Biden-Harris regime has “better things to do” than help victims of Helene, the deadliest hurricane since Katrina

As Hurricane Milton has just been downgraded into a post-tropical cyclone and left at least 10 people killed and three million people in the dark as of press time, desperate victims of Hurricane Helene are still waiting for the Biden-Harris administration’s financially depleted Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to realize that they need its help.

Americans from Florida to North Carolina continue to deal with the devastating consequences of Helene, which is considered the deadliest hurricane to hit the U.S. since Katrina. Unlike Hurricane Katrina, which received non-stop coverage on cable news for weeks, with primetime anchors like Anderson Cooper visiting on location covering stories of human tragedy and government incompetence, Helene’s aftermath has received far less coverage.

According to analysts, news about the horrifying damage of Helene has just proliferated on social media. What makes it worse is that there was a lack of government assistance and private efforts from private individuals were more evident.

An account on X even exposed FEMA’s instruction to Mission Hospital, a private medical institution, to recover the bodies who were killed because of Hurricane Helene, and even expand the number of fatalities. FEMA people said that this is because they could no longer assist in this operation as their officials are too busy helping illegal migrants at the border. (Related: Too busy helping illegals: FEMA passes responsibility to a private hospital for body recovery post-Helene.)

“Picked up a flight of pediatric medical supplies that were brought in and are going to North Asheville,” the woman said. “We were sitting in the private portion of the airport and we got to overhear an awful lot. There was a lot of chatter among the army pilots, the navy pilots, hospital representatives.”

According to the woman, a FEMA executive told people from the hospital that “it is going to be the morgue center for body recovery of all the fatalities of Helene.”

“So, they told Mission Hospital they are not sending refrigerated trucks,” she said. “Whatever fatality numbers you are hearing, add a couple of zeros.”

Repeated Attempts on Trump’s Life: A Major Threat to Democracy Ignored by the Administration

Kamala Harris and Joe Biden have repeatedly called Trump a threat to democracy, while ignoring the real threat posed the many assassination attempts against him.

The fact that Iran has been linked to at least one of these attacks and that the FBI warned Trump that Iran is trying to kill him should be ringing alarm bells all over Washington. Instead, the media is downplaying the attacks.

Democrats and liberals on Twitter are either mocking the situation or criticizing Trump for bringing up these assassination attempts.

Meanwhile, the administration, beyond issuing an official statement, has made no effort to recognize or address the ongoing pattern of threats.

Due to the media and the administration’s disregard, most Americans believe there have only been two attempts, when in reality, the actual number is more than double that.

There have been more than four attempts or plots on Donald Trump’s life, each highlighting the ongoing threat to his security. In 2016, at a Las Vegas rally, British national Michael Steven Sandford attempted to seize a police officer’s gun to assassinate Trump but was arrested and later deported.

Fast forward to July 2024, during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, where Thomas Matthew Crooks shot Trump in the ear, injuring others and killing one attendee before being taken down by Secret Service agents.

Just a day before this shooting, Asif Merchant, a Pakistani national allegedly tied to Iranian operatives, was arrested for plotting to assassinate Trump and other U.S. officials after hiring an undercover FBI agent posing as a hitman.

Another attempt came in September 2024 when Ryan Wesley Routh was arrested at Trump’s golf course in West Palm Beach, Florida, armed with an AK-47 and charged with attempted assassination.

Most recently, in October 2024, Vem Miller was arrested near a Trump rally in Coachella, California, with an AK-47 and other weapons, though officials later stated that Trump was not in immediate danger.

Repeated assassination attempts or plots against a political figure like Donald Trump pose a significant threat to the stability of democracy.

The Biden Regime Has Just Issued a Very Suspicious Directive Permitting Military Intervention in US Domestic Affairs

The Department of Homeland Security has flagged individuals questioning COVID-19 origins, vaccine efficacy, and election integrity as potential domestic terrorism threats.

Is a coup being set in place?

