Trump Is “Dangerous” & Racist To Keep Men Out Of Women’s Prisons, Professor Says

President Donald Trump’s executive order to keep men who claim to be women out of female prisons is “dangerous” and hints of racism, according to an anthropologist.

Kate Clancy, a professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, analyzed the president’s directive that the federal government define sex on biological terms.

He also said prisons should not house men who claim to be transgender with women. The administration has also frozen people from requesting an “X” gender marker, for “nonbinary,” on their passports.

The order is “stupid” and “dangerous,” Clancy told LGBTQ Nation. Clancy disputed the idea that sex is biologically determinable. However, biology experts have affirmed there are only two sexes and it is not possible to change one’s sex.

“I think Trump, in whatever terrible language is available to him, is trying to control women and control people he perceives to be in the woman category,” Clancy told the news outlet.

“A lot of this is keeping the category of women pure—and also, obviously, about doing immense harm to trans people.”

But she also finds a racial element in the executive order.

She stated:

There’s also a very racial, white supremacist thing going on here with this “defending women.”

It’s a very old idea—it appears in travelogs, early writings of Europeans, as well as in the United States when they started encountering North American indigenous folks, and the way that they thought about enslaved peoples.

There was this belief that in the “lower races,” men and women were less different and that in the “higher races,” there were more differences between women and men.

This was about saying men and women are differentiated, clear, non-overlapping categories because that makes us a more evolved people.

Clancy also said “sex is also socially constructed.”

LEAKED AUDIO: Tucson High School Teacher Defies Trump’s Executive Order, Misleads Students by Teaching There Are More Than Two Genders

Leaked Audio: Les Beard, a Tucson high school physics teacher defied Trump’s executive order and misled his students by teaching there are more than two genders.

Why is a physics teacher talking to his students about biology?

Per Trump’s executive order on two genders:

It is the policy of the United States to recognize two sexes, male and female.  These sexes are not changeable and are grounded in fundamental and incontrovertible reality.  Under my direction, the Executive Branch will enforce all sex-protective laws to promote this reality, and the following definitions shall govern all Executive interpretation of and application of Federal law and administration policy:

(a)  “Sex” shall refer to an individual’s immutable biological classification as either male or female.  “Sex” is not a synonym for and does not include the concept of “gender identity.”

(b)  “Women” or “woman” and “girls” or “girl” shall mean adult and juvenile human females, respectively.

(c)  “Men” or “man” and “boys” or “boy” shall mean adult and juvenile human males, respectively.

(d)  “Female” means a person belonging, at conception, to the sex that produces the large reproductive cell.

(e)  “Male” means a person belonging, at conception, to the sex that produces the small reproductive cell.

(f)  “Gender ideology” replaces the biological category of sex with an ever-shifting concept of self-assessed gender identity, permitting the false claim that males can identify as and thus become women and vice versa, and requiring all institutions of society to regard this false claim as true.  Gender ideology includes the idea that there is a vast spectrum of genders that are disconnected from one’s sex.  Gender ideology is internally inconsistent, in that it diminishes sex as an identifiable or useful category but nevertheless maintains that it is possible for a person to be born in the wrong sexed body.

(g)  “Gender identity” reflects a fully internal and subjective sense of self, disconnected from biological reality and sex and existing on an infinite continuum, that does not provide a meaningful basis for identification and cannot be recognized as a replacement for sex.

Les Beard mocked Trump during one of his lectures.

Trump Signs Executive Order Protecting Children from ‘Chemical & Surgical Mutilation’

President Donald Trump has signed an executive order Tuesday cutting federal support for radical gender procedures for people under age 19.

“Countless children soon regret that they have been mutilated and begin to grasp the horrifying tragedy that they will never be able to conceive children of their own or nurture their children through breastfeeding,” the White House announcement reads.

“Moreover, these vulnerable youths’ medical bills may rise throughout their lifetimes, as they are often trapped with lifelong medical complications, a losing war with their own bodies, and, tragically, sterilization.”

“Accordingly, it is the policy of the United States that it will not fund, sponsor, promote, assist, or support the so-called ‘transition’ of a child from one sex to another, and it will rigorously enforce all laws that prohibit or limit these destructive and life-altering procedures.”

