Judicial Watch Uncovers FBI and DHS Docs Revealing Biden Regime Covered Up Counterintelligence Concerns Over Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz’s Ties to Communist China

Newly obtained documents by Judicial Watch from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and FBI reveal a disturbing and deliberate cover-up by the Biden administration of U.S. counterintelligence concerns regarding Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and his deep ties to Communist China.

The 47-page document dump, obtained through a March 2025 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit, exposes that federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies flagged Walz as a major concern, and yet those warnings were hidden from the public just as he was being handpicked by the Biden-Harris campaign to join the 2024 ticket.

According to emails and chat logs from DHS’s “Nation-State Threat Bi-Weekly Sync” group, federal agents openly discussed how the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) had cultivated Walz as a long-term asset and saw his selection as Vice President as a major win for Beijing.

According to Judicial Watch:

A Homeland Security official whose name is redacted states: Walt’s got the Vp. You all have no idea how these feeds into what prc [People’s Republic of China] has been doing here with him and local gov. It’s seriously a line of the intel. Target someone who is perceived they can get to DC

Another official responds: “this speaks too to the rin [raw intelligence] you reviewed for us”.

A participant adds: “the perception narrative that has been pushed with one of the local ngos [non-governmental organizations] had direct ties to the former Gov here in Nevada. FBI has lead on a couple of things the only issue is being in the 9th circuit.”

A participant states: “Good to know and yes there involvement with HSI [Homeland Security Investigations] and fbi on things here”.

Another adds: “If anyone has interest I can give provide context in a classified setting.”

An official noted: “But this has more of strategic impact then obviously the general public knows”.

A day later, a BBC article reporting on Chinese internet users celebrating Walz’s past ties to China—specifically his time teaching in Guangdong in 1989, the year of the Tiananmen Square massacre—was shared in the DHS chat.

Biden Put This Harmless Mechanic In Prison. Now, Troy Lake Is Asking Trump for Help.

Troy Lake was born and raised in Wyoming, where his father owned an automotive shop. Troy, who is now 65 years old, also went into the family business. He eventually moved to Colorado and opened Elite Diesel. By all accounts, he lived a quiet family life with his wife, Holly, and their son, TJ. He was also the “go-to mechanic for over-the-road truckers and others running diesel engines.” 

Until 2018. One day in October of that year, the Lakes and one of their employees were enjoying a meal at a local Olive Garden when the federal government executed a search warrant on Elite Diesel. They watched via an app on their phones that accessed the shop’s cameras.  

“It looked like a military operation,” Holly told Cowboy State Daily. She said black SUVs were lined up outside, and “agents in tactical gear” raided the place, going through every corner of the building, rifling through their equipment, and reading their personal files. 

After what the Lakes call the “raid,” nothing happened for several years. The family eventually decided to move back to Wyoming, taking Elite Diesel with them. They even contacted the feds to let them know they were moving and stayed in touch, trying to do everything on the up-and-up. 

But today, Troy Lake sits in federal prison in Colorado, where he has spent the last six months. 

So what did he do that’s so bad? Was his shop part of some sort of money laundering scheme?  Was he using it as a base for human trafficking? Was he hiding murdered bodies in there?

Nope. Troy was helping truckers by removing Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-mandated emissions systems that were preventing their trucks from operating correctly.

According to TJ, during the mid-2000s, shortly after the EPA created stronger emissions standards on heavy diesel trucks, drivers began having problems with brand-new vehicles. They’d bring those trucks to Troy, asking if he could fix them. He found that the problem was these new systems, which were built to limit exhaust by recirculating dirty air. They may have helped with emissions, but they were killing the engines’ lifespans.

China, Fentanyl, and the Biden Administration’s Failure, Covered by Misleading Data

One of the many reasons for the U.S.-China trade war is President Trump holding Xi Jinping accountable for the fentanyl precursor chemicals that are flowing from China to Mexican drug cartels.

The cartels then manufacture fentanyl and distribute it in the U.S., killing over 100,000 Americans per year. This was an issue during Trump’s first term, when China agreed to crack down on these exports, and here we are nine years later, and the chemicals are still flowing.

China is a totalitarian state that runs a full digital surveillance system where literally every minute of every citizen’s life is being filmed and analyzed with AI.

