What a Nutcase! Creepy Virginia Gubernatorial Candidate Supports Mass Amnesty for Anyone in the World Who Makes it into the US

Democrat Abigail Spanberger openly wishes to destroy the United States and she’s not ashamed to admit it.

Creepy Virginia Democratic gubernatorial candidate Spanberger told supporters she supports open borders and mass amnesty for every person who wants to come to America.

Joe Biden brought in 20 million illegals through his open borders.

Abigail Spanberger: I certainly want to protect every person who might be interested in arriving at the United States, claiming asylum, working here, coming as a refugee, whatever the parameters or the need that begins their desire to move to our country.

This comes just days after she could not make herself condemn Americans who want to murder children of Republicans.

Abigail is a crackpot.

Abigail also said that it’s ‘horrifying’ that under the current administration that crossing the border illegally is considered a criminal act.

Perhaps that is because it is a violation of federal immigration law. What is it about this basic fact that Democrats cannot seem to grasp?

Criminal Illegal Alien Who Ran Des Moines Schools Registered As Maryland Voter

Ian Andre Roberts, the illegal alien ineligible for employment in the U.S. but hired in Iowa as superintendent at the Des Moines School District, is a registered Maryland voter.

By law, only U.S. citizens are allowed to register to vote in U.S. elections, but an election watchdog group, the American Accountability Foundation (AAF), looked into voter registration in states where Roberts previously lived and found he registered to vote as a Democrat twice, once in 2011 and again in 2016.

It raises questions about how many other illegal aliens or otherwise ineligible people have successfully registered to vote. As AAF president Tom Jones told Fox 45, “We can’t rely on the honor system to hope that illegal aliens won’t lie to us.”

The only citizenship verification on the Maryland voter registration form is a tiny box next to the question “Are you a U.S. citizen?” where the applicant checks yes or no.

Oddly, the documents AAF received from Prince George’s County Maryland concealed his answer. The Federalist asked the Prince George’s County  election office why it redacted that information. It did not respond.

The instructions tell applicants who answer “No” on the citizenship question to not complete the form, so we may assume Roberts lied and claimed to be a citizen since he completed the form, but as an illegal alien, Robert’s has a history of not following instructions. Because of the county’s redaction, we can’t be certain how he answered, so we can’t know if he lied or if he told the truth and the county overlooked it.

The form advises that lying on a voter registration is perjury punishable with up to five years in prison, if he is ever charged for it. Roberts is already incarcerated for his illegal immigration status; he is currently being held at the Council Bluffs, Iowa main jail in Polk County, the U.S. Marshals Service told The Federalist. As previously reported, Roberts has a criminal background, but was promoted through woke school systems.

Convicted Pedophile Illegal Alien Released by Sanctuary City, Arrested Again

The Department of Homeland Security confirmed the arrest of Rick Martinez Lopez, an illegal alien from Guatemala with multiple convictions in Virginia. 

Despite his history as a convicted pedophile and registered sex offender, the Richmond City Jail released him in August after refusing to honor an ICE detainer. 

That decision allowed a violent criminal back into the community, proving that the consequences of sanctuary policies are not abstract but dangerously real.

Martinez Lopez’s record is extensive and alarming. His convictions include sexual assault of a child, failure to register as a sex offender, and probation violations. 

He was a known threat, yet local officials chose to ignore a lawful detainer request from federal immigration authorities. 

Instead of cooperating with ICE, Richmond authorities prioritized political ideology over public safety, enabling a repeat offender to walk free in Virginia neighborhoods.

The release demonstrates how sanctuary policies function in practice. 

Federal immigration officers attempted to carry out their duties, but local officials refused to cooperate, placing ideology above enforcement. 

These policies undermine public trust and erode the ability of federal officers to protect communities from individuals already proven dangerous. 

Rather than safeguarding families, sanctuary decisions increase the likelihood that predators remain in close proximity to vulnerable populations.

Martinez Lopez entered the United States illegally at an unknown time and place, bypassing any form of lawful inspection. 

His presence in the country reflects how failures at the border combine with sanctuary loopholes to create lasting dangers. 

When local governments decline to assist federal officers, the result is not community protection but heightened risk. 

Communities are forced to live with the consequences of criminals shielded from deportation.

After his release, Martinez Lopez spent weeks freely moving about before ICE finally apprehended him on October 14.

Illegal Alien Who Put Hits Out on ICE Agents Finds Out That Was a Very Bad Idea

A Texas illegal immigrant thought it would be a good idea to use the social media platform TikTok to solicit the murders of United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers. It turns out that, at least for him, it was a very bad idea indeed.

