It’s Not Just Joe Biden – Barack Obama Used Autopen and Form Letters When He Sent Condolences to Families of Fallen Soldiers

As reported earlier, the intrepid investigators at the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight project, led by longtime investigator Mike Howell, has compared the Biden signatures on nearly every document from his administration.

They discovered that it’s obvious that Biden never actually signed anything himself.

And they suggest that it’s possible Biden didn’t even know what was being signed on his behalf.

The rate of identical signatures indicates that the entire Presidency operated with the use of a staffer applying either the automatic pen to a document, or by using a saved image on a computer affixing Biden’s consent to something he may have been unable or unwilling to consent to.

Biden’s Chief of Staff was Ron Klain, and then Jeff Zients. Klain now works for AirBNB. Zients was a former board member of Facebook. Both had ties to Obama and the disastrous governmental response to COVID.

But it wasn’t just Joe Biden.

Barack Obama used an autopen to sign condolence letters to families of fallen soldiers and he used the same form letter for each family.

The Gateway Pundit discovered this back in 2012 when we were talking to the families of the SEAL Team 6 members who were shot down by the Taliban after the death of Osama bin Laden.

Explosive Update to Biden Autopen Scandal Reveals Unelected Staffer’s Role

As PJ Media previously reported, a bombshell investigation by the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project revealed that nearly every document during Biden’s presidency was signed by autopen, with only one authentic signature confirmed — his letter announcing withdrawal from the 2024 presidential race.

The presidential autopen has been in use since the 1950s, which has sparked ongoing debate over its legality. In 2013, Barack Obama became the first president to use it to sign a bill into law while vacationing in Hawaii. His office justified the move with a 30-page memo from George W. Bush’s legal team, which argued that a president’s physical presence wasn’t necessary as long as the signature was authorized.

But Joe Biden’s cognitive decline raised legitimate questions as to whether he was aware of official documents being signed on his behalf, or if they were even authorized. Speaker Mike Johnson previously revealed that Biden couldn’t even recall signing an LNG exports executive order, raising serious questions about whether someone was signing documents with the autopen without Biden’s authorization.

According to an explosive report from the New York Post, a senior Biden aide may have been wielding presidential power through liberal use of the autopen and essentially acting as a shadow president. One White House source painted a chilling picture:

One Biden White House source told The Post they suspect that a key aide to the then-president may have made unilateral determinations on what to auto-sign. The Post is not publishing that staffer’s name due to the lack of concrete evidence and refutations by other colleagues.

The Biden aide, who did not respond to requests for comment, would frequently make mention of what “the boss” wanted, the source said, but compatriots would have “no idea” if it was true because the internal culture was to not ask questions.

Even more disturbing, another source revealed the extent of this aide’s power:

“Everyone” was suspicious of this individual exceeding their authority when claiming to speak for the president, the source said. “But no one would actually say it.”

“I think [the aide] was using the autopen as standard and past protocol,” The Post’s informant said. “There is no clarity on who actually approved what — POTUS or [the aide].”

A second Biden White House source agreed that the person was suspected of assuming the then-president’s positions and handing down orders without it being clear if they actually had communicated with the commander-in-chief.

“If they’re carrying out the president’s will, it doesn’t seem like an issue,” Attorney Mike Davis, an outside advisor to Trump, told The Post. “If they’re not carrying out the president’s will, it’s a huge issue—it’s criminal.”

Trump Admin Demolishing Biden’s Illegal Alien Processing Centers

The Trump administration has launched its demolition of the previous administration’s processing centers for facilitating the illegal alien invasion of our country.

The Biden-Harris centers for processing illegal aliens are set to tumble down as the Trump border crackdown continues, per Breitbart on March 14. This could save the American taxpayer millions of dollars every single month. No longer will the Border Patrol function as a welcoming committee instead of law enforcement, thanks to Trump and his border czar Tom Homan.

The Customs and Border Protection (CBP) chief celebrated the continuing securing of our border. “Due to the unprecedented drop in apprehensions of illegal aliens as a result of President Trump’s leadership, CBP is reducing the number of temporary, soft-sided processing facilities where illegal aliens have been held in specific locations along the southwest border,” stated Pete R. Flores, the acting CBP commissioner.

Flores added, “CBP no longer has a need for them as illegal aliens are being quickly removed. The U.S. Border Patrol has full capability to manage the detention of apprehended aliens in its permanent facilities. Manpower and other resources dedicated to temporary processing facilities will be redirected toward other priorities and will speed CBP’s progress in gaining operational control over the southwest border.”

