RFK Cracks Down on mRNA Vaccines

HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has been actively working to protect the health of the nation by reviewing what constitutes a “safe and effective” vaccine. He has banned a mercury preservative that held no health benefits. Now, Kennedy has ordered the discontinuation of 22 mRNA vaccines that post more risks than benefits.

These 22 contracts were worth $500 million—plain and simple, that is why they have not been banned or reviewed. HHS “supports safe and effective vaccines for every American who wants them,” Kennedy reiterated, as his opponents want the public to believe he is anti-vax when he is working to invest in better solutions that are actually beneficial to the people rather than big pharma.

“Most of these shots are for flu or COVID, but as the pandemic showed us, mRNA vaccines don’t perform well against viruses that affect the upper respiratory tract,” Kennedy explained, adding that these mRNA vaccinations “only codes for a small part of the viral proteins.”

“This dynamic drives a phenomenon called ‘antigenic shift,’ meaning that the vaccine paradoxically encourages new mutations and can actually prolong pandemics as the virus constantly mutates to escape the protective effects of the vaccine,” he explained.

Yet, these biological weapons remain on the market and are still being injected into people.

“BARDA is terminating 22 mRNA vaccine development investments because the data show these vaccines fail to protect effectively against upper respiratory infections like COVID and flu.”

“Some final-stage contracts (e.g., Arcturus and Amplitude) will be allowed to run their course to preserve prior taxpayer investment.”

RFK Jr. pulls $500 million in funding for vaccine development

The Department of Health and Human Services will cancel contracts and pull funding for some vaccines that are being developed to fight respiratory viruses like COVID-19 and the flu.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the health secretary and a longtime vaccine critic, announced in a statement Tuesday that $500 million worth of vaccine development projects, all using mRNA technology, will be halted.

The projects — 22 of them — are being led by some of the nation’s leading pharmaceutical companies like Pfizer and Moderna to prevent flu, COVID-19 and H5N1 infections.

U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. took a blowtorch to the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP)—commonly known as the Vaccine Court— calling it a corrupt and broken system that has abandoned vaccine-injured children and now functions as a shield for Big Pharma’s profits and government malfeasance.

The U.S. government gave vaccine manufacturers blanket legal immunity—then created a kangaroo court, rigged against parents and children, to supposedly “compensate” the injured. But instead of justice, Kennedy says victims face stonewalling, legal abuse, and a government hellbent on defending its own wallet.

And the numbers back him up.

To date, the Vaccine Court has paid out $5.4 billion to just 12,000 petitioners. But Kennedy notes that thousands more have been dismissed, delayed, or bullied into silence while their children suffer life-altering disabilities.

Parents report cases dragging out for over a decade, while Special Masters—essentially government-appointed judges—slash attorney fees, deny access to crucial vaccine safety data, and retaliate against expert witnesses who dare testify for the injured.

Feds reveal dozens of organ donors may not have been dead when ‘procurement’ processes started!

And 73 exhibited ‘neurological signs incompatible with donation.’

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services confirms it has launched a “major initiative” to reform America’s organ-transplant system after it stunningly revealed that dozens of organ donors may not have been dead when the process to procure their organs was started, and dozens more exhibited “neurological signs incompatible with donation.”

“Our findings show that hospitals allowed the organ procurement process to begin when patients showed signs of life, and this is horrifying,” explained HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

“The organ procurement organizations that coordinate access to transplants will be held accountable. The entire system must be fixed to ensure that every potential donor’s life is treated with the sanctity it deserves,” he said.

A commentary posted at the Washington Stand on the situation highlighted one case:

“According to a partially redacted, eight-page report dated May 28, 2025, HHS received ‘an allegation of potentially preventable harm to a neurologically injured patient.’ This prompted the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), the subdepartment of HHS that oversees the organ donation system, to launch an investigation after HRSA Administrator Thomas Engels assumed his post in February. The New York Times identified that victim as Anthony Thomas Hoover II, then 33 years old, who was hospitalized with a drug overdose in 2021. Hours after a doctor had declared him brain-dead, Hoover awakened to find medical staff preparing to remove his organs. ‘Even though the man cried, pulled his legs to his chest and shook his head, officials still tried to move forward.’ Hospital staff ultimately became ‘uncomfortable with the amount of reflexes’ Hoover showed, and a doctor ultimately refused to remove him from life-support. The man ultimately survived.”

