Michelle Obama’s Snarky Lecture To America; ‘Don’t Waste My Time’—Grow Up’

Michelle Obama delivered a dismissive take on potential presidential ambitions during a recent appearance, suggesting Americans aren’t mature enough for a female leader—blaming voter immaturity for Kamala Harris’s 2025 defeat rather than campaign shortcomings.

Her snarky elitist perspective ignores policy realities, framing rejection as a sign of national adolescence.

In the clip from her discussion with Tracee Ellis Ross, Obama dismissed the idea of running, stating, “Don’t even look at me about running, because you all are lying. You’re not ready for a woman. So don’t waste my time. We got a lot of growing up to do.”

She rejected the notion that the First Lady role limits women in politics, saying, “I don’t agree with that… Do you think that impacts the room we have made for a woman to be president?”

Obama then further intimated that America’s “immaturity” on gender is the barrier, rather than policy failures on the left.

Michelle Obama: One of America’s most pathetic people

I’m probably in a minority of one, but I’ve concluded that Michelle Obama is a pitiable woman because she is incapable of happiness. Mind you, she’s not a harmless woman, because she uses her bully pulpit to spread her misery by making other people, especially women and minorities, equally dissatisfied, paranoid, and hate-filled, but there’s still something pathetic about a woman who has everything yet still sees herself as the victim.

Michelle’s latest rant was about hair. Now, I must admit to a little fellow feeling when it comes to frustration about hair. My mother had bone-straight hair, and my father had lovely ringlets. Combine the two, and you get me, with patches of hair texture across my head: I have random clumps of ringlets, curls, waves, bone straight hair, and frizz.

In my youth, I paid either to straighten or curl it to achieve a mono-texture, but eventually I stopped. Unlike Michelle, spending endless money and having an entourage of stylists isn’t in my budget or my modest lifestyle. But honestly, if I could have someone style my hair daily…I probably would, given the frustration I’ve experienced over the decades.

But for Michelle—because she’s a leftist and the personal is always political—the fact that the current style is for lustrous straight hair isn’t a personal frustration, it’s a racist outrage. And the fact that one of America’s richest women must pay if she wants—not if she’s forced to by the government, but if she wants—to have straight hair is an insult that every white woman (each of whom, apparently, is blessed with straight, shiny hair) has taken aim at Michelle’s essential blackness.

BACKFIRE: Humiliation Ensues for Democrat Party After Getting Caught Spreading an Unbelievably Dumb Lie Regarding Trump and Epstein

The Democratic Party suffered epic humiliation after social media users caught them making up a lie about President Trump and Jeffrey Epstein that was so embarrassing and massive it would make a toddler blush.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the Democrats’ Committee on Oversight on Wednesday morning released a “tranche of correspondence” from the Epstein Estate, claiming to “strike a blow against the White House’s Epstein cover-up.” The three unrelated emails span the dates from 2011 to 2019.

One email from 2011 was a correspondence between Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell from April 2, 2011. Epstein wrote to Maxwell a little after 2pm:

i want you to realize that that dog that hasn’t barked is trump.. [REDACTED VICTIM] spent hours at my house with him,, he has never once been mentioned.

The redacted victim, according to the House GOP Oversight Committee, is Virginia Giuffre, who tragically is reported to have taken her own life in April 2025. She had exonerated Trump from any wrongdoing.

In response to the release, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told FOX News Digital, “The Democrats selectively leaked emails to the liberal media to create a fake narrative to smear President Trump.”

But the lies from the Democrats only continued. The official Democrat Party account posted this claim on Thursday evening: Trump spent his first year as President having Thanksgiving with Epstein.

Yes, really.

Democrat Plaskett Was Texting Jeffrey Epstein During Michael Cohen Hearing – Here Are Some of the Texts

An Oversight Committee Democrat was texting Jeffrey Epstein and taking advice from him during a 2019 Congressional hearing with former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen.

According to The Washington Post and CNN, Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett was exchanging text messages with Jeffrey Epstein in the middle of Michael Cohen’s 2019 congressional testimony on Trump’s business practices.

