Everything Damaging To Democrats Is ‘Russian Disinformation’ To The Media

There’s a reliable pattern: Whenever something truly devastating to Democrats comes to light, the dying news media will immediately call it “Russian disinformation,” even when the goods are 1,000 percent real; the latest being newly declassified documents this week with yet more evidence indicating that Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign planned to smear Trump by connecting him to Russia — the basis of the completely fabricated Russia-Trump collusion hoax that ultimately framed President Trump and his associates with crimes they didn’t commit.

An alternate reality exists wherein the New York Times assesses the new details and concludes that one of the country’s major political parties engaged in some truly corrupt, sinister conduct, and perhaps there might be avenues to pursue legal accountability. Unfortunately, we live in this reality where the Times runs the headline, “‘Clinton Plan’ Emails Were Likely Made by Russian Spies, Declassified Report Shows,” a naked attempt to dismiss what the new information actually shows.

Senate Republicans on Thursday declassified a portion of a special counsel report that included purported communications involving the 2016 Clinton campaign and a left-wing non-profit group, which suggest the parties plotted to implicate Trump and his campaign in Russian election interference. The best part of the article, authored by Times reporters Charlie Savage and Adam Goldman, is when they brush annex revelations aside, essentially because Durham couldn’t locate the originals of a couple of emails.

Pack it up guys! Nothing to see here!

That’s not an exaggeration. “[U]ltimately, in weighing all the evidence,” the article said, “[Special Counsel John] Durham concluded that the Russians had probably faked the key emails…” But that’s not true. The immediate paragraph thereafter quotes a line included in the annex documents that literally says Duram’s office assessed the emails in question to be “a composite of several emails that were obtained through Russian intelligence hacking of the U.S.-based Think Tanks, including the Open Society Foundations, the Carnegie Endowment, and others.” As The Federalist’s Elle Purnell noted, that’s “obviously not the same thing as saying he thought the Russians completely made them up.”

Kamala Harris Announces Memoir And Oof, The Responses

Fresh off realising that she probably can’t even win in California, and that another monumental loss would finish her off for good, Kamala Harris has decided to stick with just hawking a book attempting to reframe the narrative of just how badly she lost the 2024 election to President Trump.

She’s called it 107 Days, because that’s how long Americans had to worry that somehow the Democrats might rig it for her to become the 47th President of the United States.

Harris made the announcement in social media posts, claiming “What the world saw on the campaign trail was only part of the story.”

Oh really! The undecipherable word salads and complete lack of any intelligible policy were not the only aspects of the story.

And the inability to answer the most softball question ever pitched toward a politician.

Who knew?

Transgender Dem Rep McBride Admits Voters Think Democrats Are A**holes’

Democratic Rep. Sarah McBride of Delaware acknowledged in a newly released interview clip that many voters view the Democratic Party as “assholes” and believe the party doesn’t like them.

The admission comes as Democrats face mounting unfavorable ratings among registered voters, according to a Wall Street Journal poll published July 25.

The WSJ poll showed 63% of registered voters viewed the Democratic Party unfavorably, up from 58% in April.

The comments by McBride were made during an interview with Dasha Burns, Politico’s White House bureau chief, in a preview of “The Conversation,” scheduled for full release on Sunday.

“I think voters feel like Democrats have sort of been assholes to them,” McBride said.

“And I do think that a voter asks two questions when they’re considering who to vote for. The first question is, does this candidate, does this party like me?”

McBride, who is biologically male and made headlines for controversies surrounding bathroom use in the Capitol, continued, “And by extension, do they respect me, do they care for me? But do they like me? If you can’t answer that first question to a voter’s satisfaction, they won’t even get to the second question, which is, what does this party think, what does this candidate think? And I think we’ve lost that first question.”

