FOIAs Reveal Progressive Money Fueling FBI, DOJ, Leftist Activist and Election Official Coordination
A strange constellation has emerged through public records requests of coordination between progressive funders, federal authorities, corporations, state election officials, and leftist organizations.
Freedom of information requests have uncovered oddball and opaque relationships between some state election officials, federal officials, corporations, progressive activists, and those trying to influence the conduct of those same election officials. These relationships extend to junkets that include baseball games, travel, and even data exchanges between state officials and outside progressive groups.
The story begins with a series of freedom of information act requests aimed at a number of states to see if any election officials are tempted to apply for now-illegal money from the Mark Zuckerberg-funded Center for Technology and Civic Life. The FOIAs were submitted by the Public Interest Legal Foundation—with which I am associated—and were aimed broadly at election officials across the United States.
While no election official in a state that now prohibits private funding of elections has applied for new funding, something stranger, and more dangerous has emerged from the public information requests.
In one email, we find that the Democracy Fund—a hyper-funded progressive money source—is organizing state officials and third parties to discuss election administration.
FBI investigating Catholic Church in New Orleans for child sex abuse
The FBI has launched a sprawling sex abuse investigation into the Roman Catholic Church in New Orleans that’s targeting predator priests who may have taken kids across state lines to molest them and were never reported to law enforcement, it was revealed Wednesday.
So far this year, more than a dozen alleged victims have been interviewed by federal investigators and some of the cases include allegations that clergy members abused kids during trips to amusement parks in Texas and Florida and camps in Mississippi.
“It’s been a long road and just the fact that someone this high up believes us means the world to us,” a former altar boy, who claims he was abused beginning in the 1970s while in the fifth grade and on trips to Colorado and Florida, told the Associated Press.
The probe, which is a rare undertaking for federal investigators, is examining whether aging members of the clergy can be charged with violating federal law, including the Mann Act — a 1910 anti-sex-trafficking law that prohibits bringing people out of state for illicit sex.
Was the Bust of “White Supremacists” at Idaho LGBTQ Pride Event Another FBI False Flag Operation to Boost J6 “Insurrection” Narrative?
On Saturday, June 11, officers of the Coeur d’Alene Police Department and Kootenai County (Idaho) Sheriff’s Office made a dramatic bust of a U-Haul truck filled with uniformed “white supremacists” who, reportedly, intended to cause a riot at an “LGBTQ Pride” event. However, that is only part of the story. It appears that the primary intent of those arrested (virtually all of whom were out-of-state actors) was to barge in uninvited and associate themselves with Christian groups that were carrying out a peaceful, prayerful counter-demonstration to the LGBTQ event at a different nearby park. The story of the arrests immediately went viral with sensational headlines, photos, and video footage tailored to fit the relentless media theme of red states as dangerous bastions of right-wing, racist, Trumpist, homophobic extremism. In this article we will be reporting on the story behind the headlines, the lessons that this incident provides, and the warning it signals about similar events that are likely in store for us in the future.
As the Nancy Pelosi/Liz Cheney dog-and-pony hoax known as the House Select Committee on January 6 revved up in June, patriots across the country went on alert, concerned that provocations might be cooked up to justify the committee’s ongoing “investigation” and to boost the Pelosi-Cheney narrative that “white nationalism” is running rampant in the republic. This is not the result of patriot paranoia; there is good reason to be concerned that agents provocateurs from the Antifa/BLM Left or the FBI (or both) would create violent incidents that the Fake News media would exploit to further demonize conservatives and advance the “progressive” police-state agenda. After all, it is not like this has never happened before. There is ample evidence that FBI operatives played enough key roles in the Capitol melee of January 6, 2021 to warrant the suspicion that it was a “Fedsurrection” rather than the “insurrection” the media bloviators and political hacks would have us believe it was.
Remember too that the FBI’s man in charge of its Washington, D.C., office at the time of the “insurrection” (and still serving in that capacity) is Steven D’Antuono, the same FBI official who orchestrated and oversaw the phony kidnapping plot of Michigan’s radical Democratic governor, Gretchen Whitmer, by a “militia” group composed almost completely of the FBI’s own agents or its paid informants. That FBI operation culminated in sensational arrests just three weeks before the 2020 presidential election, conveniently timed to provide the Biden campaign and its media collaborators with ammunition to blast Donald Trump 24/7 with accusations that he was encouraging and inspiring terrorism and insurrection. It couldn’t have been more advantageously concocted to aid the Democrats if it had been scripted by the Democratic National Committee. And perhaps it was, since, as the recent history of the Trump and Biden administrations shows, the DNC and the DOJ/FBI work together seamlessly. And even though the trials of the “Whitmer kidnap plot” have, thus far, ended in acquittals for the defendants on grounds of entrapment and have exposed gross criminal abuse and conspiracy by the FBI, it has been almost completely ignored by the daily outrage lobby of the controlled media. Thus, the DNC/DOJ/FBI cabal undoubtedly feels emboldened to continue with impunity these criminal operations against the American people.
FBI Raids Home of Retired Texas Couple Who Attended Jan. 6 Capitol Rally
A retired Texas couple said FBI agents busted through the gate of their rural home, threw flashbangs, handcuffed them, and trained lasers on them before searching their home for evidence connected to the Jan. 6 breach of the Capitol.
Lora DeWolfe and Darrel Kennemer, who live on seven acres near San Marcos, Texas, told The Epoch Times they attended the Jan. 6 rally at the Capitol but did nothing wrong. They believe the FBI mistakenly identified Kennemer as someone else.
