Seattle Is Ordered to Stop Blocking Illegal Alien Deportations in the Most Hilarious Court Decision Ever

A federal court has just pooped in the oatmeal of the West Coast, Messed Coast™governors and local election officials suffering from acute cases of Trump Derangement Syndrome who think they can stop illegal alien deportations. And after this hilarious and thorough legal takedown from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, they may never recover.

With California Governor Gavin Newsom calling a special legislative session to consider ways to fight Donald Trump and Washington’s Governor-elect Bob Ferguson calling for a special legislative committee to fight the Heritage Foundation’s white paper, Project 2025, you can see that Trump Derangement Syndrome among the far left—go ahead, say it, commies—running the West Coast, Messed Coast™ states are in full freak-out mode.

Sadly, things have grown worse for these very fragile men.

A three-judge panel from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals court ruled that King County, Wash., can’t stop Trump’s deportation of the Democrats’ illegal alien voters.

The conflict began in 2018 when King County (Seattle) czar Dow Constantine raised his emerald bejeweled scepter and declared that forthwith, the federal Immigration and Customs Service (ICE) shall no longer use Boeing Field, now officially called King County International Airport, to remove illegal voters  aliens. Forever and ever, amen.

Constantine ordered his employees not to listen to ICE, but to take the lead of a leftist group based at the University of Washington that proclaimed it was wrong for the county to “provide the infrastructure through which private parties . . . profit from operating the deportation machine.”  The “private party” guys running the charters were out of luck when the county said to stop, or else.

Yes, Mexico Knows Exactly What It Is Doing

President-elect Donald Trump recently had a “talk” with newly elected Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum about the millions who have crossed through Mexico to enter the U.S. illegally.

Afterwards, Trump reported that their conversation went well, and supposedly both had agreed to secure the U.S. border.

But given long-standing, de facto Mexican policy to rely on and profit from an open U.S. border, it was not long afterwards that Sheinbaum claimed she had not been so accommodating.

Or, as she now put it of the Trump conversation, “I give you the certainty that we would never—and we would be incapable of it—propose that we would close the border.” And of course, she is right: Mexico never would wish for a secure U.S. border, although it is wrong that she is incapable of guaranteeing one should she choose to do so.

What, then, is going on?

Over the last half-century, Mexico has gradually, even insidiously, developed both a one-sided, asymmetrical relationship with the U.S. based on professed mutual benefit and yet sought to leverage America by claiming it is supposedly guilty for two centuries of oppressive treatment.

How does the strange U.S.-Mexico supposed co-dependence seem to work?

The Mexican government has traditionally seen the U.S. as an endlessly wealthy country, liberally governed, and more or less willing to listen to Mexico’s grievances of the sort that are common in asymmetrical partnerships.

About 60 percent of the Mexican people traditionally in polls have voiced a positive view of the United States, yet a surprisingly low number when considering the millions who try to cross its border illegally each year.

Nonetheless, Mexico for decades has conveniently explained the vast influxes across the border, unaudited and illegal, as largely in America’s interests—and mirabile dictu even to Mexico’s disadvantage. Polls tell, however, a vastly different and far more accurate story.

Logically, some 61 percent of Mexicans in a recent 2024 Pew Center Research Poll voiced favorable views of the United States, whose open borders, generous welfare systems, billions of dollars in remittances, and now-defunct immigration laws they see as entirely in their interest. In contrast, 60 percent of Americans, one of the highest numbers on record, now hold unfavorable views of Mexico, perhaps because of the cynical harm it has done through a perforated border.

Mexico says its emigrants, along with those from Central and South America who cross its own borders with relative ease—often with tacit support—supply America with generations of industrious, low-cost labor, robbing it, in a sense, of millions of its own citizens.

It adds that the attractions of El Norte mean that Mexico must put up with human caravans crossing its own sovereign territory to supposedly meet the hungry American demand for labor, drugs, and sex. Indeed, nearly every recent Mexican president has argued that America’s thirst for lethal fentanyl is responsible for the creation of Mexican cartel lords that now run large swaths of Mexico itself.

Birthright Citizenship: The 14th Amendment Does Not Apply to Illegal Aliens

America is about to go to war over whether the government has the power to deport entire families of illegal aliens. That question involves “birthright citizenship”—that is, whether a child born in the U.S. to illegal alien parents is automatically a U.S. citizen and, thus, an “anchor baby?”

The answer, by any fair reading of the Constitution and history, is “No.”

Our nation must have complete control of our borders. No illegal alien should be able to circumvent the laws of our nation. English common law, the basis for U.S. law, did not allow such people, the children of “hostile occupiers,” to become citizens by virtue of birth. Moreover, the 14th Amendment, which was passed to cure the ill of slavery, establishes a two-part test for citizenship that seemingly codifies English common law and is clearly meant to apply to those who came here against their will and their descendants, not to criminal invaders.

