Top FBI Official in Charge of Crimes Against Children, Arrested for Sex Crimes Against Children

Before he was arrested, FBI Supervisory Special Agent David Harris, 51, was tasked with investigating crimes against children, including child sexual abuse material, otherwise known as child pornography. Now, many are wondering if he possibly sought out this position of power to further exploit children as he was charged with multiple crimes against children, including indecency with a child, crimes against nature and sexual battery.

Davis, who lived in Prairieville, Louisiana, was arrested over the summer on sexual assault and other charges relating to a number of victims dating as far back as 2016. Now, he has been charged with more crimes involving children.

For years, Harris reportedly investigated countless crimes involving the victimization of children and for years, his string of victims stretched the span of three states, Louisiana, Texas and Florida.

Apparently, this predator was so addicted to victimizing children that he couldn’t contain himself while on family vacation. According to Franklin County Sheriff A.J. “Tony” Smith, Harris’ latest victim found herself being abused while on family vacation.

FBI raids Detroit city hall and homes of council members: ‘culture of corruption’

FBI agents reportedly raided the homes of two Detroit city councilmembers Wednesday morning, as part of a federal corruption investigation. 

The FBI is executing search warrants at the homes of Detroit City Council members Janeé Ayers and Scott Benson, as well as offices in the city’s Coleman A. Young Municipal Center.

The FBI did not immediately return Fox News’s request for comment on the raids. 

No criminal charges have been filed, according to The Detroit News, and the search warrants remain sealed in court. 

The searches follow charges against councilman André Spivey three weeks ago, when he was charged on one count of conspiracy to commit bribery for allegedly accepting more than $35,000 to be “influenced and rewarded” for votes.

A court filing in the case of a high-profile Neo-nazi group member has ousted Joshua Caleb Sutter as a longtime informant for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Sutter, the publisher of Martinet Press, is allegedly an Atomwaffen member and key figure in the satanic group known as the O9A Tempel ov Blood, according to investigative reporter Ali Winston.

Investigative reporter Ali Winston has been covering the case against Kaleb Cole, an alleged Atomwaffen member who was charged with leading a conspiracy to intimidate reporters across the United States with other group members. All of them have entered guilty pleas except Cole, according to Winston.

In what Winston described as a “remarkable filing” from Cole’s case, it was revealed that Joshua Caleb Sutter, an Atomwaffen member, Satanic 09A Tempel ov Blood leader, and Satanic book publisher, is “undoubtedly” an FBI informant, and had been since 2003, according to documents. “Sutter isn’t identified by name, but its undoubtedly him. Martinet Press publishes Order of Nine Angles texts that have radicalized countless youth in Neo-Fascist, Satanist practices. He has that aforementioned ’03 conviction for trying to [sic] sell a firearm w/an obliterated serial,” Winston explained. The promotion of the satanic Tempel ov Blood ideology, according to journalist Jake Hanrahan, has connections to a series of murders in Great Britain.

Federal prosecutors are refusing to hand over text messages and laptops from FBI informants in the Whitmer kidnapping case.

In October 2020, the FBI announced during a press conference that it thwarted a plot by a so-called “right-wing militia” to kidnap and kill Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer and overthrow the state government.

The Whitmer kidnapping plot was in the media 24/7 and used to bludgeon Trump with just a few weeks to go until Election Day.

The FBI used at least 12 informants in the Michigan Whitmer kidnapping case.

There are 6 defendants and 12 FBI informants.

According to report BuzzFeed News published last month, the FBI was involved in every aspect of the Whitmer kidnapping case – starting with its inception!

FBI informants/agents actually helped hatch the kidnapping plot which means there would be no conspiracy case without the FBI.

One FBI informant organized all the meetings early on and paid for hotel rooms and food to entice the patsies.

It is illegal for FBI informants to hatch plots and encourage violence.

Defense lawyers are arguing the informants drew people into the conspiracy and that there is potential evidence of entrapment.

Cops Thought They Were Transporting Cocaine for the Cartel, But it Was Actually the FBI

An 11th Circuit panel on Monday unanimously rejected two former Miami police officers’ challenge to their drug-trafficking convictions.

Former officers James Archibald and Kelvin Harris were caught as part of an undercover FBI sting operation designed to root out dirty cops in the Miami Police Department.

Despite proof that the officers actively participated in a fake drug-running conspiracy – even going so far as to activate their police lights to help an agent posing as a drug courier navigate heavy traffic – Archibald and Harris claimed that the evidence was insufficient to convict them.

The Atlanta-based appeals court was unpersuaded.

Writing on behalf of the panel Monday, Senior U.S. Circuit Judge Stanley Marcus found that the evidence against the men was “ample.”

Along with a third officer, Archibald and Harris participated in three separate operations to protect FBI agents who they believed were drug dealers delivering cocaine to Miami hotels. Harris received a $10,000 cash payment for his efforts and Archibald received $6,500.

Both men were charged with conspiring to possess with intent to distribute more than five kilograms of cocaine and attempted possession with intent to distribute cocaine. Harris was also convicted of possessing a firearm during the commission of a drug-trafficking crime.

After a 10-day trial in June 2019, Harris was sentenced to 27 ½ years in prison. Archibald was sentenced to 10 years.

Confirmed: Undercover Agents Were Working Capitol Rioters on January 6, Court Documents Reveal

At least one undercover agent was working the extremist groups that would show up at the Capitol on January 6th, new court documents reveal. The revelation was disclosed in an affidavit accompanying criminal charges against Fi Duong.

“An accused U.S. Capitol protester spoke with an undercover Washington police officer on Jan. 6 who later connected the man to an undercover FBI worker,” the Epoch Times reported.

“On the morning of January 6, 2021, Fi Duong and an associate of his (Associate 1) introduced themselves to a Metropolitan Police Department Undercover Employee (MPD UCE) in the vicinity of Freedom Plaza, Washington, D.C,” the criminal complaint states. “Duong asked the MPD UCE if he/she was a ‘patriot,’ to which the MPD UCE responded in the affirmative and asked Duong the same question. Duong responded by claiming to be an ‘operator’.”

“Later that afternoon, the MPD UCE observed Duong kneeling by a marble fence on the West Terrace of the U.S. Capitol building, past the line of police officers and the construction scaffolding which were in place on January 6, 2021,” the statement continued. “The location where Duong was observed is known to be within what was a restricted zone on January 6, 2021. Duong and the MPD UCE exchanged greetings to one another but did not communicate further. Duong did not appear to be interacting with anyone else.”

The criminal complaint, filed by FBI special agent Jason Jankovitz, provides details on the FBI’s monitoring of Duong and a “Bible study” group that served as a front group.

The Washington Post’s report on Duong notes in passing that this may be the first time that an undercover FBI agent was confirmed as working an extremist group.