DOJ Official Who Approved $2 Million Payout To Disgraced Russia Hoaxers Identified As Left-Wing Activist Brian Netter

The Department of Justice official who signed off on $2 million in taxpayer-funded payments to disgraced Russia collusion hoax participants left the Department of Justice to help lead the “legal resistance” to President Donald Trump and other duly-elected Republicans, new records reviewed exclusively by The Federalist reveal.

FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok and his mistress, FBI lawyer Lisa Page, sued the Department of Justice over the release of messages detailing their role in pushing the Clinton campaign’s Russia collusion hoax. They said the release of the messages that were written using government resources violated their privacy. The Biden administration rewarded the duo with lucrative payouts. Strozk received $1.2 million in taxpayer funds while Page received an $800,000 settlement.

“[W]e have identified Brian Netter, Deputy Assistant Attorney General as the individual that approved the settlement agreements,” a DOJ official told the Center to Advance Security in America, which had filed a Freedom of Information Act request in 2024, when the payouts were publicly announced. Netter was the deputy assistant attorney general for the Federal Programs Branch during the term of President Joe Biden.

Netter currently serves as the legal director at Democracy Forward, a Democrat Party-affiliated group launched in 2017 to fight President Trump with lawfare. The group brags that it took Trump to court more than 100 times in his first term in office. It has continued its use of the courts to win political battles into his second term in office. “Liberal Legal Group Positions Itself as a Top Trump Administration Foe,” touted The New York Times last November.

Marc Elias, the attorney known for his work damaging the integrity of both the 2016 and 2020 elections, chairs the board of Democracy Forward. Elias, as the Clinton campaign general counsel, signed the checks for her campaign’s Russia collusion hoax. To hide the Russia collusion hoax’s origins, the funding was fraudulently run through Elias’s law firm as “legal services.” Clinton was fined only $113,000 for the false claims she made to hide her role. Elias also ran Democrats’ legal effort to destabilize the 2020 elections with the sudden expansion of unsupervised mail-in balloting operations staffed by Democrat-run nonprofit groups.

Other current and recent board members of Netter’s group include former Clinton campaign manager John Podesta, former Biden Chief of Staff Ronald Klain, Kamala Harris’ sister Maya Harris, and former leader of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee Mindy Myers.

Netter worked for Merrick Garland’s Department of Justice from 2021 through early 2025. He opposed then-former President Trump’s motion for a preliminary injunction to block National Archives releases to the January 6 committee, a lawfare committee comprised only of members appointed by then-Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.

Hochul: I ‘Have a Lot of Alignment’ with Mamdani ‘on Issues Like Affordability’

On Friday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “All In,” New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) stated that New York City mayoral candidate Assemblyman Zohran Mamdani (D) has “taken a lot of positions that I don’t agree with, but we have a lot of alignment on issues like affordability.”

Host Chris Hayes asked, “In the 45 seconds I have left, the mayoral race is headed towards the general election in New York City. Zohran Mamdani won that quite surprisingly, but quite definitively, that New York City primary. You have not endorsed him as of yet. Other officeholders, Democrats have. What are you waiting for, what are you looking for to make the decision whether you’re going to endorse the Democratic nominee for mayor?”

Hochul responded, “We’ll have more conversations. I already started that. I went and I visited him just a couple of days after the election. He’s taken a lot of positions that I don’t agree with, but we have a lot of alignment on issues like affordability. He supports my efforts to build more housing so it’s not the most expensive purchase, … more supply, the prices go down. I understand what it’s like to be a struggling mom. I was that mom. I had to leave a job with Sen. Moynihan because I couldn’t afford childcare. I know what it’s like, and I’m there with him in dealing with the affordability issues. So, we’ll just have more conversations.”

Skydance Says It Had No Role in Cancelling Stephen Colbert, Blowing Hole in Democrat Conspiracy Theory

Skydance Media is now saying it played no role whatever in the cancellation of CBS’s The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

Th let has made a conspiracy theory out of the cancellation of extreme left-wing comedian Stephen Colbert by CBS, with the wild claim that the network cancelled the show so that President Donald Trump’s administration would approve the merger between CBS owner Paramount and Skydance Media. But Skydance is now saying that it had no hand in cancelling Colbert’s show and his cancellation has nothing to do with the merger plans.