FOIA Requests Target Biden Administration’s Financial Surveillance

Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) has proceeded with filing a number of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests with the Treasury Department, the FBI, and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

The goal is to receive relevant information regarding the Biden administration’s alleged weaponization of government and censorship.

This is yet another attempt to shed light on how third-party groups and organizations were used to circumvent a number of constitutional prohibitions.

ADF’s focus this time is on the previous administration’s policy of using the issue of domestic extremism to, in fact, negatively affect its political opponents – in the cases brought up in these FOIA requests, via access to financial records of US conservatives.

An iteration of the Big Government-Big Tech collusion, which has been investigated by Congress, this one is about Big Governments and Big Banks suspected of having worked together to achieve political goals. But not always by collaborating directly – and this is one of the aspects ADF wants to understand better.

Namely – the involvement of private organizations and businesses hired (“outsourced”) in one way or another, to help banks identify what were designated to be purveyors of misinformation, and domestic extremism.

The FOIAs also aim to reveal the Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) role in flagging what are said to be “conservative-coded” transactions (the keywords here are reported to be, “Trump,” “MAGA”, etc.)

Joe Biden Called Kamala Harris with an ‘Unusual’ Admonition the Day She Debated Trump: Book

“The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn’t exist.”

“The second greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he is the good guy.”

To be clear, this writer does not think Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. is the devil … but man, how can you not think of those quotes with each passing anecdote revealing the type of man the 46th president truly is?

The latest example of this came Thursday, when The Hill published an excerpt  from “FIGHT: Inside the Wildest Battle for the White House” by Jonathan Allen and Amie Parnes.

(The book is slated to release April 1.)

“FIGHT” provides a behind-the-scenes glimpse of what Democrat leadership was grappling with in the lead-up to what would become a dominant electoral win by now-President Donald Trump.

One pivotal moment: Failed presidential candidate Kamala Harris’ ballyhooed debate with Trump.

“She was running out of major moments to explain a vision to a broad audience,” the book claimed. “Her September 10 debate with Trump would offer another opportunity — perhaps a last chance before voters cast early ballots — to establish that key part of her narrative.

“But the day of the debate Biden called to give Harris an unusual kind of pep talk — and another reminder about the loyalty he demanded.

“No longer able to defend his own record, he expected Harris to protect his legacy.”

“Loyalty he demanded”? “Expected Harris to protect his legacy”? I’m sorry, are these descriptions of Biden, or is the establishment media whining about Trump again?

Seriously, do those not sound like the exact criticisms often lobbed at Trump, with nary a shred of concrete evidence?

A New Beltway Mystery: Follow the Biden EPA Money

When the Biden administration announced $27 billion in environmental grants last April, it set the clock ticking on a predicament: how to get the unprecedented sums for the President’s envisioned NetZero future out the door before the fiscal year ended on Sept. 30?

The task was complicated by the fact most of the money – $20 billion – would go to just eight nonprofits that, like the Environmental Protection Agency itself, had never handled such gargantuan grants.

In hindsight, it’s easy to suspect that corners were cut, or laws were broken, or, at the very least, extraordinary measures were taken.

Those possibilities are clearly on the mind of EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin as he tries to unravel what happened to Inflation Reduction Act spending that the Biden White House’s Office of Management and Budget and the EPA decided to expedite before the November election – an effort that included moving the roughly $20 billion to a private institution, Citibank, away from oversight of the Treasury Department.

On Wednesday, Zeldin moved to terminate the arrangements as the enriched nonprofits have filed lawsuits looking to protect their grants. The battle has thrust into the spotlight what had been a rather quiet attempt by the Biden administration to spend the $27 billion.

The money was put into the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, a new entity born in 2022’s Inflation Reduction Act, which Democrats pushed through Congress without any Republican support.

Tulsi Gabbard Revokes Security Clearances From 51 ‘Spies Who Lied,’ Blinken, Letitia James and Deep State Lawyers – Daily Brief No Longer Provided to Biden

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard revoked security clearances from the 51 ‘spies who lied,’ several Biden-era officials and Deep State lawyers.

Joe Biden is also no longer receiving his Daily Brief.

Last month, President Trump stripped the security clearances of at least eight corrupt ‘antagonists’ who worked for Biden or targeted him for ruin over the last several years:

  • Former Secretary of State Antony Blinken
  • Former NatSec Advisor Jake Sullivan
  • New York Attorney General Letitia James
  • Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg
  • Biden’s Deputy AG Lisa Monaco
  • Corrupt prosecutor Andrew Weissmann
  • Deep State lawyer Mark Zaid
  • Norm Eisen – the man behind all the lawfare against Trump

On Monday, Tulsi Gabbard said that, on Trump’s orders, she had revoked all of their security clearances.