Plaskett is the Democrat Delegate who represents the US Virgin Islands.

Recall, Michael Cohen was previously sentenced to 36 months in prison for lying to Congress, campaign finance violations and tax evasion charges related to his taxi medallion business.

Jeffrey Epstein was monitoring the Michael Cohen congressional proceedings coaching Plaskett.

“Cohen brought up RONA – keeper of the secrets,” Epstein said in a text to Plaskett referring to former Trump aide Rhona Graff, according to The Washington Post.

“RONA?? Quick I’m up next is that an acronym,” Plaskett text back.

“Hes opened the door to questions re who are the other henchmen at trump org,” Epstein wrote.

Plaskett followed Epstein’s lead and asked Cohen, “Are there other people that we should be meeting with?”

Plaskett steered Cohen: “You’ve got to quickly give us as many names as you can so we can get to them. Is Ms. Rhona, what is Ms. Rhonas?”

Virginia Democrat Ibraheem Samirah Who Infamously DISRUPTED President Trump Sentenced in Explosive COVID Fraud Scheme

In a delicious twist of irony, Ibraheem Sabri Samirah, the Palestinian-American Democrat who infamously disrupted President Trump’s 2019 speech in Jamestown with a “Deport Hate” sign, has been nailed for wire fraud in a blatant PPP loan scam.

Samirah, 34, a dentist by trade, cooked up fake payroll records for his clinic, Nova Healthy Smiles PLLC, claiming four employees and $33,333 in monthly wages back in early 2020.

But as court documents reveal, those “employees” – including himself – weren’t paid a dime until after the loan came through in May 2020.

He even wrote checks to these phantom workers, only for them to funnel the money right back to him.

When it came time for loan forgiveness in August 2021, Samirah lied again, swearing the funds went to legitimate expenses like payroll and utilities.

In reality, the only “permissible” use was a pittance in employer taxes remitted to the IRS, the rest lined his pockets.

Samirah, who built his political career on railing against “systemic oppression” and championing Palestinian causes, apparently saw no issue with exploiting a Trump-era relief program designed to save jobs.

His actions echo the entitlement we’ve come to expect from far-left Democrats who preach equity while grabbing whatever they can.

Federal prosecutors in the Eastern District of Virginia laid it out plain in the July 2025 information: Samirah devised a scheme to defraud Sonabank (now Primis Bank) and the Small Business Administration, transmitting false wires across state lines to secure and forgive the loan.

He waived indictment and pleaded guilty in July, avoiding a trial that could have exposed even more dirt.

Come October 30, a judge sentenced him to three years’ probation and ordered $88,000 in restitution, a light slap considering the felony conviction strips him of voting rights and bars him from future office.

In 2019, President Trump was interrupted by Samirah, a member of Virginia’s House of Delegates, during a speech marking the 400th anniversary of the first meeting of the Virginia legislature in Jamestown in 1619–the first representative legislative assembly in the Western Hemisphere.

Democrat Ibraheem Samirah stood near the front of the stage facing the audience, holding several signs strung together and yelling, “Mr. President, you can’t send us back, Virginia is our home!”  Supporters of the President booed and chanted, “Trump! Trump! Trump!”

The messages on the signs read, “Go Back to Your Corrupted Home”, “Deport Hate” and “Reunite My Family And All Shattered by Systemic Discrimination”.

Ibraheem interrupted the president to scream about his deported Palestinian father.

Swalwell Threatens Trump Officials After Federal Housing Director Pulte Criminally Refers Him to DOJ For Mortgage Fraud

Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell threatened investigators after NBC News reported that he had been criminally referred to the Justice Department.

Federal Housing regulator Bill Pulte referred Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell to the Justice Department for criminal prosecution over mortgage fraud.

According to NBC News, Pulte is alleging that Swalwell, a Democrat Congressman representing a district in California, took out millions of dollars worth of mortgage loans based on his declaring his primary residence as Washington, DC.

Swalwell’s $1.2 million DC home is now a target of the Justice Department.