The state can achieve a 100% conviction rate against criminals while also cracking down on even the slightest dissent. With his massive AI and data databases, secret police, and spies, Xi Jinping can control virtually every aspect of life in China, yet he claims to be unaware that Chinese chemical companies are selling fentanyl precursors to Mexican drug cartels.

President Trump has accused China of “actively sustaining and expanding the business of poisoning our citizens” and stated that “PRC officials have failed to follow through with the decisive actions needed to stem the flow of” fentanyl and precursor chemicals. In early February 2025, he imposed a 10 percent tariff on all Chinese goods, accusing Beijing of allowing fentanyl and its precursors to be shipped to the United States.

The tariffs have since escalated, reaching 127.2 percent in early May 2025. The White House has been explicit that Chinese officials have “failed” to stop the flow of precursor chemicals, used to make fentanyl, to criminal cartels.

Law enforcement agencies and government officials in the U.S. agree most of the precursor chemicals used to make street fentanyl flow from industrial companies in China to drug gangs in Mexico.

China is still the principal supplier of these precursors for fentanyl after Chinese trafficking networks switched from supplying finished fentanyl to precursor chemicals.

China has pushed back strongly, with officials saying “The fentanyl issue is a flimsy excuse to raise U.S. tariffs on Chinese imports” and that “We stand ready for practical cooperation with the US based on equality and mutual respect. That said, we firmly oppose the US pressuring, threatening and blackmailing China under the pretext of the fentanyl issue”.

Under Biden, Xi Jinping made limited concessions, including the implementation of new regulations allegedly targeting money laundering by drug organizations and scheduling three fentanyl precursor chemicals.

The Biden administration called this a “valuable step forward,” pointing to a 21% national drop in fatal overdoses from fentanyl since June 2023.

Both the Biden administration and Beijing claimed that this cooperation was already yielding results even before Trump took office. But these claims are misleading.

BIDEN COULD HAVE RELEASED THE EPSTEIN FILES… HE DIDN’T

Calls to release the Epstein files have grown louder in recent weeks—from both sides of the political aisle. While it is understandable that the public demands transparency from the government, what is most surprising is that figures like Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer are now criticizing President Donald Trump for not releasing the files. 

Schumer insists that all Epstein-related documents be made public. But under President Biden’s administration, no such effort was made.

The truth is simple: if Democrats had wanted to release the Epstein files, they had four full years to do so. Yet at no point did President Biden or his Department of Justice prioritize the issue. If the release of these documents is now considered an urgent matter, where was that urgency then?

It is dishonest to pretend that former President Biden lacked the legal authority to act.

The executive branch—particularly the Department of Justice—has immense influence over whether investigative records are withheld or released. 

While not everything is directly under presidential control, the priorities of any administration are set from the top. Biden’s DOJ had full access to Epstein-related material held by federal agencies, including the FBI. 

Many of these documents could have been declassified or made public, especially those not tied to active investigations. And even when certain records are under judicial seal, the DOJ has the legal authority to file motions requesting their release, particularly when compelling public interest is at stake.

The same framework now applies to President Trump. If he decides to release all Epstein-related materials, he will face the same legal and political constraints.

The difference is that Democrats stayed largely silent while they held power—until now, when they use the Epstein files as a weapon against Trump.

So the question is obvious: Why didn’t Democrats push for the release of the Epstein files when they had the power to do so?

Panicked Biden Aide Neera Tanden Now Claims “Every Time” She Used Autopen Joe Biden “Signed Off Himself”

Neera Tanden is now claiming she only used Biden’s autopen when Biden “signed off himself.”

In June, ex-Biden official Neera Tanden admitted under oath to the House Oversight Committee during a closed-door testimony on Tuesday that she controlled Joe Biden’s autopen.

House Oversight Chairman James Comer recently identified five Biden aides who were involved in the cover-up of Joe Biden’s mental decline and autopen scandal.

Director of Domestic Policy Council Neera Tanden was brought before the Committee earlier this summer and admitted she was authorized to use Joe Biden’s autopen between October 2021 to May 2023.

According to the Washington Examiner, Neera Tanden testified that she was also authorized to direct the autopen, however, she denied manipulation or abuse.

According to an Oversight Project press release, Tanden would utilize

the autopen without actually verifying from Biden himself that it was an authorized action. From the release:
“…she would send decision memos to Biden’s inner circle with no visibility of approval between sending the memo and receiving it back. Tanden’s testimony confirms that she affixed Biden’s signature onto presidential documents without direct knowledge that Biden authorized the given action.

