The White House Released Its Response to Crying Selena Gomez and It Is Absolutely Devastating

The White House just released a video worthy of ending Selena Gomez’s career.

As readers will know, Gomez humiliated herself with a video uploaded to Instagram in which she cried at the deportation of illegal immigrants, the majority of whom have committed heinous crimes.

“I’m so sorry, I wish I could do something but I can’t,” she weeps in the video.

”I don’t know what to do. I’ll try everything, I promise.”

In an obvious sign of regret, Gomez quickly deleted her video from her account.

However, her following of 422 million meant that her tears will go down in internet history as one of the most humiliating liberal meltdowns of all time.

The White House has now responded to the singer and actress with a devastating video of mothers whose children were murdered by illegal immigrants, who are often referred to as “Angel Moms.”

“You don’t know who you’re crying for,” says Tammy Hamilton, who was the mother of Kayla Hamilton.

“What about our children who were brutally murdered and raped and beat to death and left on the floor by these illegal immigrants?”

“Seeing that video, it’s hard to believe that it’s actually genuine and real because she’s an actress,” says Alexis Nungaray, the mother of Jocelyn Nungaray.

“My daughter was a child,” she continued. “There’s many other children whose lives were taken due to people who crossed her illegally.”

“I just feel like it’s a ruse to deceive people and to garner sympathy for lawlessness,” added Patty Morin, the mother of Rachel Morin.

“They didn’t cry for our daughters. No one has stood up except for us mothers to cry out about our children.”

There Is No Such Thing as “Settled Law”

Much of the debate over so-called “birthright citizenship” is over interpretations of the Fourteenth Amendment to the US constitution. Most of the people currently in power claim that the text means every baby born to every foreign national on American soil is an automatic US citizen. Others—like myself—believe that this interpretation is dubious and has always been a matter of debate.

In commentary on this topic, however, one often encounters assertions to the effect that rulings by the US Supreme Court provide the “definitive” or “final” interpretation. Or, put another way, there is an idea that once SCOTUS makes a ruling on something, then the ruling is “settled law.” Even worse, some people think that once the Supreme Court has ruled on something, there is no point discussing it or challenging the currently popular interpretation of the law.

In truth, there is no such thing as settled law and the US Supreme court’s interpretations are hardly definitive. In politics nothing is ever settled or permanent. No cause is ever won or lost permanently. Beyond the short term, everything is up for grabs.

Trump Sets Saturday Deadline for 25% Tariffs on Mexico and Canada to Force Action on Illegal Migration and Fentanyl Crisis

President Donald Trump has set a Saturday deadline to impose a 25% tariff on all imports from Mexico and Canada.

The administration asserts that these tariffs will remain until both neighboring countries take substantial measures to curb the flow of unauthorized migrants and illicit drugs into the United States.

This announcement follows a recent agreement with Colombia, where the threat of similar tariffs led the Marxist president to fold like a cheap suit and begin accepting deported migrants.

In a statement from the Oval Office Thursday, President Trump emphasized the urgency of the situation.

“Mexico and Canada have never been good to us on trade. They’ve treated us very unfairly on trade,” Trump said.

“We’ll be announcing the tariffs on Canada and Mexico for a number of reasons. Number one is the people that have poured into our country so horribly and so much.

“Number two are the drugs, fentanyl and everything else that have come into the country. Number three are the massive subsidies that we’re giving to Canada and to Mexico in the form of deficits.

“I’ll be putting the tariff of 25% on Canada and separately 25% on Mexico. We will really have to do that because we have very big deficits with those countries. Those tariffs may or may not rise with time,” Trump said.

When asked about whether he would impose tariffs on Canadian and Mexican oil, Trump said, “We may or may not. We’re going to make that determination probably tonight.”

Illinois Governor and Chicago Mayor are Preventing ICE from Deporting Hundreds of Illegals in Local Jails

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson and Illinois Governor JB Pritzker, both Democrats, are reportedly blocking ICE agents from entering prisons and jails to deport hundreds of illegal aliens in the sanctuary city of Chicago.

Real America’s Voice correspondent Ben Bergquam reports that there are about 300 illegal aliens in jail with ICE detainer requests, but leftist Chicago officials will not let ICE take them to be deported.

An immigration detainer is a request from ICE that asks local law enforcement agencies, including jails and prisons, to “notify the requesting agency as early as possible before they release a removable alien” and “hold the alien for up to 48 hours beyond the time they would ordinarily release them so DHS has time to assume custody in accordance with federal immigration law,” according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement. “Immigration detainers are requests from federal law enforcement officers and agents, and officials only lodge them against aliens when there’s probable cause to believe that the person is removable from the United States under federal immigration law.”

