Congressman Matt Gaetz warns that a senior DHS official told him there are at least five “assassination teams” inside the United States targeting Donald Trump.

Gaetz made the comments after gunman Ryan Routh tried to kill the former president after hiding in the bushes for nearly 12 hours outside Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach.

Routh somehow knew where Trump would be to within 500 yards despite the round of golf not being on the former president’s schedule and the decision to play being last minute.

Florida Republican Rep. Gaetz told the Real America’s Voice podcast that even before the second assassination attempt, he was given some shocking news.

DeSantis Says Feds Being Uncooperative With Investigation Into Second Assassination Attempt on Trump

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said the feds are being uncooperative with the state’s investigation into the second Trump assassination attempt, including by blocking access to the golf course where it happened.

Gunman Ryan Routh hid for nearly 12 hours in the bushes without being spotted before finally being apprehended when a member of his protection detail saw a rifle poking out of foliage by the sixth hole.

The round of gold was not on Trump’s public schedule and was only a last minute decision, prompting questions as to how Routh, who got within 500 yards of Trump, knew the former president would be in that location.

Appearing on Fox News last night, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis was asked whether the feds were cooperating with his independent investigation into the attempted shooting and his answer was emphatic.

FBI Reveals That Iran Hacked Trump Campaign Materials And Gave Them To Biden/Harris

The AP is reporting that the FBI has uncovered evidence that Iranian hackers stole materials from the Trump campaign in the Summer and provided them to what was then the Biden/Harris campaign.

The report notes that the emails were sent to “people who were associated with Biden’s campaign” in June and July when he was still the Democratic nominee.

The FBI uncovered the “unsolicited” evidence as part of its efforts to investigate election interference.

The emails “contained an excerpt taken from stolen, non-public material from former President Trump’s campaign as text in the emails,” a government statement noted.

It is not known if the Biden/Harris campaign reviewed the materials.

Tucson Trump Rally Attendees Report Suffering Mysterious Eye Burning Symptoms

The Trump campaign is investigating reports that up to 20 attendees of his rally in Tucson last week experienced severe eye irritation issues, prompting speculation the incident was some kind of chemical attack.

News 4 Tucson reports that it interviewed six people who were seated directly behind Trump during the event who sought medical attention after saying their eyes felt like they were burning.

“As soon as we left and we stepped outside my eyes were burning,” Mayra Rodriguez told the news network.

“The emergency room staff, from the triage nurse to the PA [Physicians Assistant] asked are you sure you didn’t get sprayed with something your symptoms look like you got sprayed with something,” she added.

Rodriguez said that doctors could not identify the cause of her discomfort.

“I can’t see anything when I try to open my eyes. I see a bright light. It hurts, it hurts a lot to open my eyes. I have this cold cloth I put on and take off constantly. It’s horrible,” she added.

N4T Investigators also spoke with a brother and sister who attended the event and experienced similar symptoms.

“It kept getting worse and worse, my eyes were watering a lot, my nose started running then I started feeling my face get really flushed and my neck felt like it was on fire and it just progressed from there,” said the sister.

Meanwhile, her brother said, “It was all focused on my eyes, my eyes were red like hell you know, it’s unbearable. I couldn’t handle it.”

The Secret Service responded by saying it was completely unaware of the situation (big surprise there), while the Trump campaign said it would be investigating the matter.

Former Neighbor of Trump’s Would-Be Assassin Described Him as Being ‘a Little Cuckoo’

A former neighbor who knows the man who attempted to assassinate former President Donald Trump on Sunday described him as being “a little cuckoo.” 

Ryan Wesley Routh was known to bring fear into the neighborhood, according to a woman who lived near him in North Carolina for almost 20 years. She told FOX8 that she thought that he was odd and could not believe that he was involved with trying to kill Trump. 

“Him, I mean, trying to shoot Trump. That’s a lot. I would have never guessed, and I would have swore up and down, no, that’s not him,” she told the outlet. 

“… I just can’t believe it. I mean, if I didn’t see it with my own eyes, I mean the pictures and stuff and all, then I wouldn’t be able to believe that.”

Explosive Device Reportedly Discovered Near Trump Rally in Uniondale, New York After Second Trump Assassination Attempt – Suspect in “Suspicious Occurrence” in Custody

Police have reportedly discovered an “explosive device” in a car near President Trump’s rally venue in Uniondale, New York tonight.

According to Nassau County Police Department sources, “During K9, doing their checks, they found an explosive device in one of the vehicles and that driver ended up running into the woods.” Another source from the department confirmed this, investigative reporter James Lalino told The Gateway Pundit.

Per James Lalino:

Sources in the Nassau County Police Department just told me that “the perimeter was breached and a blue barrel was removed” from the area surrounding tonight’s Trump rally site.

Source said “During K9, doing their checks, they found an explosive device in one of the vehicles and that driver ended up running into the woods. No one saw if he had anything on him, they just saw him take off running. A lot of cars are now parking, they’re lining up on Hempstead Turnpike, just parking on the grass. Even over at Eisenhower Park, they’re just parking over there.”

