DoJ Admits Illegal Immigrant Stole American’s ID, Voted In US Elections

The Department of Justice (DOJ) announced that an illegal immigrant agreed to plead guilty to charges of stealing an American citizen’s identity, using it to vote in elections, and obtaining a U.S. passport.

Angelica Maria Francisco, 42, who had been residing in Alabama but is originally from Guatemala, was charged with making false claims of citizenship in connection with voting, aggravated identity theft, false statements to apply for a U.S. passport, and use of a U.S. passport obtained by false statements, said the DOJ in a news release on Sept. 5.

Francisco, described by the DOJ as an “undocumented individual,” assumed the identity of a U.S. citizen in 2011 before using her false identity to get a passport that same year. Subsequently, she used the passport to travel to and from Guatemala and the United States. In 2021, she used the false identity to renew the passport and used it to travel from the United States to Guatemala in 2022.

The indictment said Francisco allegedly registered to vote in Alabama using the same fake name and voted in both the 2016 and 2020 primary and general elections. Details about how she voted or whether she registered with a specific political party were not provided. Voters in Alabama, long a Republican stronghold, overwhelmingly voted for former President Donald Trump in those two elections.

The DOJ said the U.S. State Department’s Diplomatic Security Service, as well as Alabama state officials, investigated Francisco’s case.

In response to the woman’s arrest, Alabama Secretary of State Wes Allen, a Republican, said that “a top priority of this Office is ensuring only eligible American citizens are voting in Alabama elections,” according to a statement from his office.

“We will continue to assist law enforcement in every way possible as they prosecute individuals who vote illegally in Alabama elections to the fullest extent of the law,” he said.

It’s not clear if Francisco has an attorney or how she allegedly stole the U.S. citizen’s identity. A plea agreement filed in connection with the case indicated that the woman agreed to plead guilty to nine counts that she faced, according to court records.

Since the 2020 election, Republicans and the former president have expressed concerns about voter fraud and whether illegal immigrants and noncitizens could cast votes in elections.

About two months ago, the House passed legislation mostly along party lines that would mandate voters to provide proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections. The White House had expressed opposition to the bill, which has seen no movement in the Democrat-controlled Senate.

Woman Attacked By Migrant Lectured By Police Over HER ‘Offensive’ Language

A woman who accused a migrant of attacking her in the street was subjected to a lecture from police about her use of politically incorrect language in the aftermath of the incident.

Footage shot by the woman shows three Metropolitan Police officers questioning her on Kings Road in London.

She told the officers that a “filthy migrant” had confronted her and spat at her.

While the officers said they were willing to investigate the incident, they appeared more concerned with policing the woman’s language, telling her “we have a duty to challenge that language, because we are police officers and that is the law.”

“You’re saying the two things together, which is offensive isn’t it?” one of the male officers stated, referring to the woman’s words.

“We can’t not challenge that language because people in the public might find that offensive,” the officers further told the woman.

“So you find my language offensive?” the woman asked, to which the female officer responded “Yes I do actually.”

“I’m not interested in a PC lecture,” the woman told the officers, prompting one to respond, “we’re not here to give you a lecture.”

Kamala Harris vows to grant amnesty to migrants who illegally cross border: ‘Earned pathway to citizenship’

Vice President Kamala Harris vows on her long-awaited new campaign website to establish an “earned pathway to citizenship” for migrants who cross the border illegally.

“She knows that our immigration system is broken and needs comprehensive reform that includes strong border security and an earned pathway to citizenship,” says the website — which only went online Sunday, a month and a half into her campaign, and has already been criticized as too vague.

Former President Donald Trump, who Harris is going up against for the White House, has claimed he will enact a large deportation initiative to expel illegal migrants from the US.

Harris’ website policies on the border, which voters rank as a high-priority issue, don’t add anything beyond harking back to a related bipartisan Senate bill.