His name is Eduardo Aguilar, and he was offering up to $10,000 for each successful hit. His efforts led the 23-year-old to earn an up-close and personal meeting with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Not surprisingly, the get-together did not go well for him, and he was arrested.

The DHS tweet continues:

We are thankful this criminal who had a firearm in his possession was arrested before he could kill one of our law enforcement officers. 

The Trump administration will not back down from these threats, and every criminal, terrorist, and illegal alien will face American justice.

Abigail Spanberger Says it’s ‘Horrifying’ That Crossing the Border Illegally is Considered a Criminal Act

Illegal immigration was one of the top issues of the 2024 election, but Abigail Spanberger, the Democrat running for governor of Virginia doesn’t seem to appreciate that.

In a video circulating on social media, Spanberger says that it’s ‘horrifying’ that under the current administration that crossing the border illegally is considered a criminal act.

Perhaps that is because it is a violation of federal immigration law. What is it about this basic fact that Democrats cannot seem to grasp?

This is obviously one of the reasons why the governor race in Virginia is now essentially tied. If elected, Spanberger is going to go right back to Democrat business as usual. She wants to ignore the mandate of the 2024 election.

She has already vowed to undo much of the work done on this issue by the current Republican Governor Glenn Youngkin.

Spanberger vows to scrap Youngkin’s immigration order if elected governor

Democratic nominee for governor Abigail Spanberger says one of her first acts if elected would be to undo Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s February directive requiring Virginia law enforcement to help carry out federal immigration crackdowns — a policy she argues wastes local resources and undermines community trust.

“I would rescind his executive order, yes,” Spanberger told The Mercury in a lengthy policy interview earlier this month, referring to Youngkin’s Executive Order 47 issued in February. The order gave state police and corrections officers authority to perform certain immigration duties and also urged local jails to fully cooperate with federal deportation operations.

The governor said at the time the measure was meant to keep “dangerous criminal illegal immigrants” off Virginia’s streets. Spanberger countered that Youngkin’s approach illustrates how immigration enforcement can pull local agencies away from their core responsibilities while pushing state agencies into federal civil enforcement.

“Our immigration system is absolutely broken,” she said. “The idea that we would take local police officers or local sheriff’s deputies in amid all the things that they have to do, like community policing or staffing our jails or investigating real crimes, so that they can go and tear families apart … that is a misuse of those resources.”

If people in Virginia still care about the issue of illegal immigration, the choice in November is pretty clear.

Dallas mayor calls for review after police chief rejects $25 million ICE offer for immigration enforcement

Dallas Mayor Eric L. Johnson is calling for a public review of Police Chief Daniel Comeaux’s decision to reject a $25 million federal offer from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, urging a joint committee meeting to determine whether the city should reconsider joining the 287(g) immigration enforcement program.

Mayor seeks committee briefing

The Republican mayor’s request follows Comeaux’s disclosure to the Community Police Oversight Board that he personally declined ICE’s $25 million offer, citing concerns about bringing unwanted attention to Dallas.

The 287(g) program allows local law enforcement agencies to perform certain immigration duties under federal authority. Recent changes in Texas law now require county sheriff’s departments to participate in at least one of the program’s models.

Johnson says the decision should be made transparently, with public input and a thorough analysis of both financial implications and public safety impact.

Democrats Fear the Loss of Their Municipal Monopolies

President Trump’s deployment of federal forces threatens Democrats’ municipal monopolies on political power. This is why they so strenuously object to federal assistance in cities’ law enforcement. Without overwhelming city vote totals, Democrats’ political control in states across America would collapse.

President Trump has repeatedly injected federal resources into city law enforcement – Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., Memphis, and now Portland and Chicago – where he has deemed crime to be out of local authorities’ ability or will to control it. At each intervention, national Democrat leaders have loudly protested – even in Washington, where Mayor Bowser acknowledged crime was down.

Apart from playing to their national base, Democrats’ protests rest on the reality that their power depends on maintaining their monopoly grip on cities’ huge vote totals. Of America’stop 20 cities, Democrats control 18; of the top 40, Democrats control 32; of the top 100, Democrats control 66. Notably, America’s 33rd largest city, Fresno, California, is the largest to have a Republican mayor in a Blue state.

For Democrats, control of cities’ huge populations means control of the states in which these are located. As examples: New York City makes up 44.3% of New York state’s population; Chicago is 21.6% of Illinois’ population; Albuquerque is 26.5% of New Mexico’s; Portland is 15.3% of Oregon’s. And these are just single-city examples; in some states, control of several big cities (e.g., Minneapolis and St. Paul are 12.8% of Minnesota’s population; Denver and Colorado Springs are 20% of Colorado’s population) make for similarly overwhelming percentages.