The FBI didn’t arrest them, they said. Agents eventually produced a search warrant saying Kennemer was suspected of “assaulting, resisting or impeding” officers and “entering restricted building or grounds.”
Both said they went no further than the Capitol steps on Jan. 6 and did not harm anyone or damage anything. They said the allegation of assault was false, and the FBI kept showing Kennemer a blurry photo of a man who looked similar but wasn’t Kennemer.
“I vacillate between feeling mad and helpless,” DeWolfe said. “I was really sad. We just wanted an honest election.”
“They’re corrupt, and they’re trying to scare us,” Kennemer said, adding he feels the FBI targeted him for just being at the rally.
Joe Biden’s Weaponized FBI Seizes Phone of Nevada GOP Leader in Ridiculous Move
The weaponization of the FBI continues after what some would describe as Joe Biden’s personal police force seized the phone of a Nevada GOP leader on Wednesday. That report comes via 8 News Now, a local station in the state.
Per their sources, the FBI served a search warrant on Michael McDonald, the Republican chairman in Nevada. They seized his phone in relation to an “investigation” into the so-called “fake electors” scheme propagated after the 2020 election.
FBI agents served a search warrant Wednesday on Nevada’s top GOP official, sources told the 8 News Now I-Team’s George Knapp.
Agents seized the cell phone of state Republican chairman Michael McDonald, reportedly as part of an investigation into the fake elector scheme initiated at the end of the 2020 presidential election.
A second search warrant was issued for state party secretary James DeGraffenreid, who also signed the document, but FBI agents could not locate him Wednesday, sources told Knapp.
Of course, everything is always simpler when it’s not sensationalized. So what did this “fake electors” scheme entail? All it entailed was some Republican electors pledging to vote for Donald Trump. As the report notes, that move was purely ceremonial and held no legal weight. No one ever actually tried to pass off any alternate electors to change the outcome of the election, and in the end, Nevada’s electors went to Biden.
In December 2020, the 8 News Now I-Team reported the Nevada Republican Party’s six electors signed paperwork signaling their support for former President Donald Trump in a symbolic ceremony devoid of any legal merit, which was held in Carson City and coincided with the official state-sanctioned tally on Dec. 14, 2020.
Given that, what exactly is being investigated here except wrong-think? After all, it was Democrats who pioneered and pursued the idea of “faithless electors” after the 2016 election. Don’t believe me? Well, believe the headlines from the time period, and there are literally dozens of them.
THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF TWEETS: TWITTER IS HIRING AN ALARMING NUMBER OF FBI AGENTS
Twitter has been on a recruitment drive of late, hiring a host of former feds and spies. Studying a number of employment and recruitment websites, MintPress has ascertained that the social media giant has, in recent years, recruited dozens of individuals from the national security state to work in the fields of security, trust, safety and content.
Chief amongst these is the Federal Bureau of Investigations. The FBI is generally known as a domestic security and intelligence force. However, it has recently expanded its remit into cyberspace. “The FBI’s investigative authority is the broadest of all federal law enforcement agencies,” the “About” section of its website informs readers. “The FBI has divided its investigations into a number of programs, such as domestic and international terrorism, foreign counterintelligence [and] cyber crime,” it adds.
For example, in 2019, Dawn Burton (the former director of Washington operations for Lockheed Martin) was poached from her job as senior innovation advisor to the director at the FBI to become senior director of strategy and operations for legal, public policy, trust and safety at Twitter. The following year, Karen Walsh went straight from 21 years at the bureau to become director of corporate resilience at the silicon valley giant. Twitter’s deputy general counsel and vice president of legal, Jim Baker, also spent four years at the FBI between 2014 and 2018, where his resumé notes he rose to the role of senior strategic advisor.

For years, Joshua Caleb Sutter, an avowed white supremacist from South Carolina, has published and sold books glorifying torture, child abuse, rape, terrorism, mass murder and more – all in the name of his racist and satanic beliefs.
His self-published books have become go-to texts for some of the most extreme and violent white supremacists across the world. They have become required reading in a sinister satanist cult that has spread to several countries and has already inspired several known terrorists and would-be mass killers.
The ideas Sutter pushes are so vile they have proven too much even for some of the country’s most dangerous and violent neo-Nazis. In 2018 several people left the white supremacist domestic terrorism group Atomwaffen Division, citing Sutter’s books – and his growing influence in the organization – as too radical even for them.
Since 2004, while his publishing business and his influence over radical white supremacists have swelled, Sutter has had another benefactor: the American taxpayer. The Federal Bureau of Investigation has paid him at least $140,000 over the past 18 years to provide information about the extremist groups he associates with, according to court records.
How useful that information has been in fighting extremism is impossible to tell. The FBI won’t talk about Sutter and has yet to provide USA TODAY with any documents about the payments to him, or the intelligence he provided, in response to requests under the Freedom of Information Act.
But the relationship between the federal government and one of the chief propagandists of the most radical wing of white supremacy, experts say, raises profound concerns, including whether the agency actually directs public money to help fund the very same extremist movements and hateful propaganda it is supposed to be clamping down on.
“He’s in a win-win situation,” said Ariel Koch, a research fellow at the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism at Israel’s Reichman University who studies extremist movements. “He gets money from the government and he can continue doing what he likes to do, which is to publish literature that is distributed by neo-Nazis.”