The anchor baby problem is significant. Donald Trump recently said that the Biden administration has “abolished what remained of America’s borders and turned the United States into a dumping ground for illegal aliens from all over the world.” A lowball guess is that Biden’s lawless conduct allowed in at eight least million illegal aliens, although the number could easily be twice that.

“This Is Nuts”: NYC Pays Pakistani-Owned Roosevelt Hotel $220 Million To House Illegal Aliens

Americans should be outraged by New York City’s $220 million sweetheart deal with Pakistan to lease the prestigious Roosevelt Hotel in Midtown Manhattan as a luxury shelter for illegal aliens. The most alarming issue is that NYC paid a foreign government to help house the migrants.

X user John LeFevre resurfaced a 2023 news story, first published by The Economic Times, regarding Pakistan’s decision to lease the iconic Roosevelt Hotel to the local government, sympathetic to globalist policies, such as open borders.

For some context, Pakistan has owned the Roosevelt Hotel since 1979. State-owned Pakistan International Airlines acquired the trophy property through its investment arm, PIA Investments Limited.

According to the 2023 report, the lease agreement spans three years, during which NYC stuffed thousands of illegal aliens into the 1,250-room hotel like cattle—funded entirely by taxpayers. This arrangement has sparked outrage about how NYC paid a foreign gov’t to help support the invasion of the third world into a first-world city.

Incoming Border Czar Warns He Will Double Manpower in ‘Sanctuary Cities’ That Interfere with Deportation Operation

Incoming Border Czar Tom Homan has warned that he will double manpower in “sanctuary cities” that interfere and push back against the Trump administration’s deportation operation.

Homan discussed his plans on Friday’s episode of Fox News Channel’s “Hannity.”

One of the big problems in the current immigration system, Homan explained, is that many agents are stuck performing administrative duties.

To solve the problem, Homan said he intends to contract out as much work as possible to perform tasks that don’t require law enforcement officials.

“[M]y plan is, and I’ve been very vocal about this, we’re going to contract as much work out as we can, work that doesn’t require a badge and a gun, because I need badges and guns on the street to do the deportation operation,” Homan explained.

“So, when it comes to driving a bus, transportation, whether it’s ground or air, whether it’s processing, whether it’s other administrative duties, contract that work out, because right now, we’ve got badges and guns doing that work,” he continued. “Get them out of that administrative work, put more on the street, and that’s what we’re going to do.”

Homan warned that “if these sanctuary states and cities keep pushing back, I’ll have the extra resources to double manpower in those sanctuary cities. Because if we can’t arrest the bad guy in the jail with one agent, it means I’ve got to send a whole team out into the field to find this person, and, for officer safety reasons, we need a whole team, rather than just one person.”

Sanctuary City Dwellers Are Suffering Sexual Battery, ‘Stranger Rapes,’ Murders at the Hands of Illegal Aliens

The migrant from Honduras who was charged with raping a woman on a woodsy trail in Herndon, Virginia, is a case study in permissive left-wing sanctuary city and state laws that have endangered so many Americans.

“Let me start by saying that I am incredibly saddened and outraged that a crime like this could happen here in the town of Herndon,” Herndon Police Chief Maggie DeBoard said at a press conference last weekend after the arrest of the migrant.

Denis Humberto Navarette Romero, 31, was arrested and charged for the November 18 attack and rape of a woman he allegedly encountered on the Washington & Old Dominion Railroad Trail in Herndon. The attack was termed a “stranger rape” because the attacker and the victim did not know each other.

“We haven’t had a stranger rape in over 12 years that I’ve been here as chief,” Chief DeBoard said. “There should be full prosecution, so this never happens again.”

The attack, though, should not come as a surprise. Authorities discovered that Romero has been linked to several sexual battery attacks on juveniles going back to 2017, they said after his arrest.

There have been other charges as well. A flabbergasted DeBoard was shocked to find that the suspect had already been charged with two felonies, and yet he was still freely wandering around the United States.

“He had two felonies from cases we had where we were called, dispatched to investigate a sexual battery, basically where he had grabbed a female,” Chief DeBoard said, “and when we went to investigate the case, we encountered the individual then and he assaulted two of my police officers. One he actually grabbed around the throat, tried to choke him. So he was charged with two assaults on a police officer, felonies.”

DeBoard was asked if Navarette Romero was convicted for those felony assaults. “No, because a couple months later, that case was reduced to simple assault, misdemeanor. We weren’t asked to provide input on that,” she replied. “You know, my officers were victims in that case. We would hope that victims would be asked about their input on this, and we certainly wouldn’t have agreed to have that reduced to a misdemeanor.”

The chief was also skeptical about deporting Navarette Romero after this latest arrest. “The problem with deporting him right now would be there is a strong chance that he could end up back in this country again,” she said. “The danger is, if he’s not held accountable for his crimes here, and he’s simply deported, we would have no way to keep him from coming back into the country.”

How did all this happen? Because of the “sanctuary” policies of the law enforcement agencies he met previously.

Nearly 90% of Terror Suspects Entering US through Land Border Came via Canada

Nearly 90% of all terror suspects entering the US across a land border came from Canada, according to new US Customs and Border Patrol statistics.

