Top Democrats in Columbus, Ohio, Warn Illegal Aliens That ICE Is in Town

The far-left Democrats who run Columbus, Ohio, are attempting to protect illegal aliens from arrest by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Mayor Andrew Ginther and homosexual council President Shannon Hardin warned city dwellers, including the illegals, that ICE is on the prowl in the city, where almost 20 percent of residents are foreign-born.

The pair of subversives sounded the anti-ICE alarm bells likely because the agency recently arrested a number of illegal-alien thugs and goons — the worst of the worst.

That, apparently, might “scare” the “law-abiding” illegal aliens.

Last week, The Columbus Dispatch reported, Ginther and city officials spoke at the usual news conference to prattle about diversity and “who we are”:

“While some (agents) say they’re here to keep us safe, the fact is we’re already safe,” Ginther said as he rattled off several statistics highlighting a decrease in homicides, shootings, felonious assaults and burglaries.

“These statistics are important because it shows our city is the safest it’s been in years,” Ginther said. He also said immigration enforcement could “undermine the hard-earned trust” the city and police have been working to rebuild. …

Ginther pleaded with concerned citizens who are sharing reports, photos and videos of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement operations to make sure they are sharing accurate information. Unverified photos and videos can lead to increased anxiety and confusion, he said. “Our city will not be a vehicle for fear,” Ginther said.

Maybe, but Ginther’s roseate view of the city’s crime rate ignores data that show Columbus is substantially more dangerous that Ohio as a whole, and also more dangerous than the United States.

A few days ago, Ginther posted a video message to X.

Far-Left Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey Says ICE Agents May Get “Killed” if They Continue Raids in His City

Minnesota Democrats are lashing out at the Trump Administration for surging the state with ICE agents.

Failed Governor Tim Walz, radical Marxist Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey and others gathered at the Shiloh Temple this week to defend the illegal aliens in their state living off the largess of the taxpayers.

Walz accused federal agents of political theater.

“When law enforcement is driven by profiling or intimidation, it undermines all the trust in the community. It makes us less safe, and it pulls resources away from doing the real work of crime,” Governor Tim Walz said.

“Minnesota is not going to play along with their strategy. We will not allow our communities to be used as political theater for their personal benefit,” Walz added.

Far-left Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey is under fire for saying ICE agents may die if they continue to conduct immigration raids in his city.

“I am increasingly concerned because of the chaos that is being caused by these ICE agents that somebody is going to get seriously injured or killed,” Jacob Frey said.

“Somebody is going to get seriously injured or killed, and whether that is an ICE agent or a community member, we all know the tinder box that could explode because of it,” he added.

Trump-Appointed Judge Threatens Government With Contempt After ICE Detains Illegal Immigrant in Filthy Long Island Facility

A federal judge appointed by President Trump has delivered a blistering condemnation of U.S. immigration authorities, going so far as to threaten the government with contempt of court.

U.S. District Judge Gary Brown, appointed to the bench by Trump in 2019, issued a 24-page ruling excoriating the Department of Homeland Security for what he described as “putrid and cramped” conditions under which Immigration and Customs Enforcement detained an illegal immigrant on Long Island.

Brown warned that ICE could face contempt of court after repeatedly ignoring judicial orders and holding a detainee overnight in a cramped, filthy holding cell never designed for long-term confinement.

The case centers on Erron Anthony Clarke, a Jamaican national, who entered the United States legally in 2018 on an H-2B work visa. After overstaying the visa, which is illegal, Clarke married a U.S. citizen in 2023 and applied for permanent residency earlier this year.

Clarke was detained by ICE on December 5, along with eight other men, who were confined for days at a time in a small “hold room” at the Central Islip Federal Courthouse.

That cell, Judge Brown noted, was designed to hold one person briefly, not to warehouse nine men for days on end.

The conditions described were:

  • No beds, bunks, or mattresses
  • Detainees forced to sleep on a filthy concrete floor
  • An open toilet in the center of the room with no privacy
  • No showers, soap, toothbrushes, or clean clothing
  • Lights left on 24 hours a day
  • Freezing temperatures at night, with outside lows near 21 degrees

Judge Brown noted that the facility was explicitly barred by deed from housing detainees overnight. On December 11, Brown ruled Clarke’s detention violated due process and ordered his immediate release.

Removal Orders, Obama-Biden Enforcement Gaps, and the Myth of “Missing” ICE Detainees

Every day, emotional posts circulate on Instagram claiming that an illegal alien has “disappeared,” been human trafficked, or kidnapped by ICE, or that thousands of illegal aliens or children are “missing.” These claims are presented without follow-up from families reporting missing loved ones days or weeks later. If large numbers of people were truly disappearing, family members would be searching for them. Instead, the claims are largely amplified by liberal activists, not relatives.