Why this is so important for Democrats nationally can be seen from 2024’s presidential election results. Between the coasts, Democrats were barely competitive, losing over 70% of the electoral votes cast outside California, Washington, New York, and Massachusetts.

Even winning the less than 30% the electoral votes Democrats won between America’s coasts required them to win states like Illinois, Minnesota, Colorado, and New Mexico – states where Democrat-controlled city populations were significantly larger percentages of their populations than the popular vote percentage that separated Kamala Harris from Donald Trump in them. Even New York, a Democrat bastion (the last Republican presidential victory there was Ronald Reagan’s in 1984) is a dramatic example: While New York City is 44.3% of New York state’s population, Harris beat Trump by only 12.6 percentage points there: She did so by winning 67.7% of New York City votes – almost 1 million more than Trump and almost her entire margin of victory in New York state.

Dr Oz accuses Democrats of ‘gaslighting’ Americans over $1B in Medicaid payments to illegal immigrants

Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz announced Thursday that an internal review uncovered more than $1 billion in Medicaid payments to illegal immigrants across several states, a problem he says the Trump administration is now moving to correct.

“The Democrats have been gaslighting us on this issue of Medicaid funds going to illegal immigrants for quite a while,” Oz said on “Fox & Friends.” 

Healthcare for illegal immigrants has been a major issue prolonging the latest government shutdown, which is now entering its third week. Republicans accuse Democrats of allowing federal health dollars to go to illegal immigrants while standing in the way of efforts to cut government waste.

Oz said his agency’s investigation into the topic is “just getting started” and the latest figure covers only a few states.

ICE arrests Chicago police officer accused of being illegal migrant

A suburban Chicago police officer was left stunned when ICE agents arrested him after officials discovered he was living in the United States illegally. 

Radule Bojovic, of Montenegro, was off duty on Thursday morning when he was approached by ICE and handcuffed in a parking lot in Rolling Meadows.  

The cop – who said he ‘loves America’ – admitted to agents that he has been working as a sworn officer with the Hanover Park Police Department since January. 

He taken into custody by federal officers during Operation Midway Blitz, which aims to rid Illinois of ‘the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens in Chicago’.   

The Department of Homeland Security said Bojovic had overstayed a B-2 tourist visa, and was supposed to have left the US by March 31, 2015.

However, he was ‘still illegally’ in the country more than a decade later.

Ben Bergquam, founder of FrontlineAmerica.com and host of Law & Border on Real America’s Voice News, was on the scene during Bojovic’s arrest and captured the moment he was cuffed by ICE officers. 

When Bergquam asked Bojovic how long he had been a police officer, he replied: ‘January 8 [2025]’. 

Bojovic confirmed that when he was hired, he had provided work authorization documents and advised that he was able to carry a firearm on-duty.

DOJ Brings Terrorism Charges Against ‘Militant’ Antifa Cell That Attacked ICE Facility

A federal grand jury indicted two alleged Antifa members on counts of “providing material support to terrorists,” the “attempted murder of officers and employees of the United States,” and “discharging firearms during, in relation to, and in furtherance of a crime of violence,” according to the indictment.

These are reportedly the first terrorism charges associated with Antifa.

The charges originate from a July 4 attack on the Prairieland Detention Center in Alvarado, Texas, allegedly by Cameron Arnold, Zachary Evetts, indicted, and several co-conspirators, as previously reported by The Federalist. The Department of Homeland Security was using the facility to house illegal migrants ahead of their deportation.

According to the indictment, attackers “began by shooting fireworks toward the facility and vandalizing vehicles and a guard shed.” DHS personnel contacted local law enforcement for support.

The indictment says Arnold yelled “get to the rifles,” and fired on the officers. He hit an Alvarado police officer, who returned fire, the document says. The attackers left after Arnold’s rifle jammed. Police arrested “most of the Antifa cell shortly after the attack,” and arrested Arnold the next day, according to the indictment.

The indictment describes Antifa as a “militant enterprise made up of networks of individuals and small groups, primarily ascribing to a revolutionary anarchist or autonomous Marxist ideology, which explicitly calls for the overthrow of the United States Government, law enforcement authorities, and the system of law.”

The document acknowledged a pattern “beginning in 2025” of “Antifa adherents” targeting ICE facilities and agents, in protest of “policy on the removal of illegal aliens.” It cites one Antifa member in an encrypted chat saying, “I’m done with peaceful protests” and “Blue lives don’t matter.”

President Trump officially designated Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization last month.