Skydance General Counsel Stephanie Kyoko McKinnon responded to a letter by leftist Democrat U.S. Senators Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, and Ron Wyden to say that, while her company knew of the cancellation, they were only told after CBS had made its decision. And Skydance was not part of the deliberation process.

The Democrat Senators had sent a letter to Skydance asking if the company was involved in cancelling Colbert.

“Were you or other Skydance executives involved in discussions about canceling The Late Show with Stephen Colbert? If so, please provide information regarding the timing, nature of, and participants in these discussions, including whether the pending transaction with Paramount was discussed,” the letter asked.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), among other elected Democrats fire off social media screeds and even appeared on cable news channels and asserted that the lawsuit settlement between President Donald Trump and CBS parent company Paramount “sounds a lot like bribery.”

Democrats Spark “Manufactured Power Crisis” In Maryland As Left Begins To Panic

Maryland’s deepening energy crisis and the resulting hyperinflation in power bill costs that have steamrolled working-class families are a stark reminder of why local elections matter. It’s also a case study in what happens when one-party rule goes unchecked. Under far-left Democratic leadership, the state has been so epically mismanaged that it now faces multiple cascading crises, whether fiscal, energy-related, or tied to illegal aliens or violent crime.

Last week marked a significant inflection point for the panicking Maryland Democratic Party, which can no longer ignore the power bill crisis.

Governor Wes Moore, speaking from a swanky vineyard in northern Baltimore County, was forced to address the crisis and now has blamed skyrocketing power bills on the regional grid operator, PJM.

Moore’s claim that PJM is somehow responsible for Maryland’s power crisis is a masterclass in political deflection.

What’s actually happened is that Moore and the Democratic Party have championed failed globalist “green” policies that led to the premature retirement of reliable fossil fuel power generation across the state for intermittent solar and wind, leaving the grid more fragile than ever. Meanwhile, baseload capacity has stagnated, forcing the state to import a significant portion of its electricity from neighboring states just to keep up with the soaring demand driven by data centers, EVs, and reshoring efforts.

The power crisis is entirely self-inflicted and a result of failed green policies pushed by far-left state and local officials wearing climate-crisis blinders. These crazed leftists have no business managing the state’s energy infrastructure, let alone its future.

Local TV station WBFF Fox Baltimore’s Gary Collins spoke with Maryland Del. Ryan Nawrocki, a Republican representing Baltimore County, who called the energy crisis in the state “manufactured” by failed green policies of the Democratic Party

Mamdani Already Owes New Yorkers $1.3 BILLION

New York City is crumbling under failing schools, surging homelessness, and unsafe streets. But Mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani, in his time as a state legislator, decided to sink the state even deeper—by wasting another $1.3 billion on ideological vanity projects with no measurable benefit for ordinary New Yorkers.

As a co-author of the so-called “People’s Budget” proposed by the Black, Puerto Rican, Hispanic, and Asian Legislative Caucus, Mamdani has backed spending proposals that read more like activist wish lists than responsible fiscal policy. Every dollar demanded in the name of “equity” is a dollar stripped from basic needs—needs that millions of New Yorkers, especially working-class families, continue to go without.

Take, for example, Mamdani’s push for an $8 million recruitment and training initiative to make New York’s teachers “more diverse.”

The irony here is hard to miss. In New York City’s public schools—the largest district in the country—Black teachers already make up roughly 42% of the workforce, despite the city’s Black population being only 22%. The goalpost for “representation” has shifted away from proportionality and toward performative politics.

What Mamdani labels as reform is, in practice, just another unnecessary layer of bureaucracy driven by race-based metrics instead of educational ones.