“In the last fiscal year, 358 individuals on the terror watchlist were stopped at a Canadian border crossing, as compared to 52 stopped at a Mexican border crossing,” Canada’s National Post reported.

The Post went on to note that this ratio was the same throughout the COVID era.

“In 2022, Canada yielded 82 per cent of the 380 terror suspects stopped at a U.S. land border crossing. In 2023, Canada yielded 86 per cent of the 564 total suspects stopped at a land border crossing.”

The US’s “Terrorist Screening Dataset” (TSDS) is a list the includes people who are facing legal action for terrorism, people who are confirmed to be members of terrorist organizations and people who have family ties to confirmed or suspected terrorists or other links to them. Appearance on the list is not a guarantee that the person is actually a terrorist, but it does generally indicate a strong suspicion of involvement.

Security at the US’s northern border with Canada has become a new focus of attention after Trump announced stinging tariffs on Canadian goods until the Trudeau government does something to stem the flow of illegal immigrants moving south.

Illegal crossings from Canada have surged in recent years. In 2024, 19,000 people were arrested crossing from Canada into the US—the same amount as the previous 17 years combined.

“On January 20th, as one of my many first Executive Orders, I will sign all necessary documents to charge Mexico and Canada a 25% Tariff on ALL products coming into the United States, and its ridiculous Open Borders,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

“This Tariff will remain in effect until such time as Drugs, in particular Fentanyl, and all Illegal Aliens stop this Invasion of our Country!”

The governments of Mexico and Canada have been in panic mode since Trump’s announcement of tariffs linked to illegal immigration. Within hours of the announcement, Trudeau reportedly called Trump to speak about trade and security.

Trudeau has made clear he believes Trump will carry out his threat.

NYC is now home to over 58K ‘criminal’ migrants — including more than 1,000 gang members: ICE

There are over 58,000 illegal migrants who are convicted felons or facing criminal charges roaming NYC — and close to 670,000 across the country, startling new data obtained by The Post shows.

Of the 759,218 illegal-border crossers living in the Big Apple the feds were aware of as of Nov. 17, a jaw-dropping 58,626 – 7.7% — were either previously convicted of crimes or had criminal charges pending, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency data.

And of the 58,626 migrants with rap sheets, 1,053, nearly 2%, are “suspected or known gang members,” according to the agency.

“These numbers make it clear what everyone but our elected officials already know: sanctuary city laws are endangering New Yorkers by shielding criminals instead of protecting law-abiding citizens,” said Councilman Robert Holden, a moderate Queens Democrat.

Nationwide, the numbers are just as galling.

New Chair Of Connecticut Dems Was “Hesitant” To Talk About Past As Illegal Immigrant When He Ran For Danbury Mayor In 2021

Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont has tapped Danbury Mayor Roberto Alves to be the next chairman of the Democrat State Central Committee.

“As the mayor of a major city, he speaks with the residents of our state on a daily basis and is intimately familiar with their concerns and needs – working to keep our focus on making Connecticut more affordable,” said Lamont who believes Alves “represents the kind of leader needed” for the CT Dems.

“Roberto Alves exemplifies the very best of our state’s values, immigrating to Connecticut as a child, graduating from Danbury High School, and going on to work as a technical sales engineer at Cartus,” said Lt. Gov. Susan Bysiewicz.

According to the CTMirror, Alves came to the U.S. in 1989 as a 5-year-old from Brazil with his parents who overstayed their tourist visa.

When Trump took office in 2016, Alves reportedly “sped up his plan to earn” citizenship, and officially became a citizen on May 18, 2017.

“I wanted to fight locally for people who had the same struggles that my parents did and I did,” Alves told the NewsTimes in 2019.

Alves subsequently ran for Danbury Mayor in 2021, and didn’t hide his previous illegal status, but he didn’t highlight it, either.

“I’m hesitant to use it politically, and I don’t talk about it politically, because people are conservative, and it [rubs] on some people the wrong way,” said Alves in 2021.

It should rub people the wrong way, considering illegal immigration has been estimated to cost Connecticut residents around $1.28 billion.

And let’s not forget that folks like CT AG William Tong have been appearing all around the state, promising to protect illegals from the incoming Trump Administration’s “mass deportation” plans.

Incoming Border Czar Tom Homan Says Trump Administration Will Investigate Foreign Countries and NGOs Behind Border Invasion

In an interview on Fox News, incoming Trump Border Czar Tom Homan laid out an aggressive and detailed plan to combat the border crisis and restore order after what he called “four years of disastrous open-border policies” under the Biden administration.

Speaking with former Trump advisor Kellyanne Conway on the Hannity show, Homan promised to hold foreign governments, NGOs, and even elements of the United Nations accountable for their roles in fueling the migrant surge.

Homan said that the groundwork for securing the border has already begun, even before President-elect Trump takes office on January 20th. He is already coordinating with Texas Governor Greg Abbott to secure the southern border.