“Given Biden’s clearly deteriorating condition and lack of capacity, it was incumbent on Tanden to actually confirm that Biden himself was capable of and actually making decisions. Instead, it appears that a close cabal of advisors were put between the autopen and the President.”

RealClearPolitics reporter Philip Wegmann interviewed Neera Tanden and she claimed that she always got a sign off from Biden before using the autopen.

Frustrated Democrats Can’t Get Away From Joe Biden and Kamala Harris Because They Keep Jumping Back Into the Spotlight

A growing number of Democrats are getting frustrated with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris simply because they won’t go away.

Democrats are desperate for the country to forget Joe Biden for his failed presidency and Kamala Harris for her failed presidential bid. The party wants to ‘move on’ as it were, but they can’t do it because Biden and Harris keep making themselves very visible with interviews and media appearances.

Democrats and their media allies keep complaining that the party has not produced a new leader. Is there any wonder why? Their most recent, and completely failed, leaders won’t go quietly into the night.

Democrats are lamenting the return of former President Joe Biden and former Vice President Kamala Harris to the center stage as a hindrance to the party’s ability to “turn the page on 2024,” according to a new report.

“Democrats are eager to turn the page on their 2024 losses — but their central figures from the last election keep stepping back into the spotlight, complicating their efforts to forge a new identity,” Hannah Knowles and Maeve Reston wrote in a Friday Washington Post piece.

The report highlighted how Biden called out the Trump administration for “doing its best to dismantle the Constitution” on Thursday at the National Bar Association’s 100th annual gala in Chicago.

It noted that Harris was also still in the limelight promoting a new book, “107 Days,” about her failed 2024 presidential campaign.

Additionally, the story highlighted Hunter Biden’s appearance on the podcast scene, saying that the former president’s son is “settling scores on podcasts, lashing out at political consultants, influencers and actor George Clooney for criticizing his father — to the dismay of Democrats who believe the younger Biden’s legal troubles hurt them in 2024.”

The problem for Democrats is that neither Biden nor Harris have any incentive to go away. They are both used to making their living by being public figures. It’s not like they’re going to suddenly disappear. They both want to continue earning big salaries and being treated like celebrities by the media. There’s no easy solution.

Office of Special Counsel Launches Investigation Into Jack Smith

The Office of Special Counsel has launched an investigation into Jack Smith for possible violations of the Hatch Act.

Jack Smith was appointed as Special Counsel in 2022 by Joe Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland to investigate Trump just one day after Trump announced his 2024 bid for the White House.

The Office of Special Counsel opened the investigation after Senator Tom Cotton earlier this week sent a letter alleging Jack Smith’s actions politically harmed Trump during the 2024 election.

The New York Post reported:

The Office of Special Counsel has launched a formal investigation into Jack Smith, the first official legal probe into his conduct, The Post has learned.

Smith is the justice department lawyer who oversaw two criminal investigations into President Donald Trump during the Biden administration, one into Trump’s handling of classified documents, the other as to whether his actions on Jan. 6th, 2021, were an attempt to overturn the 2020 election. Both cases were dismissed.

An email reviewed by The Post states The Hatch Act Unit, which enforces a law restricting government employees from engaging in political activities, has begun reviewing the former Special Counsel for the United States Department of Justice. The email was written by Senior Counsel Charles Baldis at OSC.

“I appreciate the Office of Special Counsel taking this seriously and launching an investigation into Jack Smith’s conduct. No one is above the law.

“Jack Smith’s actions were clearly driven to hurt President Trump’s election, and Smith should be held fully accountable,” said Senate Intelligence Committee chair Sen Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) in a statement to The Post.

Jack Smith indicted Trump on 37 federal counts in Miami in June 2023 for lawfully storing presidential records at his Mar-a-Lago estate which was protected by Secret Service agents.

Trump was charged with 31 counts under the Espionage Act of willful retention of national defense information and 6 other process crimes stemming from his conversations with his lawyer.

Last summer Judge Cannon dismissed Jack Smith’s classified documents case based on unlawful appointment and funding of the special counsel.

In a separate case in Washington DC, Jack Smith indicted Trump on four counts: Conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights.

