Ghislaine Maxwell is quietly moved to cushy new ‘Club Fed’ prison as she pushes for deal to tell all on Epstein, his associates

Notorious sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell has quietly been moved to a cushy prison camp known as a “Club Fed” as she tries to hash out a deal to divulge her sordid secrets about late pedophile ex Jeffrey Epstein.

The 63-year-old convicted child sex pest was transferred from a lockup in Florida to the minimum-security prison camp in Bryan, Texas, the federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) confirmed to The Post on Friday.

No reason was given for the move, but it comes days after she met Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche twice while trying to seek immunity and a deal to spill her secrets about Epstein.

The notorious madam — who is serving 20 years for helping Epstein groom and abuse underage girls — is now in a prison for nonviolent inmates who are allowed to roam the grounds with “limited or no perimeter fencing,” according to the BOP’s website.

She will be neighbors with well-known white-collar criminals, including Elizabeth Holmes, the disgraced fraudster convicted of ripping off investors in her now-defunct blood-testing company Theranos, as well as Real Housewives of Salt Lake star and convicted scammer Jen Shah.

DOJ Files Memorandum in Case to Unseal Epstein and Maxwell Grand Jury Testimony and a Look Into the Cases Cited to Justify Their Release

Yesterday, the Department of Justice filed a Memorandum in Support of Motion regarding the request to unseal the grand jury transcripts from Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell’s cases in the Southern District of New York.

On July 17th, President Trump posted to Truth Social that he called on Attorney General Pam Bondi to produce “any and all pertinent Grand Jury testimony, subject to Court approval.”  Bondi filed motions in both the case in Florida from 2008, which has already been denied, followed by the Southern District of New York (SDNY) for both the Epstein case (2019) and the Maxwell case (2021).

Grand jury transcripts are usually held in the utmost confidence, however, in 1997, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals overturned the lower court in the SDNY decision denying the unsealing of the grand jury information. The Second Circuit held that “there are certain ‘special circumstances’ in which release of grand jury records is appropriate even outside the boundaries of the rule.”

In the Second Circuit’s ruling, it enumerated a list of “non-exhaustive factors for trial courts to consider when deciding such motions”:

(i) the identity of the party seeking disclosure; (ii) whether the defendant to the grand jury proceeding or the government opposes the disclosure; (iii) why disclosure is being sought in the particular case; (iv) what specific information is being sought for disclosure; (v) how long ago the grand jury proceedings took place; (vi) the current status of the principals of the grand jury proceedings and that of their families; (vii) the extent to which the desired material— either permissibly or impermissibly—has been previously made public; (viii) whether witnesses to the grand jury proceedings who might be affected by disclosure are still alive; and (ix) the additional need for maintaining secrecy in the particular case in question.

In the memorandum filed, the DOJ was asked to “address with specificity these and other factors that the Government views as germane to its application.”  The Court also asked whether “before filing the instant motion, counsel for the Government reviewed the Maxwell grand jury transcripts” and whether they provided notice to the victims.

The Court also asked the DOJ to submit indices of the grand jury material, two complete sets of both the Maxwell and Epstein grand jury transcripts (redacted and unredacted versions), and a description of the grand jury materials, including exhibits.

ABC News: Maxwell Given Limited Immunity in DOJ Talks

Ghislaine Maxwell, former associate and onetime girlfriend of the late disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, was given limited immunity by the Department of Justice to talk freely with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche over their two days of meetings, ABC News reported Friday.

Blanche and Maxwell spoke for about nine hours over the two days, meetings that Maxwell initiated with the DOJ, ABC News reported. Her attorney, David Oscar Markus, told ABC News that Maxwell was asked about “maybe 100 different people” by Blanche.

The so-called proffer immunity was given to assuage any fear by Maxwell that information she gave couldn’t be used against her in new proceedings, according to the report.

“She didn’t hold anything back,” Markus told ABC News.

Maxwell is serving a 20-year sentence at a low-security prison in Tallahassee, Florida for sex trafficking underage and minor girls. She is appealing the conviction to the Supreme Court based on an agreement Epstein secured with state and federal officials during a plea bargain he reached in Florida in 2008.

Maxwell, accompanied by Markus, held the talks with Blanche at the Joseph Woodrow Hatchett U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building in Tallahassee. They spoke for three hours on Friday after a six-hour session on Thursday.

“We haven’t asked for anything. This is not a situation where we are asking for anything in return for testimony or anything like that,” Markus told the outlet. “Of course, everybody knows Ms. Maxwell would welcome any relief.”

President Donald Trump on Friday said he has “not thought about” pardoning Maxwell, adding, “I certainly can’t talk about pardons.”