‘X’ Sex Marker On US Passports SCRAPPED, Outstanding Applications Suspended

The State Department has scrapped the third sex option, X, on passport application forms, declaring that there are only two recognisable sexes.

New Secretary of State Marco Rubio has directed the Department to remove the option, an internal State Department cable obtained by The Guardian revealed.

In the communication, Rubio noted “The policy of the United States is that an individual’s sex is not changeable.”

The directive outlines that “sex, and not gender, shall be used” on official documents, including passports and Consular Reports of Birth Abroad.

State Department staff were also ordered to “suspend any application where the applicant is seeking to change their sex marker” from the definition provided under President Trump’s executive order mandating that government-issued identification must reflect “an individual’s immutable biological classification as either male or female.”

Trump’s order, titled, “Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government,” also states that it is “fundamental and incontrovertible reality” that only two sexes exist.

Trump Restores Single-Sex Jails, Transgender Inmates Sent Back to Men’s Prisons

President Donald Trump has restored single-sex prisons, sending male inmates who identify as women back to men’s facilities.

The approximately 1,500 male federal prisoners who identify as women will now be sent to men’s facilities in the wake of President Trump’s executive order establishing single-sex prisons, according to a report by the New York Times.

President Trump’s executive order, titled, “Defending Women From Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government,” also ends transgender-related medical procedures for prison inmates.

The Women’s Liberation Front (WoLF), a feminist organization that advocates for single-sex prisons and raises awareness about incarcerated women becoming victims of male violence, called President Trump’s move “a major victory.”

Currently, WoLF is working to combat California legislation that allows inmates to request facilities that align with their identity, rather than their actual biological sex.

The feminist organization asserts that the law violates incarcerated women’s constitutional rights, citing the Eighth Amendment, which protects people from cruel and unusual punishment.

President Trump’s executive order echoed those sentiments, declaring, “efforts to eradicate the biological reality of sex fundamentally attack women by depriving them of their dignity, safety, and well-being.”

Judge Dismisses Charges Against Hero Texas Doctor Who Blew the Whistle on Sex Change Program at Texas Children’s Hospital After Trump DOJ Intervenes

The Trump Administration filed a motion to dismiss charges against Dr. Ethan Haim, the hero surgeon who blew the whistle on a sex change program at the Texas Children’s Hospital.

A few hours later, a federal judge dismissed the charges with prejudice.

As previously reported, Biden’s corrupt Justice Department indicted a Texas surgeon who blew the whistle on a sex-change program at the Texas Children’s Hospital.

In May 2023, Dr. Eithan Haim leaked the sex change documents to investigative reporter Christopher Rufo. Dr. Haim was careful not to disclose any patient information but the Biden DOJ indicted him on four felony counts related to HIPAA violations.

One day after Dr. Haim exposed the Texas Children’s Hospital, the Texas state legislature voted to ban transgender medical treatment and procedures on minors.

Trump signs executive order banning men from women’s prisons, gender-confused troops in military

President Donald Trump rescinded an executive order that allowed gender-confused people to join the military.

Trump rescinded 78 of former President Joe Biden’s executive orders, including a handful that pushed the LGBT agenda. The decision drew praise from conservative groups.

One of the rescinded Biden directives is “Executive Order 14004 of January 25, 2021 (Enabling All Qualified Americans To Serve Their Country in Uniform),” according to the White House website.

The Biden order made it “the policy of the United States to ensure that all [so-called] transgender individuals who wish to serve in the United States military and can meet the appropriate standards shall be able to do so openly” and without alleged “discrimination.”

It revoked President Trump’s first-term decision to prohibit gender-confused individuals from enlisting in the military.

Trump also rescinded other Biden orders on transgenderism and homosexuality, including several relating to “gender identity” and “sexual orientation.”

‘Woman means adult human female’: US President-elect Donald Trump to sign executive order on gender ideology after inauguration

United States President-elect Donald Trump has disclosed details of a sweeping executive order on gender he plans to sign after his inauguration, marking one of the first major policy actions of his new administration.

Independent media company The Free Press revealed details of the order on Monday (Australian time) after speaking with two incoming senior administration officials.