“You’re going to see the federal government come after these cities and states in a way we’ve never seen before,” Berguam said. “I think we’re going to see defunding of sanctuary communities that don’t allow these ICE officers into their jails.”

As The Gateway Pundit recently reported, Illinois officials are working to sabotage the Trump administration’s mass deportation efforts through legislative changes and preventing Chicago Police from working with the Federal government to remove illegals involved in drug crimes, gang-related crimes, prostitution, human trafficking, or child sex crimes.

The far-left Governor, JB Pritzker, was also recently caught making up a hoax, claiming that ICE agents raided an elementary school in Chicago last Friday.

Gov. Pritzker Defies Trump Admin — Declares Local Police Will Defend ‘Law-Abiding Undocumented People’

Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker (D) warned the Trump administration that his local law enforcement will defy his mass deportation orders and “stand up for those law-abiding, undocumented people.”

CNN’s “State of the Union” host Dana Bash asked Sunday, “How are you preparing, particularly if they do target schools, churches and small businesses as they are now allowed to do?”

“Well, let me start by being clear that when we’re talking about violent criminals who have been convicted and who are undocumented, we don’t want them in our state,” Pritzker replied. “We want them out of the country. We hope they do get deported. And if that’s who they’re picking up, we’re all for it.”

“They show up with a warrant, and we’re going to hand over people who are in our prisons or in our jails who fit that description. Now, what they’re also doing, though, and it’s quite disturbing, is they’re going after people who are law-abiding, who are holding down jobs, who have families here who may have been here for a decade or two decades, and they’re often our neighbors and our friends.”

The Democrat governor went on to assert that Trump should grant these “law-abiding” illegal aliens with pathways to citizenship rather than deport them.

“And why are we going after them? These are not people who are causing problems in our country. What we need is a path to citizenship for them,” he said. “We need to secure our border. We need to get rid of the violent criminals, but we also need to protect people, at least the residents of Illinois and all across the nation, who are just doing what we hope that immigrants will do.”

“We also have a law on the books in Illinois that says that our local law enforcement will stand up for those law-abiding, undocumented people in our state who are doing the right thing,” he continued. “And we’re not going to help federal officials just drag them away because somebody pointed at them and said, oh, that person’s brown or that person’s not from here. Check it out. Maybe they’re undocumented.”

Pritzker’s defiant remarks are setting up a government showdown with the Trump administration that could result in him facing legal action.

Whistleblower: Multiple FBI Agents Called In Sick With ‘Blue Flu’ To Avoid Helping ICE Round-Up Criminal Illegals In Chicago

Multiple FBI agents assigned to assist ICE with illegal alien deportations in Chicago last weekend, called in sick with the “Blue Flu,” according to an FBI whistleblower.

On January 22, Acting Attorney General James McHenry ordered the FBI; U.S. Marshal’s Service; Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA); Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF);  and Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) to assist ICE with deportations.

Former FBI Special Agent Steve Friend said Tuesday that multiple agents assigned to assist in the deportation effort in Chicago called in sick to “protest” the mission.

“I’ve been told that agents are calling in sick—”blue flu” style—to protest the directive,”  Friend posted on X.

ICE ramped up it’s deportation effort over the weekend, making nearly 1,200 arrests Sunday and nearly 1,000 on Saturday, according to the Wall Street Journal.

President Trump’s Border Czar Tom Homan was in Chicago on Sunday, along with US Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove, to oversee Immigration enforcements in the city, Fox News’ Matt Finn reported.

A video posted by Finn on X shows Bove saying that the the Department of Homeland Security is running the operation in lockstep with the Department of Justice and urging agents to safely implement Trump policies.

Friend,  who is now a senior fellow at the Center for Renewing America and an “American Radicals” podcaster, told American Greatness that other field offices have been asking for volunteers to help with the deportation effort, but many agents are afraid of retaliation from their superiors.

“People know if they step forward, then leadership will identify them as MAGA,” he explained.

“The executive management at some field offices aren’t sending out any guidance for the ICE directive. Just ignoring,” he added.

The former G-man said it was important for the Senate to confirm former federal prosecutor Kash Patel, Trump’s nominee to head the FBI, “to root this subterfuge out.”

“Everyone is scared of retaliation. Always. But people are coming forward with more for me recently because they think Kash [Patel] is getting in,” Friend told American Greatness.