Assertions that illegals detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) are “missing” typically stem from misunderstandings of immigration law and detention procedures rather than actual disappearances. In most cases, “missing” simply means the detainee has not yet contacted family members. Generally, detainees are able to call home within hours of an arrest, although arrests occurring on Fridays or immediately before holidays can result in brief delays of two to three days. At no point, however, are detainees unaccounted for or missing.

Liberal activists often claim that someone is missing, or that ICE is hiding a detainee, when ICE refuses to provide information in response to their inquiries. Under U.S. law and ICE protocols, however, personal information may be released only to the detainee’s attorney or to an immediate family member. When activists who lack legal standing request information and are denied, they frequently portray that denial as evidence that the individual is “missing,” even though the detainee remains in documented federal custody.

In many widely circulated cases, the individuals involved were subject to long-standing removal orders that went unenforced for years due to policy decisions rather than any change in legal status. When an immigrant fails to appear for a scheduled immigration hearing, an immigration judge issues an in-absentia removal order, which remains valid unless it is successfully reopened or stayed. Once issued, the individual is considered unlawfully present and remains subject to detention at any time.

Milwaukee Judge Hannah Dugan Found GUILTY of Obstruction For Helping Illegal Alien Evade ICE Agents – Faces 5 Years in Prison

Milwaukee Judge Hannah Dugan on Thursday evening was found guilty of obstruction for helping an illegal alien evade ICE agents.

Dugan was acquitted of count 1 – the misdemeanor but she was found guilty on count 2 – the felony obstruction.

She is facing five years in prison.

AP reported:

A jury found a Wisconsin judge accused of helping a Mexican immigrant dodge federal authorities guilty of obstruction Thursday, marking a victory for President Donald Trump as he continues his sweeping immigration crackdown across the country.

Federal prosecutors charged Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan with obstruction, a felony, and concealing an individual to prevent arrest, a misdemeanor, in April. The jury acquitted her on the concealment count, but she still faces up to five years in prison on the obstruction count.

The jury returned the verdicts after deliberating for six hours.

Dugan and her attorneys left the courtroom, ducked into a side conference room and closed the door without speaking to reporters.

In April, a federal grand jury indicted Hannah Dugan for helping an illegal alien evade ICE agents.

Trump Administration Responds to Ilhan Omar’s Claim that ICE Agents Targeted Her Son and Pulled Him Over

The Trump Administration has fired back at Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) after she made a disturbing claim about her son being targeted by immigration enforcement recently.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Omar alleged on Sunday during an interview with a local news outlet that ICE agents pulled her son over and demanded that he produce documentation to prove that he was a U.S. citizen.

Once he produced his passport identification, they let him go.

“Yesterday, after he made a stop at Target, he did get pulled over by ICE agents, and once he was able to produce his passport ID, they did let him go,” Omar claimed in an interview with Esme Murphy on WCCO.

Omar also claimed during the interview that immigration agents previously entered a mosque attended by her son. The agents supposedly left without incident.

On Tuesday, the Department of Homeland Security responded on X to Omar’s assertion about her son being pulled over and did not mince words.

“ICE has absolutely ZERO record of its officers or agents pulling over Congresswoman Omar’s son,” the post reads. “With no evidence, it is shameful that Congresswoman Omar would level accusations to demonize ICE as part of a PR stunt.”

“Allegations that ICE engages in ‘racial profiling’ are disgusting, reckless, and categorically FALSE. What makes someone a target for immigration enforcement is if they are illegally in the U.S.—NOT their skin color, race, or ethnicity,” the post adds.

“Under the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, DHS law enforcement uses ‘reasonable suspicion’ to make arrests.”

Minnesota High School Threatens to Suspend Students Who Talk Positively About ICE

A Minnesota high school has threatneed to suspend students who talk positively about Immigration and Customers Enforcement (ICE) agents.

Paul Paetzel, the principal at Edina High School in Minnesota, has warned that making reference to the work of ICE agents and President Trump’s policy of mass deportations goes against the “culture” that his school is trying to foster.

He wrote in a letter parents:

I want to speak directly and proactively about the culture we are committed to creating at Edina High School.

As we continue to grow as a community, it is essential that we are clear about the expectations we hold for language and behavior that honor the dignity of every student.

Making light of immigration threats or referencing ICE in ways that cause fear or humiliation is a serious offense and not representative of our core values.

Behavior of this nature fundamentally violates our commitment to providing a safe and equitable learning environment free from harassment.

Such language and behaviors directly contradict Edina Public Schools’ vision and mission, and what we expect of our students.

If this type of behavior occurs, we will honor the discipline policy and move forward with consequences up to and including suspension.

