderna’s new mRNA-1010 influenza vaccine and an FDA—which is under HHS—advisory committee backed the shot despite providing less than a 1% absolute benefit.

The initiatives raise a fundamental national security question: Why is the government simultaneously investing in making influenza viruses more dangerous while preparing “Day One” vaccines for the influenza pandemic it appears to expect?

Fauci, vast majority of scientists he consulted didn’t believe ‘wet market’ COVID origin: ‘diary’

Neither Anthony Fauci nor the vast majority of scientists consulted by the then-director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases accepted the Chinese “wet market” theory of COVID-19 origin in early 2020, before they changed the official consensus in the “Proximal Origin” paper several weeks later, according to purported Fauci diary entries published by Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky.

“It now appears using epi data and genomic data that the first infection was in early December and was not connected to the market,” Fauci allegedly wrote in his personal notes Jan. 26, 2020 after the Chinese health minister said the novel coronavirus was spreading asymptomatically.

“Remember, early on the Chinese were saying that there is no human to human transmission and all the original 27 cases were from the market,” Fauci allegedly wrote, referring to the Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market about 12 kilometers from the Wuhan Institute of Virology, the prime suspect for the lab-leak theory. “Now we know the market was not the source, it was the amplifier.”

Fauci’s alleged Feb. 1, 2020 personal notes recount the phone call that eventually produced the Proximal Origin paper, which concluded natural origin was the only credible explanation for COVID’s emergence.

Only two of a dozen scientists on the call were “sure that this could occur naturally and we should not waste our time and divert effort to pursue this,” Fauci said, referring to the possibility that SARS-CoV-2’s unusual ability to easily infect humans was engineered. One of those two worked on gain-of-function research, he said.

According to Fauci, “the rest felt that deliberate insertion [virus engineering] was possible and given the fact that Dr. Zheng-Li Shi at the University of Wuhan has been working for years in GOF in coronaviruses to allow adaptation of the spike protein to bind to the human ACE2 receptor, we could not let this go.”

Paul has not answered Just the News on the nature of Fauci’s purported diary, reproduced in Paul’s 1,141-page document titled “Tony’s Diary Package,” published Saturday afternoon. The entries begin Dec. 30, 2019.

“Dr. Anthony Fauci took meticulous notes about his work,” Paul’s preface reads. “He made note of conversations, decisions, and his thoughts about actions taken by politicians and other officials. This is his own historical record containing almost-daily entries,” many of which “completely undermine the official narrative that Fauci and other public health officials espoused.”

Fauci Bragged in His Diary About Forcing California and New York to Shut Down Schools After Years of Claiming ‘I Had Nothing to Do With It’

Newly released entries from Dr. Anthony Fauci’s personal diary show that the longtime NIAID director was not only deeply involved in closing down schools across the country but was actively proud of his role in getting California and New York to send millions of children home as he dictated the nation’s disastrous COVID response.

This directly contradicts Fauci’s repeated public claims that he had “nothing to do with” school closures, a lie he peddled for years even as American kids suffered catastrophic learning loss, mental health crises, and social isolation under the policies he helped create.

The bombshell comes from the 1,141-page “Tony’s Diary” package released this week by Senator Rand Paul, Chairman of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, ahead of Fauci’s sworn testimony before the panel on Wednesday.

Fauci has repeatedly insisted publicly that critics were wrong to blame him for the school closures.

“They always come back and say, Fauci was responsible for closing schools. I had nothing to do—I mean, let’s get down to the facts,” he claimed in 2022.

Federal Court Rules For Woman Fired For Refusing COVID-19 Vaccine

Kaiser Permanente wrongly fired an employee who declined to receive a COVID-19 vaccine because she gave proper notice to the company of her religious objection to COVID-19 vaccination, a federal appeals court has ruled.

Mimi Weiss, who worked for Kaiser Permanente’s The Permanente Medical Group for 20 years before being fired, “plausibly alleged that she provided notice of her religious conflict with the mandate in her initial request for a religious exemption,” Circuit Judge Danielle Forrest wrote on July 24 for a unanimous panel of judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Weiss was working fully remotely, or off-site, in August 2021 as a senior managerial consultant when Kaiser Permanente imposed a COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Weiss, a Christian Jew, within weeks filed for a religious exemption, and Kaiser Permanente initially approved the request.