A new Department of Defense directive 5240.01 issued September 27, 2024, just prior to the November presidential election allows the US military to use lethal force against American citizens in assisting police authorities in domestic disturbances.

A report on this development lists these civil liberties concerns:

Right to protest: There are fears that expanded authority could suppress legitimate protests.

Privacy rights: Increased military involvement in domestic intelligence gathering could infringe on privacy.

Due process: The military’s role in law enforcement could bypass standard due process protections.

Freedom of speech: The broad definition of “national security threats” could target individuals for their political beliefs.

Civilian control: The expanded military role could erode civilian oversight of the military.

Here are some Constitutional concerns:

Challenging the Posse Comitatus Act: This Act traditionally limits the powers of the federal government in using military personnel for domestic law enforcement. The new DoD directive, by permitting the use of lethal force through military assistance in civilian law enforcement, may push the boundaries of these limitations.

Potential First Amendment Concerns: Natural health advocates and others exercising their First Amendment rights, such as questioning the government’s response to COVID-19 or the integrity of elections, have been labeled as potential domestic extremists and/or terrorists by some agencies. This directive could expand those classifications into scenarios involving lethal force interventions, potentially chilling free speech under the guise of national security.

Fourth Amendment Considerations: This directive also allows intelligence sharing between military and law enforcement under emergency conditions, raising questions about the right to privacy and the potential for expanded surveillance.

Due Process Implications (Fifth Amendment): The possibility of military use of lethal force in domestic scenarios introduces concerns about how due process protections might be maintained before potentially life-altering decisions are made.

Why these ominous changes one month before the election? Is something in the works? Why is there no reporting and no debate on this change in policy?

Here is the Directive: https://www.esd.whs.mil/Portals/54/Documents/DD/issuances/dodd/524001p.PDF?ver=UpTwJ66AyyBgvy7wFyTGbA%3d%3d

Here is the report: https://stateofthenation.co/?p=256688

Ever since the CIA used the Washington Post and the media to cover up the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, the term, “conspiracy theory,” introduced by the CIA, has been used by the presstitutes and government to demonize truth and those who speak truth, and to protect official narratives, such as “Saddam Hussein’s weapons of mass destruction.”

Unless Trump cuts a deal with Democrats not to hold them accountable and also a deal with the Ruling Elite not to interfere with their control, I can see no way that either will permit Trump to be President.

How Joe Biden’s fury at being ‘overthrown’ by Kamala Harris now threatens to derail his VP’s campaign

Lingering anger from Joe Biden‘s staffers at him dropping out of the race after a relentless campaign from Democrats to oust him has led to tension with Kamala Harris‘ campaign team, a bombshell report reveals.

Biden, 81, has appeared to undercut Harris at least four times in recent weeks during the critical final stages of the 2024 race that could be one of the closest in history.

He made a surprise White House briefing room appearance during one of her rallies and praised Ron DeSantis‘ response to the hurricanes that devastated his state, while she accused him of playing politics.

Now a new report from Axios with quotes from 10 anonymous insiders says  resentment from bruised Biden aides has led to friction.

While Biden’s inner circle is throwing its weight behind Harris to beat Donald Trump in November, staffers are still wounded by how their boss was unceremoniously pushed off of the Democratic ticket.

Harris aides claim that the Biden team is deliberately not working with them as a result.

Do they WANT American Troops to Die?

Biden Administration mismanagement – or worse – from day one of the latest Israeli multi-front war in the Middle East has led us to where we are today, at the brink of an all-out regional war with some 40,000 US troops and multiple US military bases in the region with targets on their back.

Biden’s blank check to Israel after the attacks of October 7, 2023, to launch multiple wars against its neighbors and carry out the mass murder of Palestinian civilians in Gaza has drawn the US right into the middle of a bubbling cauldron of WWIII. And rather than take a sober look at actual US national security interests, Biden and his neocon incompetents are busy adding fuel to the fire hanging on to the pipe dream that they could do what they failed to do so many times before: remake the Middle East in their neocon image.