The Second Trump Shooter Believed Exactly What the Establishment Media Wanted Him to Believe

On Sunday, for the second time this election cycle, a man was able to get close to Donald Trump with a rifle. The former president was golfing when Secret Service agents spotted a rifle barrel poking out of some bushes just off the course, near a hole Trump would soon play. Agents fired on the suspect, causing him to flee as Trump was rushed off the course. Shortly after, the man was apprehended by police.

A scoped rifle, two backpacks, and a video camera were recovered from the woods where the suspect was hiding. The FBI said it was investigating the incident as an attempted assassination. The suspect, Ryan Routh, has so far been charged with two gun-related crimes. 

While there are clearly some major differences between this incident and the first assassination attempt in July—when Trump was shot in the ear during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania—the fact that an armed man was able to get so close to the former president and remain undetected until the last moment for the second time in two months is a big deal.

Yet the reaction from the political establishment and the establishment media has been notably different. Back in July, there was broad agreement within the establishment that they needed to “lower the temperature.” This week, the rhetoric has changed. While most go through the motion of denouncing political violence, establishment figures and outlets have downplayed the assassination attempt, obscured the attempted shooter’s political ideology, and even blamed Trump himself for provoking people into trying to kill him.

It’s not surprising that the political establishment and their friends in the media want to dismiss or play down what happened on Sunday. Because Ryan Routh, the suspect, appears to have been motivated by the exact narrative of the war in Ukraine and the prospect of a second Trump term that the establishment is trying so hard to get the American public to accept. 

In early 2022, after Russia invaded Ukraine, the American establishment went into overdrive to whitewash all the developments that had led to the invasion. They instead defined Vladamir Putin as an expansionist tyrant bent on conquering all of Europe simply because he hates freedom and democracy.

Because of unearthed social media posts, numerous interviews with major outlets like The New York Times, and a self-published book, we can clearly see that Routh was completely convinced by the establishment’s characterization of the war. So much so that in the months after the war broke out, Routh traveled to Ukraine to try and join the fight. He was turned away, apparently due to his age, but stuck around to try and recruit other foreigners to join Ukraine’s ranks.

Seven questions about Ryan Routh, the second aspiring Trump assassin

Unless you live under a rock, you’ve probably heard about the recent incident involving another attempted assassination against President Trump. I’ve done quite a bit of research on the profile of charged suspect Ryan Routh, and I have some questions about the overall situation.

  1. Was Ryan Routh directed or encouraged to carry out an attack by any domestic or foreign governments?

Routh had countless contacts overseas in Eastern Europe and Asia. He was in constant contact with militants and aspiring warfighters in Ukraine, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, and elsewhere. He spent quite a bit of time in Ukraine in 2022.

On the domestic front, it’s no secret that our politicized law enforcement and intelligence agencies have involved high-profile public figures in past ploys. We must also not forget that elements of U.S. intelligence services dedicated the entirety of the Trump presidency to attempting to destroy the man. Sadly, we can’t rule out the troublesome possibility that Routh (and perhaps Crooks before him) is the upgrade from information operation to kinetic operation.

How Does Ukraine Try to Distance Itself From Suspected Trump Assassin?

Routh pointed an assault rifle at Donald Trump on his Florida golf course on September 15, in what became the second assassination attempt on the 45th US president since July.

It seems the Kiev regime is desperately trying to brush off Ukraine’s links to purported would-be Trump shooter Ryan Wesley Routh, following his claims (on X and in interviews) about his involvement in the Ukraine conflict.

First and foremost, Volodymyr Zelensky was quick to condemn the assassination attempt, claiming that he’s “glad to hear” that Trump is “safe and unharmed.”

Zelensky then went further by extending his “best wishes” to the 45th US president and his family and adding that “It’s good that the suspect was apprehended quickly.”

In the same vein, the International Legion of Ukraine, a unit with the Ukrainian Ground Forces, argued that it had no association with Routh.

“American citizen Ryan Routh has never served in the International Legion and has no relation to the unit. Rumors disseminated in certain media are not true,” the unit said in a statement.

The Guardian has meanwhile cited the legion as saying that Routh’s ideas about what he once called “a black and white” Ukraine conflict were “delusional.”

Ukraine confirms contact with Trump shooter

The American man who allegedly tried to assassinate Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump had visited Kiev and offered his services to Ukraine, but was rejected, the Ukrainian military said on Monday.

Ryan Wesley Routh, 58, was arrested on Sunday after the US Secret Service spotted him at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida. His social media posts and a self-published book claimed involvement with the Ukrainian military.

On Monday, the Ukrainian Land Forces Command confirmed to CNN that Routh had been in touch with them, but described his ideas as “delusional” and denied having accepted his services at any point.

“He was offering us large numbers of recruits from different countries but it was obvious to us his offers were not realistic,” Aleksandr Shaguri, a military spokesman, told CNN. “We didn’t even answer, there was nothing to answer to. He was never part of the Legion and didn’t cooperate with us in any way.”

Routh espoused multiple “delusional ideas,” Shaguri told the outlet.

In the summer of 2022, Routh visited Ukraine and gave multiple interviews to Western media outlets, presenting himself as a liaison to the government in Kiev and seeking to enlist pro-US fighters from Afghanistan for the Ukrainian cause. In one such interview, Routh told Newsweek Romania journalist Remus Cernea he was recruiting people for the International Legion of Ukraine.