In September 2021, though, Kaiser Permanente said employees had submitted religious accommodation requests with identical language. Expressing concern that some of the requests were not legitimate, the company asked employees to file fresh requests using their own words. Officials then asked Weiss new questions, including, “What else besides the COVID-19 vaccine do you refuse to put in your body as a result of your religious belief?”

Weiss said she would not provide private information. Kaiser Permanente placed her on unpaid leave. Then it fired her for not complying with the mandate, prompting a lawsuit by Weiss.

A federal judge in 2024 ruled against her, concluding that Weiss had not provided Kaiser Permanente with sufficient notice of the conflict between receiving a vaccine and her beliefs.

The Ninth Circuit ruling overturns that decision, pointing to a previous opinion in which the appeals court said that to provide notice, an employee must only give “enough information about [her] religious needs to permit the employer to understand the existence of a conflict,” and that requiring any more details “would permit an employer to delve into the religious practices of an employee in order to determine whether religion mandates the employee’s adherence.”

Applying that framework to the current case means that Weiss did give adequate notice, the panel said, because she identified herself as a Christian Jew, listed specific doctrines that she said barred her from receiving a COVID-19 vaccine, and outlined her belief that she should not “introduce foreign substances” into her “body temple” that would “change how [her] Creator designed it.”

In a split 2-1 decision, the panel also said that Weiss has shown sufficient evidence to bring forth allegations that Kaiser Permanente violated her right to privacy.

Kaiser Permanente did not return a request for comment by publication time.

“I never imagined my faith would end up costing me my job,” Weiss said in a statement.

“I wasn’t asking Kaiser for special treatment, just the freedom to live according to my conscience. After 20 years of service, I didn’t think that was too much to ask.

“I’m grateful the court recognized that religious employees should not have to give up their beliefs or their privacy to keep their jobs.”

RFK Jr. Says HHS Found Fauci Diaries Across 11 Different Servers

Health officials located the diaries of Dr. Anthony Fauci across nearly a dozen different servers, Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said on July 27.

“It took us about eight months to dig these out of 11 separate servers, where they had been sequestered and secreted,” Kennedy said during an appearance on Fox News.

After obtaining the private entries of Fauci, who was the head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) from 1984 to 2022, officials with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) handed over the documents to Sens. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and Ron Johnson (R-Wis.). The senators have been investigating the origins of COVID-19 and the response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Paul, the chairman of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, subsequently released diary entries from December 2019 through December 2022, combined into one document.

“I think the starkest impression that you get from reading these diaries is this massive dichotomy between what he was saying privately and what he was simultaneously saying publicly,” Kennedy, whose HHS oversees NIH, said on Fox.

Fauci’s institute had provided funding to a Wuhan laboratory to run experiments on coronaviruses, at least one of which added a feature to a virus. A 2018 research proposal outlined work that would insert a feature called a furin cleavage site into a coronavirus, which may have been done at the Wuhan lab.

In a diary entry, Fauci recounted how, during a Feb. 1, 2020, call, 9 of the 11 scientists felt that deliberate insertion of the furin cleavage site into the COVID-19 virus was possible, noting past work done at the Wuhan lab.

Fauci, though, repeatedly promoted the theory in public that the virus, known as SARS-CoV-2, came from nature.

“There was a study recently that we can make available to you, where a group of highly qualified evolutionary virologists looked at the sequences there and the sequences in bats as they evolve,” Fauci told a White House briefing in April 2020. “And the mutations that it took to get to the point where it is now is totally consistent with a jump of a species from an animal to a human.”

That paper, “The Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2,” said that “SARS-CoV-2 is not a laboratory construct or a purposefully manipulated virus” and that no lab-based scenario was plausible.

Fauci was involved with crafting the paper, emails released by Paul show, and the paper’s authors doubted their conclusions both before and after the study’s publication, according to messages made public by Paul and others.

