Texas restaurant gets win in fighting “discriminatory” criteria for federal Covid relief

A conservative non-profit legal team has secured a temporary restraining order on behalf of a Texas restaurant owner against what critics say is discriminatory and racist criteria for awarding Covid-19 relief funds under the Biden administration.

The restaurant owner filing suit says he was prohibited from consideration for an award from the $28.6 billion Restaurant Revitalization Fund during the program’s first twenty-one days because he is a white male.

The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 directs the Small Business Administration to give preferential treatment to businesses owned by women, veterans, and people who are “socially and economically disadvantaged”.

The federal law uses a controversial “critical race theory” definition of “socially and economically disadvantaged” that can only include minority groups.

We’re All Targets of the Biden Administration’s New Pre-Crime Surveillance Program

Recently, the Biden Administration announced the establishment of what is essentially a pre-crime surveillance program. This program comes as no surprise to those of us with any concern for our civil rights as we saw this coming a thousand miles away.

Of course, the program will combat “violent domestic extremism” and “violent white supremacy.” (Because all those years of blaming Muslims was just to get silly white people to give up their rights so the surveillance and police state could be turned back on them.)

Who is running this pre-crime surveillance program?

The new office of pre-crime is called the Center for Prevention Programs and Partnerships. (CP3) is run by the Department of Homeland Security. However, John W. Whitehead has pointed out the DHS is “notorious for:

  • militarizing the police and SWAT teams
  • spying on activists
  • dissidents and veterans
  • stockpiling ammunition
  • distributing license plate readers
  • contracting to build detention camps
  • tracking cell phones with Stingray devices
  • carrying out military drills and lockdowns in American cities
  • using the TSA as an advance guard
  • conducting virtual strip searches with full-body scanners
  • carrying out soft target checkpoints
  • directing government workers to spy on Americans
  • conducting widespread spying networks using fusion centers
  • carrying out Constitution-free border control searches
  • funding city-wide surveillance cameras
  • utilizing drones and other spybots

Sounds very “Minority Report,” right?

Biden Quotes Chinese Communist Dictator Who Killed 80M People In Address To Coast Guard Cadets

Joe Biden tried to get a few laughs during his first commencement address by quoting a Chinese communist leader. He’s now facing criticism for citing words by Mao Zedong in a speech before a class of Coast Guard cadets.

The Democrat’s remarks came Wednesday at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy’s graduation ceremony in New London, Connecticut. He made the following statement while citing the founding father of the People’s Republic of China:

“There’s a saying, used in a different context, a Chinese saying that says, ‘women hold up half the world.’ It’s an absolute stupid position not to make sure they represent at least half of what we do.”

Biden used this quote from Chairman Mao to emphasize the importance of appointing women to commanding positions in the military for the sake of so-called social justice. Mao is known for being responsible for the deaths of an estimated 80 million people during the so-called Cultural Revolution in 1960s China.

When the cadets didn’t respond, Biden tried to poke fun at their lack of enthusiasm.

Judge rules Christian college must follow Biden rule opening dorms, showers to opposite sex

A federal judge on Wednesday rejected a Christian college’s request to halt the Biden administration’s directive on gender identity in dwellings.

The College of the Ozarks, a Christian college in Missouri, had argued the government order, which claims to fight discrimination against transgender people, impinges on the rights of Christians and violates Biblical beliefs.

The dispute sets up a new legal battle over religious liberty and gender identity.

Judge Roseann Ketchmark, an Obama appointee, heard oral arguments from both sides for more than two hours Wednesday. After the hearing, she announced she would deny the college’s request to issue an injunction against the rule, which requires that segregated facilities such as dorms and restrooms be based on a person’s gender identity.

“After careful consideration of the law … the court denies the plaintiff’s motion for temporary restraining order and injunction,” she said from the bench. “The court does find that the dispute is not justiciable.”

The judge plans to issue a written order as soon as possible, she said.

Valorie Coleman, a spokesperson from the college, said the school will appeal.

‘You’re a really dull class’: Biden calls out Coast Guard Academy in commencement remarks for not laughing at jokes

President Joe Biden mirrored former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush‘s awkward “please clap” moment as he addressed the United States Coast Guard Academy’s graduating class of 2021.

“You’re a really dull class. Come on, man. Is the sun getting to you?” Biden said Wednesday in Connecticut after comparing the Coast Guard with the Navy. “All kidding aside, being here together is a victory in and of itself.”

During his 25 minute-plus speech, Biden also admitted that he needed “absolution” after his college years at the University of Delaware for “minor infractions like using a fire extinguisher to hose down an RA,” the abbreviation for residential adviser. A president traditionally absolves military academy graduates of their own minor infractions.

Total Tyranny: We’ll All Be Targeted Under The Government’s New Precrime Program

“There is now the capacity to make tyranny total in America.”― James Bamford

It never fails.

Just as we get a glimmer of hope that maybe, just maybe, there might be a chance of crawling out of this totalitarian cesspool in which we’ve been mired, we get kicked down again.

In the same week that the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously declared that police cannot carry out warrantless home invasions in order to seize guns under the pretext of their “community caretaking” duties, the Biden Administration announced its plans for a “precrime” crime prevention agency.

Talk about taking one step forward and two steps back.

Former FBI director Louis Freeh gave $100,000 to a private trust for Joe Biden’s grandchildren and spoke with the then vice president in 2016 ‘to explore lucrative future work options’ with Hunter as the middle man

Former FBI director Louis Freeh gave $100,000 to a private trust for Joe Biden‘s grandchildren and met with the then-Vice President in 2016 ‘to explore with him some future work options’, emails reveal.

Freeh also spoke with then-Vice President Biden in 2016 ‘to explore with him some future work options’, according to the bombshell communications

The emails suggest Freeh was trying to establish a future business relationship with Biden – and the White House has failed to disclose to DailyMail.com whether Joe Biden discussed private business with Freeh while in office.

According to the messages, obtained by DailyMail.com from Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop, the former FBI director was working for three foreign businessmen and officials at the time, who were all later convicted of various corruption charges, including a multi-billion-dollar ransacking of a Malaysian wealth fund.

Freeh himself was not implicated in those charges

The 71-year-old, who served as FBI director under Bill Clinton and George Bush, ran a consultancy firm with highly controversial clients including a now-jailed Malaysian prime minister who stole billions of dollars from his country, a Romanian real estate tycoon convicted of bribery, and a French-Israeli diamond magnate later convicted of bribery and a $145 million property graft.

Freeh, a former judge, emailed Joe’s son Hunter Biden in 2016, revealing he had spoken with the Vice President and proposed that they work together on private ventures once Biden left office.
