THERE IT IS: Cannabis Farm Raided by ICE Donated LOTS of Money to CA Dems Including Gavin Newsom

The President of Glass House Farms, the cannabis farm that federal immigration authorities raided in California on Thursday despite protests, has donated thousands to Democrats in California.

Co-founder, president, and board director Graham Farrar, who self-identifies on social media as residing in Santa Barbara, California, has made numerous political donations to the Santa Barbara County Democratic Central Committee’s federal political action committee and Rep. Salud Carbajal, D-Calif., according to Federal Election Commission records.

According to California public campaign finance records, he also donated $10,000 to California Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom in 2018, and his most recent public political donation was to California Democratic Assemblymember Gregg Hart in July 2023.

Incredible stuff.

While Gavin Newsom pretends to be righteously indignant about these raids, he’s really just mad one of his campaign donors got busted.

Newsom Protests ICE Raid on Marijuana Farm Allegedly Found Using Child Labor

California Gov. Gavin Newsom protested against an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raid on a marijuana farm in his state this week that was allegedly found to have been using child labor.

Newsom reposted a video of the raid, calling President Donald Trump the “real scum” for enforcing the law.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Rodney Scott alleged that the farm had been found employing not only illegal aliens, but also “juveniles.”

Newsom was, in effect, trying to protect child labor.

The governor returned Thursday from a two-day swing to South Carolina, where he is testing the waters for a presidential run in three years’ time by introducing himself to voters in rural counties.

AND THERE IT IS: California Governor Gavin Newsom Announces Funding for New ‘Multifamily Rental Housing’ After LA Wildfires

This week, we learned that less than 100 building permits have been issued in Los Angeles, six months after the destructive wildfires that destroyed entire neighborhoods like the Pacific Palisades.

Now California Governor Gavin Newsom has announced $101 million in funding for new ‘multifamily rental housing’ as a solution for housing displaced residents in the area. It almost seems like this was the goal all along.

Who could have predicted such a thing?

From the governor’s website:

Governor Newsom commits $101 million to jumpstart critical rebuilding efforts after LA Fires

Los Angeles, California – Six months after the LA Fires, Governor Gavin Newsom and the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) announced the release of $101 million to help rapidly rebuild critically needed, affordable multifamily rental housing in the fire-devastated Los Angeles region. Thousands of families are still displaced by the wildfires that raged through the Greater Los Angeles Region in January 2025, placing an incredible strain on an already tight rental market.

Tomiquia Moss, Secretary of the California Business, Consumer Services and Housing Agency: “The State’s special Multifamily Finance Super NOFA will galvanize the collective public-private response to the wildfires in Los Angeles County, expediting and expanding opportunities to build affordable housing for low-income residents. By prioritizing affordable housing projects that are ready to go, these funds will accelerate household stability, climate and health outcomes in communities.”

No one seems very surprised by this.

Newsom Files $787 Million Defamation Suit Against Fox News Over Its Reporting on His Phone Call with President Trump During LA Riots

California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) filed a $787 million defamation lawsuit against Fox News over its reporting on his phone call with President Trump during LA riots.

Newsom is seeking the same amount of money that Fox News was ordered to pay in a settlement to Dominion Voting Systems.

Earlier this month President Trump sent Fox News reporter John Roberts a screenshot of his phone call with Newsom after the California Governor said Trump never called him.

Trump said he called Newsom during the Los Angeles riots to discuss the National Guard and other security measures to quell the riots.

Newsom said Trump never called him so the President sent a screenshot to prove Newsom wrong.

The lawsuit is demanding an on-air retraction from Fox News host Jesse Watters over his statements on Newsom’s phone call with Trump.

If Jesse Watters issues a retraction, Newsom will drop the lawsuit.

REVEALED: Governor Newsom Attended Luxury Wine Tasting in Napa Valley While Anti-ICE Rioters Burned Cars, Assaulted Law Enforcement

California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) attended a luxury wine tasting in Napa Valley amid the violent Los Angeles riots.