“Per @POTUS directive, I have revoked security clearances and barred access to classified information for Antony Blinken, Jake Sullivan, Lisa Monaco, Mark Zaid, Norman Eisen, Letitia James, Alvin Bragg, and Andrew Weissman, along with the 51 signers of the Hunter Biden “disinformation” letter. The President’s Daily Brief is no longer being provided to former President Biden,” Tulsi Gabbard announced on X on Monday afternoon.

Joe Biden’s Handlers Just Humiliated Him on Social Media

The most irrelevant former president in history just can’t stop embarrassing himself.

We haven’t heard much from Joe Biden since he left office, but his social media handlers thought it would be a brilliant idea to post a saccharine International Women’s Day message on Saturday, apparently hoping everyone would forget how he single-handedly sought to destroy women’s sports during his disastrous presidency.

“Like so many of you, I’m celebrating the incredible women in my life today,” Biden’s handlers wrote, presumably while he was enjoying his afternoon ice cream cone. “International Women’s Day is a time to recognize the achievements of women and girls everywhere and recommit our efforts to advance dignity, opportunity, and equality for all.”

The post concluded by saying, “When women and girls succeed, communities, economies, and democracies succeed.”

The breathtaking hypocrisy of this statement would be laughable if it weren’t so insulting to every female athlete who lost scholarships, medals, and opportunities thanks to Biden’s radical transgender agenda, or was injured while competing against a male. This is the same guy who signed an executive order forcing women to compete against biological males in sports and tried to completely rewrite Title IX to accommodate his woke ideology.

The Democratic Party has no right to claim they support women. Remember when Biden’s administration threatened to punish states that dared to protect women’s sports?  Or this year, when nearly every House Democrat voted against the Protection of Women and Girls in Sport Act, and then Senate Democrats filibustered the bill? So much for “advancing dignity, opportunity, and equality.”

The results of Biden’s war on women has been predictably disastrous. Female athletes have suffered actual physical injuries competing against biological males, lost scholarships they worked their entire lives to earn, and watched helplessly as their records were shattered by competitors with obvious biological advantages.

Oversight Project investigation: Biden autopen signature used on ‘every document we could find’

The Oversight Project, an investigative arm of the conservative Heritage Foundation, alleged an excessive use of autopen signature by former President Biden when he was in the White House.

“We gathered every document we could find with Biden’s signature over the course of his presidency. All used the same autopen signature except for the announcement that the former President was dropping out of the race last year,” the organization wrote on X alongside examples of Biden’s autopen signature.

The Oversight Project is questioning “who controlled the autopen” because “they controlled the presidency.”

Following the Oversight Project findings, Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey called for the Department of Justice to investigate whether Biden’s “cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval.”

Bailey argued that if the widespread autopen use turns out to be true, “these executive orders, pardons, and all other actions are unconstitutional and legally void.”

What is Happening in Syria is Just What Obama and Biden Wanted

The news out of Syria is nothing short of horrific, and it provides a fresh illustration of what a catastrophic failure the Obama strategy in the Middle East has been.

Greek City Times reported that “hundreds of Christians, including Greek Orthodox, and Alawites have been killed after clashes broke out on Thursday in the Latakia and Tartous regions on Syria’s Mediterranean coast, according to a human rights monitoring group.”

That death toll may be a tragic underestimation. Greek City Times added that “the Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) said on Friday that more than 225 people have been killed since Thursday. However, this is believed to be a gross underreporting, with activists on the ground, such as Coast Youth Forum, believing the death toll could be as high as 1,800, mostly Alawites, but also Christians.”

The perpetrators are members of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, the Islamic jihad group that toppled the Assad regime and took control of Syria several months ago. But the groundwork for what is happening in Syria now was laid years ago, and is the direct result of policies that Barack Obama and Old Joe Biden (you know, the guy known as “Obama’s Third Term”) pursued. According to a revealing Apr. 2022 piece in RealClearInvestigations, Obama apparatchiks who had returned to positions in the Biden regime “coordinated with the jihadist franchise in an effort to topple the Syrian regime – while claiming they backed only the ‘moderate opposition.’”

The article noted that “in waging a multi-billion dollar covert war in support of the insurgency against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, top Obama officials who now serve under Biden made it American policy to enable and arm terrorist groups that attracted jihadi fighters from across the globe. This regime change campaign, undertaken one decade after Al Qaeda attacked the U.S. on 9/11, helped a sworn U.S. enemy establish the Idlib safe haven that it still controls today.” In the course of this astoundingly foolish campaign, Old Joe’s future National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan, who was then Director of Policy Planning, wrote to his boss, then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, “AQ [Al Qaeda] is on our side in Syria.”