Mamdani’s caucus also proposed spending $250,000 to promote “racial and cultural inclusivity” in K–12 classrooms—without ever explaining how this helps students learn to read, write, or do math. Another $351,500 was allocated for conventions supposedly designed to help “underrepresented” educators, which is another way of saying the funds will go toward political networking events with no tangible classroom results.

Mamdani also supports an additional $8 million for a Fair Housing Testing Program—money that would go toward “paired testing” for housing discrimination that is already illegal under both state and federal law.

New York already invests billions in housing and tenant protection. If discrimination occurs, there are legal pathways for enforcement. This new testing program is redundant and unnecessary.

Meanwhile, New York City continues to face a staggering homelessness crisis. That $8 million would be far better spent building shelters or expanding emergency housing than funding an academic experiment in bureaucratic redundancy.

One of the largest items in Mamdani’s wish list is the $1 billion proposal for climate mitigation and adaptation over five years. This includes $75 million for electric school buses and another $80 million for centralized procurement of zero-emission buses and infrastructure.

Cloward-Piven Strategy: How Mamdani and Other Socialists Could Overload the Welfare System Until the Country Collapses

During her failed bid for the U.S. presidency, Kamala Harris made free-market economists and freedom-loving Americans cringe when she said, “From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.” This fundamental Marxist slogan openly signals that if Kamala or her socialist-leaning allies were elected, those who work harder or earn more would be forced to subsidize those who refuse to work, or people who spend their days protesting, or make unsustainable life choices.

Kamala is gone, but Zohran Mamdani and several others in government are taking up the socialist banner. Among the self-proclaimed democratic socialists currently in Congress are Bernie Sanders, who serves in the U.S. Senate; Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a former DSA; Summer Lee, a DSA member serving in the House; and Greg Casar, also a DSA member in the House.

Some recent changes in the landscape include Jamaal Bowman losing his Democratic primary in June 2024, and Cori Bush losing hers in August 2024. Rashida Tlaib continues to serve, though her DSA membership status is currently unclear. Meanwhile, New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani openly pushes socialist policies, with what appears to be the intent of destroying New York City through economic collapse, following a strategy reminiscent of Cloward-Piven.

Policies like state-owned grocery stores, government seizure of rental properties, rent control, universal basic income, debt forgiveness, and arbitrary wealth taxes are classic tools of socialism that ultimately break the economy. These and similar proposals have been pushed by various DSA politicians, including Mamdani.

All of these tools are part of the Cloward-Piven strategy, a Marxist framework designed to trigger economic collapse and usher in radical political change and authoritarian control. The concept originated in the 1960s with sociologists Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven, who advocated for expanding the welfare state by lowering eligibility criteria to enroll more people. They believed that overwhelming the system would force a crisis, ultimately leading to reforms like guaranteed income and a universal social safety net.

This idea of dismantling the current system, rather than encouraging individuals to thrive within a free-market society, is rooted in Marxism, which centers on the conflict between the working class (proletariat) and the owning class (bourgeoisie). Marx believed capitalism would inevitably exploit workers to such a degree that they would revolt, overthrow the ruling class, and establish a classless society.

While Marxists claim their goal is to improve life for citizens, the real outcome of the Cloward-Piven strategy is to flood entitlement programs, welfare, unemployment, and more, until the system becomes financially unsustainable. The resulting collapse would spark widespread chaos, including violence and unrest, creating an opportunity for radical leftists to seize power and impose authoritarian rule under the pretext of “martial law.”

Open border policies can be used to accelerate systemic collapse by overwhelming public services. The system is further strained by the influx of illegal immigrants and asylum seekers who receive government-funded benefits without paying income taxes. At the same time, the creation of a large illegal workforce drives down wages and reduces job opportunities for Americans, pushing more citizens onto welfare rolls and increasing the burden on public assistance programs.

Socialism, supported by propaganda, often gains ground by identifying real problems and offering government solutions. For example, high rents are a genuine concern for many, making proposals like rent control or government-owned housing appear attractive. However, imposing rent control reduces the supply of available apartments while increasing demand, worsening the housing shortage.