Newsom was literally sipping wine as LA burned.

According to the City Journal, Newsom attended the “Vineyard Vibes” event at the Odette Estate Winery which he co-founded on June 7.

The City Journal reported:

As riots engulfed Los Angeles and mobs vandalized public buildings, incinerated vehicles, and assaulted law enforcement officers, California governor Gavin Newsom was enjoying a swanky wine-tasting party in Napa Valley.

The wine-tasting was held on the afternoon of June 7, 2025, at the Odette Estate Winery, which Newsom co-founded in 2011. Dubbed “Vineyard Vibes,” the event was a fundraiser for the PlumpJack Foundation, founded by Newsom’s sister, and featured “contemporary yet sophisticated” wines, live jazz music, and locally made pizza and smash burgers. “It’s the perfect kick-off to summer fun,” read promotional language. “The fete will take place on the Winery Crushpad, where we’ll gather for music, food, conversation, and delicious wine!”

A source who photographed Newsom at the event expressed shock that the governor was in attendance, given that riots had broken out in Los Angeles the day before. “I couldn’t believe it,” the source said. “He was just walking around like this was an everyday occurrence.” Newsom was at the wine party for at least 90 minutes, according to the source, who said that when the governor finally left, he appeared to retreat to the inner rooms of his winery.

Typical Gavin Newsom.

Gavin Newsom Tries to Blame Trump for California Wildfires; Still Wants Trump to Sign $40 Billion for Fire Relief

California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) tried to blame President Donald Trump for the spread of wildfires across the state on Wednesday, claiming National Guard soldiers had been pulled from firefighting to stop riots.

Newsom made the accusation while still seeking $40 billion in federal relief funds for California in the next congressional spending bill, which Trump would have to sign into law after passage by a Republican majority.

There are currently eight wildfires burning in California, with evacuations ordered near Sacramento and San Diego.

A statement from Newsom’s office said:

As multiple fires burn across the state today, a critical firefighting resource is short-staffed due to President Trump’s illegal federalization of California’s National Guard troops.

CAL FIRE crews responding to the Monte Fire in San Diego have had to fill in gaps left by a California National Guard (CalGuard) Joint Task Force Rattlesnake team that is understaffed due to the federalization of some of its members.

Task Force Rattlesnake is made up of over 300 California National Guard members, who work at the direction of CAL FIRE to help fight and prevent fires. More than half of that team has been diverted to Los Angeles as part of President Trump’s illegal federalization of the Guard.

What the governor’s office refers to as “illegal” could soon be upheld as legal by the Ninth Circuit. Politico reported Wednesday that the three-judge panel — including one appointed by President Joe Biden — “sharply questioned Newsom’s argument that Trump had failed to sufficiently justify his decision to send 4,000 National Guard troops to protect federal buildings and support immigration authorities as they conduct arrests and enforcement operations.”

Newsom declined to blame rioters who attacked federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers and local police. He also evaded the fact that his administration has failed to clear brush in forests for years.

Having Solved All of California’s Problems, Gavin Newsom Announces He’s Launching a Substack to Fight ‘Disinformation’

California Governor Gavin Newsom sure seems to have a lot of free time on his hands.

In addition to launching a podcast earlier this year, Newsom just announced that he is launching a Substack site to fight disinformation. What’s next? A TV talk show?

It’s not as if the state of California has thousands of homes to rebuild after wildfires ravaged the state earlier this year. And who cares if there is a riot raging in downtown Los Angeles that has been going on for more than a week?

How does this man still have his job?

The Hill reports:

Gavin Newsom launches a Substack

California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) launched a page on Substack this week, using his first entry on the platform to blast President Trump amid recent tension in Los Angeles over immigration enforcement efforts in the state.

Newsom’s op-ed, which was first published by Fox News Digital, is titled “Trump is trying to destroy Democracy. Do not let him.”