Our responsibility is to protect every student’s right to feel safe, respected, and valued at school.

ICE Says Democrat Rep. Adelita Grijalva ‘Joined the Rioting Crowd’ During Major Bust of Transnational Criminal Ring in Arizona, Attempted to Impede Agents, Lied About Being Pepper Sprayed

Democrat Congresswoman Adelita Grijalva has been accused by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) of joining a violent mob that attacked federal agents during a major operation targeting a transnational criminal organization in Tucson, Arizona.

The raid, which resulted in the arrest of 46 illegal aliens, including a convicted sex offender, exposed a network involved in human smuggling, labor exploitation, tax violations, and immigration crimes.

Unfortunately, it was rocked by chaos as over 100 leftist activists arrived on the scene, assaulting officers and slashing their tires.

The operation took place on Friday, when ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Arizona team, along with partners including the IRS Criminal Investigation, Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), U.S. Border Patrol, and other federal, state, and local agencies, executed 16 federal search warrants.

These warrants targeted nine family-owned restaurants and seven associated stash houses in the Tucson area, including locations in Sierra Vista, Green Valley, Casa Grande, and Apache Junction.

The multiyear investigation aimed to dismantle a criminal syndicate exploiting American labor and commerce systems.

Among the arrests was a previously deported illegal alien who had served five years in prison for sexual assault and now faces charges for unlawful reentry.

The mission turned dangerous when rioters intervened at one restaurant location and over 100 agitators locked a gate to trap agents inside.

In a press release, ICE explained, “At one of the locations, over 100 agitators descended and attempted to impede law enforcement operations, locking a gate to trap agents within the perimeter of the restaurant. Agitators quickly turned violent, assaulting officers and slashing tires. An HSI Special Response Team was mobilized to regain control of the situation, where they were forced to deploy countermeasures.”

In a video posted on X, Grijalva described the targeted restaurant, Taco Giro, as a “mom-and-pop” spot she visits weekly and claimed she and her staff were aggressively pushed and sprayed while simply seeking clarification, invoking her congressional privileges.

Apple Blocked This Anti-ICE App – Now the Creators Are Suing Trump Administration Officials

The creators of the ICEBlock app, which was pulled from online stores amid criticism from Trump administration officials, are suing those officials.

Joshua Aaron and All U Chart, Inc. allege that Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons, and border czar Tom Homan used their federal positions to have the app removed.

The app alerted users to ICE immigration enforcement activity in their neighborhoods to help illegal immigrants avoid deportation. The app allowed users to share the “publicly observable locations of United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents” through an anonymous map interface.”

The complaint states that he created the app “in response to the Trump administration’s unprecedented campaign to arrest, detain, and deport immigrants” and that the app was intended to provide communities with information so they could “stay informed about publicly observable ICE activity in their area.”

He further stated that the app was not meant “for the purpose of inciting violence or interfering with law enforcement.”

NYC’s Radical Socialist Mayor-Elect Zohran Mamdani Posts Video Coaching Illegals on How to Evade ICE – Urges People to ‘Stand Up’ to Feds

New York City’s incoming mayor, democratic socialist Zohran Mamdani, released a video on X Sunday morning offering step-by-step advice to illegal immigrants on thwarting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.

Standing in front of a flip chart labeled “Know your rights,” Mamdani positioned himself as the defender of NYC’s “more than 3 million immigrants,” vowing to protect them from federal raids amid President Trump’s aggressive deportation agenda.

The video comes on the heels of a disrupted ICE raid in Chinatown last weekend, where nearly 200 protesters blocked agents from leaving a parking garage.

“Last weekend, ICE attempted to raid Canal Street and detain our immigrant neighbors,” Mamdani said in the video posted to X on Sunday. “As mayor, I’ll protect the rights of every single New Yorker. And that includes the more than 3 million immigrants who call this city their home.”

Mamdani continued, “But we can all stand up to ICE if you know your rights.”

“ICE cannot enter into private spaces like your home, school, or private area of your workplace without a judicial warrant signed by a judge,” Mamdani said.

“You have the right to say, ‘I do not consent to entry,’ and the right to keep your door closed,” he continued.

Mamdani showed an example of ICE paperwork that may be mistaken for a warrant.

“ICE is legally allowed to lie to you. But you have the right to remain silent. If you are being detained, you may always ask, ‘Am I free to go?’ repeatedly until they answer you,” Mamdani continued.

“You are legally allowed to film ICE, as long as you do not interfere with an arrest,” he stated.

Mamdani also not-so-subtly urged people to protest.

“New Yorkers have a constitutional right to protest, and when I’m mayor, we will protect that right,” Mamdani said.