As TGP contributor Joel Gilbert recently reported, despite serving as a Congressman from California’s 15th District and claiming Hometown: Livermore on his official House profile, Swalwell has declared his Washington, DC property as his “principal residence.”

A public Deed of Trust for Swalwell’s DC home at 209 S Street NE, dated April 18, 2022, confirms the property is designated as his “principal residence” as a condition of the loan, Joel Gilbert reported.

Pulte is alleging that Swalwell made misleading statements during the purchase and refinance of the DC property.

The FHFA’s Inspector General is also investigating Swalwell’s mortgage fraud.

Swalwell, of Fang Fang fame, lashed out at Trump and threatened investigators during an appearance on MSNBC.

“When we are the majority, we will have subpoena power and accountability will happen. Bill Pulte and any other lawless official who is carrying out these political prosecutions on behalf of Donald Trump, they should familiarize themselves with the Judiciary Committee room because they’re going to be spending a lot of time there answering questions and I sure hope everything they did there was above board,” Swalwell said.

Article III Project founder and attorney Mike Davis said Swalwell’s statements threatening investigators sounds like obstruction of justice.

“Well, I would say this first off with Eric Swalwell, that sounds like obstruction of justice when you are threatening to go after federal investigators for investigating you for federal crimes so maybe that’s another charge that the Justice Department should tack onto this investigation,” Mike Davis said.

Prison Staffers FIRED After Illegally Breaking Into Maxwell’s Attorney-Client Emails and Handing Them to Rep. Raskin — Who Then Leaked the Stolen Material to Media Under a Fake ‘Whistleblower’ Label

Ghislaine Maxwell’s attorney, Leah Saffian, has confirmed that multiple federal prison staffers have been FIRED for illegally breaking into Maxwell’s privileged attorney-client emails, emails that were then leaked straight to Democrat Congressman Jamie Raskin, who blasted them to the media like political propaganda.

Raskin, Ranking Member of the House Oversight Committee, apparently believes his lofty position as a former law professor grants him the license to trample on the Bill of Rights.

By leaking Maxwell’s privileged correspondence to the media, he’s not just undermining the legal process, he’s trampling her constitutional rights, including the First Amendment’s protection of confidential communications, the Sixth Amendment’s guarantee of effective counsel, and the Fourteenth Amendment’s promise of due process that applies to every American, inmate or not.

According to Saffian:

  • Prison employees at FPC Bryan broke into Maxwell’s email system
  • They stole confidential attorney communications
  • They passed them to a federal official—Raskin
  • Raskin then leaked them to the press under the fake label of ‘whistleblower’

According to the press release:

“The release to the media by Congressman Raskin (Dem., Maryland), of Ms. Maxwell’s privileged client-attorney email correspondence with me is as improper as it is a denial of justice.

Congressman Raskin is a Ranking Member of the House Oversight Committee, an attorney and law professor. He must be aware that his conduct undermines the whole legal process. His action should be a matter for professional disciplinary action.

There have been appropriate consequences already for employees at Federal Prison Camp Bryan. They have been terminated for improper, unauthorized access to the email system used by the Federal Bureau of Prisons to allow inmates to communicate with the outside world.

The provision of those emails to a federal official who then caused them to be shared with the media is a breach of constitutional protections including the First, Sixth and Fourteenth amendments afforded to all prisoners.

Dressing the improper action up as ‘Whistleblower Information’ does not mitigate the fact that the mails were both illegally obtained and put to unconstitutional purpose. It is clear that no effort to fact check the credibility or veracity of the so called “whistleblower” was made by the Representative or his offices. For Rep. Raskin to seek to make political capital from such publication and from the content of personal emails between Ms. Maxwell and a family member is both shocking and reprehensible.”

Maxwell’s attorney directly called out Raskin for falsely implying Maxwell was angling for a pardon.
That was a lie.

Saffian said Maxwell has never sought a pardon. She has not asked Trump or anyone else to intervene. Her petition is about exposing misconduct, not seeking clemency.

Illinois Will Revisit Hemp Regulation Debate Amid New Federal Ban On THC Products, Governor Says

Tucked into the spending legislation approved by Congress this week was a provision banning the sale of intoxicating hemp products—a move that could upend an industry with annual sales now into the billions.