The following month, in May 2020, Fauci told National Geographic that there was no scientific evidence that COVID-19 was made in any lab in China.

Fauci also said in his diary that he had convinced the mayor of New York City to close schools.

“I had a similar call with Ann O’Leary, the [chief of staff] of Gov. Gavin Newsom of California,” Fauci wrote. “Ann said that based on my TV appearances today and yesterday, the Governor has decided to close the schools in California as well as the bars and restaurants.”

Fauci said in a 2022 interview that he had “nothing to do” with schools being closed.

Fauci declined to testify to Paul’s committee on a voluntary basis, prompting the senator in June to subpoena Fauci. The doctor is scheduled to testify before the committee on Wednesday.

Fauci, who has not responded to requests for comment, is covered against many possible charges by a preemptive pardon provided by former President Joe Biden.

RFK Jr. Reveals the COVID Vaccine Secret That Fauci Hid From Americans

For years, Dr. Anthony Fauci assured Americans that the COVID-19 vaccines were safe and effective. What he never mentioned, according to Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., is that he may have suffered one of those “rare” adverse events himself, and he hid it from the country while publicly insisting such injuries weren’t happening.

Kennedy appeared on Fox News’s The Ingraham Angle to discuss the newly released diary entries that Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) made public, entries that document Fauci’s day-to-day life during the pandemic, on top of his disturbing obsession with himself and the power he wielded during the pandemic. When Laura Ingraham asked whether there would be any accountability for the trillions of dollars lost, the ruined education of America’s children, and the shattered reputation of the public health establishment, Kennedy didn’t hesitate.

“Yeah, and millions of people injured,” Kennedy said. “So he lied about masks, he lied about social distancing, he lied about the transmission, he lied about natural immunity, he lied about the capacity, as you just said, of the vaccine to prevent infection.”

Then came the bombshell.

“He got vaccinated at a very, very public press conference in January of 2021,” Kennedy said, noting that five months later, the diary reveals, Fauci “had a pulmonary infarction, which is one of the adverse events that NIH, CDC and FDA said are expected from the vaccine.”

“He never told anybody,” Kennedy said. “He got treated for it privately by the best doctors in America at the same time, he was telling everybody that was not an adverse event.”

Think about that for a second. The man who badgered every American into taking the shot, insisting it was perfectly safe, appears to have experienced one of the exact injuries his own agencies flagged, then quietly got elite private care while assuring the public that such reactions weren’t real. Ordinary Americans who reported similar problems got dismissed and mocked. Fauci got the best doctors in America.

Czech data shows that those who got the Moderna vaccine died more

For the first time, I show the directly standardized survival curves for each 5 year age group in the Czech Republic using the publicly released record-level data.

This data consistently shows the people who got the Moderna vaccine were much more likely to die than those of the same age who got the Pfizer shot. The relative risk (RR) was >1.5 for those under age 60 which is a huge difference.

The comorbidity distribution for both groups of a given age range was very similar (SMD=.05)

This isn’t because Pfizer is more protective of a COVID death because the differences were not specific to COVID periods (and were too large to be explained by effectiveness differences).

There are two remaining explanations:

  1. The Moderna vaccine was more deadly
  2. There was a systematic distribution of vaccines in Czech Republic that no matter what age you were, if you were more likely to die, you were given the Moderna shots.

Explanation is 2 is much less likely because there was no systematic bias in vaccine distribution by brand, and even if there were, the fact that the DCCI distributions were similar and that the younger you were, the more pronounced the effect, would be unusual since 45 year old people are not concentrated in elderly homes and hospital beds.

So the most likely explanation is Moderna was more deadly.

Fauci Diaries: Anthony Fauci Ran to Obama for PR Help, Obama Called Trump a ‘Hopeless Idiot… Pathological Liar’

Former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) chief Anthony Fauci ran to former President Barack Obama as his public image deteriorated during the coronavirus pandemic, recording that Obama referred to Donald Trump as a “hopeless idiot” and “pathological liar.”