According to an article in Politico this past week, while Biden Administration officials publicly urged restraint and a reduction in violence, they privately were working with the Israeli government to encourage a widening of Israel’s military operations to include its northern neighbor, Lebanon. Two top Biden Administration officials, Amos Hochstein and Brett McGurk, urged Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to shift Israel’s military focus from the already-flattened Gaza northward to Lebanon.

Kamala Harris’s Foreign Policy: Similar to Biden’s, but Even Worse

When asked on The View what changes she would make to Biden’s policies, Kamala Harris responded, “Not a thing that comes to mind.”

Beyond showing a lack of preparation for even the most basic interview questions, this answer confirms what many already suspected: Kamala’s policies would simply be a continuation of Biden’s, but worse.

Her administration would start at an even lower point than Biden’s, pushing more liberal policies that will only further exacerbate the foreign policy issues and conflicts currently threatening the country.

Biden’s foreign policy has been an absolute train wreck, from the botched Afghanistan withdrawal to weak handling of China, the disastrous Iran nuclear deal, the ransom payment to Iran, and his failure to address Iran’s sponsorship of terrorism.

His border and immigration policies, handling of Mexico, the Russia-Ukraine conflict, energy policy, and OPEC relations have caused gas prices to double.

On top of that, he’s mishandled North Korea and handed over the last U.S. military base in sub-Saharan Africa to a repressive military junta.

Chief among Biden’s greatest failures is the botched Afghanistan withdrawal in August 2021, which led to the rapid Taliban takeover, the abandonment of U.S. allies, and the deaths of 13 U.S. service members in the Kabul airport bombing. This catastrophe is the crown jewel in Biden’s Foreign Policy Belt of Failure.

Waste of the Day: Biden Set to Break Improper Payments Record

Medicaid and Medicare accounted for 43% of improper payments last year, but problems were found across the board. Dead people received $295 million, mostly from pension benefits the Office of Personnel Management sent to former federal workers who had passed away. Prisoners were paid $171 million.

The Internal Revenue Service spent $25 billion doling out fraudulent and mistaken tax credits, with some IRS programs reporting mistake rates above 30%.

The issue is not new, but it is getting progressively worse. Barack Obama wasted roughly 4% of his spending on improper payments in his second term. Donald Trump wasted roughly 5%, and Biden is approaching 6%.

Court Applies Environmental Law to Biden-Harris Border Disaster

The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality estimates that each border crosser leaves approximately six to eight pounds of trash in the desert during his or her journey. If you do the rough math, the total amount of strewn garbage caused by DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas greenlighting millions of illegal migrants, all trampling their way across the southern frontier, is stunning.

Americans have probably wondered why federal environmental law does not prevent, or at least slow, Mayorkas from bringing about this mess. After all, the Biden-Harris administration has done much more than simply benignly tolerate or mildly encourage this massive human movement. The president and his cabinet have not only loudly proclaimed that they “welcome” the arrival of these illegals, but made it clear that this unprecedented immigration was central to their foreign and domestic policy. They have pushed their legal authorities beyond the limit, inventing out of thin air new immigration programs, mobilizing thousands of federal officers, and spending and reprogramming billions of dollars to make it all happen.

On our southern frontier, the resulting chaotic human activity—clandestine camping, trekking, consuming, and disposing—has had a profound impact on the natural environment as well as on towns, ranches, and small communities. Yet Biden-Harris environmental and health officials are silent about the countless heaps and tons of garbage, plastic, and abandoned human junk all over the border region.

These illegal immigrants have thrown up makeshift encampments wherever they wanted, trampled through private property, disrupted normal activities and—lacking adequate sanitary facilities—deposited human waste all along extremely vulnerable waterways, like the Rio Grande, that are already too inadequate fully to serve the desert-like region.