“As President, she will bring back the bipartisan border security bill and sign it into law,” her website states without offering any other proposals on the crisis.

Democrat Colin Allred Lies When Confronted Over Past Remarks About ‘Racist Wall’ He Vowed To Tear Down

Rep. Colin Allred (D-TX) lied this week when confronted during an interview that aired Sunday night about past remarks that he made about President Donald Trump’s border wall, claiming that his remarks were taken “out of context.”

Allred, who is running as the Democrat Senate nominee against Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), made the false claim while being asked about campaign ads that he is facing where Cruz quotes Allred as saying: “If they build that racist wall, my generation is the one that will tear it down.”

When asked if he still believed that the wall was “racist” and if he still supports tearing it down, Allred, who is trailing Cruz by several points in the polls, claimed: “Well, they were talking about, that’s a comment taken out of context, really.”

He immediately deflected from answering question and attacked Cruz for not supporting the Democrats’ border security bill that many experts argued would actually make the Biden-Harris border crisis even worse than it already is.

Haitian Migrants Invade Small Ohio Town, Reportedly Eat Neighbors’ Cats

The story begins as many 21st-century Midwestern Rust Belt ones do, with a hollowed-out city abandoned by the manufacturing sector for greener offshore pastures where multinational “American” corporations can pay Indonesian orphans 12 cents/hour with no OHSA regulations and definitely no 401(k) programs.

Then a wave of manufacturing re-investment returned, only that — golly gee — there weren’t enough workers.

So the rational neoliberal solution was to import them from somewhere called Haiti.

Accordingly, over the past four years, 20,000 Haitian “migrants” swarmed Springfield, Ohio (2020 population: 58,000).

Much cultural enrichment and infrastructure collapse ensued.

Via Daily Mail (emphasis added):

Japanese vehicle parts maker Topre was one of the first to arrive in 2017, followed by a microchip manufacturer, a logistics company, and many more.

About 8,000 new jobs were created by 2020, and they have only increased since then. But there were not enough workers to fill them.

Then Haitian immigrants elsewhere in the US, who were in the country legally, heard Springfield needed workers.

Willing to do the blue-collar jobs locals were unenthusiastic about and keen to pay lower rent than in big cities, they arrived in droves.

About 20,000 came in just a few years, swelling the town’s population – which was just 58,000 in the 2020 census.”

According to residents, as shocking as it might be, it seems the process of cultural assimilation has hit a few snags.

As you might imagine, a 20,000 jump in population over a few years in a population of under 60,000 strained the housing supply.

Via ABC 33 40 (emphasis added):

Large numbers of people entering or living in America illegally are exacerbating the housing crisis, including in areas like Ohio far from the border.

City Manager Bryan Heck of Springfield sent an urgent letter requesting federal aid to U.S. Sens. Tim Scott, R-S.C., and Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio. Despite the city’s ongoing advancements in housing projects, the sheer number of migrants arriving and residing in the area has strained resources to their limits.”

Via the letter (emphasis added):

The City of Springfield, Ohio is facing a significant housing crisis in our community. Many factors have played in to where we are today, but without significant support at the Federal level, I believe, that the situation and the need for housing in our community will become much worse.

The City of Springfield and its partners have been proactively working towards solutions for this crisis since a Housing Consortium made up of both public and private sector leaders formed in 2018. This led to two macro-level studies focused on addressing the housing situation prepared by the Greater Ohio Policy Center on behalf of Springfield. This identified the challenges that Springfield’s Housing Market faced, while also identifying key initiatives, policies, and programs that our community could implement to address the situation.

Many of the recommendations have been adopted and put into practice, and we have seen positive results. But most recently, Springfield has seen a surge in population through immigration that has significantly impacted our ability as a community to produce enough housing opportunities for all. Springfield’s Haitian population has increased to 15,000 – 20,000 over the last four years in a community of just under 60,000 previous residents, putting a significant strain on our resources and ability to provide ample housing for all of our residents. Despite 2000 additional housing units set to come online over the next three to five years, this is still not enough.”