Ghislaine Maxwell gives Trump DOJ info on ‘100 different people’ linked to Epstein, attorney says

An attorney for Ghislaine Maxwell reveled on Friday after their client’s meeting with the Department of Justice that Maxwell gave authorities information about “100 different people” linked to infamous financier Jeffrey Epstein.

Per the New York Post, attorney David Oscar Markus said that Maxwell was “asked about everything possible you could imagine—everything.”

He added, “This was the first opportunity she’s ever been given to answer questions about what happened. The truth will come out about what happened with Mr. Epstein and she’s the person who’s answering those questions.”

He said that Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche had “every single question” answered by Maxwell, who declined to plead the Fifth.

“If she lies they could charge her with lying,” Marcus said at one point, to which a reporter replied, “They did charge her with lying.” Marcus noted that the two perjury counts Maxwell had been charged with were dropped by the feds after her conviction.

Maxwell’s attorney also said that they hope Trump “exercises the [pardon] power in the right and just way.” Maxwell has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for sex crimes. Trump was asked about the possibility on Friday after he landed in Scotland, to which he said, “I really have nothing to say about it.”

US House Oversight Committee Subpoenas Epstein’s Accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell – Disgraced British Socialite and Convicted Sex Trafficker Will Be Deposed on August 11

Maxwell is back in the spotlight.

From the obscurity of her FCI Tallahassee, Florida cell, to the screens of the US Capitol in DC, Ghislaine Maxwell is again the talk of the town.

She was born into a life of privilege and tragedies. The youngest daughter of Czech-British media mogul (and alleged intelligence asset) Robert Maxwell, she saw her life crumble after his father ‘fell from the boat’ and a scandal broke regarding the fact that Maxwell was stealing from the pension funds of his employees.

She fled Britain and the scandals, and ended up with her Jay Gatsby from hell, the ‘financier’ Jeffrey Epstein, coincidentally also rumored to be an intelligence asset.

CBS News reported:

“The House Oversight Committee on Wednesday subpoenaed Ghislaine Maxwell, an accomplice of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein who is serving a 20-year prison sentence, to sit for a deposition as fallout over the Trump administration’s handling of the case intensifies.

‘The facts and circumstances surrounding both your and Mr. Epstein’s cases have received immense public interest and scrutiny’, Republican Rep. James Comer of Kentucky, the chairman of the committee, wrote to Maxwell.

Comer said the committee is seeking Maxwell’s testimony “to inform the consideration of potential legislative solutions to improve federal efforts to combat sex trafficking and reform the use of non-prosecution agreements and/or plea agreements in sex-crime investigations.”

What Ghislaine Maxwell really knows — and why she could finally spill all on Jeffrey Epstein: sources

Ex-socialite Ghislaine Maxwell will try to cut a deal with federal authorities during a jailhouse meeting with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, sources told The Post.

Blanche said Tuesday he plans to meet with the convicted madam, currently serving a 20-year sentence in Florida for sex-trafficking young women for her former boss, notorious pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

“She’s going to make a deal,” said Alan Dershowitz, a lawyer and law professor who was pals with, and previously represented, Epstein, who died in federal custody in August 2019.

“That’s the way things are done. They make deals with the Mafia, so I’m certain they are going to try to make a deal with her.”

A separate legal expert explained that meeting with Blanche presents an opportunity for Maxwell to potentially lessen her sentence or get out of prison in exchange for spilling secrets about her and Epstein’s life, which she has closely guarded since his death.

Dershowitz has referred to Maxwell, 63, as the “Rosetta Stone” of information about Epstein, and told The Post Tuesday “she knows everything — not just about the perpetrators but the victims. And she knows about the victims who became perpetrators.”

Some of Epstein’s victims — who number over 1,000 in total, according to the Department of Justice — were groomed to recruit other young women, according to court papers.

DOJ Announces Imminent Meeting With Ghislaine Maxwell

Attorney General Pam Bondi revealed Tuesday morning that the Department of Justice is to meet with Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein’s ‘madam’ who has expressed a desire to talk about the so called ‘client list’.

“This Department of Justice does not shy away from uncomfortable truths, nor from the responsibility to pursue justice wherever the facts may lead,” Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche announced in a statement shard by Bondi.

He added, “The joint statement by the DOJ and FBI of July 6 remains as accurate today as it was when it was written. Namely, that in the recent thorough review of the files maintained by the FBI in the Epstein case, no evidence was uncovered that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties.”

Blanche added that “President Trump has told us to release all credible evidence. If Ghislane Maxwell has information about anyone who has committed crimes against victims, the FBI and the DOJ will hear what she has to say.”