The diary entries — released by Rep. Rand Paul (R-KY), Chairman of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs ahead of Fauci’s testimony before the committee — provide a look into Fauci’s personal thinking throughout the pandemic, seemingly cherishing his own rise to fame more than anything else. Many entries show Fauci marveling over his popularity and gushing over his many media appearances. At one point, he reveled in what he described as his “explosive and really unimaginable” fame.

But when the tide began to turn, Fauci did not know how to handle it and desperately reached out to the far left for help in restoring his tattered image. He received quite a bit of bad press as the public grew weary of the coronavirus lies, blatant displays of hypocrisy, and the continued demonization of those refusing to get the vaccines (which did not prevent transmission of the virus or prevent a recipient from contracting it, contrary to initial claims from public health officials).

In April 2022, for instance, Fauci was still making grandiose statements like, “You use lockdowns to get people vaccinated so that when you open up, you won’t have a surge of infections.”

On top of that, taxpayer watchdog White Coast Waste Project brought attention to some other horrific studies reportedly under his leadership. Notably, the Trump administration stopped the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) beagle experimentation.

“Now they have begun harassing campaign where I am getting does [sic] is in dozens of calls on my cell phone using FaceTime from numbers that I do not recognize which are clearly people who now have my cell phone number for harassing me about the Beagle study,” Fauci lamented in his diary.

“It is so very clear now that this is a concerted effort to discredit me and assassinate my character. We have counted [sic] the attacks regarding the Beagle dog experiments, but still the attacks continue falsely claiming that NIAID funded the studies,” he wrote.

As PR turned sour on a range of fronts, Fauci ran to Obama for advice.

In a Nov. 4, 2021 diary entry, Fauci wrote, “Leslie Dach had contacted Barack Obama to ask him to give me a call to see what he could do to counter the slanderous lies there have been coming from the far right press, extreme right elements in society, and even several members of the Senate and the House.”

He revealed that Obama called him and “offered to help in any way that he can. He started off the conversation by saying that he was concerned about me and how I was holding up under this onslaught of slanderous lies.”

“HE SAID THAT I WAS A ‘CIVILIAN’ and that I should not have to put with this nonsense. He as a politician is used to this, but I have done nothing but serve that American public and the world for decades. He expressed concern that this would interfere with my important work on behalf of the American people,” he said, asserting that Obama offered to call “Ron Klain and or Jeff Zients to ask them to have the administration be proactive in countering these lies.”

“President Obama said that he would call up Jeff Zients and tell him to mobilize some of the people in the administration to proactively go out and defend me. I told President Obama about the crazy things that the far-right Republicans were doing including the fact that Donald Trump, Jr. had on his website the sale of sweatshirts and T-shirts to collect money for his campaign and on the T-shirts and sweatshirts it said ‘Fauci kills puppies,’” Fauci wrote.

“Obama said that Donald Trump junior is ‘A fucking moron.’ He apologized for using crude language but then went on to say that Donald Trump was a hopeless idiot who was a pathologic liar,” Fauci continued — an ironic claim, given that Fauci continued to lie to the public about the coronavirus throughout his rise to fame, even recording the mortality rate to be much lower than he was publicly stating in this very diary.

Fauci also asserted that Obama was “very upset that none of the moderate Republicans were actually speaking out on my behalf and were distancing themselves from all of this terrible slanderous behavior against me.”

Days later, Fauci wrote about a successful phone call with Eric Schultz “at the request of Barack Obama,” adding, “I am very thankful to Barack Obama for helping to set up this meeting with Eric.” He also praised articles defending him from the revelations made by White Coat Waste (WCW) during that time.

“From the moment we exposed Beaglegate, the Washington establishment — bureaucrats, politicians and the corporate media — circled the wagons to defend Fauci over his funding of deadly dog labs. Now, Fauci’s own diary reveals that former President Barack Obama personally helped him coordinate a covert damage-control campaign to discredit White Coat Waste after we ignited what the Washington Post called ‘the biggest firestorm yet for Fauci,’” Justin Goodman, Senior Vice President of WCW, said in light of these diary revelations.

ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN and MS NOW ignore Fauci diary entries that reveal fixation on fame during COVID

Eye-popping diary entries written by Dr. Anthony Fauci reveal the former White House COVID advisor was fixated on his newfound celebrity at the height of the global pandemic, but anyone who relies on legacy media outlets for news and information may not be aware. 