REPORT: Joe Biden Has Dirt on Kamala Harris and Is Prepared to Use It

There’s never been any real love lost between Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, and now we’ve got new dirt dropping. According to political insider Mark Halperin, Biden’s inner circle is sitting on a stash of damaging intel about Harris, ready to deploy if she even thinks about turning on her former boss.

During Friday’s edition of his “Morning Meeting” newsletter on his 2WAY platform, Halperin dropped a not-so-subtle warning: if Harris ever turns on Biden, the former autopen president’s handlers are ready to unleash a barrage of “embarrassing” information to put her in her place. 

“I’m going to break a little news here, okay? We talk all the time about what did Kamala Harris know and when did she know it about his cognitive decline… if the Biden people decide that Kamala Harris is coming after Joe Biden, wait till you hear the Palinesque stories about how much they tried to help her be prepared to be vice president and be in a position to run and how much they decided: not happening,” Halperin explained.

“And if the Biden people feel threatened, you will hear stories about Kamala Harris as vice president that will not make her look good. Okay? So there’s a closeness to the couples — it’s not like they’re at war currently — but I’m telling you, if Joe Biden feels threatened, if his people feel threatened by her, this is going to escalate in a big way,” he added.

No Wonder They All Covered up Biden’s Health – One Aide Was Reportedly Set to Get $4 Million Bonus if Biden Was Re-Elected

Looks like four million bucks could buy a lot of loyalty for Joe Biden — and another $4 million could buy even more.

In closed-door testimony Thursday, the former president’s top political aide told the House Oversight Committee he made a jaw-dropping $4 million working for Biden in 2024, according to a report by the politics-centric news site Axios.

And he was due to pull down another $4 million if Democrats could somehow carry the cadaver of Biden’s campaign to victory in the November election.

That kind of money might be just another Hunter Biden weekend at the strip club, but to most Americans, it’s serious cash — and it might explain a lot.

The report was written by Axios’ Alex Thompson, who co-authored the book “Original Sin,” which describes the machinations of the Biden White House to hide Biden’s declining mental condition — a mental condition that was all too obvious to Americans with eyes and functioning brains.

Thompson wrote that Mike Donilon, who served as chief strategist of Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign and in the same capacity in his aborted 2024 run, acknowledged in his opening statement that “every president ages over the four years of a presidency and President Biden did as well,” but claimed that Biden “continued to grow stronger and wiser as a leader as a result of being tested by some of the most difficult challenges any president has ever faced.”

Forget Biden’s obvious physical frailties — the halting, stiff-legged gait and the poor sense of balance that made sandbags on stages a danger to life and limb. Forget even that Biden’s  “most difficult challenges” were largely self-imposed, the work of a vainglorious political hack who thought he was leading like the next FDR but was instead being led by the nose by the progressive left and his own poisonous family.

The supposed leader of the free world’s often-glaring inability to express cogent thoughts in public, even with the aid of a teleprompter, puts the lie to that statement.

(It’s hard to even read the sentence with a straight face, much less write it as a statement of personal opinion. But if it was worth $4 million, it might get a little easier. In fact, it might get a lot easier.)

Donilon also, according to Thompson, thought the Democratic Party had “overreacted” to the disastrous Biden debate performance that ultimately ended his run for re-election. (Thompson used the word “overreacted” in his report. It wasn’t clear whether Donilon actually did.)

Maybe Biden’s chief strategist didn’t see the same debate the rest of the country did, the one where Biden claimed he “finally beat Medicare.” Or maybe Donilon saw it through glasses tinted the same green as the money he was raking in from Biden’s campaign, and the money he was going to make in return for saddling the United States with what would have amounted to a corpse in the Oval Office for at least the beginning of the next presidential term.

(That corpse would have given way to a President Kamala Harris eventually, which would arguably have been even worse, but the future of the country was clearly not the top concern.)

Biden Looks Completely Lost at National Bar Association Gala, Angrily Shouts, Trashes Trump, Stumbles Through Remarks

Joe Biden took the stage at the National Bar Association’s 100th annual gala in at the Hyatt in Chicago on Thursday night.

The 82-year-old looked completely lost as he arrived to the event. Biden had to be escorted to his seat.

This is one of Joe Biden’s rare public appearances since announcing he has an aggressive form of prostate cancer that spread to his bones.

Biden stumbled through his remarks, heavily slurred and trashed the Trump Administration in his speech to black lawyers and judges.