The order will reverse gender and sex-based laws from the Biden administration, ending policies allowing X gender on passports and forcing the use of preferred pronouns.

Titled, “Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government”, the order will be signed within hours of the swearing in ceremony, the official said.

It seeks to redefine US federal policy by establishing “the biological reality of two sexes” as the guiding framework across all government agencies.

Among its key provisions, the order will remove guidance and policies that acknowledge gender identity, mandate that federal identification documents reflect biological sex rather than self-assessed gender identity and prohibit transgender-identifying males from participating in women’s sports or being housed in women’s prisons.

Trump’s incoming White House team has emphasised the order is rooted in protecting fairness, safety, and the opportunities of women.

“Women deserve protections, they deserve dignity, they deserve fairness, they deserve safety,” an official told The Free Press.

“And so this is going to help establish that in federal policy and in federal laws.”

Trans activist convicted for torture, attempted murder removed as UK Women’s March speaker after backlash

The UK Women’s March (UKWM) has removed a transgender-identifying male speaker, Sarah Jane Baker, from its lineup after organizers were informed of Baker’s criminal history.

The march, held in London on Saturday, was intended for “anyone who is an ally of women and believes in women’s rights” to march for gender equality. Marches were held in other cities across the country to “focus on advocating for women’s rights” in response to US President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration.

When Baker was first announced to be speaking at the event, there was immediate backlash. Baker has served time in prison for kidnapping and torturing the 19-year-old brother of Baker’s stepmother. Additionally, the convict was handed a life sentence for attempted murder of a fellow inmate and served 30 years in 29 different male prisons.

The event’s organizers claimed they were unaware of the criminal past when they invited Baker to participate.

“There has been a lot of social media traffic about Sarah Jane Baker speaking at the UK Women’s March in London tomorrow,” the organizers said in a statement, according to The Telegraph. “We would like to clarify that after being made aware of Sarah’s criminal background in interpersonal abuse, UKWM and Sarah have mutually agreed that she will stand down as a speaker at the event.

“She will not be speaking at any UK Women’s March events tomorrow,” the statement added. “We want to reaffirm our steadfast commitment to standing in solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community, and this decision has been in no way affected by anything other than our stance against abuse, exploitation and violence.”

“This decision was not made lightly, but the safety and well-being of our organisers and participants must always take precedence,” the statement concluded. “We are profoundly grateful to everyone who has offered their support.”

Trans City-Councilor Takes Month Off To Recover From Being Misgendered

A trans Massachusetts city councilor is taking a one-month leave of absence, citing feelings of being unsafe after allegedly being “misgendered” by the mayor and another councilor, and being referred to as “it” by a third city official.

The soap opera starring that councilor, Thu Nguyen, erupted at Tuesday night’s meeting of the Worcester, Massachusetts city council, where members held a public hearing over whether it was appropriate for council members like Nguyen to attend meetings remotely. Once again appearing remotely, Nguyen blamed the mayor and peers for the routine failure to show up in person, saying, “Under your leadership, I have felt unsafe around this council body. I have faced transphobia with being misgendered and recently learned that I have been dehumanized to a point where I’m being referred to as ‘it’ by my colleagues on this council.”

Heralded as the “first openly nonbinary lawmaker” in Massachusetts history — a title we’re sure Paul Revere and Samuel Adams would be totally impressed with — Nguyen has held office on the Worcester city council since 2022. Nguyen’s preferred pronouns are “they/them.”

The day after the hearing, Nguyen posted a statement saying “I am…sad to announce I will be taking a month to prioritize my mental and emotional safety,” so he could recover from having allegedly been misgendered by Mayor Joseph M. Petty and Councilor-at-Large Kathleen Toomey, and called “it” by Councilor Candy Mero-Carlson. Nguyen filed a complaint with Worcester’s Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, urging the prompt launch of an investigation, adding that is was unfortunate to do so at the very same time that “we transition under a Trump administration and exponential increase of fear experienced by the LGBTQ+ community.”

On Thursday, the city clerk confirmed that Nguyen will continue receiving a $2,641 monthly city stipend while providing nothing for Worcester other than melodrama.