ABC News, NBC News, CBS News, CNN and MS NOW’s on-air broadcasts ignored Fauci’s diary entries from the time they were released on Saturday afternoon through Monday at 9 a.m. ET when flagship morning shows had concluded, according to a search of transcripts using Grabien Media. 

Released by Senate Homeland Security Committee Chairman Rand Paul, R-Ky., the journals chronicle Fauci’s day-to-day role during the COVID-19 crisis through conversations with President Donald Trump, governors and world leaders, media appearances, and his personal observations as the pandemic unfolded in 2020.

Paul, a longtime Fauci critic who frequently clashed with him over the federal response and the origins of the virus, made the diaries public as part of the committee’s ongoing oversight investigation. The diary entries document Fauci’s fondness of his newfound fame, cozy relationships with a variety of legacy media personalities, his growing frustration with the Trump White House and the suggestion that it was “not hyperbole” to say he was “the most famous and talked about person in the country.”

The diary entries exploded on social media but appear to have been ignored by mainstream news networks. 

“NBC Nightly News” failed to mention the story over the weekend and NBC continued to look the other way Monday morning on “Today,” according to Grabien transcripts. On ABC, “World News Tonight” and “Good Morning America” followed the same pattern, while “CBS’ Evening News” and “CBS Mornings” didn’t find anything newsworthy, either.  

Sunday affairs programs such as ABC’s “This Week,” NBC’s “Meet the Press” and CBS’ “Face the Nation” also declined to cover Fauci’s diary.

Fauci Diary Shows He Lied to the Public About Coronavirus Fatality Rate

Former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) chief Anthony Fauci publicly lied about the coronavirus’s fatality rate, initially telling the public it was 2 to 2.5 percent but privately recording in his diary that it was “more like 0.2-0.3%.”

This explosive revelation is found in Fauci’s personal diary documenting his day-to-day duties in the early days of the Trump administration’s coronavirus response. Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), Chairman of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, released the diary ahead of Fauci’s appearance before the committee.

In a February 2020 entry, Fauci recorded the number of cases as well as his many media appearances. He also surmised that the mortality rate of the virus was “more like 0.2-0.3 % rather than 2.0%.”

The entry reads:

Tom Frieden called me this AM and we discussed various aspects of the outbreak. He and I are on the same page in thinking tht [sic] this is acting like a bad influenza in its transmissibility and that the denominator is much greater than 34,867 (above) making the case fatality rate (CFR) more like 0.2-0.3 % rather than 2.0%.

However, that is not what Fauci was saying publicly around that time.

During a March appearance on Hannity, Fauci said the mortality for the coronavirus is “about two, two and a half percent.”

“The mortality for seasonal flu is 0.1. The mortality for this is about two, two and a half percent. It’s probably lower than that. It’s probably closer to one. But even if it’s one, it’s ten times more lethal than the seasonal flu. You got to make sure that people understand,” Fauci said.

That same month, testifying before Congress, Fauci touted those same figures yet again:

Well, understand that the seasonal flu that we deal with every year has a mortality of 0.1 percent. The stated mortality overall of this, when you look at all the data, including China, is about 3 percent. It first started off as two, and now three. I think if you count all the cases of minimally symptomatic or asymptomatic infection, that probably brings the mortality rate down to somewhere around one percent, which means it is ten times more lethal than the seasonal flu.

I think that’s something that people can get their arms around and understand. I mean, people always say, well, the flu. You know, the flu does this. The flu does that. The flu has a mortality of 0.1 percent. This has a mortality of 10 times that. And that’s the reason why I want to emphasize we have to stay ahead of the game in preventing this.

That same month during an appearance on the Daily Show, Fauci told Trevor Noah that “the mortality is about 0.1 percent” for the seasonal flu.

“That’s a lot, and we get used to that morbidity and mortality, but the mortality of this is about 10 times that. It’s at least 1 percent,” Fauci said.

Yet, those figures are not what he recorded in his personal diary in that February entry.