At a press conference at Florida State University in Tampa, Florida, Florida Surgeon General Dr Joseph Ladapo made an urgent call for the NIH program funding to help Americans injured by Covid-19 vaccines and expressed support for the May federal changes in the HHS’s restrictive Covid-19 vaccine recommendations.

I was invited to Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo’s press conference in Tampa on July 17, 2025. In contrast to how some mainstream outlets later portrayed it, the event centered on a call to recognize and research Covid-19 vaccine injuries, rather than a mere anti-vaccine screed. Dr. Ladapo – a physician and Florida’s top health official since 2021 – emphasized the urgent need to support those suffering adverse effects from mRNA Covid-19 shots. He praised recent federal moves to scale back mRNA vaccine recommendations for certain groups, but went further by asserting that these products “should not be used in any human beings,” given their safety profile. From my front-row perspective, Dr. Ladapo’s tone was measured yet resolute. He recounted how unusual it is, in his experience, to encounter so many post-vaccination issues. “When was the last time that you had a vaccine that literally almost every single person knows someone who had a bad reaction from it?” Ladapo asked pointedly.

Before the Covid era, he noted, he never personally knew a patient who was clearly vaccine-injured. “Now,” he continued, “there are very few people that I run into who either themselves have not had a bad reaction from these mRNA Covid-19 vaccines, or who don’t know someone who’s had a bad reaction.” 

This was a striking report that hung in the air – one supported anecdotally by nods from some attendees sharing their own stories. Dr. Ladapo stressed that adverse reactions have become distressingly commonplace, and he even bluntly called the Covid shots “terrible vaccines” as a result.

Medical orgs sue RFK Jr. and HHS following move to retract COVID-19 vaccine from recommended immunization schedule

Several medical organizations have filed a lawsuit against Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (RFK Jr.) and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, claiming that recent actions committed by the secretary and the agency constitute a “public health emergency requiring urgent legal intervention and remediation.”

The lawsuit was filed on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

The legal challenge comes in response to the new vaccine measures enacted by Secretary Kennedy, including the dismissal of the former vaccine advisory panel and the withdrawal of official recommendations endorsing mRNA COVID-19 vaccinations for children and pregnant women.

“He’s doing everything he possibly can to undermine vaccine confidence,” stated Dr. Georges Benjamin, the executive director of the American Public Health Association, one organization joining the lawsuit. “Quite frankly, we’ve had enough.”

Richard Hughes, the lead attorney for the plaintiffs, admitted that it was Kennedy’s late-May post on X—where he rejected the CDC’s vaccine recommendation that children and pregnant women receive the COVID-19 shot and boosters—as the “final straw” prompting legal action.

The suing parties are now “asking the court to order the secretary to announce on X that those immunization recommendations are now reinstated to the CDC immunization schedules,” Hughes noted in a briefing on Monday.

During the briefing, American Academy of Pediatrics President Dr. Susan Kressly chimed in to argue that “our immunization system has long been a cornerstone of U.S. public health, but actions by the current administration are jeopardizing its success.”

Dr. Tina Tan, the president of the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA), another plaintiff in the lawsuit, also asserted that “the only acceptable number of dead children from COVID is zero.”

Others participating in the suit include the American College of Physicians, the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine, and the Massachusetts Public Health Alliance.

An unnamed pregnant woman, who was presumably introduced to the joint legal matter by a doctor involved in the suit, is named as a plaintiff as well. According to NBC News, she had expressed concern that recent changes to the vaccination schedule could “prevent her” from receiving a COVID-19 vaccine, despite the numerous times RFK Jr. has stated that those vaccines are here to stay, even if they will no longer be on the CDC’s recommended vaccine schedule.