“Therefore, at the direction of Attorney General Bondi, I have communicated with counsel for Ms. Maxwell to determine whether she would be willing to speak with prosecutors from the Department. I anticipate meeting with Ms. Maxwell in the coming days. Until now, no administration on behalf of the Department had inquired about her willingness to meet with the government. That changes now,” Blanche further urged.

Maxwell, currently serving a 20 year prison sentence for sexually trafficking and abusing underage girls, is the only person who has been held accountable for Epstein’s crimes.

The handling of the Epstein case by Trump’s DOJ has been nothing less than farcical, with accusations of a whitewash leading to internal fallouts and calls for Bondi to go.

It has allowed Democrats to seize on the saga for their own political agenda.

The lack of transparency and action has also left a vacuum for all manner of bullshit to be stirred up.

Many who have been following the entire debacle are unimpressed with the DOJ’s latest announcement.

Ghislaine Maxwell believed Trump would save her, now she’s documenting everything behind bars: jail source

Behind the razor wire of her rundown Florida federal prison, Ghislaine Maxwell was always clinging to the hope that when Donald Trump was back in the White House, he’d set her free, a jailhouse source told The Post.

The disgraced British socialite — called “Max” by her fellow inmates — is still waiting.

Maxwell, 63, was convicted in 2021 for recruiting and grooming underage girls for billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, who was found dead in his Manhattan jail cell in 2019. She has served three years of a 20-year sentence.

“Max was very into her appeal,” the source at FCI Tallahassee said. “That was the biggest thing that was always happening.

“Before, she would tell everybody that she was waiting for Donald Trump to be reelected and become president, that things were going to be different then.

“Max was quite confident that things were going to change with her case.

“Freedom is 100% her focus,” the source added. “She says, ‘I will not be here in 20 years.’”

Since Trump’s election victory, the convicted sex trafficker’s legal team has petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn her conviction. But Trump’s Justice Department this week defended prosecuting Maxwell, saying she was wrong to claim she was protected by the baffling sweetheart plea deal Epstein struck with the Florida feds in 2007.

Ian Maxwell, Ghislaine’s brother, believes the feds’ opposition is a positive development.

“It signals that they are in trouble and that Ghislaine’s case is legitimate,” he told Daily Mail.

Trump has backed Attorney General Pam Bondi, and demanded transparency about the Epstein case. On Friday, the Trump administration asked a Manhattan federal judge to unseal grand jury transcripts in the cases against Epstein and Maxwell.

Former Israeli Intel Official Claims Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell Worked for Israel

Since the apparent death by suicide of Jeffrey Epstein in a Manhattan prison, much has come to light about his depraved activities and methods used to sexually abuse underage girls and entrap the rich and powerful for the purposes of blackmail. Epstein’s ties to intelligence, described in-depth in a recent MintPress investigative series, have continued to receive minimal mainstream media coverage, which has essentially moved on from the Epstein scandal despite the fact that his many co-conspirators remain on the loose.

For those who have examined Epstein’s ties to intelligence, there are clear links to both U.S. intelligence and Israeli intelligence, leaving it somewhat open to debate as to which country’s intelligence apparatus was closest to Epstein and most involved in his blackmail/sex-trafficking activities. A recent interview given by a former high-ranking official in Israeli military intelligence has claimed that Epstein’s sexual blackmail enterprise was an Israel intelligence operation run for the purpose of entrapping powerful individuals and politicians in the United States and abroad.

In an interview with Zev Shalev, former CBS News executive producer and award-winning investigative journalist for Narativ, the former senior executive for Israel’s Directorate of Military Intelligence, Ari Ben-Menashe, claimed not only to have met Jeffrey Epstein and his alleged madam, Ghislaine Maxwell, back in the 1980s, but that both Epstein and Maxwell were already working with Israeli intelligence during that time period.

DOJ under Trump urges SCOTUS not to take up Ghislaine Maxwell’s case in filing: report

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi on Monday urged the U.S. Supreme Court not to take up Ghislaine Maxwell’s case in a Department of Justice filing.

Maxwell’s lawyers stated that she should not have been put on trial due to the plea deal that disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein got in 2008 from prosecutors in Florida.

Attorney General Pam Bondi’s DOJ responded to Maxwell’s lawyers’ filing Monday and urged the Supreme Court not to take up her case, according to an exclusive report from the Daily Mail.

Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence for sex-trafficking and an array of other charges in connection with her procurement of minors for Epstein’s indulgence.

She said she was willing to testify before Congress about the Epstein files, sources told The Daily Mail

The Trump administration has received significant backlash from conservative influencers and journalists over his handling of the Epstein files.