Of course, the unbearable burden on the housing supply is bad enough. But just to add an extra level of Mad Max-style dystopia into the equation…

First Illegal Alien This Year Charged in Connection to Voting Fraud After Years of Voting in US Elections — This Is Just the Beginning as Tens of Thousands of Illegals Are Currently Registered to Vote in US

The Northern District of Alabama US Attorney’s Office charged illegal immigrant Angelica Maria Francisco after she stole a US citizen’s identity and has voted in numerous elections since 2011.

Francisco has resided mostly in Russellville, Alabama since she came to the US.

Biden’s DOJ said Francisco has agreed to plead guilty to all of the charges.

According to the DOJ complaint:

An undocumented individual has been charged in connection with her fraudulent assumption of a United States citizen’s identity and her use of that identity to vote in multiple elections and obtain multiple United States passports, announced U.S. Attorney Prim F. Escalona and Resident Agent in Charge Joseph R. Wysowaty of the U.S. State Department’s Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) Atlanta Resident Office.

A nine-count information filed in U.S. District Court charges Angelica Maria Francisco, 42, most recently of Russellville, with false claims of citizenship in connection with voting, false statements in application for a United States passport, use of a United States passport obtained by false statements, and aggravated identity theft.

A plea agreement was filed with the information, indicating that Francisco has agreed to plead guilty to all of the charges.

According to the information and plea agreement, Francisco assumed the identity of a United States citizen in or around 2011.

Francisco used the false identity to obtain a United States passport in 2011.

She subsequently used the United States passport to travel to and from her native country of Guatemala in 2012, 2015, and 2018.  Using the same false identity, Francisco also registered to vote in Alabama in 2016 and voted in the 2016 and 2020 primary and general elections.

And in 2021, Francisco used the same false identity to apply for and receive a renewed passport, which she used to travel to and from Guatemala in 2022.

The Court will set a date for Francisco to enter her guilty plea.

Of course, Francisco is just the tip of the iceberg. There are likely hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens registered to vote in America today.

Venezuelan Gang Is Reportedly Terrorizing North Dallas

A video went viral earlier this week depicting the Venezuelan gang Tren De Aragua allegedly assaulting a man in a North Dallas neighborhood.

Several multiple local outlets have covered the video, connecting  it to assertions that a Venezuelan gang is taking over a neighborhood in North Dallas.

It should be noted that this video is a year old according to Dallas police sources that were in contact with WFAA. Law enforcement sources also claimed that this was an isolated incident and not related to organized gang activity

However, in a separate instance, law enforcement officials announced that the Dallas police department is investigating gang activity in the North Dallas area connected to Tren de Aragua.

“Our department is collaborating with other agencies to address possible crimes linked to this and other gangs in our city,” Dallas police announced in a statement.

The aforementioned video was recorded in October 2023 and the case is apparently close. The video footage shows a group of Spanish-speaking males brutally pummeling a man. Gang unit officers launched an investigation of the incident and swept through the apartments in the Haverwood Lane area of North Dallas. Law enforcement initially believed that the assault was not connected to gang activity.

Libs of TikTok reposted this video on X on September 3. This same account also disseminated information about the Tren de Aragua gang moving into several apartment complexes in Aurora, Colorado. This incident has sparked uproar as allegations of the Venezuelan gang taking over these complexes have begun to proliferate across the web.  These claims gained steam after the release of a video showing armed individuals inside one of the apartment buildings.

Bombshell report reveals Venezuelan gang has had Aurora complex in a ‘stranglehold’ for over a year

A Venezuelan gang took over an apartment Complex in Colorado more than a year ago, according to a Denver law firm’s report.

The Tren de Aragua, a criminal group from Venezuela, has had a ‘stranglehold’ on the Whispering Pines Apartments in Aurora since late 2023, the law firm Perkins Coie claimed in a letter to Aurora officials.