The schedule includes routine vaccines for Hepatitis B, DTaP, Hib, PCV, IPV, MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis A, HPV, meningococcal, and annual influenza.

HHS Cracks Down on Planned Parenthood’s Smut-Filled Sex Ed Programs with Defunding Warning

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) took a major step toward cleaning house at Planned Parenthood and similar organizations, issuing a sweeping policy directive yesterday that will defund programs promoting radical gender ideology, sexually explicit material, and medically inaccurate information, currently funded under the cover of “teen pregnancy prevention.”

The grooming of teens and pre-teens by left-wing nonprofits and programs is under attack by the Department led by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.

HHS’s Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health issued Program Policy Notice 2025-01, which reaffirms parental rights, prioritizes medical accuracy, and mandates compliance with several recent Executive Orders, including those ending federal promotion of gender ideology, DEI, and what the administration calls “radical indoctrination.”

The move could wipe out millions in taxpayer funding for groups like Planned Parenthood of Greater New York, AccessMatters, Bridgercare, and dozens of other TPP grantees who have been pushing graphic sexual material to children as young as 11 under the federal Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) Program.

The government encourages 11 year olds to have sex, but just not to ever get pregnant. Pregnancy is treated by the left as a disease, but underage sex is treated as inevitable.

Among the federally funded lessons flagged for immediate defunding:

  • “Be Proud! Be Responsible!” (AccessMatters): Instructs children on how to “make condoms fun,” suggesting they “hide a condom on your body and ask your partner to find it,” “pretend you are different people,” and “wrap condoms as a present.”
  • “Making Proud Choices!” (Bridgercare): Teaches middle schoolers to practice putting condoms on penis models, with guidance to cut condoms into sheets for oral sex and discussion of flavored condoms for use during foreplay.
  • “Linking Families & Teens” (MOASH/AccessMatters): Includes gender pronoun identification sheets and materials normalizing gender transition and sexual activity among minors.

Planned Parenthood’s own entries are especially egregious. According to internal HHS review documents, Planned Parenthood’s programs often:

  • Promote hormone therapy for minors on affiliated websites.
  • Encourage preteen children to create a “plan to become sexually active.”
  • Include gender ideology that replaces biological terms with “internal” and “external” condoms.

“Effective immediately,” the new HHS policy states, “any content that fails to meet the standards of medical accuracy, age appropriateness, or relevance to teen pregnancy prevention will be deemed unallowable and subject to defunding.”

This article critiques the documented lobbying behavior of the trade group BIO, not the internal operations or clinical data of its member corporations.

When the nation’s leading pharmaceutical trade group convenes a closed-door strategy meeting and openly discusses the need to “go to The Hill and lobby that it is time for RFK Jr. to go,” the issue is no longer health policy—it is democratic integrity.

According to the apparent leaked minutes, verified by the name of the creator of the file, on April 3, 2025, BIO held a “Vaccine Policy Steering Committee” (VPSC) meeting whose internal summary, soon to be publicly available thanks to whistleblowers, reveals a campaign of strategic deception, institutional capture, and psychological warfare and exposes a campaign of institutional deception, investor protection, and coordinated sabotage of the MAHA reform platform.

California ordered to clean trans ideology out of classroom materials

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) sent a letter to California on June 20 ordering it to remove gender ideology references from educational curriculum and programs funded by a federal sexual education grant or face the loss of funding.

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) reviewed materials created through California’s Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP), a federally-funded sexual education program, and uncovered “egregious content” teaching young students they can change their sex. HHS noted the PREP program has mission of providing minors with medically accurate education rather than ideological agendas.

“After requesting, receiving, and reviewing California’s PREP materials, ACF uncovered egregious content teaching young students that gender identity is distinct from biological sex and that boys can identify as girls,” states an HHS press release. “The educational materials promoting gender ideology have nothing to do with Personal Responsibility Education and are outside the scope of PREP’s authorizing statute.”

The California Department of Public Health didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