“Our system of democracy was created in direct opposition to the monarchy and designed to bolster individual freedom and liberty so that we are never again subjugated to a king. It is that idea, that sacred value, that is being destroyed,” Newsom wrote in the piece.

“But our greatest strength has always been with the people. It’s time for all of us to stand up,” he continued.

Newsom said in a short video posted before the piece he was joining the platform to “break through the noise and engage in real conversations.”

Unhinged Newsom Says if He Told the Public About His Call with President Trump, “It Would Send Shivers Up Your Spine”

California’s Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom held a press conference on Thursday evening following the Clinton judge’s decision to temporarily restrain President Trump from deputizing the California National Guard.

US District Judge Charles Breyer, (brother of retired SCOTUS Breyer), a Clinton appointee, granted Newsom a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) and said Trump’s decision to federalize the National Guard was illegal.

Newsom gloated about the judge’s restraining order during a presser on Thursday evening.

Following his remarks, Newsom took a few questions from reporters.

A reporter asked Newsom about his conversation with President Trump.

After initially lying and claiming that Trump never called him (Trump later dropped the receipts and showed his call log with Newsom) – Newsom admitted there was a phone call.

Trump told reporters this week that he called Newsom and told him to ‘get his ass in gear’ and stop the Los Angeles riots.

“I would love to share the readout, but I revere the office of the presidency, so I’ll keep it in confidence he has quite literally made up components of that conversation. He’s been a stone-cold liar about what he said we talked about,” Newsom said, finger wagging.

He continued, “He never discussed the National Guard. Period. Full stop. I would love to share with you what we actually talked about. It would send shivers up your f– spine.”

Fake Tears and No Sound: Newsom’s Formal Address to California Amid Los Angeles Riots is a Dumpster Fire

California Governor Gavin Newsom delivered a (prerecorded?) formal address to California on Tuesday evening amid ongoing Los Angeles riots.

A desperate Newsom, who is actually hunkered down in LA right now, texted Fox News host Sean Hannity and begged him to cover his address to California.

However, Newsom’s formal address was off to a bad start because there was no audio.

CBS News noted there was a problem with the audio.

Newsom attacked President Trump and accused him of declaring a war and assaulting the First Amendment.

Gavin Newsom And His Cruel Notion Of ‘Cruel’

Recently, Gov. Newsom weighed in on the Trump administration’s efforts to undo the last four years of border destruction, when an estimated 10-12 million illegal aliens entered the U.S. unlawfully—among them thousands with criminal records.

Of the recent Los Angeles efforts of ICE to detain those who entered and reside here illegally, the governor proclaimed:

Continued chaotic federal sweeps, across California, to meet an arbitrary arrest quota are as reckless as they are cruel. Donald Trump’s chaos is eroding trust, tearing families apart, and undermining the workers and industries that power America’s economy.”

Dissect that statement, and almost everything Newsom said was either not factual or misleading.

Chaotic?” What is chaotic is allowing 12 million unaudited migrants into the U.S. ahead of those waiting years for background checks and legal permission.

The current antidote to a truly chaotic, nonexistent border was to bring some legality and order back to immigration—and not to perpetuate a wild-west border, drug smuggling, cartel profiteering, and child trafficking and abandonment, which were the Biden-era norms.

Chaotic is 1,000 rioters in southern California swarming ICE officers, endangering their safety and lives—and then being contextualized, excused, or even supported by the governor of the state, who supposedly is an upholder of our laws and their enforcement.

Each time Mayor Karen Bass and Governor Gavin Newsom side with violent protests and the intimidation of ICE officers, the greater the chance that an officer will be seriously injured or killed—and the violence will spike. Apparently, both think they are riding a wave of public support, when in fact the latest CBS poll found 54 percent of Americans support such deportations.

California’s elected officials seem clueless that the optics of illegal immigrants torching autos, attacking law enforcement, or pelting bystanders, while waving Mexican flags, are terrible. What is the logic of waving the flag of the country to which one is violently opposed to returning, while assaulting the officers and infrastructure of the very nation in which one is demanding to remain?