Hemp was federally legalized under the 2018 Farm Bill, which defined it as a plant with less than 0.3 percent delta-9 THC. But the law didn’t account for total THC or other cannabinoids, creating a loophole that allowed companies to use compounds like delta-8 to make products with marijuana-like intoxicating effects. As a result, hemp-derived intoxicants have proliferated in gas stations, corner stores and other places with little to no regulation.

An amendment seeking to remove the language from the larger bill, proposed by Sen. Rand Paul, R-Kentucky, was rejected in a 76-24 vote. Sens. Dick Durbin (D-IL) and Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) voted with the majority.

Durbin said the hemp language was proposed by Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-Kentucky.

“Throughout my career, I’ve tried my best to protect children,” Durbin said. “He asked for further regulation of the industry to make sure their products being sold at service stations and such weren’t dangerous to kids. That’s not too much to ask. I supported his position.”

Though he opposed the bill on the whole, the hemp provision hands Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker (D) an indirect political win. The governor earlier this year pushed in vain for legislation that would have limited the sale of delta-8 and other hemp-derived intoxicants to state-licensed cannabis dispensaries. But House Speaker Chris Welch, D-Hillside, did not call it for a vote, claiming it did not have the support of 60 House Democrats.

“In the absence of action in Springfield, Governor Pritzker supports policies to protect people, including children, from being misinformed or harmed by these products,” a Pritzker spokesperson said.

Kentucky Governor Says Hemp Is An ‘Important Industry’ That Should Be Regulated At The State Level, Not Federally Banned

The Democratic governor of Kentucky says the hemp industry is an “important” part of the economy that deserves to be regulated at the state level—rather than federally prohibited, as Congress has moved to do under a spending bill President Donald Trump signed on Wednesday.

During a press briefing on Thursday, Gov. Andy Beshear (D) was asked whether he agrees with Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) that the hemp language that advanced through the appropriations legislation poses an existential threat to the cannabis market that’s emerged since the crop was federally legalized under the 2018 Farm Bill.

“I haven’t had a chance to review the language on hemp, but hemp is an important industry in Kentucky,” Beshear said. “We should have appropriate safety regulations around it, but we should make those regulations here in Kentucky—talking to the industry and making sure that we get that balance right.”

“I think that we can protect our kids. I think that we can do the right thing to protect all of our people while not handicapping an industry that supports a lot of people,” the governor said.

DNC Staffers Outraged After Being Told They Have to Return to Working in the Office – In February

Ken Martin, the chairman of the Democratic National Committee (DNC), has told staffers that they need to come back to working in person in the office and they are not happy about it.

The order isn’t even immediate. Martin wants people to come back to the workplace in February of 2026, so people have plenty of time to prepare for this change.

The work from home policy was put in place during Covid but these folks don’t want to let go of it.

Townhall reports:

DNC Staffers in Uproar Over Return-to-Office Order With 60-Day Notice

Staffers for the Democratic National Committee (DNC) are in uproar, as the new chair, Ken Martin, announced in an all-staff meeting on Wednesday that employees are expected to return to in-person work at the DNC headquarters in February, more than two years after the end of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Complaints began immediately, according to the New York Times, with the DNC’s union representatives describing the move, which granted a 60-day notice, as “callous” by the end of the day.

Martin addressed the complaints, telling staffers that if they didn’t like his policy, they should begin seeking new employment. According to people familiar with the meeting, the DNC chair said the return to work policy had been a “Band-Aid” that was long overdue in being ripped off.

Staffers argued that the Democrats had won the 2020 election working remotely, and that they could do the same in 2028.

“It was shocking to see the D.N.C. chair disregard staff’s valid concerns on today’s team call,” the union’s leadership wrote in a statement to the New York Times. “D.N.C. staff worked extremely hard to support historic wins for Democrats up and down the ballot last Tuesday, and this change feels especially callous considering the current economic conditions created by the Trump administration.”

They obviously let this policy drag on for way too long. Now people feel entitled to it.