In normal times, in the wake of such violent human attacks on land and water, the American environmental protection community would have been on the warpath. But groups like the Sierra Club and the National Audubon Society, indeed the entire establishment environmental community, have all remained silent and done nothing to respond to the Biden-Harris reckless immigration policy. Resisting this kind of fly-by-the-seat-of-the-pants federal policy that enables destructive human activity hostile to the environment is, in theory, their raison d’être.

Normally, reacting to such a catastrophic environmental situation, groups like Greenpeace would be mobilizing thousands of fanatical activists, some perhaps chaining themselves to close traffic on the bridges over the Rio Grande, while a battery of lawyers from the Environmental Defense Fund would be in federal court filing lawsuits. In theory, they all sincerely believe that man-made activities like the Mayorkas migrant diaspora contribute to climate change and leave lasting damage to unspoiled natural areas.

Moreover, Biden’s “immigration program” is not only enticing waves of humanity to trample through an unprepared and vulnerable region, but it is also growing the country’s population, practically overnight, by millions of new people. For years, groups like the Sierra Club saw population growth—including by immigration—as fundamentally at odds with protecting the national environment. It is a fair question that conservatives, too, should ask: How many millions do we want living in our country?

What happened to change the environmental movement was yet another Fabian victory of wokeism ideology. Wokeism (of which open-borderism is a direct offshoot) has seriously infected and subdued the entire U.S. environmental movement. Wokeism conquered the leaders of the American environmental movement just as it did their counterparts in organized labor.

Biden’s plan calls for WW3 to start after Election Day.

U.S. President Joe Biden refuses to answer until after November 5th the question of whether the U.S. will officially be at war against Russia.

As I explained on September 27th, headlining “UPDATED: The U.S. Presidential election is now overwhelmingly about whether to go to WW3 for Ukraine. This dwarfs every other issue.”, Russia’s President Vladimir Putin had announced on September 25th that any nation which would bomb anywhere “deep” in Russia (such as The Kremlin) or would allow Ukraine’s armed forces to use that nation’s weapons in order to do so, would immediately experience Russia’s retaliation for having done that. This report was a follow-on to my September 13th “Biden might decide today whether to initiate WW3 against Russia.”, which stated that Britain’s Prime Minister Keir Starmer was to meet privately that day with Biden to request his permission to allow Ukraine to use in that way the missiles which Britain had supplied to Ukraine, and that the White House gave a clear indication that it was not going to say yes to Starmer’s request. On September 15th, I issued an “UPDATE #4” to that article, which indicated that Biden’s answer to Starmer had been to the effect of “not yet,” but that all of the UK’s top leadership were united in all Parties urging that he say yes as fast as possible.

Free Speech on Trial: RFK Jr. Battles Biden Over Alleged Social Media Censorship

The Kennedy et al. v. Biden et al. lawsuit on Tuesday heard oral arguments presented by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Children’s Health Defense (CHD), who are suing the Biden-Harris administration, alleging its collusion with Big Tech to censor what should be protected online speech.

Listen to the oral arguments here.

Anthony Fauci is named as a defendant along with Biden, and they are accused of carrying out a systematic and concerted campaign in order to “compel the nation’s three largest social media companies to censor constitutionally protected speech,” the filing states. The companies in question are Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter.

The legal battle is now taking place in the 5th Circuit US Court of Appeals, which is set to decide whether the case has standing to proceed – that is, whether the actions they are suing over have resulted in direct and concrete injuries that a court can redress.

Previously, as CHD General Counsel Kim Mack Rosenberg recalled, a lower court ruled that Kennedy and CHD – who brought the suit along with another plaintiff, Connie Sampognaro – had legal standing (while Sampognaro did not), and the court of appeals will now accept or reject that opinion.

Another consideration before the judges is the injunction by the Louisiana court, where the case was filed in the spring of last year, and whether to uphold it. If the 5th Circuit goes with the lower court’s position, the Biden-Harris White House’s “coordination” with social platforms will have to be put on hold pending the outcome of these proceedings.