The firm found that the gang has engaged in assaults, threats of murder, extortion and even child prostitution, as reported by CBS News Colorado.

The law firm was hired by the lender for Whispering Pines Apartments, 1357 Helena Street, to investigate the reported takeover and claims the gang has been extorting ‘rents’ from people they moved into vacant units.

The vacant units have reportedly been used to host ‘parties’ where the gang provides ‘drug and child prostitution,’ according to the apartments’ manager, who added that ‘minors are a good source of money.’

The Aurora Police Department has denied claims that the complex has been overrun by gangsters.

However, the report, issued in August, says that ‘Tren de Aragua has threatened to kill (and, in certain instances, has apparently actively attempted to kill) members of Whispering Pines management.’

In November, 2023, a consultant for the complex’s management company was so allegedly severely beaten and stomped by gang members that he had to go to the hospital.

The gang’s activities reported escalated this year, with a housekeeper claiming in April 2024 that a two individuals ‘went into an apartment, came out with large firearms, and were coming to kill [the property manager].’

The property manager said the two individuals were gang members and arrested as they were coming to kill him.’

The manager also claimed ‘gang members allegedly stabbed a Whispering Pines resident for refusing to pay “rent” to the gang.’

He told the law firm that in June the gangsters offered to help him if he paid them 50 percent of the funds collected in rents.

A housekeeper reported that a gang member told her: ‘This is our business plan… If he [property manager] doesn’t like it, we’ll fill him with bullets.’

The Obscure State Department Bureau That Fosters Global Illegal Migration

It is remarkable how many well-informed conservative foreign policy strategists have never even heard of the State Department’s Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM).  Even those who closely follow immigration and border issues rarely understand the role PRM plays in accommodating and promoting the worldwide movement of illegal migrants.

PRM should not be confused with State’s Bureau of Consular Affairs, which is in charge of issuing visas to foreigners to enter the United States and is known in Foggy Bottom as “CA.” Because so many interest groups constantly want more visas to be issued, CA gets its fair share of scrutiny from the media, lobbyists, and members of Congress. The PRM bureau has nothing to do with visas, and so it often flies under the conservative policy radar.

PRM manages, along with DHS, the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program. Under Biden-Harris, PRM currently resettles around 125,000 refugees annually. Trump had cut admissions down to 15,000.

While 125,000 a year is not an insignificant number of admissions—and Biden-Harris want it to massively grow—the figure is still small potatoes compared to the millions of illegal and quasi-legal migrants that this administration has admitted into the country.

Thus, even more consequential than PRM’s refugee admissions is the bureau’s diplomatic support and international grant-giving to the worldwide “irregular” migration industry. PRM doles out around $4 billion annually, mainly to establishment international organizations such as the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the International Organization for Migration (IOM), and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

These multilateral organizations, funded by Washington, do more than manage genuine refugees and displaced persons. They are the juggernaut of today’s open-border ideology, taking resources from donor governments to promote concepts that chip away and undermine national borders, while advancing a global “right to migrate.”

When they go before Congress, PRM officials, of course, pay much lip service to the idea that their bureau’s international funding and diplomacy help keep would-be illegal migrants at home and discourage them from undertaking dangerous journeys. Surely, sometimes that happens, but that is not the primary and overarching mission of the grantees that take PRM funding.

Insane: Venezuelan Gang Members Released On $1,000 Bond After Shooting In Aurora

A pair of suspected members of the notorious Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua (TdA) have been released on bond following their arrests related to a July shooting in Aurora, Colorado.

Nixon Azuaje-Perez, 19, and Dixon Azuaje-Perez, 20, were taken into custody by Aurora police for evidence tampering related to the incident at the Nome Street Apartments, one of the complexes under occupation by TdA.

Aurora police confirmed that both Nixon and Dixon posted a $1,000 bond and are no longer in custody, a move that goes directly against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), which had requested detainers for the two individuals.