Refugee awarded by Tim Walz pleads guilty to role in giant COVID-related fraud scheme

A refugee in Minnesota who once received an award from the Walz administration has pled guilty for participating in the largest known COVID-related scam in America.

On Friday, 43-year-old Ayan Farah Abukar, who lives just outside Minneapolis in Savage, Minnesota, pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with the Feeding Our Future case.

Following the COVID pandemic, the Minnesota Department of Education began allocating federal resources from the Federal Child Nutrition Program to the organizations Feeding Our Future and Partners in Quality Care, with the expectation that the organizations would use the money to help Minnesota children in need, the Sahan Journal explained.

Abukar became involved through the organization she founded, Action for East African People. As executive director, Abukar partnered Action for East African People with Feeding Our Future and another group identified only as Sponsor A in the DOJ press release.

Selena Gomez Falsely Claims She Was Threatened in Response to Troll Who Pointed Out That Her Grandmother was an Illegal Alien and Questioned Whether She Should be Deported

An X post trolling Selena Gomez over a recent act she put on and humorously questioning whether or not she should be deported has elicited a response from the actress, who called it a “threat.”

The over-dramatization is nothing new.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Selena Gomez, in a since-deleted clip, put her trump derangement syndrome on full display, sobbing over Trump’s quest to remove criminal aliens from America.

“I just want to say that I’m so sorry,” she sobbed. “All my people are getting attacked, the children. I don’t understand.”

“I’m so sorry. I wish I could do something, but I can’t. I don’t know what to do. I’ll try everything, I promise,” she said hysterically.

She apparently cares more about the murderers of Laken Riley, Rachel Morrin, Jocelyn Nungary, and countless others than the families of brutally murdered alien crime victims.

Sam Parker, a one-time Senate candidate from Utah, posted the clip on his personal X account, accurately pointing out that Gomez is the descendant of illegal aliens and questioning whether “Selena should be deported, too.”

Maine law firm tells schools to ‘destroy’ student records that reveal immigration status

In a “Client Alert” sent out the day after President Donald Trump was sworn into office, a progressive Maine law firm told public school officials about steps they can take to resist the Trump administration’s deportation efforts, including destroying student records that may expose immigration status.

The advisory email from the Portland-based Drummond Woodsum law firm, obtained by the Maine Wire, stated, “The Trump administration has pledged to conduct large-scale immigration enforcement actions targeting undocumented immigrants, which may have ramifications for schools. While the situation remains dynamic and subject to change, we understand that our clients are seeking information now and therefore we will address some specific issues below based on the current legal landscape.”

The advisory noted that “historically, immigration enforcement actions have not been conducted on school premises” under “sensitive location” policies issued by Customs and Border Protection and Immigration and Customs Enforcement “unless there are exigent circumstances or prior supervisory approval,” with schools being among these locations.

“However, the Trump administration has suggested it will repeal and/or disregard that policy. In light of this, school officials should generate a plan for what to do if immigration officials seek to conduct activities at school, and provide appropriate training to those who may come into contact with the officials.”

The Department of Homeland Security has since reversed these guidelines, saying that “This action empowers the brave men and women in CBP and ICE to enforce our immigration laws and catch criminal aliens — including murderers and rapists — who have illegally come into our country.”

Congress Summons Far-left Sanctuary City Mayors to Testify at a Committee Hearing on Protecting Criminal Aliens from Federal Law Enforcement

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) has initiated a bold inquiry into the protective policies of notorious sanctuary cities against federal law enforcement.

This inquiry targets mayors of Boston, Chicago, Denver, and New York City on their controversial stances on non-cooperation with federal immigration authorities, which Comer criticizes as “misguided and obstructionist policies that jeopardize American safety.”

Each of these cities has enacted measures that limit cooperation with federal efforts to apprehend and deport illegal immigrants, particularly those with criminal records.

Recall that Boston’s Democrat Mayor Michelle Wu made headlines last November with her interview with WCVB, where she vowed that Boston would not cooperate with the incoming administration’s deportation efforts.

“But what we can do is make sure that we are doing our part to protect our residents in every possible way, that we are not cooperating with those efforts that actually threaten the safety of everyone by causing widespread fear and having large-scale economic impact,” she said.

Also, Denver Mayor Mike Johnston has declared his willingness to defy federal law and face jail time to protect illegal immigrants—including those with criminal records—from President-elect Donald Trump’s promised deportation efforts.
